The press has been demanding Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, release his tax returns. The press has also been demanding Democrat, Hillary Clinton, release her tax returns and information on the billions of dollars in the Clinton Foundation, during her bid for the U.S. presidency. Neither candidate has complied.  

Donald Trump has been referred to as a billionaire. Some doubt his wealth. However, he legitimately owns many valuable properties around the world, mainly luxury hotels that occupy prime lots. The land and building value of Trump's vast property empire does make him a billionaire. He also owns entertainment holdings, such as “The Apprentice” and various televised beauty pageants.

Trump’s “cash on hand” as the legal term goes is up for debate. Trump does have millions of dollars in the bank, but not likely billions. However, how net worth works is the value of one’s tangible and intangible assets, whether liquid or illiquid, is used to tabulate the total value. Once again, with Trump’s valuable real estate portfolio, he is a billionaire (if he liquidated it all, he would have billions of dollars in the bank). 

Hillary Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, left the White House broke, heavily in debt from legal fees, due to unethical behavior. The documentary “Clinton Cash” outlines that through a series of bribes, in exchange for favors using their government connections, the Clintons amassed $2 billion dollars in dirty, illegal money in the Clinton Foundation, which is supposed to be a charity, but has given little to charitable causes.

Hillary Clinton has been using this money in bids at trying to buy the U.S. presidency. If the government truly sourced the origins of the money in the Clinton Foundation, both Clintons would be eligible for life in prison for engaging in vast bribery, widespread corruption, charity fraud, tax fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud and violations of U.S. trade laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

U.S. President Barack Obama has fired the head of the IRS, Steven Miller, over the current controversy, regarding the agency targeting conservatives based on political leanings. Obama fired IRS Acting Commissioner Steven Miller, regarding an upsetting scandal the Judiciary Report broke first, after being targeted by the agency, in conjunction with the FBI (The FBI And Ethics). The president branded the misconduct by select IRS employees "inexcusable." Congress is conducting its own review of the matter.

Due to items I wrote on the Judiciary Report, criticizing the government, my mother and I were audited three years in a row and sent a defamatory letter last year that brought the issue to a head, resulting in me informing the agency of my intent to sue to rectify the problem. Once again, the matter has since been resolved, the IRS retracted their claims and without litigation.

At various points over the past two years, Internal Revenue Service officials targeted nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution, according to documents in an audit conducted by the agency’s inspector general.

The documents, obtained by The Washington Post from a congressional aide with knowledge of the findings, show that on June 29, 2011, IRS staffers held a briefing with senior agency official Lois G. Lerner in which they described giving special attention to instances where "statements in the case file criticize how the country is being run." Lerner, who oversees tax-exempt groups for the agency, raised objections and the agency revised its criteria a week later.

U.S. head of state, Barack Obama, is known to sic the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) on his enemies in a move that was often used by disgraced former president Richard Nixon. Today it was announced the IRS seized the bank accounts of train wreck actress, Lindsay Lohan.

This is curious as Lohan publicly endorsed Mitt Romney prior to the November 2012 presidential election, breaking with liberal, hedonistic Hollywood. Now she has the IRS on her butt, who are moving in on the thieving actress. Lohan owes less than many entertainers, who have been subjected to account seizures, as her outstanding tax bill is $233,904.

It's not that the Judiciary Report is particularly sorry for Lohan regarding her chronic illegal behavior, as she is obligated to pay the IRS, but just thought I'd throw this story out there to stir the doo doo a bit, as she faces two probation violations as well. You're welcome Lindsay.

Republican presidential candidate, Mitt Romney, has been declining to release his tax returns. The wealthy millionaire is said to be worth in the region of $250,000,000. His years at Bain Capital were successful and earned him most of his fortune. However, political pundits and rivals are using Romney's wealth and refusal to release his tax returns to criticize him during campaigning. He has a choice to make.

When a person has a lot of money, they are often disinclined to release their tax returns, as it will make them a target. People generally don't want others knowing their financial business to that extent. However, as Romney is running for president, it is expected of him. One should never be ashamed of hard work and success and it is regrettable that some are attempting to turn it into a negative.

The Obama Administration is failing in its responsibility to the American people, regarding tampering with government obligations, such as Social Security and IRS tax returns and refunds. With high profile incidents, regarding the Obama Administration used withholding Social Security as desperate and insensitive political leverage and trying to unlawfully deny his perceived enemies tax refunds, credits and status with the IRS, the government was brought into disrepute domestically and internationally.

The Obama Administration's vindictive, vengeful conduct came across as a government trying not to pay its bills or meet its financial obligations and worst of all, at the American people's expense. The government's word is its name. The Obama Administration has damaged the country's name to the nation and the world with this ill-advised, dreadful conduct, in a political game that has offended many voters. What is a president doing tampering in Social Security and the IRS. It does not inspire confidence...or votes.

Lauryn Hill before her fall from grace, won many Grammy Awards

R&B singer Lauryn Hill, earned millions of fans and dollars as the front woman for the successful trio the Fugees. However, she is in the dock this week for not paying her income taxes in the United States of America. Hill pled guilty to tax evasion, regarding the time period between 2005-2007, when she earned $1,800,000 and did not pay a dime to the U.S. Treasury in taxes. 

Hill has struggled with mental illness during the past few years, under the tutelage of a guru descried as a charlatan that also led comedian Dave Chapelle astray

She faces a possible prison sentence for this offense. America is bankrupt and the I.R.S. has been clamping down on tax cheats in a bid to boost income to the Treasury. A number of Hollywood stars and the main cult in Hollywood, Kabbalah, have been engaging in tax evasion, scams and financial rip-offs, designed to cheat the government.

Many Americans are depending on their tax returns to pay bills, fund the down payment of a car, home mortgage or to catch up on one to stave off foreclosure. Some physically sick people are waiting on the money from their tax returns to see a doctor or dentist, while others need it to make up their kids tuition for university.

However, under the Obama Administration, Americans' tax returns have been extraordinarily late, more than any other presidency in recent history. They keep giving out deadlines for tax returns and then irresponsibly missing them, knowing people are depending on the money. If the Obama Administration can't effectively manage the people's tax returns, how can it handle the nation's ballooning budget and reduce the national deficit in a timely fashion.

For an administration pledging to turn the economy around, this is not a good look, especially in light of the president sending the deficit sky high. It does not inspire confidence. The Judiciary Report has also seen cases where people were flat-out discriminated against by the IRS, who disallowed deductions and write-offs granted to others in the same situation under the U.S. tax code. The Obama Administration is punishing the poor and the middle class, for the sins of the rich, which is inexcusable.

Quite a few of Obama's wealthy campaign donors owe the IRS and by default the US Treasury, hundreds of millions of dollars, yet they are not being pursued for these massive tax debts, because of their relationship with the president. Meanwhile, people in lower income and middle class tax brackets, who have paid their taxes and are expecting their refunds, are being shortchanged, denied and discriminated against by the current administration.

Articles in credible publications and court documents have also brought to light the fact federal agencies such as the FBI have been using the IRS to unlawfully harass targets of their warrantless surveillance, via strong-arm tactics and threats for taxes not owed. This too is not a good look, but is being utilized under the Obama Administration and in a number of the cases, against innocent people or for political purposes. Something to think about at the polls in November.
