The rise of extremist Islam is alarming Britons now more than
ever. A poll revealed more Britons fear Islam now than they did
immediately after the September 11th terrorist attacks in
America. There is an aggressive movement rising up in Britain
where extremists are trying to force Islam on non-Muslims and it
is causing upset and distress.
There have been publicized incidents of Britons being
attacked in their nation for walking through predominating
Muslim areas and told they do not belong there, which is ironic,
as their ancestors have been there thousands of years. There are
publicized incidents of extremist Muslims doing foot patrols
through London trying to enforce Sharia Law on Britons who are
not Muslim. The British government has begun prosecuting in
courts of law, people who do the aforementioned things, as it
infringes up on the peace, privacy and freedoms of others who
are not Muslim.

think multiculturalism makes the nation a worse place to live in
than those who approve. The results, published as part of a
ten-year anniversary project too mark the London 7/7 bombings
provided both a snapshot of British feeling towards the new
religions and cultures now becoming established in the Islands,
as well as attitudes towards terrorism.
Overall, the break between those in Britain who felt
multiculturalism was a bad influence over those who thought it
was positive was very close, 38 per cent to 37 per cent, with a
further 25 per cent unable to tell the difference, or of the
opinion it had no influence at all. The difference was much more
pronounced when political affiliations were taken into account,
however, a strong majority of UKIP voters, on 77 per cent,
thought multiculturalism a bad thing.
Liberal Democrat voters were the most positive about
multiculturalism, but still only managed to find 54 per cent to
agree that it had made Britain a better place to live, reports
the Independent. More telling is the changing attitude in the
United Kingdom towards Islam. The question asked of the sample
specifically looks to Islam, with "Islamic Fundamentalist
Groups" excepted.
When asked in 2001, only a month after the 9/11 terror
attacks in New York whether Islam posed a threat to ‘Western
Liberal Democracy’, only 33 per cent thought it posed ‘some’ or
a ‘major’ threat. Fast-forward to 2015, and the picture has
changed considerably. Asked the same question today, 56 per cent
of Britons think Islam represents a threat to the West, and 79
per cent thought Britain would be the victim of large-scale
terror attacks in the future.
Someone threw some juicy, delicious bacon, uh, I mean, bad bacon at a mosque in Florence, South Carolina, in what will undoubtedly be billed a hate crime. It sounds more like a cuisine crime. Seriously, defacing a house of worship is not going to resolve anyone's differences, so stop wasting perfectly good bacon.
Yesterday, the panel on the television talk show "The View" and commentator, Bill O'Reilly, were fighting like cats and dogs again, but this time over the controversial 9/11 mosque in Manhattan. O'Reilly is opposed to it, while "The View" is for it.
The on-air argument resulted in two of the show's hosts, Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar, walking off the set, enraged at O'Reilly. The head of the show, Barbara Walters, chastised them on-air, over departing the show while cameras were rolling.
The most disgraced, Attorney General in U.S. history, Eric Holder, insists he is not "tone deaf" to public opinion, but his conduct indicates otherwise. He has betrayed the rights of kids. He has looked the other way to many prison rapes being committed behind bars nationwide, in acts condemned by many websites. As such, diseases such as AIDS and Herpes is spreading at a rapid rate in U.S. prisons. He has turned a blind eye to blatant FBI corruption and abuse of citizens and residents at the agency's hands.
