Today is Martin Luther King Jr. day, celebrating the life and legacy of the great civil rights hero, whose acts of peaceful protest changed the world. King, an eloquent preacher, shared his message of love, peace and equality with the world. He was ahead of his time and some hated him for his views of love and justice.

Throughout his years in the public eye, he was mercilessly and relentlessly pursued by the FBI, who ultimately commissioned his tragic death. However, in doing so, they made King a martyr revered around the world as a man of peace. King received the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize for his contributions to humanity and has a lasting legacy as a world hero.

In the lives of many great heroes, one will find love, conflict, struggle and betrayal. It is something all great men and women have to face and overcome. King's words indicated his disappointment at the betrayal of his friends who fled in the face of persecution from the FBI when he stated, "In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends" and "There comes a time when silence is betrayal."

All too often those in government look the other way to the unthinkable, the pain and suffering of the poor and the innocent. To this King stated, "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way."

But King understood love is greater than hate, as he stated, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that" and "I have decided to stick to love...Hate is too great a burden to bear."

No matter what you go through in life, when it seems like evil has triumphed over good, do not allow the hatred of others to change you to their negative ways. Remember the good you stand for and let it be the guiding force in your hearts and minds.

A Look At The Agency's Track Record

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has failed to protect civil rights and civil liberties in America. These deliberate failures constitute human rights abuses that are violations of domestic and international law.
The agency frequently spies on innocent Americans, via illegal GPS, wiretaps, email hacking, computer hacking via their specially designed CIPAV Trojan that often acts as malware, interfering with the integrity of computer systems and processes.

Investigative reports and congressional hearings have discovered many have been illegally spied on by the FBI and in very insidious ways, who had committed no crime. In some instances, the FBI upped the ante and contacted friends and relatives of the people they illegal spy on asking them not to have any contact with the person anymore, flat out lying to them about their friend or loved one, in sick psychological games intended to emotionally and mentally destroy those the agency targets. That’s pretty foul, sick and evil by anyone’s standards.

The agency is very averse to free speech and free press, having been caught red-handed targeted, terrorizing and persecuting innocent journalists. The FBI has also targeted scientists for telling the truth about inappropriate and unethical behavior the government has engaged in against the public, harmful to their health.

The FBI has also failed to keep Americans safe on many occasions, where it was ground they had advance information on forthcoming attacks and did nothing to stop them. Instances include September 11th, Fort Hood, terrorist attacks in Britain that killed dozens, August 2012 mass murders at Wisconsin Sikh temple, Christmas 2009 attempted bombing of a Detroit airliner foiled by passengers and the murders and assaults of abortion clinic doctors and workers, to name a few.

If a corporation failed as much as the FBI did it would be bankrupt, out of business and sued by many shareholders for reckless behavior. Yet, the FBI keeps getting more and more money from Congress to fail more and more. However, when they fail, it’s not just money lost. It’s lives lost as well.

The conduct of killer and stalker, Robert Zimmerman, 28, was not unique, in his unprovoked attack and murder of defenseless 17-year-old Miami boy, Trayvon Martin. Prior to Zimmerman's criminal conduct against Martin, in November 2011 "two Orthodox Jewish brothers" were arrested for patrolling their "Jewish neighborhood" in Baltimore, Maryland and targeting a black 15-year-old walking through the area.

Eliyahu and Avi Werdesheim were driving through their neighborhood as apart of a local volunteer crime watch, pulled up next to the 15-year-old African-American and yelled, "You wanna mess with us, you don't belong around here, get outta here!" They threw the unarmed teen to the ground, smashed him over the head with a radio causing a cut and broke his wrist, during the savage assault.

The Werdesheim also searched and patted down the 15-year-old, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, which bars illegal searches. The assault definitely classifies as a hate crime and one that deserves to be prosecuted. They violated the Civil Rights Act.

The Werdesheim brothers were arrested for the aforementioned crimes and are trying to distance themselves from George Zimmerman. They now seek to "postpone and move their trial because of publicity comparing their case" to that of Trayvon Martin. It is very sad and disheartening that these racially motivated crimes are happening.

The day the government lets America become a land where vigilantes can take the law into their own hands, racially profiling and beating and or killing people in unprovoked attacks, is the day the country will descend into a bloody race war, which is something that needs to be avoided at all costs. The government needs to make an example of individuals engaging in these crimes, lest others be emboldened by the impunity illegally granted to them.

