Is It Right To Have Sex With Someone For Songs And Movie Roles
Rihanna
In Hollywood it has become commonplace for singers, actors and actresses to have sex with people for songs or movie roles, in the name of career advancement. It’s not often spoken about, but it is happening. This prompts the question, is it right to do so? The answer is no. That’s not gaining a career on merit. When you do things the right way, then and only then will your achievements count.

Fantasia Boycotted The Grammys For Selfish Reasons
Fantasia Barrino
Mentally unstable "American Idol" winner, Fantasia Barrino, boycotted the 2011 Grammy Awards this past weekend, due to being left out of a tribute to singer, Aretha Franklin, who is reportedly battling pancreatic cancer. Well, as long as the tribute is about you and not Aretha, Fantasia. How self-centered and juvenile.
Aretha Franklin
Why is everyone on "American Idol" so selfish, egotistical, ruthless and conniving. From Simon Cowell to Carrie Underwood, they simply don't care about anyone other than themselves and the spotlight, which they would sell their souls to the devil for.

Sarah Palin Slams "American Idol"
The Palin Family from "Sarah Palin's Alaska"
Politician and potential presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, has slammed the television show, "American Idol" as "talent deprived" people who suffer from "the cult of self-esteem." She further stated, "No one they have encountered in their lives — from their parents to their teachers to their president — wanted them to feel bad by hearing the truth. So they grew up convinced that they could become big pop stars like Michael Jackson."

Sony Lying About New Alleged Michael Jackson Song
Exactly Who Is That On The Record
Sony Music are a bunch of liars. The Jackson family contends, the new song the label released entitled "Breaking News" reportedly performed by Michael Jackson, is not the late singer. The Judiciary Report listened to the song last night and agrees, that is not Michael Jackson on the track. Sony is trying to pull a fast one, out of sheer greed. The individual featured on the record sounds like a Michael Jackson imitator, which constitutes fraud.
C&C Music Factory
However, it wouldn't be the first time a record label did such a thing. In the 1990s, the dance music group, C&C Music Factory, used a model to front their music, which was actually performed by Martha Wash, as she didn't fit with the band's youthful, photogenic image.
Milli Vanilli
Milli Vanilli, famously fronted records produced by Frank Farian that was sung by a group of older singers, which ended in a terrible scandal and the overdose of one of its members, Fabrice Morvan. After being slammed for accepting Grammys for music not their own, the move was on to discredit and destroy the group, which led to drug, alcohol and prescription medication abuse, claiming Morvan's life.
Another fraud that is going to unravel...Carrie Underwood, accepting awards and millions for songs she did not write, but stole in violation of the law. And as the Bible says, "Great shall be the fall thereof."
Ironically, so-called singers today, are still lip-syncing and taking credit for writing music not their own, criminally stolen in acts of Copyright Infringement, forbidden by domestic and international law. It's only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down once again, as history always corrects itself.

Stars And Satan
Baphoment symbolizes Satan
A number of Hollywood stars have been embracing symbols of the occult and Satanism, as apart of their membership in Kabbalah. Madonna, Lady GaGa, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Kanye West, Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, Brittany Murphy, DJ AM, Cheryl Cole, Carrie Underwood and other entertainers, have been members of Kabbalah. Some of the aforementioned stars, have been promoting items such as the sign of the Baphomet, symbolizing the church of Satan.
Beyonce, among others in the Kabbalah cult, which practices devil worship in exchange for industry success, have been repeatedly photographed wearing the Baphomet:

Lady GaGa wearing Satan's Baphomet, fashioned into a hat, often speaks of the Illuminati and dreams she has regarding being apart of it, which is Satanism:
Rapper and Jay-Z protege, Kanye West, wearing the Satanic Baphomet on his shirt:
A drawing of a beheaded man is featured on Kanye West's latest CD, which is a symbol of the Illuminati, an occult belief system that entails worshiping the devil for success. The severed head is also a symbol of the Illuminati in Freemasonry:
Beyonce's devil worshiping husband, Jay-Z, has embraced Satanism, even emblazoning his fashionline with symbols of the occult, such as the Eye of Horus:

Pictured above is the head of the devilish Kabbalah cult, Madonna, laying on a Satanic pentagram in her music video
The Judiciary Report's question to these not so bright artists, who have been plagued with woe after woe, what happens when the devil demands his due from you. It's not going to be worth what you thought you've gained. The so-called success is only temporary. The suffering lasts much longer.

