Jose Mourinho Moaning About Life At Manchester United Without His Family And With A String Of Football Losses On The Pitch

Jose Mourinho

Last year, former football player turned Chelsea FC football manager, Jose Mourinho, 53, was unceremoniously fired from the team after a string of losses and arguments. Mourinho repeatedly maintained he left the then reigning champions and was not terminated from his post, but the Judiciary Report stated back on January 9, 2016 that he was fired (Former Chelsea Coach Jose Mourinho Hauled Into Court For Firing Doctor Eva Carneiro In A Case That Highlights How A Manager Can Lose The Confidence Of His Team).

This month, Mourinho slipped up and admitted he was fired. Mourinho stated of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, who fired him, "He was never my friend. We always had the relationship of owner-manager. Very respectful relationship. We were never friends. We were never close to each other. When some managers leave clubs, they like to, I don’t know the right saying, but in Portuguese it is ‘wash the dirty clothes.’ Go back and speak and speak and speak. I leave clubs with a very good feeling, the feeling of doing everything to succeed. I gave everything to the club. I don’t like to go back and speak specially about the bad things. I want to keep the good things – and at Chelsea I had so many good things, in terms of results, friends I have for life, an amazing empathy with the supporters. The supporters didn’t change their relationship with me because of last season and a couple of months of bad results."

Mourinho has coached impressive teams and did well throughout his managerial career, but his temper and disposition got him into trouble. Mourinho has clashed with other managers and staff of teams he managed. His dismissal at Chelsea FC was due to these patterns of behavior. He's not gotten off to the best start in his new post as manager of Manchester United FC.

Mourinho signed with Manchester United 3-months ago, hoping to follow in the footsteps of a man he admires, coaching legend, Sir Alex Fergusson. However, Mourinho has been moaning to the press about life in Manchester, England and that his family has not moved with him, opting to remain in glitzy London, England. It's a bit perplexing that Mourinho's wife, son and daughter have opted not to join him in Manchester. Mourinho stated to the press that he is "miserable."

London is the top city in Britain. It's a very popular place, but Manchester is nice as well. Mourinho has moved into a hotel in Manchester, rather than purchasing a house or flat (condo). It's not like he's broke. Mourinho has made millions from coaching football. Mourinho also owns a mansion in London. Living in a hotel is not the best situation for someone in his position. The standard when a person of means joins Manchester United is they usually purchase a home in Cheshire. The preferred place among Manchester United stars and staff is idyllic Alderley Edge. Mourinho's unwillingness to move into a house or flat in Manchester lends the impression he does not see the move as a something long term.

Mourinho's controversial signing of 23-year-old footballer, Paul Pogba, was very risky. Mourinho signed Pogba for £89,000,000. What's ironic is in 2012 Manchester United had sold Pogba to Juventus for £1,500,000. To buy him back at £89,000,000 is very poor football economics for two reasons. That's Messi money, meaning a goal scorer firing off goals like Lionel Messi and with high shirt sales that can justify that type of expenditure. Pogba is a good player and he is not playing badly, but he's not really scoring many goals. He's only scored one goal in three months.

Tweet on my Twitter page from 3-months ago regarding overspending on the Paul Pogba transfer

Mourinho has over spent on the current squad, spending £156,000,000 upon landing at Manchester United. Mourinho also seeks to spend millions more on new talent. The team is currently number seven on the Premier League table. There are teams who have spent far less money that are ahead of Manchester United on the table.

Last week Mourinho referenced his Manchester United move as "a disaster." At this point is has been a disaster. Manchester United are not getting good results on the football pitch. The team has been intrinsically broken since Ferguson's departure. Mourinho is Manchester United's third manager struggling after Ferguson's winning ways (David Moyes and Louis Van Gaal preceded Mourinho).

Mourinho admits he was fired, not ‘mutually consented’

Date published: Saturday 22nd October 2016 9:48 - Jose Mourinho has finally admitted that he was sacked as Chelsea manager in 2015, not ‘mutually consented’. Mourinho’s second reign as Blues boss ended in ignominious fashion in December of last year, when he left his post mere months after winning the Premier League title.

Mourinho’s second departure was billed as mutual consent but he admitted in his press conference ahead of his return to Stamford Bridge with Manchester United he was sacked. There are no hard feelings, though, and Mourinho is looking forward to seeing some of the lifelong friends he made at the club...