12:17 PM on 04/23/2012 - BALTIMORE (AP) -- Two brothers accused of beating a black teenager while patrolling for a Jewish neighborhood watch group in Baltimore are seeking to postpone and move their trial because of publicity comparing their case to the fatal shooting of a Florida youth that has stirred strong emotions across the country.

The Werdesheims are accused of beating a 15-year-old boy who was walking through a Baltimore neighborhood in November 2010. The brothers pulled up next to the teen in a vehicle, then got out and confronted him, according to charging documents. [Article Background: This is a continuation of the phone hacking series of articles regarding the story I broke first via a police complaint. Since the time of the original police complaint, over 20 people have been arrested for phone hacking. I was alerted to phone hacking due to Madonna's unlawful behavior in conjunction with Rupert Murdoch's News Group Newspapers/News Corp].

Many of you have expressed that you understand my annoyance with the people in the aforementioned case. I would like to expound on it a bit more by writing about some of their other criminal behavior in the case. Four of my friends in Florida, who are Jamaican as well, worked at different unrelated places and were all mysteriously fired from their jobs during the same time period, without just cause, in conduct that is a known form of harassment from Madonna's Kabbalah Center.

Two of my friends that were fired were in private employment and moved on without debating what happened, as they were so distressed over it, because they had done nothing wrong with little options for economic redress available. However, the other two worked for publicly traded companies and took it to employment tribunals available to those that worked for corporations, who found my friends had done nothing wrong. One employer even tried to get my friend back on the job as their conduct was so shameful in firing her without cause and she has a child to support.

The Kabbalah Center has a nasty practice of targeting people into doing their bidding and if they refuse they use the names of the cult's celebrity members to lean on companies to firing them from their jobs. One night, one of my friends that was fired called me, distressed due to the harassment from the Kabbalah cult, as it had upset her.

She voiced concerns for her son in university and implied they had threatened to ruin his life if she did not do what they wanted in harassing and terrorizing me. This is someone I have known since I was a kid. She is very hardworking, but because she is often in contact with me and my family on our phones that have been phone hacked and wiretapped, they began contacting her and other people we know, trying to rope them into harassing me.

The Kabbalah Center, to which News Corp's Rupert Murdoch also belongs (Madonna's Connection To Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Scandal) has been targeting me and my family and friends in Florida, in their sick bids at trying to destroy me over my very valuable Copyrighted Catalog.

I find their conduct in terrorizing and attacking my Jamaican friends and family ugly, foul and racist. My friends worked hard at their jobs for time periods that range between 12-20-years, to pay their mortgages, bills, put food on their tables and their kids through school and because of a crazy, sick cult, Kabbalah, they were unfairly and cruelly harassed and fired, in conduct that constitutes hate crimes that violate the Civil Rights Act. How is that right or even legal in any way. What kind of ugly ill-will is that to attack people that have done you no harm.

I say to those of you out there with children that you are putting through school, how would you feel if some deranged cult began threatening that they are going to ruin your son's life if you don't participate in their sick conduct, which are attempts at destroying one of your friends they are targeting out of greed and hatred.

There are millions of Caribbeans in America and for the Kabbalah Center to do something so repugnant as to go around targeting immigrants in attempting to destroy others they are irrationally obsessed with is awful and racist. The Miami FBI/FBI sits back and watches while they do these terrible things to innocent people in acts of pure hate. Then they wonder why I write the things I do. The Kabbalah Center is nothing but a sick, violent cult that is an embarrassment to humanity and the worst of it.

18-year-old white teenager, Deryl Dedmon jr., is facing two life sentences in America, for vehicular homicide, among other things, for beating, then repeatedly running over, 49-year-old homeless man, James Craig Anderson, with a pick up truck.

Dedmon issued a racial slur after killing black-American Anderson, proudly stating, "I just ran that nig*er over." As many websites have stated, this was indeed a hate crime. A few uniformed people tried to state otherwise, but let's look at this case for what it is and not cover it up.

Attempting to or actually running over a minority, among other forms of violence, is unquestionably a serious hate crime, which is also a violation of the Civil Rights Act. This young man has thrown his freedom and future away over racism and hatred. Idle hands really are the devil’s workshop. Dedmon needs to ask God for forgiveness.

As black history month draws to a close, the Judiciary Report would like to celebrate the accomplishments of black people in America and around the world. The site would also like to take a look at the state of human rights, concerning the treatment of black people by federal law enforcement, particularly the FBI.