American Idol Stole Song "Pants On The Ground"
Two frauds - Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell of "American Idol"
The rigged TV talent show, "American Idol" has been caught stealing again. Previously, the Judiciary Report covered how Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell stole the idea for the show from a Texas man that pitch it to them in their office. Then, a year later, they put the show out without payment or credit to him, reaping a fortune in ill-gotten gain.
Then, there's the
There's something else I wrote about in an unpublished copyright two years ago as well, regarding "American Idol." Even Simon Cowell's on-air shtick, replete with specific styled barbs, are a little too similar to ones my dad has employed for over 20-years on his award winning radio show in Jamaica called "Rhythms" - that's broadcasted all over the world as well, via the internet. My dad gets calls to the station from Britain, Canada, America, Germany and other nations, with song requests and compliments on his show. Over the years, my dad has famously gotten into on-air disputes with famous artists, whose talents he's questioned during his show, using cutting commentary, very similar to what Simon Cowell does now.
However, my dad's been doing this on his show and others, for over 20-years, as one of the world's foremost musicologists, which predates "American Idol" by over a decade. In light of the fact "American Idol" and its spin off "X-Factor" whose music is released by Sony, have infringed so many of my preexisting copyrighted songs, without permission and the fact my dad previously participated in a legal settlement regarding Sony's infringement of a copyright owned by the late legendary producer Clement "Coxsonne" Dodd, prior to "American Idol" even going on the air, I have to wonder about Cowell regarding his created persona for the show and what inspired it. Prior to "American Idol" Cowell was an A&R guy in Britain, who was nothing like this animated, cutting character we now see on TV.
1996 Green Brothers song "Back Pockets On The Floor":

Today, a new "American Idol" scandal erupted, regarding this year's latest craze by contestant, General Larry Platt and his so-called song "Pants on the Ground."
It turns out "American Idol" and Larry Platt stole the song from a Detroit, Michigan duo called The Green Brothers, who released a song in 1996 titled
What's eerie is how much the Green Brothers' lead singer,
G. Green of the Green Brothers in music video in 1996 (left) and the General Larry Platt in 2010 on "American Idol" (right) - both are older gentlemen with graying
Considering "American Idol" has been busted numerous times rigging their show's results and stealing music for the subsequent CDs by artists who win on the show, such as Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson, I believe the two Simons heard the preexisting Green Brothers track, liked it and decided to get a look alike, General Larry Platt, to come to the show and sing a plagiarized version of it, with the hope of making it hit.
Even Platt is complaining that "American Idol" has made merchandising items using the song and he hasn't gotten his financial cut.
"American Idol" also infringes the copyrights of well known hits. For example,
The 2009 song "Battlefield" by "American Idol" Jordan Sparks is a rip-off of Pat Benetar's 1980's track "Love is a Battlefield." Parts of
The 2009 song "Live Like We're Dying" by the current "American Idol" winner Chris Allen is a rip-off of the1994 Tim McGraw country hit "Live Like You Were Dying."
Everything about "American Idol" is fake and stolen. Wake up world, you've been had.
'Pants on the Ground' -- A Rip-Off?!
Posted Jan 27th 2010 8:10AM - "General" Larry Platt isn't the first person to sing about crooked hats and droopy pants -- and now a Michigan hip-hop duo is saying "Pants on the Ground" is a "take off" of a song they recorded back in 1996.
Pockets on the Floor: Click to watch
The Green Brothers -- a rap group consisting of an elderly Platt-alike gentleman -- re-posted the music video for their song "Back Pockets on the Floor" this week -- and you're gonna be shocked at the similarity.
The group claims their lift-up-your-pants jam has "the same intent, idea and in part the same message" as the "American Idol" wannabeen's...

Detroit-area Brothers Record 'Back Pockets on the Floor'
Recorded in '96, the message is similar to 'Pants' - Updated: Tuesday, 26 Jan 2010, 9:09 AM EST - American Idol may have launched the "Pants on the Ground" craze, but the message looks likes it's been around for awhile.
Highland Park's Green Brothers wrote FOX 2 to inform us of their 1996 recording "Back Pockets on the Floor." The brothers tell us the song has the same intent, idea and message of the General Larry Platt's 'Pants' version.
Gerald Green says they wish Platt well, but want the world to hear and see their version of the song.

Simon Cowell Called A Fraud
Simon Cowell
This week, crooked, scheming, thieving "American Idol" and "X-Factor" TV judge, Simon Cowell, is being called a fraud in Britain. Thousands of viewers are accusing him of rigging his latest ridiculous talent show "X-Factor."
Cowell, a bisexual, has been pushing for a musically talent-challenge set of twins, John and Edward Grimes, who he has a thing for, to win the program, deeming them a merchandising moneymaker, rather than opting for real talent. Lucie Jones, a female vocalist, with the ability to sing according to reports, was mysteriously voted off the show, though it appeared the public was heavily rooting for her.
Audiences flooded OfCom, a British standards agency, with thousands of complaints, claiming the show is "rigged" and "fixed." Many viewers have sworn the show off, labeling it a fraud.
Cowell is notorious for rigging programs, which is illegal. He and the other Simon (Fuller) rigged "American Idol" to give Carrie Underwood the victory, deeming her more photogenic. He did the same regarding the dance troop that beat Susan Boyle.
The public needs to stop wasting its hard earn money supporting Cowell and Fuller's fraud schemes, as their shows are stolen, beginning with "American Idol" that was pilfered from a Texas writer that pitched it to them in their office. Then "X-Factor" was created on that infringing model.
Furthermore, they actively continue to engage in brazen criminal copyright infringement, pilfering years old, preexisting copyrights for their manufactured, fake artists - protected intellectual property that was meant to benefit AIDS and Cancer sufferers, not dirty music executives and vile pop stars, with no social conscience or appreciation for the law.
The two Simons and their partners at Sony, in conjunction with ringleader Madonna, have devalued and desecrated the copyrights, for undue, unlawful financial gain. It wasn't a mistake, misunderstanding or accident. They did it deliberately.
Boycott them. Do not support this deplorable thievery.
Current infringements from the X-Factor show include the songs "Everybody In Love" by JLS, "Fight For This Love" by Cheryl Cole, "Happy" by Leona Lewis and the music video for "Bad Boys" by Alexandra Burke.
X Factor: TV watchdog set to investigate fix claims after Cowell's decision not to save Lucie Jones
Last updated at 6:33 PM on 09th November 2009 - Ofcom is considering whether to investigate accusations the X Factor is being 'fixed' after Simon Cowell's decision to take the voting to deadlock saw Welsh teenager Lucie Jones voted off in favour of twins John and Edward Grimes.
Cowell, who has openly blasted John and Edward Grimes every week, had the chance to save talented singer Lucie, but he opted for the controversial decision to go to 'deadlock' and have the outcome decided by the public vote.

