their marriage. People try to work through their differences
to make their marriage a success, but the Clintons are
downright disgraceful and willfully leading separate lives

a loving couple. Donald Trump recently received criticism for
a vulgar conversation between himself and NBC host Billy
Bush, where he stated regarding women, "Grab them by the
pu**y." Ironically, Hillary has been doing that for years.

U.S. Olympic swim team
member, Ryan Lochte, has lost three lucrative endorsement
deals, over lying about being robbed at gunpoint during the
2016 Rio Olympics. Speedo, Ralph Lauren and Syneron Candela
dropped Lochte from endorsement deals in the fall out from
the scandal that upset the people and government of Brazil. Lochte created a scandal
after he lied during a televised NBC interview, falsely
claiming he had been robbed with a gun pointed on his
forehead. The Brazilian government investigated his claims
and discovered Lochte and three teammates were drunk and
engaging in vandalism at a gas station. It was also reported
Lochte got into a fight with a security guard at the gas
station.

After the truth came out late last week, a
contrite Ryan Lochte did another interview with NBC on
Sunday, due to the firestorm of controversy his conduct
created, in lying about being robbed at gunpoint. Lochte,
who became tearful during the interview, expressed that he
feels bad about his behavior. Lochte stated he should not
have “over exaggerated” what transpired at a gas station.

Brazil is not happy about the incident. The
government of Brazil slammed it during a press conference.
Even in the conclusion of the Olympics, a Brazilian federal
government employee, Vinicius Machado, lamented to the press while
celebrating the success of the Rio Olympics, "We are a nice,
friendly people. So we were anxious about this event. We
were testing ourselves. We had some problems; we had some
situations with the Americans, but we did it our way, and we
did well, I think."

Hollywood on the party scene, hobnobbing with celebrities,
whose ways do not align with the rest of America. Before the
scandal broke, Lochte even revealed he is moving from
Florida to Los Angeles, California. Lochte is better off not

lying to the American people for sympathy, attention and
profit. The American press is predicting Lochte will lose
$15,000,000 in career endorsements over the incident that
has so upset Brazil.

Speedo USA Is Among 3 Companies to Drop Ryan Lochte
Amid Rio Fallout
AUG. 22, 2016 - The fallout from Ryan
Lochte’s story about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio — a
tale the Brazilian police said was not true — took another
turn Monday after three companies said they would end
business partnerships with the American swimmer. Speedo USA
and Ralph Lauren, the luxury clothing retailer, announced
Monday that they would part ways with Lochte, a 12-time
overall Olympic medalist. Syneron Candela, a company that
sells hair-removal devices, told Reuters its relationship
with the swimmer ended on Sunday.
Speedo USA said in a message posted to
Twitter that it would instead donate a $50,000 portion of
Lochte’s fee to a charity to help Brazilian children. “While
we have enjoyed a winning relationship with Ryan for over a
decade and he has been an important member of the Speedo
team, we cannot condone behavior that is counter to the
values this brand has long stood for,” the company said in
its statement.
On Monday, Kim Angelastro, a spokeswoman for
Syneron Candela, wrote in an email, “We hold our employees
to high standards, and we expect the same of our business
partners.” Lochte was a spokesman for its Gentle Hair
Removal brand. Through a spokeswoman, Ralph Lauren said
Monday that Lochte’s endorsement agreement with the clothing
company had been only for the 2016 Olympics, and that his
contract would not be renewed...
‘Let’s dance’: Olympics ends in relief for Brazilians

