Simon Cowell Rigs Talent Show To Get His Own Justin Bieber

Simon Cowell - That Is Not Sexy! (Photo Credit: Goff)

People in Britain are accusing unscrupulous music executive, Simon Cowell, of rigging the talent show "Britain's Got Talent." The claims spring from the fact, Cowell, is said to have met 12-year-old finalist, cute Ronan Parke, who is now a Justin Bieber mini-me, two years prior to the preteen entering the show as a contestant, which is a violation of the rules.

Ronan Parke - that scarf is sugar plum indeed. You know, when I did a search for his name, the word gay automatically popped up in the search box. I thought, why would someone search for that with his name, then I saw his pics...

Judging by photos, the young man was made over to look like Bieber and brought in as a contestant this year, to capitalize on Bieber fever. An alleged Sony employee - apart of the company that distributes Cowell's records at Syco and 19 on "American Idol" - is said to be behind the statements, regarding the rules violation, but the article was deleted by the blog service hosting the site. However, many people read the article before it was removed by the blog service and cache features still retain copies of the item.

That little boy is looking a little sweet - Clay Aiken kind of sweet

Cowell is so fake and phony. He knows nothing about music or talent. He is always missing the mark on real talent and attempting to copy or steal what others have done, then slapping his disgraceful name on it.

There Are Too Many Television Talent Shows

"American Idol" (Simon Cowell center)

Aren't you sick of television talent shows. I know I am. There are so many of them and Simon Cowell is behind several programs in that genre, including his forthcoming, idiotic "X-Factor." It's pathetic. The idea for "American Idol" and its subsequent spin-offs, was stolen from a man in Texas. Then Cowell and co. slapped it together with songs and other items from my Copyrighted Catalog.

The man is a complete loser and thief, so are those that help him rip people off. He goes around, parading like he is some captain of industry, when he is a total fraud and leech. Cowell and co. have no talent and what they are calling talent in others is not.

Simon Cowell's "America's Got Talent"

All they've done is turn soulful, preexisting copyrighted music into soulless karaoke garbage, while encouraging people to call into a stupid show, "American Idol" as people die from AIDS and cancer, due to him having stolen copyrights that a portion of their proceeds were meant to go towards produce cures to the aforementioned diseases.

I've never seen anything so vile, depraved, selfish and appalling. You've put substandard entertainment ahead of people's health and lives. God have mercy on your souls.

American Idol Stole Song "Pants On The Ground"

Two frauds - Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell of "American Idol"

The rigged TV talent show, "American Idol" has been caught stealing again. Previously, the Judiciary Report covered how Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell stole the idea for the show from a Texas man that pitch it to them in their office. Then, a year later, they put the show out without payment or credit to him, reaping a fortune in ill-gotten gain.

Then, there's the Simon Fuller/Simon Cowell/Sony thefts of copyrighted songs and videos, from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, with the knowledge and consent of their untalented, degenerate artists on 19 Records (Sony) and Syco (Sony), who took co-writers credit for songs they did not write, that were already sitting in the Copyright Office in Washington DC, registered to me, years before they stole them, via proven computer hacking.

There's something else I wrote about in an unpublished copyright two years ago as well, regarding "American Idol." Even Simon Cowell's on-air shtick, replete with specific styled barbs, are a little too similar to ones my dad has employed for over 20-years on his award winning radio show in Jamaica called "Rhythms" - that's broadcasted all over the world as well, via the internet. My dad gets calls to the station from Britain, Canada, America, Germany and other nations, with song requests and compliments on his show. Over the years, my dad has famously gotten into on-air disputes with famous artists, whose talents he's questioned during his show, using cutting commentary, very similar to what Simon Cowell does now.