Jose Mourinho's transfer spending since 2004 hits £856.8m with £100m world-record signing of Paul Pogba

Published: 06:49 EST, 10 August 2016 | Updated: 10:26 EST, 10 August 2016 - Jose Mourinho has never been afraid to splash out in the transfer market – and his £100million move for Paul Pogba takes his career spending over the £850m mark. The Manchester United manager has spent an incredible £856.8m on players since arriving at cash-rich Chelsea 11 years ago.

Pogba is, of course, Mourinho's most-expensive buy yet and this summer's transfer window represents his biggest-ever period of spending. United have flashed the cash to bring in Eric Bailly (£30m from Villarreal) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (£26m from Borussia Dortmund), while also recruiting Zlatan Ibrahimovic on a free transfer. The running total of £156m at United engulfs any of his seasons at Chelsea, Inter Milan or Real Madrid...

British Government Addressing Affordable Housing Requests In London

British Prime Minister, David Cameron and the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson

Real estate in London, England has experienced a massive boom. Houses that were worth $500,000 15-years ago are now worth $1,000,000 and higher. There are properties that were worth $1,000,000 15-years-ago that are now being sold for upwards of $10,000,000 in London towns such as Hampstead, Holland Park and Chelsea.

The sharp increase in the value of London real estate has made purchasing a flat or house in the capital difficult for the newer generation of the working class, who are in their 20s and 30s. To address the problem, the British government has been building new affordable housing in London, which are mostly flats.

Based on what I have seen, Finsbury Park and Holloway in North London still has affordable housing (flats). Places such as Enfield (near Essex) in the East End and Croydon, which is just outside of South London in Surrey are affordable as well. One can get more space for one’s money in Surrey, that is relatively close to London.

This brings me to my point. At the end of the day, if one can’t afford central London, there are nice places in the lovely adjoining home counties with great transportation that still provides easy access to the capital for work and or recreational activities.

Former Chelsea Coach Jose Mourinho Hauled Into Court For Firing Doctor Eva Carneiro In A Case That Highlights How A Manager Can Lose The Confidence Of His Team

Eva Carneiro being yelled at by Jose Mourinho

This week in London, England, an employment tribunal case and separate legal proceedings commenced against Chelsea F.C. and its former manager (coach) Jose Mourinho, for dismissing the team’s lead doctor, Eva Carneiro. She has brought a “constructive dismissal” claim, meaning she was dismissed (see: fired, terminated) from her post, then demoted to a secondary medical team that do not occupy the bench on match day.

Carneiro’s removal from her position occurred after she and physio Jon Fearn rushed onto the pitch to treat injured footballer, Eden Hazard, during this season’s opening day match. After treating Hazard, they escorted him off the pitch. Mourinho became enraged that one of his main footballers was no longer in the match and the team was temporarily left with nine men on the pitch.

Mourinho was accused of yelling sexist slurs at Carneiro in front of rolling cameras covering the match. He later branded her “impulsive and naïve.” Carneiro’s dismissal from her position as lead doctor due to the demotion, meant she lost the coveted post on the first medical team, prompting her to leave Chelsea shortly after. In an ironic twist, Chelsea, who are the reigning champs of the Premier League, are having an awful season, prompting the club’s owner to fire Mourinho over the Christmas season. What goes around comes around. What Mourinho did to Carneiro has befallen him.

Jose Mourinho

ITV News is reporting, "Carneiro has also had backing from FIFA's medical chairman Michel D'Hooghe, who contacted the doctor to offer his support and that of the world governing body. He has backed Carneiro's insistence that she was simply doing her job." Social media comments by the public also reveal support for Carneiro.

In another ironic twist, after Mourinho’s sacking, the team began playing better. Some are accusing the Chelsea squad of being so unhappy working with Mourinho, that they deliberately played badly to get him fired. It is a difficult accusation to prove, as Mourinho has been very surly and verbally abusive with the squad, Careniro (and for all to see during his vitriolic outburst) and other Premier League managers, such as Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger. It can be argued the Chelsea squad became dispirited and played badly due to Mourinho’s conduct. Humility is important in life.

Mourinho is a very accomplished manager. However, he is having problems in his personal life and took it out on the squad and other Chelsea employees. As difficult as it may be, one must separate one’s personal problems from one’s business life. When the unprovoked insults are spiteful and cruel, they are deemed personal attacks. Football is fun and full of good-natured ribbing. Things should not reach the levels of animus Mourinho ventured into during his tenure at Chelsea.