Under a tropical drizzle, Brazil kicked off the last act of
South America’s Olympic debut Sunday night, a danceable
farewell to a zany 17 days of brilliant athletic
performances and a decathlon of mishaps. Athletes shrouded
in plastic ponchos, smiling through the rain, seemed an apt
ending to an Olympics that was always an uphill climb. With
dancers dressed as colorful birds, fiddlers and fireworks,
Rio drummed and stomped its way to a happy, sopping final
note, as they prepared to put out the torch and pass the
baton to Tokyo, the next host city...
But on a drizzling Saturday afternoon there
was Vinicius Machado, a 24-year-old IT infrastructure
planner for the federal government, who was drinking a beer
at a picnic table in Olympic Park. Maybe these Games were
not as seamless as in London or Beijing, he said, but
Brazilians got it done, and those who came had a good time.
“We are a nice, friendly people. So we were
anxious about this event,” he said. “We were testing
ourselves. “We had some problems; we had some situations
with the Americans,” he added. “But we did it our way, and
we did well, I think.”...
Social networking is questioning the
integrity of swimmer, Ryan Lochte, regarding inconsistencies
in his story regarding being allegedly robbed at gunpoint,
by men dressed as police, during the 2016 Rio Olympics in
Brazil. The story hit the news after Lochte’s mother
revealed to Fox News that he was allegedly robbed during the
Olympics in Rio. Lochte made headlines due to a television
interview with U.S. network NBC, on location in Rio to cover
the Olympics.
During the interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer,
Lochte stated a group of men wearing police clothing stopped
the cab he and U.S. Olympic swim team members, Jimmy Feigen, Gunnar Bentz
and Jack Conger, caught after a party outside the Olympic
village. For years Lochte has been known for his wild
partying and landed on pop culture blogs as a result of it.

Lochte stated on television that one of the
men dressed as a police officer pointed a gun at his
forehead demanding his wallet and other valuables. Lochte
stated his wallet was stolen during the alleged robbery.
However, inconsistencies have since cropped up after
Brazilian authorities began subpoenaing CCTV camera footage
at multiple locations in Rio to backtrack Lochte’s movements
and that of his team mates who were present in the cab, to
ascertain exactly what transpired.
Brazilian judge, Kayla Blank, ordered Lochte,
Bentz, Conger and Feigen to stay put while authorities complete
their investigation, as the inconsistencies that have
surfaced in their story needs clarification. For example,
Lochte told police he caught the cab at a specific gas
station. Authorities subpoenaed the CCTV footage from the
station and discovered Lochte and his teammates were never
there.

Lochte told police his wallet was stolen
during the alleged robbery in the cab. However, authorities
subpoenaed CCTV footage of the swimmers returning to the
Olympic village hours later than they stated they arrived at
the athletics facility and the video shows Lochte, Bentz,
Conger and
Feigen placing their wallets in the containers, to be
scanned in the x-rays machine that inspects the contents of
one‘s belongings, in search of weapons or other incendiary
devices. People have now come to the conclusion their
wallets were not stolen, though Lochte previously made
claims to the contrary.
Lochte told authorities he left a party held
by Club France at 4AM and caught a cab at the Ipiranga gas
station in the immediate vicinity of the venue. However,
Brazilian authorities subpoenaed CCTV footage from the Club
France party and discovered Lochte, Feigen, Conger and Bentz left
hours later than they claimed.

their belongings they stated were stolen and did not look
distressed on the tape or to witnesses, after the alleged
robbery at gunpoint.
After news began to filter out about the
inconsistencies in their stories, Lochte fled Brazil and was
able to make it back to America. The U.S. Olympic committee
has refused to divulge Lochte’s location, though he is
wanted for questioning in Rio under the suspicion he filed a
false police report in Brazil. The New York Times stated
Lochte, Feigen, Conger and Bentz's claims of robbery at
gunpoint brought “embarrassment“
on the Rio Olympics committee that has "turned to anger."
Lochte did not return to his home in
Florida. However, DrudgeReport.com is stating he is in North
Carolina. Lochte’s teammates Bentz and Conger attempted to
flee as well, in defiance of the Judge Blank’s orders and
were removed from a plane in Rio that was headed for
America. Their passports have now been confiscated until
they testified, as they previously gave "conflicting
reports" to police. People online are wondering if Lochte,
Bentz and Feign were truly robbed or if they were drunk/high and
hallucinated the whole thing.