However, my dad's been doing this on his show and others, for over 20-years, as one of the world's foremost musicologists, which predates "American Idol" by over a decade. In light of the fact "American Idol" and its spin off "X-Factor" whose music is released by Sony, have infringed so many of my preexisting copyrighted songs, without permission and the fact my dad previously participated in a legal settlement regarding Sony's infringement of a copyright owned by the late legendary producer Clement "Coxsonne" Dodd, prior to "American Idol" even going on the air, I have to wonder about Cowell regarding his created persona for the show and what inspired it. Prior to "American Idol" Cowell was an A&R guy in Britain, who was nothing like this animated, cutting character we now see on TV.

2010 "American Idol" contestant General Larry Platt's "Pants on the Ground":

1996 Green Brothers song "Back Pockets On The Floor":

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JtmcNZJkPo

Today, a new "American Idol" scandal erupted, regarding this year's latest craze by contestant, General Larry Platt and his so-called song "Pants on the Ground."

It turns out "American Idol" and Larry Platt stole the song from a Detroit, Michigan duo called The Green Brothers, who released a song in 1996 titled "Back Pockets on the Floor." That's 14 years prior to "American Idol" and it's rip-off "Pants on the Ground."

Even the song titles sound alike and mean the same thing "Pants on the Ground" and "Pockets on the Floor." The words "Ground" and "Floor" basically mean the same thing. Not to mention the artist names "The General Larry Platt" and "The Green Brothers" led by Gerald Green. You can make the word "Green" out of the word "General."

Furthermore, isn't it odd and sinister how terrible actor, Simon Cowell, proclaimed during General Larry Platt's performance, "I have a horrible feeling that song could be a hit." Tell the truth Simon, you did your usual, disgraceful, illegal practice of scouring the internet and record stores for songs to steal.

What's eerie is how much the Green Brothers' lead singer, G. Green, looks like General Larry Platt and they are about the same age as well. There's a strong resemblance there. In writing this article, I thought one was the other. And no, I do not think "All black people look alike" as the insulting racial phrase implies, as I too am black.

G. Green of the Green Brothers in music video in 1996 (left) and the General Larry Platt in 2010 on "American Idol" (right) - both are older gentlemen with graying hair and graying mustaches, wearing a black cap and black shirt

Considering "American Idol" has been busted numerous times rigging their show's results and stealing music for the subsequent CDs by artists who win on the show, such as Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson, I believe the two Simons heard the preexisting Green Brothers track, liked it and decided to get a look alike, General Larry Platt, to come to the show and sing a plagiarized version of it, with the hope of making it hit.

Even Platt is complaining that "American Idol" has made merchandising items using the song and he hasn't gotten his financial cut. The whole thing looks like a set up.

"American Idol" also infringes the copyrights of well known hits. For example, the 2009 American Idol song by David Cook titled "Time Of My Life" bears similarities to the 1980's song "Time Of My Life" from the movie "Dirty Dancing."

The 2009 song "Battlefield" by "American Idol" Jordan Sparks is a rip-off of Pat Benetar's 1980's track "Love is a Battlefield." Parts of Sparks' 2009 song even sounds like the 1980's hit "Girlfriend" by Pebbles.

The 2009 song "Live Like We're Dying" by the current "American Idol" winner Chris Allen is a rip-off of the1994 Tim McGraw country hit "Live Like You Were Dying."

Everything about "American Idol" is fake and stolen. Wake up world, you've been had.

'Pants on the Ground' -- A Rip-Off?!

Posted Jan 27th 2010 8:10AM - "General" Larry Platt isn't the first person to sing about crooked hats and droopy pants -- and now a Michigan hip-hop duo is saying "Pants on the Ground" is a "take off" of a song they recorded back in 1996.

Pockets on the Floor: Click to watch
The Green Brothers -- a rap group consisting of an elderly Platt-alike gentleman -- re-posted the music video for their song "Back Pockets on the Floor" this week -- and you're gonna be shocked at the similarity.

The group claims their lift-up-your-pants jam has "the same intent, idea and in part the same message" as the "American Idol" wannabeen's...

http://www.tmz.com

Detroit-area Brothers Record 'Back Pockets on the Floor'

Recorded in '96, the message is similar to 'Pants' - Updated: Tuesday, 26 Jan 2010, 9:09 AM EST - American Idol may have launched the "Pants on the Ground" craze, but the message looks likes it's been around for awhile.