A proper legal system is important to any nation, but when it becomes corrupted, problems arise that are harmful to those in society, deemed at a disadvantage due to race. The law is supposed to give each person a fair shake, but as lawsuits against the FBI have shown, they are actively discriminating against, spying on and abusing blacks and other people of color (Muslims). Nothing good is going to come of what is illegally transpiring.

During the civil rights era, black people fought for equal rights and changes were made in the movement's wake. It's appalling that said rights have been systematically trampled and reversed, by the crooked law enforcement agency that is the FBI. Congress has been complicit in these FBI abuses that are worthy of criminal prosecution. As the saying goes, people who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

The most disgraced, Attorney General in U.S. history, Eric Holder, insists he is not "tone deaf" to public opinion, but his conduct indicates otherwise. He has betrayed the rights of kids. He has looked the other way to many prison rapes being committed behind bars nationwide, in acts condemned by many websites. As such, diseases such as AIDS and Herpes is spreading at a rapid rate in U.S. prisons. He has turned a blind eye to blatant FBI corruption and abuse of citizens and residents at the agency's hands.

He has tried to sweep the Black Panthers voter intimidation case under the rug, though said misconduct criminally violates the Civil Rights Act. He has failed to close Gitmo and stubbornly continues to infuriate New Yorkers, by insisting terror trials be held in the middle of Manhattan, to invite more acts of terrorism. He has championed the 9/11 Mosque, which an overwhelming 71% of Americans are firmly against. What was that again about not being tone deaf, Holder? Maybe all those senators screaming at you in Congress for being incompetent has depleted your hearing.

Holder is incompetent, unprepared, crass and uncouth. He has made appearances in Congress, running his mouth on Arizona Immigration law, which he didn't even read, as humiliating pointed out by a Republican senator. Nice way to make the President look bad, Holder.

He perversely insists the U.S. government can do no wrong, having immunity from their own criminal misconduct, such as acts of torture, murder, violence, rendition, kidnapping, harassment and invasive spying, none of which is permitted under the U.S. Constitution.

The question is, will "sovereign immunity" protect you from forthcoming widespread domestic and international rage, when the full extent of the criminal misconduct at the FBI and DOJ, which you have engaged in, is discovered by a planet of billions. World history will not record you well.

As mentioned in the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit, in paragraph 28, I have been targeted three times by the same law firm, Marshall C. Watson, who brought three fraudulent foreclosures against me, in a bid to rob and terrorize me in conjunction with Madonna. This criminal misconduct cost me $300,000 and property.

This month, the Florida Attorney General announced he has opened a criminal investigation into three local law firms, the first one being the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson, for fraudulently placing people's homes into foreclosure and filing false papers with the court, to speed up illegal seizures of people's properties. It is what I have alleged about the law firm for years.

It has been apart of a wider criminal campaign, to criminally shake loose from my possession, my Copyrighted Catalog worth billions (read the lawsuit). The corrupt FBI were informed of the case in 2005, yet looked the other way, as they are led by a dirty, taxpayer money wasting, bribe taking, Nazi, named Robert S. Mueller, who is a known racist.

He has been sued a number of times for discrimination, harassment and criminal negligence. He operates the FBI with a terribly racist agenda, believing minorities are inferior and that it is appropriate and just, that white corporations criminally exploit our labor and possessions, as though we have no rights.

That Nazi scum almost cost me my life with this misconduct. Under Muller's crooked leadership at the FBI, the agency criminally violated their Congressional mandate, which amounts to obstruction of justice, racketeering, criminal violations of the Civil Rights Act, fraud, bribery, criminal mischief and aggravated harassment.

This misconduct almost cost me my life and as such, he has made the worst enemy he has ever had in his corrupt life. As such, I have made it a point to publish his criminal misdeeds at the FBI, not just in my case, but in many others, which became site exclusives that received millions of web hits worldwide.

And as Mr. Mueller arrogantly peered into my private life, in territory he had absolutely no business, criminally violating the U.S. Constitution, putting his crooked nose where it does not belong, I posted the fact he has cheated on his wife with two young women, while hypocritically sanctioning FBI employees for doing the same.

If he continues in the criminal misconduct, like a nosy housewife with nothing better to do (and Mueller does act like a girl), than peer in other people's personal lives, he shall wake up to find more of his personal and professional business on this website.