seize the passports of Ryan Lochte and Jimmy Feigen. The two men are under investigation for allegedly lying
about the robbery they claimed happened Sunday in Rio.
The swim team had already moved out of the Village but
Feigen may still be in Brazil while Lochte flew home to the
US on Tuesday.
The judge's order came after seeing video obtained by
DailyMail.com of the laughing men returning to the Village
after the robbery.
Investigators claim that the X-ray machine at the Village
showed the men were in possession of all belongings they
said were stolen on Sunday.
The video footage also seems to show both Feigen and Gunnar
Bentz carrying what look to be wallets when they return to
the Village.
The two men will now be investigated for the false
communication of a crime, which carries a maximum sentence
of three years in jail in Brazil.

keep them in the country for further questioning about the

Sports. The athletes are now accused of lying about the
incident after the publication of the video Tuesday led
investigators to change their line of inquiry. A formal
request for their passports to be seized reveals that the
two men will now be investigated for the false communication
of a crime, which carries a maximum sentence of three years
in jail in Brazil.
Records retrieved by investigators from the
X-ray machine through which the athletes passed in the
Village also showed that the men were carrying all the
belongings which they had claimed in sworn statements to
police had been stolen. Lochte, 32, had already flown out of
the country and is home in the US while Feigen's whereabouts
are still not known. Feigen, 26, had been in Rio all day
Tuesday but it is unclear if he took a flight home before
the judge's order.

It was recently discovered NBC "Nightly News" anchor, Brian
Williams, has been fabricating stories, injecting himself in
events he was not present for, which is very poor journalism.
Williams is a pathological liar. The lies began to unravel this
year, when others came forward disputing his claims, revealing
he was not present in dangerous situations he reported being
perilously apart of on many occasions.
The unmasking of Williams' lies led to NBC removing him from
his anchor post on the "Nightly News." However, Williams is
making a return to television this month on the MSNBC network,
which is also owned by NBC. Williams is set to cover Pope
Francis' visit to America. It is the Judiciary Report's view
that the only network Williams should be working for is the SyFy
channel, where he can fictionalize events and it be accepted as
science fiction.
Mogul turned U.S. Presidential candidate, Donald Trump,
offended many in making negative, stereotypical, dismissive and
untrue statements about Mexican people. Trump stated during a
speech, “When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their
best. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're
rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."
Trump refused to apologize for his disappointing statements
and it made the offense even worse. As a result he has lost a
number of sponsors. Univision is refusing to air his Miss
Universe pageant on their widely watched network. The NBC
network cancelled Trump's “Apprentice” television show as well.
Macys department store has terminated sponsorship deals with
him. The PGA golf tournament is mulling pulling their event from
his Palm Beach, Florida resort.
As I stated on Twitter a
week ago, Trump needs the Hispanic vote to become President of
the United States. Hispanics account for 20% of the U.S.
population. Three of the top electoral states - Florida, Texas
and California - are also largely Hispanic. For anyone to become
president in America in modern times, they need the support of
the Hispanic community.
However, presidency or not, Trumps statements were unkind,
false, inaccurate and hurtful. He needs to apologize. There are
many hardworking, decent Hispanics all over America and the
world and many of them are Mexicans. They didn’t deserve the
negative statements he made. Millions of Mexicans do not have a
criminal record. Mexicans are also among the hardest working
people in the world.
Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports' signing, Dallas Cowboys football
player, Dez Bryant, is facing the proverbial music, as news
trickles out about his acts of violence. According to
ProfootballTalk.com, run by NBC Sports, NFL Media maintained a
list of six incidents, regarding misconduct by Bryant.
One of the incidents is in reference to Bryant beating up his
mother in 2012, something she told police he had done on
previous occasions. Police reported his mother had visible
injuries. However, she later dropped the charges, not wanting
her son to face jail.
News reports are now surfacing indicating the most serious
incident involves a July 2011 police report from a Lancaster
area Walmart in Texas, concerning Bryant assaulting a female,
his girlfriend, Ilyne Nash, by dragging her from a Mercedes and
through the parking lot. Reports indicate the incident was
captured by store surveillance video and witnessed by a shopper,
who called the police.