Highland Park's Green Brothers wrote FOX 2 to inform us of their 1996 recording "Back Pockets on the Floor." The brothers tell us the song has the same intent, idea and message of the General Larry Platt's 'Pants' version.

Gerald Green says they wish Platt well, but want the world to hear and see their version of the song.

Usher Sued Twice For Being A Thief

Usher

Sony singer Usher, has been sued in two unrelated lawsuits for copyright infringement. In one of the cases, there is a claim of criminal liability. I'm not surprised.

In the case, Ernest Lee Straughter et al v. Usher Raymond et al, the singer stands accused of stealing the song "Burn" that was a massive hit for him a few years ago. Technically, it is the biggest hit of his career.

Other copyright thefts mentioned in the case are the songs "Got Me Waiting" and "How To Deal." Sony and its artists Ciara and Fantasia have also been sued in the legal action. The serial criminal copyright infringers, 19 Entertainment (Simon Cowell and Simon Fuller) have also been sued in the case.

The case has the appearance of Sony's usual misconduct of passing around illegally made copies of other people's copyrights, in criminal violation of the law.

Keep it up and the U.S. government in going to raid Sony's headquarters in New York (you know, like the Mexican government had to do for your felonious refusal to desist criminally breaking copyright law).

Side Bar: one word to Sony C.E.O. Howard Stringer - pomade. There is no excuse for that hairdo. Notice Raj Rajaratnam had his do slicked back for his perp walk. The public does not want to see you coming out of the Sony building looking like you just got electrocuted.

The FBI perp walking Raj Rajaratnam

For more on Ernest Lee Straughter et al v. Usher Raymond et al: http://www.boliven.com

Usher has also been sued for copyright infringement, in the case Rashonda D. Gooch v. Usher Raymond et al: http://dockets.justia.com/docket

I have to concur, from experience, Usher is a copyright thief, as is mentioned in this case. His label Sony is the most thieving record company in existence.

The aforementioned Usher cases are being defended by Robert Jacobs of the Mannatt law firm. The Feds should be looking very thoroughly into Sony's lawyer, Robert Jacobs, as his conduct with certain judges would fill quite a few FBI files. He is discrediting the U.S. Judiciary all over the world.

FBI Lawsuit Update Part 1

Aisha v. FBI

Robert S. Mueller

In light of what happened last time in the Aisha v. Madonna case, the great incivility I was met with and the manner in which my human rights and Constitutional rights were vilely trampled, in violation of the law, I am going to disclose all items concerning the case on this website to let you the public view and decide, with the hope it leads to greater government accountability and transparency (as Obama promised the world). The following are a list of updates thus far, since the filing of the case on August 31, 2009.

The case number for the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit is 09-22674. The clerk forgot to stamp the case number on the lawsuit the day it was filed.

The judge is Jose Martinez. The magistrate judge is Steven Brown (the same magistrate judge from the 2005 Aisha v. Madonna case).

On September 1, 2009, the day after the case was filed, the judge issued a nine page order stating he wants a "Scheduling Conference" meeting between both parties click here

In the aforementioned judicial order regarding the "Scheduling Conference" the judge also requested a "Certificate of Interest" be filed by each side. I filed my "Certificate of Interest" a few weeks ago click here

I sent a copy of the 11 page "Scheduling Conference" order, in compliance with the judge's aforementioned request, along with a cover letter, to the FBI's lawyer click here

The three defendants Robert Mueller, The FBI and DOJ were served on September 15, 2009 and as they are a government agency, they have 60 days to respond, as opposed to the standard 20 click here

I filed a motion to correct to reflect a few minor errors (spelling of a name ect.) click here

Here is the mailing receipt showing confirmation of President Obama/White House receiving my letter and an advance draft of the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit click here.