Side Bar: Mr. Mueller, did you know that passing on funds to your family members that came from less than honorable means, makes them guilty of receiving ill-gotten gains, which is a felony.

In what is certain to be a bruise to her inflated ego, unoriginal Madonna, was used as a barometer for old age, when Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan, stated she is younger than the crazy pop singer. Ouch!

I don't know about you, but when applying for a legal position, one should not invoke the name of a madwoman, who has been sued for battering and choking a child (Keith Sorrentino) and engaging in egregious privacy, civil rights and copyrights abuses, all of which broke the law.

Dr. Casell is attempting to justify his point of view by claiming care under Obama's new healthcare bill will erode your health and wallet. Actually, his words were, "Not only do they want you to die at a younger age, as they basically ratchet down care, but they want you to die a slow and painful death as well."

The Judiciary Report dislikes quite a few aspects of the Obama healthcare bill, as it needs work, but since it has become law, people need to work on ways to improve it. FBI Analysts Lied To Convict Innocent People

To illustrate the treachery and corruption that exists at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, several FBI analysts have been exposed by the U.S. Court system as liars that willfully submitted knowingly false evidence, that convicted innocent minorities of crimes they did not commit, sending them to prison for decades.

Why? They are hateful racists and the FBI has an informal arrest quotas, demanding agents solve a certain amount of crimes, lest they get stuck in the FBI gulag and not make it to the executive level of the agency with higher pay and perks.

That is no way to run a law enforcement agency. It is about quality, not quantity. Yes, work at an efficient speed, but knowingly engaging in corruption and throwing innocent people in prison, just to have bodies to meet the quota is criminal and inexcusable.

The job does not offer great opportunities for advancement and there is so much bureaucracy at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. very few of them have clean hands. They done and looked the other way to very shameful things, under poor leadership, that cost innocent Americans and world citizens their lives and in quite a few instances, their health.

It's amazing that President Obama is speaking of "overhauling" everything under the sun in America, from health care to education, yet has woefully and negligently overlooked the FBI, the nation's first line of defense against terrorism and crime, that is the equivalent of a broken lock on the front door of the house that is America.

Suspicions about FBI analysts growing

Sunday, March 14, 2010 - The U.S. attorney's office in the District has found more than 100 cases since the mid-1970s that need to be reviewed because of potentially falsified and inaccurate tests by FBI analysts.

The report, filed in D.C. Superior Court late Friday, stems from an internal investigation by prosecutors after the exoneration in December of Donald E. Gates, who was falsely imprisoned for 28 years for the 1981 rape and slaying of a Georgetown University student.

The review was launched to examine 20 cases in which Justice Department officials questioned the validity of statements made by six FBI forensic analysts who were identified in a 1997 report by the department's office of inspector general...

A database of the FBI analysts names has been created to allow prosecutors to collect and research cases...

But Sandra Levick, chief of the special litigation division for the District's Public Defender Service, said the new report is "troubling" because "the government still does not know the number of people hurt by testimony from discredited FBI analysts, although it was given names beginning in 1997."...

Grandmother Assaulted, Dragged And Called Nig*er

64-year-old grandmother, Ruby Williams, was assaulted, dragged and called "nig*er" by two white males, who attacked her while she was fishing in Florida. They bludgeoned her from behind and proceeded with a vicious racial attack.

Thankfully the blow to the head did not kill her, as brain injuries can turn fatal. Police are on the lookout for the two men in question, who committed this horrible hate crime against Williams.

Obama's State Of The Union Address

U.S. President Barack Obama delivered his first State of the Union address to the American people tonight, promising a laundry list of items he has pegged, as important changes the nation needs. He has pledge more job creation, but stated he requires $30 billion dollars more in taxpayer money to accomplish this goal.

In light of the fact the government lost billions in squandered funds during the first job creation effort, there needs to be stronger government guidelines in the dissemination of the next round of funds, in the event the bill is passed by Congress.

President Obama also spoke of the new Civil Rights Division he established last year at his Department of Justice. Sorry, but I'm not impressed with the Justice Department's Civil Rights division.

Excluding Lobbyists From Administration:

"That's why -- for the first time in history -- my administration posts our White House visitors online. And that's why we've excluded lobbyists from policy-making jobs or seats on federal boards and commissions," the president said tonight.

It is true that the Obama administration became the first to implement a policy disclosing visitors to the White House, but the claim on lobbyists isn't quite right...