He has tried to sweep the Black Panthers voter intimidation case under the rug, though said misconduct criminally violates the Civil Rights Act. He has failed to close Gitmo and stubbornly continues to infuriate New Yorkers, by insisting terror trials be held in the middle of Manhattan, to invite more acts of terrorism. He has championed the 9/11 Mosque, which an overwhelming 71% of Americans are firmly against. What was that again about not being tone deaf, Holder? Maybe all those senators screaming at you in Congress for being incompetent has depleted your hearing.
Holder is incompetent, unprepared, crass and uncouth. He has made appearances in Congress, running his mouth on Arizona Immigration law, which he didn't even read, as humiliating pointed out by a Republican senator. Nice way to make the President look bad, Holder.
He perversely insists the U.S. government can do no wrong, having immunity from their own criminal misconduct, such as acts of torture, murder, violence, rendition, kidnapping, harassment and invasive spying, none of which is permitted under the U.S. Constitution.
The question is, will "sovereign immunity" protect you from forthcoming widespread domestic and international rage, when the full extent of the criminal misconduct at the FBI and DOJ, which you have engaged in, is discovered by a planet of billions. World history will not record you well.
U.S. President Barack Obama's "We're In This Together" speech, fell on deaf ears in his own Democratic Party. A number of prominent Democrats are deserting the president, as November mid-term elections near. Obama's big budgets, unsound financial plans, pro-9/11 mosque stance and ambiguity about his Muslim religion, has alienated a number of voters.
Democrats running for office and reelection, do not want the controversy surrounding Obama to rub off on them at the polls. One must state, the president's political planners are not very shrewd. Most presidents and prime ministers play it safe in the first term, with the hope of gaining a second one.
From day one, Obama's political framework, which makes up his presidential plans, have been recklessly constructed and illogically executed. It squarely placed him in trouble in one year flat. They did not play it smart. Then again, too many of his policies are based on things other presidents tried in eras gone by, not applicable to the current financial depression and national deficit.
And no matter what Obama tells you, regarding not wanting a second term, it is untrue, as he loves the limelight, the sound of his own voice and so-called power. He enjoys reshaping America into his image. The only problem is...it's not working. For further reference, see soaring unemployment, foreclosures and the national deficit.
Further adding fuel to the fire, regarding the "Obama is a Muslim" story, is the news the President has devoted millions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer money to rebuild and renovate mosques all over the world. This is being done during a financial depression.
Once again, the Judiciary Report, based on past evidence and stories such as the aforementioned, is of the belief, Barack Obama is a Muslim and concealed it to attain the highest office in the nation.
A prominent Republican, Todd Herman, wrote on his Twitter page, regarding U.S. President Barack Obama, "Watch - Is @BarackObama among the 20% who think he's Muslim?" The joke was in reference to recent polls that revealed up to 25% of Americans think Obama is a Muslim.
The "Obama is a Muslim" story refuses to die, as millions are unsatisfied with the President's lack of a response to the current polls. He has not addressed the questions himself, unwisely hoping people will forget. However, his championing of a 9/11 mosque was a turning point for many in their views of him.

