Ashley Cole May Plead Racial Discrimination

Ashley Cole and wife Cheryl

According to a legal expert, Chelsea FC football player in London, Ashley Cole, may plead racial discrimination, in the face of a massive forthcoming fine, for smuggling in women to team hotels, during away games, when cheating on his wife, faux singer, Cheryl Cole.

The Judiciary Report, who is no fan of Cheryl's, is of the belief, it would be inappropriate for Cole to cite any racism in this instance, as he clearly violated club rules that apply to all Chelsea FC team members, irrespective of their skin tone and ethnic background.

Through two incidents, via a newspaper tell-all and a separate outing of an affair on a message board, it was revealed Cole broke team rules in sneaking women into his hotel rooms during official play.

...Claims Employment Lawyer...Legal expert warns disgruntled star could take club to the cleaners...

24-Feb-2010 3:05:00 PM - In the event that Chelsea fine Ashley Cole due to allegations surrounding his private life, the player could pursue a case of constructive dismissal or racial discrimination against his employer, a legal expert claims.

The left-back has been embroiled in a scandal that reportedly involved twice smuggling a girl into a club hotel room the day before a Chelsea match.

Reports have since stated that the Blues will fine Cole £200,000 and team meetings have also been held to remind the playing staff of their responsibilities.

Paul Reeves from international law firm Stephenson Harwood explained Cole's options, but the 29-year-old England defender has made no suggestion that he is ready to abide by the following course of action.