But the president waived the rule for Deputy Defense Secretary William Lynn, who was a registered lobbyist for the defense contractor Raytheon before being appointed in January...

The Obama administration has granted waivers for additional officials who had previously worked as lobbyists. In February, the administration signed waivers for Jocelyn Frye, former general counsel at the National Partnership for Women & Families, and Cecilia Muñoz, the former senior vice president for the National Council of La Raza, allowing them to work on issues for which they lobbied...

Court: Obama's DOJ Lacking Transparency

President Barack Obama's Department Of Justice has been fined in federal court for its lack of transparency. A Kansas court found the Department of Justice, headed up by Obama pick, Eric Holder, "Deliberately refused to provide answers during discovery."

Obama's campaign promise regarding "transparency" is now coming across like fraud, as I and others can attest and it gives the appearance of corruption and willful lawlessness, in attempting to hide the truth from the public. That's not how you get reelected. That's how you go home early.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, Obama is getting some very bad advice and following it, knowing in the back of his mind it is questionable. However, the Obama administration should bear in mind, corruption never resonates well with the public. You need to change course before the FBI/DOJ's madness consumes your presidency and political career.

DOJ lacks transparency

1/11/2010 7:20:00 - A federal court has fined the Obama Justice Department for its lack of transparency.

The housing section of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division (CRD) had filed a discrimination lawsuit in Kansas, but a federal district court has imposed attorneys' fees on the individual DOJ lawyers in the case, including Steven Rosenbaum and Loretta King, because they refused to provide answers during discovery in the lawsuit. Rosenbaum heads the CRD's housing section and King was once acting assistant attorney general.

Hans von Spakovsky "It's very similar to what's going on in the New Black Panther case where the Justice Department is refusing to comply with subpoenas from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, which is trying to get an explanation of why in the world they dismissed that voter-intimidation case," explains Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation.

He adds that the DOJ is not the only part of the Obama administration lacking transparency.

"They're basically hiding the compromise and conferencing that's been going on in that healthcare bill, despite the fact that the president eight different times during his campaign said that [process] would be completely transparent," von Spakovsky notes...

EDITORIAL: Obama Justice Department sanctioned

There needs to be a housecleaning at the very troubled Justice Department, and the top echelons of the Civil Rights Division is the right place to start. Its division chief - a presidential appointee - and its highly politicized senior career employees promote liberal ideology more than they enforce the law.

The latest imbroglio concerns two of the division's top career lawyers, the ones whom the Obama team chose to run the division until controversial nominees Thomas Perrelli and Thomas Perez could be confirmed. The two officials, Loretta King and Steven H. Rosenbaum, were heavily involved (along with Mr. Perrelli) in dropping an already-won voter-intimidation case against several members of the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia, and both were responsible for other, questionable race-based decisions. On Dec. 30, a federal district court in Kansas sanctioned them for misconduct.

The misconduct involved a failure to be "fully responsive" to earlier court filings. Significantly, the judge - himself a liberal who formerly served as counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union - held the Justice Department attorneys personally and "solely responsible for paying the monetary sanctions." ...

Rep. Frank Wolf, the Northern Virginia Republican who has energetically questioned the Justice Department about the Black Panther case, responded to the report of the newest sanctions against department lawyers. "This revelation," he said, "further calls into question the judgment of those responsible for the inexplicable dismissal of U.S. vs. New Black Panther Party. The pattern of withholding information is troubling - especially in light of the office's refusal to cooperate with congressional inquiries and subpoenas from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights." ...

Chris Brown Lashes Out At Hollywood

Angered by the failure of his latest CD "Grafitti" Sony singer Chris Brown lashed out at Hollywood's musical arm, based in New York, for having "blackballed" his album into failure, because of his assault issue with Rihanna. However, her CD has flopped as well, so Brown's reasoning makes no sense.

He claims retailers are not stocking his CDs, nor are they advertising it. When you were more involved in the system, you didn't seem to mind when others were unethically robbed and blackballed, things you unlawfully benefited from, but now you have a problem when the crumbling music industry machine turns on you.

Brown's CD is available on all the major online retail sites. I've seen his album ads popping up on websites as well. Don't get me wrong, Jay-Z, the married rapper who has been sleeping with Brown's girlfriend Rihanna this whole time, is an evil, wicked human being, who is immature, spiteful and very juvenile.

