Brian Williams Returning To Television After Fabricating News Stories Leading To His Removal From Anchor Post On 'Nightly News'

It was recently discovered NBC "Nightly News" anchor, Brian Williams, has been fabricating stories, injecting himself in events he was not present for, which is very poor journalism. Williams is a pathological liar. The lies began to unravel this year, when others came forward disputing his claims, revealing he was not present in dangerous situations he reported being perilously apart of on many occasions.

The unmasking of Williams' lies led to NBC removing him from his anchor post on the "Nightly News." However, Williams is making a return to television this month on the MSNBC network, which is also owned by NBC. Williams is set to cover Pope Francis' visit to America. It is the Judiciary Report's view that the only network Williams should be working for is the SyFy channel, where he can fictionalize events and it be accepted as science fiction.

MSNBC political pundit, Chris Matthews, who was also a speech writer of former President Jimmy Carter, this week stated what the Judiciary Report has maintained for the past two years, the failing economy is going to help destroy President Obama's chances of reelection in November 2012. The Judiciary Report stated it is imperative that Obama turn the economy around and act with transparency, to receive a second term and he has not. The numbers are still bad.

Matthews stated of the economy this week, "It is not 'steaming ahead,' unfortunately. The growth rate is well below 3 percent and that is not strong enough to bring people back to work in the numbers that will instill confidence that the country itself is headed back to business...we have a housing problem that remains an albatross--a difficult-to-explain, but devastating, situation that somehow seems to undercut a true recovery." Matthews also lamented rising has prices and their negative effect.

Wow, things are getting ugly over at Fox News between the network and President Obama. After Fox News played a clip of MSNBC's Chris Matthews slamming Republican Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, stating he looks like "a car bomber" the gloves came off.

Fox News commentator, Brent Bozell of the Media Research Center, got his own dig in, slamming Democrat Obama as someone who looks like a "Skinny Ghetto Crackhead." He also slammed Matthews as a talk show pundit with only "48 people watching him" on television.

Many in the entertainment industry and posters online, do not believe Knowles is actually pregnant, with people stating she is either going to adopt or use a surrogate, due to the size of her baby bump frequently increasing then decreasing, in addition to shifting, bending and creasing in public settings.

Yesterday, Time magazine editor and television political pundit, Mark Halperin, called U.S. President, Barack Obama, a "di*k" on national television. MSNBC suspended him, after receiving a call from President Obama's representative at the White House, complaining about the comment that made it onto the air, due to a MSNBC technician pressing the wrong button in the control booth (smooth). Halperin is being punished for exercising his right to free speech, revealing the limits being placed on the Constitution.

President Obama's office did what he instructed them to, as he does not take criticism well. Obama has even employed an individual on the taxpayers' dime, Jesse Lee, to argue with people on Twitter, when they write unflattering stories about him. Journalists and bloggers have publicly complained of President Obama, having blogs and other websites, penalized or shutdown for writing unflattering pieces about him.

Mark Halperin: Uh oh!

Many have rightly labeled this conduct censorship and a violation of free speech, as prescribed by the Constitution. The Judiciary Report has experienced this firsthand and can attest, the President is actively trying to shape his press via censorship, by pulling strings at companies such as Google, to punish those that freely publish the truth.

Under the law, it is the President's job to, "Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" - not impede, thwart, violate or destroy it out of self-interest, when one does not like what is being said or written.

Updated: 06/30/11 4:44 PM - White House press secretary Jay Carney announced Thursday that he called Mark Halperin's bosses at MSNBC after the network contributor called President Obama "a dick" on a morning show.

"The comment that was made was inappropriate," Carney told reporters in his daily briefing. "It would be inappropriate to say that about either president of either party."...He told reporters that "on behalf of the White House, I expressed that sentiment to executives at the network."