I did not wish to write to Obama about this subject, but Robert Mueller and the FBI's severe criminal negligence, left me no choice, as my life has been placed in danger. Repeated incidents of severe harassment that began increasing in frequency and becoming more hostile, clearly illustrates Madonna and co. are escalating their criminal and violent commissioned misconduct towards me, building up to something very bad.

Enough is enough. I haven't done anything to these people, don't know them and want nothing to do with them. I do not wish to end up dead like Michael Jackson and Sam Cooke, because a certain set of people are trying to steal my Copyrighted Catalog. What a disgrace those thieves are, going to such sick, evil extremes to steal from innocent people.

I recently filed a formal complaint with the DOJ Inspector General, regarding Mueller and co.'s misconduct in my case, as the Department of Justice's website, states one is to do so under said circumstances.

Infringements

Singer Cheryl Cole of Girls Aloud and Simon Cowell on his show X-Factor

Regarding the ongoing infringements, Sony still leads the pack with the most instances of criminal copyright infringement.

Recent incidents of criminal copyright infringement include "Happy" by Leona Lewis via Syco(Simon Cowell)/Sony Music.

The video for "Bad Boys" by Alexandra Burke via Syco(Simon Cowell)/Sony Music, with Bryan Barber criminally taking credit and payment for my preexisting copyright, Syco passed to him.

"Fight For This Love" by Simon Cowell's "X-Factor" co-host Cheryl Cole, with Steve Kipner, Andre Merritt and Wayne Wilkins criminally taking credit and payment for my preexisting copyright, Syco and co. passed to them.

And other new infringing items by Chris Brown (Sony) and his girlfriend Rihanna, who continue to steal from the Copyrighted Catalog.

Madonna's latest single "Celebration" is also a criminal copyright infringement of a preexisting song in my Copyrighted Catalog, of the same name, which has been copyrighted for years.

PLEASE BOYCOTT ALL THE AFOREMENTIONED ARTISTS AND SONY

Hacking

The illegal hacking into my computers by Madonna's hackers at Digilink that is also of a very malicious nature, to not only snoop on the contents of my computers, but to damage and destroy the local copy of my websites in bids at blocking them from being updated six days a week, continues unabated.

This is amazingly occurring in spite of the aforementioned FBI lawsuit and the agency's alleged pledge on their website regarding "preventing crime." Apparently the sick Hollywood stars in the case, can say whatever garbage pops out of their illiterate, thieving mouths and onto their vile websites, but the Constitution and international human rights charters do not apply to me, via the right to having free speech and freed press.

Harassment

There was also a vile, unlawful incident of harassment and terrorization geared towards my mother by a Kabbalah affiliate (Madonna's cult) as retaliation for me filing the FBI lawsuit. I am going to enter it into the case and post it to the site. When you read about what transpired, it is going to disgust and appall you. My mother nearly had a heart attack due to it and ended up in the hospital on September 30, 2009. She has since been released. She has since been released from the hospital.

As previously mentioned, on August 31, 2009, there was an incident at the Federal courthouse, via a red string bracelet wearing Kabbalah member and felon, named Alexis A. Palme, who followed me into said courthouse (his photo ID is on file, as one must show it to enter the building), after being sent to intimidate and browbeat me, on federal property (a felonious no-no), into not filing the FBI lawsuit, disclosing Madonna and Kabbalah's sick misconduct (which I filed anyway).

Man Plays Donkey Kong With Leona Lewis

The "Bleeding Love" Singer...Bleeding Blood

A man played "Donkey Kong" ("Punch Out") with 24-year-old, Sony singer Leona Lewis, at the book signing for her autobiography.

A 29-year-old man, waited in line for five hours, gave her his copy of her book to sign and as she looked up after doing so, he clocked her on the side of her head by her eye, giving her a full punch.

Her bodyguards then tackled him to the floor. It's a good thing her bodyguards were there protecting her, otherwise someone could have punched her in the face (slow). Where's Kevin Costner when you need him.

Her spokesman that witnessed the attack stated, the attacker said nothing before and after punching her, while others saw him smirking. He was detained under the Mental Health Act in London and is due to appear in court on October 26, 2009.