It's bad enough terrorists are obsessed with destroying New York, viewing it as the financial center of what they dub "The Great Satan." A mosque near the September 11 site, shall grant terrorists time to plan, plot and do surveillance work.
It would grant terrorists the opportunity to legitimately blend in with non-violent Muslims at mosque and gain unfettered access to the area in question. Incendiary items could easily be smuggled in and assembled as well. It shall also overwhelm the local and federal government in New York, who already have enough challenges to contend with in keeping the city safe. In short, the President has taken leave of his senses.

A minaret is, "The tower that are a signature part of mosques." Kadhafi's proclamation was neither fair or right and doubly concerning, as he recently bought a house in the London enclave of Hampstead. One should not subject Westernized nations to the rules of the Middle East.

In a November 29 referendum, Swiss voters approved by a margin of 57.5 percent a ban on the construction in their country of minarets, the tower that are a signature part of mosques.
The FBI had informant, Craig Monteilh, corrupting Muslim women, by sleeping with them for information on members of mosques they targeted. He stated, "FBI agents authorized him to record Muslims using electronic surveillance at mosques, homes and gyms and to date and have sex with Muslim women to glean information from them, according to a copy of the lawsuit.
In light of this revelation, the FBI owes Muslim women an apology. The government should be able to conduct surveillance campaigns of any religious or secular group that bears a credible threat to national security, but not by sexually compromising its members.
Regarding Monteilh's lawsuit, I would love to read the files regarding his communications with FBI agents and field offices, to view how they determined this questionable level of surveillance was appropriate, because it is not.
According to the press, "The FBI has declined to say whether Monteilh was an informant for the agency." That means yes, he was an FBI informant and had dealings with them. I've noticed that with the FBI in numerous cases. When it's true, they simply do not acknowledge it or try to play it down, due to public humiliation at their terrible conduct.
The government should pay damages whenever an informant or victim of crime is assaulted and or left for dead by them, due to their criminal negligence. It has happened too many times, to too many people at the FBI's hands, for it not to be true.
Furthermore, what is the logic or legality of constantly hiring informants to commit crimes and spool others into unlawful activity they otherwise would not have engaged in, just so you can solve said crimes, to keep the billions in taxpayer budget money flowing into the Bureau.
Aren't there enough crimes out there for you to solve without constantly creating new ones and engaging in entrapment. Look how many missing kids there are in America. Look how much white collar crime is transpiring, costing the nation trillions and its place in the world.
Something needs to be done about these unethical FBI methods, as it is a dishonorable way to conduct federal business that brings the U.S. government's name into disrepute in America and all over the world.
Global audiences read articles and press releases regarding FBI lawsuits and walk away with a horrible impression of the agency, as often the content is so mind bogglingly horrible, due to what the Federal Bureau of Investigation engages in, who would want to deal with them in any capacity after viewing such information.
Why Congress allows their Frankenstein such leeway to commit these crimes is anyone's guess at this point.
Man who says he spied on Calif. mosques sues FBI
Monday, January 25, 2010; 5:37 PM - SANTA ANA, Calif. - A Southern California man who said he spied on mosques for the FBI has filed a lawsuit accusing the agency of letting him go to jail for work he did as an informant.
Craig Monteilh, 47, of Irvine, a fitness consultant, is seeking $10 million from the FBI in a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court in Los Angeles. Monteilh also sued the Irvine Police Department.
Monteilh said he infiltrated mosques for the FBI and gave the agency information about Ahmadullah Niazi, the brother-in-law of Osama bin Laden's bodyguard who pleaded not guilty last year to lying about terrorist ties on his citizenship papers.
But Monteilh said federal and local authorities let him serve time on a theft case related to prior work he did for the FBI and barred him from telling the court he was an undercover informant to clear his name.
"That right there deprived me and violated my right to due process," Monteilh said. "The FBI here is dead in the water. We can prove everything we've alleged by subpoenaing these records."...
The FBI has declined to say whether Monteilh was an informant for the agency.
Monteilh said he began posing as a new Muslim convert to infiltrate Southern California mosques between July 2006 and October 2007. He claimed that FBI agents authorized him to record Muslims using electronic surveillance at mosques, homes and gyms and to date and have sex with Muslim women to glean information from them, according to a copy of the lawsuit...
The U.S. government moved to seize four mosques and the Piaget skyscraper in New York, as apart of a case against Iran, accusing them of funding terrorism. The government's actions are sweeping and unprecedented. The charity at the center of the probe, the Alavi Foundation, has been referred to as a front for the Iranian government, engaging in money laundering.

More news has emerged in the Fort Hood shooting case. It has been revealed, the U.S. government knew alleged mass murderer, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, tried to contact Al Qaeda. Yet, they let this man, who posed such a great danger to society and threat to national security, walk free amongst the public. Vile!

It has also been revealed, Hasan, went to the same mosque in Virginia, as two of the September 11th hijackers. The Judiciary Report is not against the government investigating mosques, as it has been clear for quite some time, some of them play a part in fostering extremist views, which are very dangerous to the nation and the world.
Prior to the Fort Hood shooting, the Judiciary Report's sister site, the Celluloid Film Review, did a review of the informative documentary film "Obsessed" which is about radical Muslims bringing their war of Jihad to the West (America, Britain ect…).
It revealed among other things, non-Muslims are considered subhuman, fit to be slaughtered and exposes their desire to replace the U.S. Constitution with the Koran. You need to watch that movie. It is a real eye opener.
Hasan is currently off the ventilator in the hospital, after sustaining four gunshot wounds. Therefore, the government will be able to interrogate him. Currently, he is eligible for the death penalty, as the massacre occurred in Texas. Wonder if he'll acquire a taste for electricity, as either way, he's going to get some - either from a guilty conviction or the C.I.A. interrogating him.
You know he was mad when he woke up in the hospital and there were no virgins. He should hope the FBI will be the ones to interrogate him, because if it's the C.I.A., all you're going to hear is a stone-faced man in plainclothes asking a nurse, "How much electricity do you think the grid can give without overloading. No reason, just asking. By the way, if anyone asks, I was never here."