"Jennifer's Body" Is A "Carrie" Reboot Pt. 2
Vile!
This is a follow up to yesterday's article, Jennifer's Body" Is A "Carrie" Reboot, where I stated it is a rip-off of the preexisting film "Carrie" starring Sissy Spacek.
I did a brief search online for some info and stumbled across an article featuring the writer of "Jennifer's Body" a woman named, Diablo Cody. It turns out "Carrie" is listed as one of her top ten favorite films. So, can we take it you are going to rip-off the other nine films on the list.
writer Diablo Cody and actress Megan Fox
"10. Carrie in "Carrie" (Sissy Spacek): This girl geek doesn't just turn the tables — she upends the entire fri**in' prom. When one of Carrie's tormenters gets clocked with a fire hose, it's one of the best "h*** yeah!" moments in cinema history. And somehow Spacek made a bucket of red corn syrup look like haute couture."

"Jennifer's Body" Is A "Carrie" Reboot
writer Diablo Cody and actress (LOL) Megan Fox
While reading the entertainment news today, being the film buff I am, it dawned on me, Megan Fox's forthcoming weird, twisted film "Jennifer's Body" is just an unauthorized reboot of the film "Carrie."
Megan Fox, in what is thought to be a prom scene, looks like actress Cissy Spacek in "Carrie" during the scene she wears a white dress to the prom and starts killing people, getting their blood on her dress.
Either way, both films are sick and here's hoping this new Fox film doesn't give any teens inspiration to pull a mimic, much like a certain bit of entertainment motivated the Columbine killers.

Sony Still Bleeding Money
Howard Stringer
Sony continues to hemorrhage money at a alarming, yet deserved rate. Things have gotten so bad with them, the only way they can show slightly less losses is to fire thousands of employees, from their lawbreaking corporation. Keep it up and pretty soon, Stringer will be the only one left in the building.
Please keep the boycott going, as Sony has kept the stealing going. Last night, by accident I caught a glimpse of a Kelly Clarkson performance on TV and her new song "Already Gone" is a dead rip off of a song I wrote as a teenager and copyrighted with the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. many years ago. I was so upset, offended and disgusted last night.
They are unconscionable animals doing great harm to innocent people and deserve to be boycotted and brought to justice. As God is my witness, this entire criminal enterprise they have running is going to end very badly, in them forfeiting their freedom and fortunes, built on corruption and theft.
Their sanctimonious CEO, Howard Stringer, who is the devil incarnate and his criminal stars like Beyonce, Chris Brown, Will Smith and Kelly Clarkson, go around spewing off these grandiose, loquacious speeches about Sony being innovative and bringing the public something new, when all they do is sit around on their lazy backsides, willfully and knowingly stealing songs, movies, computer chips and technology from dozens of hardworking companies, inventors and writers.

Sony quarterly loss $391 mln, expects more red ink
TOKYO — Sony Corp. stuck to a forecast for big full year losses, citing falling gadget prices and a shaky global recovery, even as it posted less-dismal-than-expected results for the fiscal first quarter.
The maker of the PlayStation 3 game machine and Walkman portable music player said Thursday it sank to a net loss for April-June of 37.1 billion yen ($391 million) from a 35 billion yen profit a year earlier. Quarterly sales dropped 19.2 percent to 1.56 trillion yen ($16.4 billion).
The results were better than expected because of cost cuts, an easing of the yen's appreciation and gains on the Tokyo stock market, according to Sony, which also has music and movie divisions. Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters were forecasting a 109 billion yen loss.
A new management team under Chief Executive Howard Stringer has been promising a nimbler Sony, but little in the way of specifics has been revealed. For decades, Sony, founded in 1946, was synonymous with quality electronics but in recent years the company has lost its footing, taking an embarrassing beating in portable music players from the iPod from Apple Inc. and falling behind in flat panel TVs...