On another note, Hazard was also billed as the next big footballer, but it has not materialized, indicating he needs more assistance in his development. This happens sometimes when great expectations are placed on athletes. Being a top athlete requires skill, mental grit and the ability to play under pressure. One must follow through on the initiative.

Being a football manager is not easy either. To be great at it you have to be a fair disciplinarian, planner, strategist, instructor and motivator in what will be a cycle of wins and losses. There’s nothing wrong with being a disciplinarian, regarding maintaining proper rules and codes of conduct for a team, but when it ventures into mean-spirited verbal abuse and venomous conduct, a manager will lose his audience that is the squad. When you break people's spirit, they are not going to give you their best. Correct them on what they did wrong, but compliment them on what they did right. There needs to be a balance. Be fair.

In closing, no manager is greater than the squad. No footballer is greater than the squad. To get the best results, the manager and squad must function as an equal whole.

Ex-Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro set for constructive dismissal tribunal hearing

5 January 2016 at 4:19pm - Former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro's constructive dismissal case against the club will have its first tribunal hearing on Wednesday. The preliminary hearing will take place at the London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon, and is expected to be in private before an employment judge.

The hearing will fix the timetable for the case, and deal with witness statements and disclosure of documents - including texts and emails - by each side, as well as any legal procedural disputes that current exist between the two parties...Chelsea filed their defence in the case last month. Carneiro also has a separate personal legal action against former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, who left the club in December, for alleged victimisation and discrimination.

The 42-year-old doctor was dropped from first-team duties after Mourinho criticised her and the first-team physio Jon Fearn for going onto the pitch to treat Eden Hazard on the opening day of the season. The action meant that Chelsea were temporarily down to nine men against Swansea, and afterwards Mourinho called Carneiro and Fearn ''impulsive and naive''. Carneiro did not appear on the bench again for first-team duties and later parted company with the club...

David Moyes Fired As Manager Of Manchester United Affirming This Site's Previous Claims

David Moyes (Photo comparison courtesy of a Twitter user)

50-year-old Manchester United manager (coach), David Moyes, who assumed the reins from legendary fellow Scotsman, but proceeded to make ill-advised changes to one of the biggest football (soccer) clubs in the world, has been sensationally sacked today after 10-months on the job. In the October 3, 2013 article "Sir Alex Ferguson's Insightful Interview With Charlie Rose" the Judiciary Report stated:

"Life after Ferguson has been rough for Manchester United. Ferguson's successor, whom he appointed, has made some decisions I do not agree with. The Telegraph reported new manager, David Moyes, fired much of Ferguson's coaching staff, people the team are used to and rely on, in favor of his folks he brought in. It was a mistake discarding the winning blueprint left behind by Ferguson. All great leaders leave a solid blueprint behind, whether it be sports, business or politics.

This past weekend Moyes also told the team and the world, via an interview, he does not believe Manchester United has a chance at winning Champion's League. I was stunned a manager/coach said something like that. Even if he believes that, you don't tell a team/athlete that. It was surprising to read a man on Moyes' level do that (not that I'm complaining as Manchester United's rival Arsenal is my favorite). However, right is right and wrong is wrong and you just don't say things like that to your athletes.

Having stated that, I have to wonder how Ferguson feels about Moyes firing his coaching staff and telling the team forget about winning Champion's League because you won't. I would love to state it's reverse psychology, but I know better - it was just a terrible idea.

I watched an old Mike Tyson fight a few weeks ago, remembering how much (my family and) I loved to watch him box when I was a kid in the 80s, especially the way he'd quickly knock people out. Seriously, if you quickly went to the kitchen for some water or the bathroom to pee, you'd miss the fight. Tyson would crick his neck, then promptly kick your butt.

Tyson went into the ring with the attitude and visage of a gladiator. He didn't flinch and tried to psych out his opponents before he even threw the first punch. It was his game face and it worked. Tyson stated if he stared you down with confidence and you flinched, he knew he had you (meaning you were going to lose the match). Moyes telling the world Manchester United won't win Champion's League was a major flinch empowering rivals. Call it the flinch "heard around the world."

Psychology is a big part of sports. Lining up the mind with the body creates a better performance. A demoralized, panicked and unsure mind will translate into an inferior performance. If your own manager/coach is telling you your not going to win, that's how you're going to play, riddled with doubt and defeat the minute you get out there..."