An NBC poll reveals 60% of Americans want every member of Congress
voted out, fired for the current federal government shutdown. Their
inability to address national debt, budget deficits and ObamaCare,
among other things, all while consistently voting for and approving
salary increases for themselves, is not sitting well with the public.

Once again, they need to end the shutdown. Government workers who
are currently not being paid have mortgages, car payments, gas, utility
and food costs to pay for and need their money. Non-payment of bills
such as mortgages and car payments will also damage their credit
reports and put them in danger of default (foreclosure, repossession).
This is not the time for politicians to be playing chicken.

NBC/WSJ poll: 60 percent say fire every member of
Congress
Throw the bums out. That’s the message 60 percent of Americans are
sending to Washington in a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll,
saying if they had the chance to vote to defeat and replace every
single member of Congress, including their own representative, they
would. Just 35 percent say they would not.
According to the latest NBC/WSJ poll, the shutdown has been a
political disaster. One in three say the shutdown has directly impacted
their lives, and 65 percent say the shutdown is doing quite a bit of
harm to the economy. NBC's Chuck Todd reports.
Rihanna's reality show styled to rock was dropped in Britain for
abysmally low ratings, which hit historic lows for its genre and
content. After begging for it to stay on the air, the show was sent to
America on the Style Network. However, as the show was about to air,
NBC shutdown the Style Network.
Based on reports, execs at NBC, who also owns Bravo, did not like
"Styled To Rock" but as it has already been recorded they've
given it a bad time slot on Friday night on the aforementioned channel.
With all of Rihanna's court problems for copyright infringement and
plagiarism, Bravo needs to carefully screen the content to make sure
she is in compliance with the law.
Is the Obama Administration responding well in aiding those in America
affected by Hurricane Sandy. There have been sad and heartbreaking reports of
people in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) being
stranded without food or water. There are reports on NBC of people in New York
defecating in hallways. There was video online of New Yorkers dumpster diving
for food behind a supermarket. People are being gouged on the price of food that
is available, while others are being charged $15 per gallon for gas, which is
tree times higher than the state average.
This begs the question, why hasn't the Obama Administration mobilized FEMA
and the military yet, to bring food, water and basic medical supplies to people
who are suffering as a result of this storm. Trucks and helicopters could be
used to move the supplies into the affected regions in a timely manner. During
Hurricane Andrew, the military was called up to aide residents, who lost just
about everything, via distributing food, water and other necessary supplies.

The British Parliament projected a light mural of the
fastest man alive, Usain Bolt, on the side of its building, to commemorate
his win at the 2012 London Olympics. Bolt defended his title in the 100m
race in sensational form and it was a nice tribute to his
achievement.
It's been reported, Bolt's race on August 5, 2012, was the most watched event of the Olympics in Britain and America. Thus far, it has also
received the highest global ratings as well. When NBC in America delayed
airing the race on television, people in the United States flocked to the
network's website, which created so much internet traffic it crashed the
servers.
And some people state racism doesn't exist anymore. Right after the
NBC network in America aired a 2012 Olympic segment on gold medal winning
gymnast Gabby Douglas, they followed it up with a commercial featuring a
monkey doing gymnastics.
Bob Costas is in another controversy involving a black
athlete, this time Gabby Douglas. Previously, Costas had badmouthed black sprinter Usain Bolt at the 2008 Olympics,
over his showmanship. Apparently NBC likes taking digs at black athletes.
This has has been interpreted as a massive slur against Douglas. The
term monkey is used as a racial slur for black people, which is foul.
Immediately, people began complaining on Twitter about the incident, which
forced NBC to apologize.

slammed Douglas, a minor, for being a Christian and thanking God for her

control it, even when it comes to a minor. I'm going to stop giving the

It's ridiculous that some are behaving this way, rather than
congratulating this fantastic young prodigy for her wonderful work in the

special pulled poor numbers, indicating his fan base may be suffering from
"Belieber" fatigue. "All Around The World" was aired to
promote Bieber's new album "Believe" which is headed for number
one on the Billboard charts next week. "Believe" will debut with
estimated sales of 400,000 copies sold for the week.