A commenter in a feedback section on another site, quipped regarding the attacker, "Who let Chris Brown in?" It's amazing how much of a punchline he has become since beating Rihanna back.

While, there's nothing funny about domestic violence, Lewis is one of the most indistinct personalities in pop music, who's now singing stolen music, as mentioned three days ago, therefore many are scratching their heads at her allegedly authoring a biography, wondering how much there is to tell.

Leona Lewis Punched by Man at Book Event

A man was arrested after allegedly punching pop songstress Leona Lewis at a book signing in London, the BBC reported.

Lewis, 24, was signing copies of her autobiography, Dreams, for about 90 minutes Wednesday when "a guy came up and punched her to the side of the head," Lewis' spokesman told the BBC. "Leona's understandably badly shaken and apologizes to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings for."

According to a witness, "[the attacker] walked up there with the book, she signed it and, as she looked up, he just punched her." Another onlooker said: "She was running out with her hand over her eye and I just saw a man on the floor." ...

Sony Stole New Michael Jackson Song

Litigation was initiated once again, against lying, thieving Sony, for engaging in copyright infringement. Michael Jackson’s new song “This Is It” which debuted at 12AM today.

When I heard the song I thought to myself that it did sound familiar. Due to the problems I’ve had with Sony stealing from me, which has resulted in this case, I decided to check it against my Copyrighted Catalog. It came up clear and I was relieved, as I am tired of the theft and contention, which is extremely upsetting.

Paul Anka

But I was right in that the song did sound familiar. Turns out it was a 1991 song by singer Sa-fire, written by legendary singer/songwriter, Paul Anka. I’d bought the Sa-fire CD years ago and that’s where I’d heard it.

When I was growing up, the Latin girl group/female artist “Freestyle” genre was very popular in Miami in the 80’s and early 90’s (groups such as Expose, The Cover Girls, Sweet Sensation and solo artists such as Sa-fire and Stevie B). Miami has a very large Hispanic community.

Based on reports, Anka wrote the song in the 1980’s and Jackson contributed to it. However, Jackson "stole the tape" from Anka’s recording studio and lawyer, John Branca, who represents both artists, was instructed to go to Michael with legal action if he didn’t bring the tape back. Jackson brought the tape back, but made a copy of it.

Years later, Sony seeking to make a quick buck off Jackson’s death, released it without credit or payment to Paul Anka. PAUL ANKA!

They are so disgusting. They did the same to my godmother’s husband, Clement Dodd, who was also a legendary musician/producer. They've done it to so many others as well.

Howard Stringer

Just last month, The Mexican government raided Sony’s office in their nation, for criminal copyright infringement, in pressing up and releasing an album’s worth of music by artist, Alejandro Fernández, which they did not have the rights to. Sony should be embarrassed about that, as it is a worldwide disgrace. But the problem is, Sony is full of animals with no shame.

He completed his contract with Sony, left the label and they illegally grabbed a copy of the studio version of his forthcoming album, that was to be released by another label, stamped Sony's logo on it and pressed them up, released them under their label, which is a criminal violation of domestic and international law.

Sony continues to steal copyrights and patents from people all over the world. Their misconduct regarding me has not desisted either, even in the face of an FBI lawsuit and worldwide publicity exposing their criminal misdeeds.

One tries to shame them into discontinuing breaking the law, as the FBI has failed in this endeavor, which almost got me killed (read the lawsuit), but Sony C.E.O. Howard Stringer and his fellow criminals at Sony keep stealing anyway.

Simon Cowell and Simon Fuller

The new song “Happy” by Leona Lewis and the recently released music video for the song “Bad Boys” by Alexandra Burke, both on Sony and Syco/Sony (Simon Cowell's record label of fraud) are criminal infringements of years old copyrights from my Copyrighted Catalog (the FBI is free to check the copyrights, both preexisting and now the rip-offs and compare).