Well, 7-months later Manchester United has firmly imploded, with their worst finish in the club's storied history. There's a phrase that goes, "If it ain't broke don't fix it." Herein lies David Moyes mistake at Manchester United. As stated on the site over 7-months ago, Moyes should not have fired Manchester United's preexisting, championship winning coaching staff, replacing them with his own associates.

He could have simply brought in a couple people he's worked with if it was that important to him (paid for out of his salary). He tampered with a winning formula and additionally removed the players' security blanket of familiarity in sacking everyone they'd worked with for years.

David Moyes

One should only deconstruct and put back together badly losing teams. You shouldn't wreck winning title holders. It's like crushing/leveling a field with a perfectly ripe crop, rather than harvesting the fruits and vegetables on the trees. You only break up dry, fallow ground, planting new seeds and watering and nurturing it into a great crop.

A handful of people online have blamed Ferguson for choosing Moyes as his successor, but the latter deviated from the former's instructions. Ferguson left a blueprint behind that Moyes discarded, in favor of his own plans and unproven people. Once again, against the former manager's advice, Moyes fired Ferguson's winning coaching staff, replacing them with his own people.

Another problem was based on his expressions, Moyes always looked like he was in over his head, with the pressure of having moved to the then top club in the league getting to him. He looked perpetually panicked and doubtful, with expressions that became online memes on social networking. To rival managers, such expressions is the equivalent of sharks sensing blood in the water and they pounced on Moyes. His squad also picked up on it and became dispirited and doubtful. They were no longer confident and it showed in their expressions and body language on the pitch. It impacted their play. They weren't playing like Manchester United anymore. It's as though they forgot they were the reigning champs.

Arsene Wenger of Arsenal has a serious expression during matches, like he's reasoning and thinking about maneuvers. You really don't know what he's thinking based on his expressions and that's how it should be. He has many wins and accomplishments under his belt. As I've stated on Twitter, Jose Mourinho of Chelsea reminds me of Dr. Evil, but with hair and a tan (LOL). He issues aggressive, demoralizing quotes to opponents, in the vein of Dr. Evil, intimidating rivals before they even hit the pitch. He stands on, not beside the pitch (dude, you know you're really not supposed to do that LOL) with his game face on and it works.

Ferguson, considered the top football manager in history, looked confident and intimidating during games, chewing the life out of his chewing gum like he was holding a grudge against it and anyone who tried to beat his squad. He'd stare people down like a gangster (LOL). He always had that "I'm more of a man than you" look on his face to intimidate rivals and it worked.

At the end of the day, football is also a business. Poor results on the pitch impact the bottom-line and ticket/merchandising sales will decline. Bills don't pay themselves. Old Trafford's massive grounds costs money to maintain and the staff needs to be paid as well. The same goes for all teams. The Glazers borrowed a whopping $1.3 billion dollars against Manchester United. The loan must be repaid and poor results on the pitch unquestionably jeopardizes their ability to meet their financial obligations.

Alex Ferguson

Some state Moyes can console himself with his pay, but no one who loves football wants to experience what he did (he made some wrong turns that backfired). Money doesn't fix that when it comes to career fulfillment in wanting to do very well via great results on the tables. However, Moyes can recover in another post and with a $6,000,000 check to fall back on for 10-months work at Manchester United. It's not the end of the world. In life you have to learn to laugh at yourself and be resilient.

Side Bar: Coaching is in my blood. I think I would make a decent terrifying football manager. I'd probably be in trouble with the league every week, though:

Disciplinary commission: You were overheard telling a striker to FLING a rival out of the way on the pitch.
Me: No, you misheard. I told him to SING to him in a gesture symbolic of brotherhood, freedom and love. "Let freedom ring!" You know how much I love music.

Then, after I was unjustly cleared on the flagrant violation of league rules, I'd privately commend my offending player laughing, "Did you see how he went airborne when you flung him out of the way and scored that goal. He should totally get air miles for flying across the pitch like Superman. There will be something extra in your check for that." I'm just kidding. I have to state that because I don't want this article working against me in the future (LOL).

In all honesty, it would be wonderful to build a team from the ground up in the lower league, then help it rise to the top.