Bieber hopes to get into acting in motion pictures, after
his television debut on the show "CSI" which featured the singer
getting lit up like a Christmas tree in a hail of bullets. In the mean
time, Bieber remains on an international tour.
NBC's "Saturday Night Live" has done a terribly accurate spoof of the reality show family the Kardashians that they will never live down. Yes, it's that embarrassing. It paints the family as delusional and money chasing, willing to compromise all values for money and fame. Kim Kardashian filing for divorce from NBA star, Kris Humphries on Halloween, really opened the floodgates against this clan.
The spoof made Kim look like an irritating dummy, Kris Humphries a doofus Neanderthal caveman being manipulated and used, Kris Jenner a plastic surgery addict trying to be her daughters' sister, rather than their mom and Bruce Jenner a docile, emotionless botox and plastic surgery victim.
It wasn't pretty. Sadly for the Kardashians, it's all over the internet with people laughing in feedback sections at the accuracy of the spoof. Yep, the backlash has begun, but it is deserved.

I don't watch their reality shows, but I laughed at the spoof. They did them so wrong. But they asked for it in filming every facet of their lives for money and fame, then Kim filing for divorce within weeks of their massive wedding that attempted to rival that of the British royal family. Once again folks, demand more from public figures than a perpetually bad example for society.
Kim Kardashian has been looking angry over the terrible public backlash at her filing for divorce after weeks of marriage, but most people are not sorry for her. The nation is in a financial depression, most people can't pay their bills and are trying hard to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, yet here is spoilt Kardashian who finds a tall, handsome, rich husband, makes millions off her spectacle of a wedding, then has the nerve to file for divorce, after playing the public for fools, in seeking greater fame.
Cry me a river Kim. There are people in this world struggling with potentially fatal illness that would love to be healthy and get married. You had the opportunity and turned marriage into an unsacred joke for publicity.

Social Networking photos have surfaced of 20-year-old, Mariah Yeater, the woman accusing 17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, of impregnating her backstage after a concert in Los Angeles, California and she looks mentally unwell in the pics.

The pics feature her with saran wrap (cling film) over her head, making faces as though she is suffocating. Other photos feature her making odd faces that are disturbing. She doesn’t seem mentally fit. I’m not saying one can’t take goofy pics on social networking sites, making comedic faces, as many people do, but the suffocating photos are not normal and quite dangerous.

This morning Bieber answered a question the Judiciary Report asked last night on the website - has he ever met Mariah Yeater and did anything happen. On this morning's episode of "The Today Show" Bieber told NBC's Matt Lauer "no" in response to that question.

The paternity case is set to go before a judge next month. Bieber is being asked to submit his DNA to test it against that of Yeater's 3-month-old son, Tristyn. She gave him a name somewhat similar to Justin. If it turns out that Bieber did not father her child, the poor baby is going to be embarrassed over this Billie Jean type scandal and she could full well lose custody.
Side Bar: Is there no remaining surveillance video from the Staples Center in Los Angles on the night of the alleged sexual affair that can prove or disprove Yeater was even backstage as she claims.
The original "Charlie's Angels" television series, produced by Aaron Spelling, was a big hit in the 1970s and 1980s. The show was rebooted this month for ABC and not very well. It is not as good as the original. The Judiciary Report does not think Spelling would have liked the new treatment.

The movie series done several years ago, was not that great either, but the new television series is somewhat cheesy. This maybe due to ABC and NBC struggling with making reboots. The new "Wonder Woman" series that was made, but not aired, was pretty corny, ruining a former hit concept.