Jay-Z is not above attempting to sabotage someone's career, which he has done before, for one of his usual, hypocritical reasons, but the public has turned off Brown for other reasons as well.

Your music is available to the public. They just aren't buying it and I know my boycott regarding you and Rihanna, for copyright infringement, is doing damage, but you deserve it. Furthermore, you lot tried to blackball and destroy me in the entertainment industry, to criminally steal my copyrights. You reap what you sow.

I am certain had you lot not criminally infringed my copyrighted works, that a portion of the proceeds from were earmarked by me, to help disease sufferers, much more could have been done for Cancer and AIDS patients towards cures and making their lives better and I'm very angry about that.

What's just as despicable is the FBI violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964, in trying to help you dirty Hollywood criminals in this madness that is setting such an undeniably disgraceful example for millions to see. What extraordinary acts of ill will.

God in heaven only knows the number of lives that could have been saved and made better had you all not done this terrible thing - and for what, just so you can go around the world, fraudulently pretending to be songwriters and screenwriters with, work you criminally stole from me, to see your vile faces on TV longer.

Chris Brown Slams Music Business On Twitter

'Major stores are blackballing my CD,' singer tweets on Friday.

Dec 11 2009 5:31 PM EST - Despite projections that his new album will debut at #1 on the Billboard albums chart next week, Chris Brown doesn't seem happy with the way Graffiti is being handled by retailers.

on Friday (December 11) and in several posts made claims that he's being "blackballed" by stores that aren't carrying or displaying the album. The remark appears to be in reference to outlets that have been slow to embrace Brown's return to the music world following his February assault against Rihanna.

Senator Reid Compares Health Care To Slavery

A leading Democratic U.S. senator, Harry Reid, has condemned the Republican Party, for their opposition to President Obama's health care bill. He compared it to slavery, for which he is being criticized online, deeming it an insult to black people.

I do believe health care reform is in the best interest of America, but additional spending shall damage the economy to greater degrees, due to the ongoing recession-turned-depression.

Look for cost cuts, such as medical imaging, in making the technology more affordable and ways to permanently eliminate Medicare fraud. That will be a great start.

It would be great if everyone had solid health care, but the U.S. Congress should pace itself, lest it make the nation's financial condition even worse.

Speaking of slavery, it is still going on, when greedy, unconscionable Hollywood can dirtily and criminally abuse and rob a black woman of a fortune in copyrights and the crooked FBI can drag their feet to help ratchet up the stealing. It's not a good look. The FBI must think the world is stupid and don't realize what they and Hollywood did.

Slavery is back and uglier than ever. Millions have seen it with their own eyes and are not amused, hence the decimated sales of the perpetrators committing the crimes. It doesn't exactly compel the world to invest, witnessing such fraud and egregious misconduct. What was the sense of enacting the Civil Rights Act Of 1964, for the FBI to so viciously violate it.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964, bars people from discriminating against others based on race, sex, nationality or religion. This also means, any government agency, hospital, organization, website, company or entity receiving federal funds, may not discriminate or violate the rights of others, as the penalty for such misconduct is the loss and revocation of funding and criminal charges.

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was enacted to grant everyone equal access to services and opportunities white Americans enjoy, due to Jim Crow and segregation having gripped the nation. It was also brought into being to protect minorities from being abused and violated, as was the practice during the civil rights era, when the call was made for change.

Sadly, some continue to violate the rights of minorities and others in society, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was meant to protect from harm and undue abuse.

It's amazing in this day and age that people are still violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It's not something to be proud of, as it classes you with the worst of mankind. It is a terrible black mark and a disgrace to violate it in modern times, with society allegedly having progressed towards equality.

However, when one starts discriminating against minorities, citizens' of foreign birth or others based on religion, you have disgracefully spit on the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in a most shameful manner.

Blog Flagged As Spam

This blog was incorrectly flagged as spam three times in a little over a week. As such, I was not allowed to publish any new posts for a while, until Google verified this is not a spam blog. The blog did very well, gaining many readers quite quickly, with inclusion in Google Blog search, increasing its visibility to the masses.

Someone disgracefully didn't like that and once again attempted to silence me, violating my right to free speech and free press, via unconstitutionally reporting the blog under the "report abuse" button at the top of the page. They were trying to have the blog deleted, which is pathetic and would have constituted discrimination (see Civil Rights Act of 1964).

If this happens again, please go to my other websites for frequent updates. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it was not my fault.