Shortly after, Saatchi began choking Lawson, who erupted in tears at his shocking conduct. He repeatedly put his fingers around her neck and squeezed, causing her visible discomfort. Police are investigating the incident as one of domestic violence. Lawson, the mother of three minors, was later seen leaving the couple's multi-million dollar Chelsea home in London, carrying suitcases. Saatchi, a wealthy gallery owner, is known for likening himself to the devil in promotional items regarding his work. Now he's behaving like him as well, via attacking his wife in what onlookers indicate was an unprovoked incident.

Tetrapak Heir Hans Rausing Found Not Guilty Of Wife's Murder

Eva Rausing and Hans Rausing in happier times

Swedish Tetrapak heir, Hans Rausing, has been spared prison time, in the death of his wife, American socialite, Eva Rausing. The couple met in a California rehab facility, married, then moved to London two decades ago, giving birth to and raising four children.

Eva Rausing (left) and Hans Rausing (right) this year, emaciated and struggling with full blown addiction to crack cocaine and heroin

Eva Rausing's body was discovered by police, after they arrested her husband for driving erratically in South London. Drugs were found in his car and a search of his home, revealed a terrible stench, indicating a decomposing body was present. Mrs. Rausings remains were found on the second floor of their $80,000,000 Cadogan Place mansion.

The Rausing's home in Chelsea's Cadogan Place, a district of London, England

Mr. Rausing told the court he found his wife dead, presumably from a drug overdose and simply did not want her to leave. Therefore, he did not report her death to the authorities and covered her body in garbage bags and clothes.

Socialite Eva Rausing Found Dead In Garbage Bags Sealed With Tape And Her Husband Hans Rausing Is The Prime Suspect

Eva Rausing and Hans Rausing before their addiction escalated

There was good reason police in London charged billionaire Tetra Pak heir, Hans Rausing, with his wife's murder. They didn't just simply find Eva Rausing's expired body laying on a bed in the couple's $80,000,000 Cadogan Place home. Her body was found stuffed in garbage bags that were taped shut. By any reasonable standard that looks very incriminating.

Eva Rausing (left) and Hans Rausing (right) this year, emaciated and struggling with full blown addiction to crack cocaine and heroin

Add to this discovery claims Rausing had been dead for days, people now understand to a greater degree, why he was charged with concealing the body. Rausing may have died from an overdose and in a drug stupor, her husband irrationally put her body in garbage bags. However, if there exists injury to her body indicating murder, his legal team will be facing a serious challenge, as that will be very difficult to explain to a judge and jury.

Cadogan Place in London's Chelsea

This is so sad. When people are given every opportunity in life to succeed and they reach such a terrible juncture, it makes one lament the awful turns individuals sometimes take, especially when drugs enter the picture. Rausing leaves behind four children that not only have to deal with her passing, but how her deceased body was discovered.

A security guard called the police when Brooks' husband tried to retrieve a garbage bag with a mobile phone, computer and sensitive documents belonging to the family, which had been dumped in the garage of a shopping center, outside their apartment building in Chelsea (London).

It is to be expected that the suspects in the case are being wiretapped and followed by the police, with all their personal and business data investigated for clues to criminal activity. See, it's not so much fun when the shoe is on the other foot and people are prying into your lives, now is it.

Cheryl Cole And Derek Hough Relationship Branded A Fraud

Cheryl Cole and Derek Hough

After the implosion of the marriage of vile, lying, racist singer Cheryl Cole, to adulterous soccer player, Ashley Cole, the Judiciary Report immediately branded her so-called affair with "Dancing With The Stars" resident toe-tapper, Derek Hough, a fake. That was several months ago.

The Judiciary Report called it and this week, Cole's friend, boxer, Amir Khan, confirmed it, via stating her relationship with Hough is fake and for publicity. One has to wonder about the decency, integrity, honesty and greedy ambition of a celebrity that stages a relationship for publicity.

Ashley Cole and wife Cheryl

According to a legal expert, Chelsea FC football player in London, Ashley Cole, may plead racial discrimination, in the face of a massive forthcoming fine, for smuggling in women to team hotels, during away games, when cheating on his wife, faux singer, Cheryl Cole.

The Judiciary Report, who is no fan of Cheryl's, is of the belief, it would be inappropriate for Cole to cite any racism in this instance, as he clearly violated club rules that apply to all Chelsea FC team members, irrespective of their skin tone and ethnic background.

Through two incidents, via a newspaper tell-all and a separate outing of an affair on a message board, it was revealed Cole broke team rules in sneaking women into his hotel rooms during official play.