So much for the FBI’s rubbish speech about “preventing crime” – clearly not if it is profitable. And this is why the U.S. economy collapsed in 2008 – the FBI and national regulators in Washington, look the other way to crimes that are profitable to large corporations, such as the aforementioned case and the Madoffs and the Stanfords of the corporate world, when anyone in their right mind knows, no nation can build an economy on robbing others and gouging the public, without disastrous, foundation shaking result cropping up.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

What a great example to set for law enforcement nationwide, FBI. Millions of people have read about this case in the 6 weeks it has been filed, yet the criminal mischief continues unabated.

Copyrights that were to benefit AIDS and Cancer victims are going to such frivolities and extravagances as underwriting a $2,000,000 birthday party for Simon Cowell, to guzzle and quaff champagne and caviar. A man who stars on a show "American Idol" that was criminally stolen from a Texas man, after the preexisting copyright was pitched to Simon Fuller (Cowell's partner).

Sony, Fuller and Cowell, among others, have become very rich off criminal activity, as they have no accomplishments, opting to steal from everyone else.

Paul Anka Claims 'This Is It' is a Rip-Off

Posted Oct 12th 2009 4:58PM by TMZ Staff - If you think Michael Jackson's "This Is It" sounds familiar, it's because the song is a rip-off that was released nearly two decades ago by another artist ... and the man making this claim is none other than music legend Paul Anka.

Anka tells TMZ in 1983, he wrote a song with Jackson called "I Never Heard" -- and the demo of the song was recorded in Anka's studio in Carmel, CA. Anka says he took the tape to a studio in Hollywood to put the finishing touches on it for Anka's duets album, "Walk a Fine Line." Anka claims Jackson -- who was just blowing up at the time with "Thriller" -- got a big head and "stole the tapes" from the studio.

Anka tells us he called the lawyers who repped both he and Jackson -- ironically one of them was John Branca -- and threatened them with a lawsuit if he didn't get the tapes back. Anka got them back but insists Jackson made a copy of the tapes and used the track with his voice from "I Never Heard" -- and simply retitled it, "This Is It."

Anka gave "I Never Heard" to another artist -- Safire -- who recorded it in 1990.

We called Sony Music who released "This Is It" ... no comment so far.

Anka tells us he's talking with his lawyers about his legal options.

Anka on Jackson -- They See it My Way

Posted Oct 12th 2009 6:18PM by TMZ Staff - Paul AnkaPaul Anka tells TMZ the people handling Michael Jackson's estate are falling over each other ... apologizing for "ripping-off my song" and offering "anything you want" to make the mess go away.

And, John Branca just told TMZ, "We acknowledge that Michael and Paul wrote this song together."

As we first reported, Anka claims the new Jackson song, "This Is It" is the Michael Jackson track Anka co-wrote with Jackson in 1983, which Jackson originally recorded under the title, "I Never Heard."

Anka tells TMZ he just got off the phone with John McClain, the co-Special Administrator for Jackson's estate. Anka says McClain apologized profusely, saying he knew "Michael couldn't have written this song alone. It's not his style."

Anka says McClain now acknowledges that "This Is It" is really Paul's song, and said, "We'll give you whatever you want, whatever it takes we'll do the right thing."

Anka says he's not trying to hold the estate up but he wants them to be fair.

And how's this ... Anka says McClain asked him to do promotion for the song.

It's Hollywood, folks.

Sony Mexico raided for 'unauthorised' Alejandro Fernández material

Mexican police have seized CDs by one of Latin music's biggest stars following a legal dispute between him and his record label

Police have raided Sony Music's offices in Mexico City, seizing albums, master recordings and cover art for one of Latin music's biggest stars.

Mexico's public ministry and federal police were acting on a court order concerning ranchera singer Alejandro Fernández. A two-time Latin Grammy winner, Fernández was signed to Sony Music from 1998 to 2008 but left last year for Universal. Sony has gone ahead with plans to release an album of unreleased material, called Diferente, which Fernández alleges they have no right to do...
