Law Firm Is Suing Over Miss Colombia Losing The Crown In Live On Air Pageant Mix Up
Two days later, there are still claims that Miss Columbia should have won. There is even a petition gaining steam online, with more than 30,000 signatures. Perez Hilton, one of the judges, had this to say about the mess: “Losing is the best thing that has happened to Miss Colombia, so in one sense, she truly is the winner.
Although as a judge and looking at everything that happened, I see her posting on Instagram saying she is the true winner. There’s a reason — many reasons — why she didn’t win. Congratulations to Miss Philippines,” said Hilton...

The Clintons Accused Of More Shady Financial Dealings As Their Offshore Investment Fund Is Shutdown In Colombia
Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton and her husband, former U.S. President, Bill Clinton, are mired in controversy this week, as their offshore company Fondo Acceso, was shut down in Colombia for operating as an unregistered private equity fund. A report on the Washington Free Beacon website reveals the company was "not registered as a private equity fund in the country, which may have allowed it to avoid certain industry regulations and oversight from the Colombian government."
The site also further states, "Fondo Acceso is registered in Colombia as a 'simplified stock corporation' which legal experts said precludes it from doing business as a private equity fund." Fondo Acceso had $20,000,000 in funds and branded itself a "private equity fund." In what also looks quite shady, the unregistered, private equity fund that kept the identity of its owners hidden (the Clintons) was run out of a Bogotá, Colombia office, when the Clintons' actual office is in New York.
This brings to memory the recent September 29, 2015 Judiciary Report article "Bill Clinton And Hillary Clinton Accused Of Hiding Money As $50 Million Disappears" which carried a report from the Forbes website regarding the Clintons missing or hidden money. As stated in the column years ago, an investigation revealed the Clintons hiding money in the Cayman Islands.
November 23, 2015 5:00 am - The Clinton Foundation’s Colombia-based investment company was not registered as a private equity fund in the country, which may have allowed it to avoid certain industry regulations and oversight from the Colombian government. Although Fondo Acceso described itself as a “Private Equity Fund” in company promotional materials and business presentations, it is not listed in a database of current or previously registered private equity funds maintained by the Colombian government.
Colombian legal experts consulted by the Free Beacon said that Fondo Acceso did not appear to have violated any laws by calling itself a private equity fund, as long as it was not doing so while trying to raise capital. According to its corporate records, Fondo Acceso is registered in Colombia as a “simplified stock corporation,” which legal experts said precludes it from doing business as a private equity fund.
Fondo Acceso’s website was also removed from the internet this week, shortly after the Washington Free Beacon reported that the $20 million investment firm was owned by the Clinton Foundation and was run out of the foundation’s office in Bogota...

Obama's Secret Service Involved In Another Tawdry Sex Scandal
It is being alleged, during President Obama's 2011 El Salvador trip, his Secret Service detail went to strip clubs and received sexual favors from strippers in the VIP section. A local that worked with the Secret Service during their trip, was led to believe they "did this all the time" based on what the agents told him. The owner of the strip clubs in El Salvador frequented by the Secret Service confirmed the story.
STORY SOURCE
In El Salvador, KIRO-TV reporter Chris Halsne spoke to a U.S. government subcontractor who claims to have accompanied a group of Secret Service agents to a strip club shortly before Mr. Obama's 2011 trip to the country. The subcontractor, who is not named in the KIRO-TV report, claims members of the Secret Service advance team received "sexual favors" in a VIP section of the club. Additionally, the subcontractor said at least two of the agents took escorts back to their hotel. According to the subcontractor, an agent said they "did this all the time" and "not to worry about it."

The Secret Service Prostitution Scandal Is Spreading Again With People Dragging Obama Into It
The Hilton Hotel chain is having a rough time of late. In February 2012, legendary singer, Whitney Houston, overdosed on cocaine in one of their suites in Beverly Hills, drowning in the bathtub. Now the Hilton is being implicated in the prostitution scandal as well. Usually, when you think "Hilton" and "prostitution" you think
As much as the Judiciary Report is no fan of the Hilton family (Paris' immediate family) the chain really cannot be held responsible for the unlawful conduct of their guests, regarding what takes place in private hotel suites (prostitution is legal in Colombia, but not in America and if a U.S. citizen breaks American law abroad, there could be a liability issue in the States).
Members of Congress are calling for hearings into the scandal. Select senators also want White House staff investigated for this matter. This scandal does not appear to be dying down. The Judiciary Report is of the belief drug taking and prostitution is unethical and a massive distraction for those protecting a head of state.
One cannot be keen and alert under those conditions, as the human brain and body in general is physiologically impaired when such vices are introduced. All it takes is for one bullet to kill a head of state in a matter of seconds. It has happened before and not just to U.S. presidents. Protecting a head of state requires dedication, sobriety and focus.

More Of President Obama's Secret Service Agents Fired Due To Prostitution Scandal
Cocaine Present In The Room Obama's Secret Service Men Drank And Had Sex With Prostitutes
24-year-old prostitute, Dania Suarez, touched off the scandal, after a Secret Service agent stiffed her $800 and she went public with the story. A bit of false economy there, huh, dude. It was a cheap Secret Service agent that offered her $28 for $800 worth of services rendered.
That was not the time to be bargaining, because Suarez told everyone and over a dozen Secret Service agents and members of the military are now embroiled in the scandal and have been placed under formal investigation. The New York Post is also reporting cocaine was present in the rooms the debauched conduct transpired.

President Barack Obama in Cartagena, Colombia
It is being reported, sensitive documents, such as the president's schedule, were present in the hotel rooms that Secret Service agents engaged in promiscuous sex and heavy drinking with prostitutes, during Obama's Colombia visit for the Summit of the Americas. Political pundits and authors have stated it placed the president at risk. It is not likely that was their intention, but some decisions have unintended consequences.

A Nervous Looking President Obama In A Pickle Trying To Explain The Secret Service Prostitution Scandal (Video)
U.S. President Barack Obama nervously spoke about the Secret Service scandal, involving 12 agents who allegedly hired prostitutes to party with them at a hotel in Colombia, during a state visit. It's almost amusing watching Obama talk about the incident, because he looks scared, with this expression that indicates, if he throws the agents under the train over this, they and others in the service will duck at that crucial time they are not supposed to, when protecting him.

In other officials partying in Colombia news, Hillary Clinton was also shaking her tail feather like she just hit a full bottle of something. Hmm was Clinton partying with the Secret Service men (and you would assume I'm talking about Bubba, but I mean Hillary).