Hollywood has been going into overdrive with reboot after reboot and many of them simply are not good. To do that is to damage the legacy of the original product and sometimes upsetting the public in the process, as revealed by feedback posts on various websites.
Dina Lohan, the mother of fallen, former child star, Lindsay Lohan, 24, has finally admitted her daughter is a drug addict. Previously, Dina Lohan got into an on-air tiff with NBC's Matt Lauer on the "Today Show" as he tried to characterize Lindsay as a drug addict. Lauer was correct, as Lohan is addicted to drugs and alcohol and is using rehab as a revolving door each time she faces jail.
However, this week, on ABC's "Good Morning America" her mother did concede Lindsay has a drug problem. She is also an alcoholic...with bad taste in clothes, which is another good reason not to do drugs and get drunk, as it impairs your fashion sense (see Lindsay's alleged fashionline).

It was also announced this week, Lindsay hopes to open rehab centers. This is inadvisable at this point. Considering she keeps falling off the wagon that is sobriety, the centers' credibility would be non-existent and send a message that does more harm than good. Leave it to the professionals.
Kabbalah cult actress, Brittany Murphy, has died from a heart attack at age 32. She died in a Hollywood Hills home, she purchased from singer and fellow Kabbalah member, Britney Spears.
This marks the third high profile Kabbalah member death this year. Michael Jackson and DJ AM are also members of Kabbalah that died unexpectedly this year, in tragic circumstances, all related to prescription medication abuse. Murphy starred in several films such as Clueless, 8 Mile and Sin City.

Recently, Murphy, who joined Kabbalah a few short years ago, started behaving like fellow cult member, Lindsay Lohan, messing up on movie sets and losing film work as a result. Her career went downhill when she joined Kabbalah.
This year, Murphy was fired from the film "The Caller" and badly botched her lines during the filming of "Something Wicked" to the point the movie had to be rewritten. Prior to Kabbalah, Murphy had no such problems, starring in a string of successful films.

A few weeks ago, suffering from Kabbalah induced schizophrenia, Murphy called 911 to report a woman screaming, while being murdered with a chainsaw and excessive noise coming from a loud air conditioning unit, during the time the alleged killing was transpiring.
The police rushed out to her property and found no blood, chainsaw or evidence that would indicate anything of that nature had happened.
Recently, Murphy was spoofed on the NBC program "Saturday Night Live" as an actress that had become unbalanced, unhinged and crazy, falling from grace.
Murphy's dad recently spoke out about her untimely death, stating he loved her and is sad she has passed away. He was in the mafia and was sent to prison on drug charges.
Hollywood's summer of death has spilled over into winter, as other notable stars have died in the last couple months, such as WWE wrestler Umaga and high profile football player, Chris Henry, among others.

Sunday, December 20, 2009 - ...The unusual death of the young actress best known for movies, such as Clueless, Sin City, Just Married, 8 Mile and Girl Interrupted has led to speculation about the cause and has rehashed past allegations of drug use, body dysmorphic disorder and eating disorders.
Only two weeks ago, Brittany had been fired from a film The Caller. Also, she recently lost consciousness while filming another movie Something Wicked according to TheWrap.com.
Brittany allegedly was practically unable to film her scenes in the forthcoming movie Something Wicked and continuously lost her focus in mid-sentence according to an insider speaking exclusively to The Wrap.
“Her husband was her handler, [gic] he shuttled her around. She was barely there. “She’d go in and out of consciousness in the middle of takes,” said the man associated with the film production to The Wrap...
The witness said Brittany going in and out of consciousness forced producers to rewrite her character. He said movie coworkers believed Brittany used prescription drugs.
The studio and director Matthew Parkhill of The Caller have not publicly disclosed why Brittany was fired from the horror movie, and Perez Hilton reported that she was being replaced by Twilight’s Victoria Lefevre.
The Wrap also pointed out that “Saturday Night Live” Weekend Update poked fun at Brittany recently showing an actress portraying her in a skit thinking she was the host of “SNL” while Seth Myer reminded her a couple times that she was not the host and then pointed out to the audience she was fired from The Caller insinuating erratic behavior...