"He was a genius as far as we were concerned," Kristopher Craig told CNN affiliate WGN-TV in Chicago, Illinois, late Thursday, reeling from the news that his 21-year-old "little kid brother" was among the 12 soldiers and one civilian killed in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas.
Pearson grew up in Bolingbrook, Illinois, with two brothers and a sister. "He was really living his life playing guitar," Craig said. "When he picked up a guitar, we all understood that he was expressing himself."...
"It's unfathomable," he said. "I couldn't imagine something like that -- attacking another soldier. It's just ridiculous. I don't understand it."...
"His father is still in shock and very angry," Sheryll Pearson said. "We're all very angry." "Nobody knows how to handle it. It's hard to believe he's gone," Craig told WGN, choking back tears.
November 8, 2009 - But gunman's 1st victim expected to make full recovery. An Army soldier from Homewood was recovering Saturday after being shot three times in the mass killing at Fort Hood, and his family said they were told by Army officials that he was the gunman's first victim.
Pvt. Najee Hull, 20, was waiting in line at the Texas Army base's soldier readiness center to file paperwork for his deployment to Afghanistan when he was shot --twice in the back and once in the knee, he said.
"I'm in terrible condition,'' he told the Chicago Sun-Times in a phone interview from his hospital room.
He said he was "shocked and surprised ... that it happened on post, the place where I get dressed, the place I trust the most in my Army career." ...
FBI Director Mueller was recently, aggressively questioned in Congress, regarding indiscriminately spying on mosques throughout America. He claimed he does not instruct FBI agents to spy on places, but people, which is an outright lie.
The FBI routinely spies on and investigates businesses, organizations and associations all the time, staking out their properties as well. Often, one case leads to another and so on.
What was rather stunning about the congressional hearing last week is his arrogant attitude, which constituted open defiance. He basically told Congress he is "going to continue" doing what he wants at the FBI.
Congress told him one thing and he sat there, openly defiant, insisting that he shall do another. The D.O.J. tells him one thing and openly defiant, he continues to do another.
It is clear he believes in his sick, twisted, racist mind that he is the President of the United States, when he is not. In fact, he is one of the, if not the, worst thing that has ever happened to this country, as the nation and world shall soon find out.
His hatred of blacks, Asians, Muslims and immigrants, that is driving him, is going to destroy him, as he is being sued and denounced at an alarming rate. But he can continue (sarcasm). There's coming a time when no Mueller (his family) will be accepted anywhere in this world, when the full extent of his criminal misconduct becomes public knowledge.
Amazingly, he often closes his speeches with the words "God bless." However, what does God have to do with a man that has caused so much damage to the cause of Christ, with his openly corrupt, cruel, caustic and contemptible deeds that has harmed many. A man that indulged in financial misappropriation regarding taxpayer money , bribery and severe criminal negligence that resulted in the deaths of many.
What was the sense of corruptly looking the other way to the known criminal conduct of the Madoffs, Stanfords and Madonnas, criminally stealing billions in other people's assets and devaluing them with their incompetence, only for the U.S. economy to collapse, fall into the ground, in an unprecedented manner, because you allowed criminals to continue breaking the law for years.
Mueller patronizing Congress
The worst part is, you don't have the money to restore all that has been criminally lost. Compared to the aforementioned assets that have been devalued, you are as broke as a joke and with so little class and integrity, you constantly misused a $20 million taxpayer bought private jet, meant for anti-terrorism emergencies, so you could fly around in luxury and style to deliver social speeches.
I was told by an informed source, you acted out of misplaced nationalism, believing covering these terrible financial crimes, would help and protect America's name in the world.
Let me ask you a question, did you not think ahead to the time when the financial schemes and shams would fall apart, rendering the fraud bare. Did it not cross your crooked mind that billions of dollars in people's assets, that could not be replaced under U.S. insurance guidelines, were being devalued as you sat idly by, year after year, knowing crimes were taking place...or did you just not care.
You have to be insane to act as you did, in thinking it brings prestige to America, to cover the crimes of rich and famous people, whilst the U.S. economy pancaked in ruins, due to the fraud.
There are citizens of countries all over the world that misbehave all the time. This is nothing new. The key is for government to nip the corruption in the bud, minimizing the damage. However, when a nation's main law enforcement agency is seen deliberately looking the other way to serious financial crimes, it destroys consumer confidence domestically and around the globe...and that is what you have done at the FBI.
People all over the world know there are criminals in their countries, as no nation is perfect. However, when they see individuals in government, such as yourself assisting them, via looking the other way, then they write said government off as well...and that is what you have done at the FBI.
What you did is the equivalent of watching a small front yard fire envelope an entire house, when you could have extinguished it with minimal damage done.
Another question I'd like to ask is, when you give corrupt, illegal instructions to FBI agents, does it cross your depraved mind that these agents could get into very serious legal trouble, requiring them to hire defense attorneys to fight off criminal charges, imprisonment and massive asset forfeitures. Then again, some of these agents can't tell right from wrong anymore under your leadership, increasing their chances of imprisonment.
