U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch Pleads The Fifth In Congress Keeping Silent About Why President Barack Obama Gave Iran $1.7 Billion Dollars In Violation Of American Government Policy

Barack Obama

It was recently revealed that U.S. President Barack Obama, gave Iran $1.7 billion dollars of taxpayer money, in violation of the American government policy. The Iranian government, who has nuclear ambitions, has repeatedly threatened to blow America off the map. Iran has made no secret of its contempt and hatred for America and wish to see the nation out of existence via nuclear strikes. Yet, Barack Obama took taxpayer money, and may I add, money he did not earn, and gave it to the Iranian government.

The U.S. Congress pressed Obama's Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, on the matter and she suspiciously and incriminatingly pled the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment in America is apart of the U.S. Constitution one can invoke to prevent stating something that could lead to one's imprisonment.

Loretta Lynch

I'm not even Attorney General and I want to discuss the matter as it is serious and alarming. Obama just outrageously gave $1.7 billion dollars, not even million, billion dollars, to a world government who has openly expressed it wants to use nuclear weapons to destroy America. Well, thanks to Obama, now they have the money to do so. This has got to be one of the stupidest, most sinister and corrupt things I have ever seen in my life. Obama needs to be held accountable for his behavior.

Lynch ‘Pleads Fifth’ on Secret Iran ‘Ransom’ Payments

Obama admin blocking congressional probe into cash payments to Iran

October 28, 2016 11:22 am - Attorney General Loretta Lynch is declining to comply with an investigation by leading members of Congress about the Obama administration’s secret efforts to send Iran $1.7 billion in cash earlier this year, prompting accusations that Lynch has “pleaded the Fifth” Amendment to avoid incriminating herself over these payments, according to lawmakers and communications exclusively obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) and Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) initially presented Lynch in October with a series of questions about how the cash payment to Iran was approved and delivered. In an Oct. 24 response, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik responded on Lynch’s behalf, refusing to answer the questions and informing the lawmakers that they are barred from publicly disclosing any details about the cash payment, which was bound up in a ransom deal aimed at freeing several American hostages from Iran.

Obama Is Giving Iran 1.7 Billion Dollars In Taxpayer Money In Violation Of Longtime U.S. Policy

Obama spending America's money like a drunk sailor

U.S. President Barack Obama, has made the first 400 million dollar payment of 1.7 billion dollars, to be paid to Iran, whose government has repeatedly vowed to wipe America off the face of the earth. Obama sent the 400 million in cash via a secret airplane drop, delivering the huge sum of U.S. taxpayer money to the Iranian government.

Obama claims the payment was made in cash, as America has no banking relationship with Iran. However, the U.S. Treasury Department has confirmed that on two previous occasions, in unrelated matters, the American government has wired Iran money. Therefore, the Obama Administration is not being truthful. All this taxpayer money went to Iran, with no accountability and will be hard to trace.

U.S. wire payments to Iran undercut Obama

09/18/16 07:29 AM EDT Updated 09/18/16 08:23 AM EDT - The United States made at least two separate payments to the Iranian government via wire transfer within the last 14 months, a Treasury Department spokesman confirmed Saturday, contradicting explanations from President Barack Obama that such payments were impossible.

Responding to questions at an Aug. 4 press conference about a $400 million payment delivered in cash to the Iranian government, Obama said, “[T]he reason that we had to give them cash is precisely because we are so strict in maintaining sanctions and we do not have a banking relationship with Iran that we couldn't send them a check and we could not wire the money.”

But a Treasury Department spokesman acknowledged on Saturday that on at least two occasions, the U.S. did make payments to the Iranian government via wire transfer.

That $400 million cash payment that Obama said could not have been delivered any other way was part of a larger $1.7 billion settlement with Iran, the remainder of which was also delivered in cash. The $400 million, paid in January to settle a decades-old dispute over military equipment order by the late shah of Iran, was sent through intermediary central banks in Europe, who then delivered pallets of euros, Swiss francs and other currencies to Tehran.

Senator Slams FBI For Aggressive September 11th Terrorist Attacks Cover Up

Former FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, is one of the worst things to ever happen to America

Former U.S. senator, Bob Graham, has slammed the FBI for an “aggressive cover up” regarding the September 11th terrorist attacks. It is this behavior from the FBI that has led many Americans to believe the U.S. government was in on the attacks that left thousands of innocent people dead. Graham has accused the FBI of covering up evidence linking the Saudi Arabian government to the September 11th terrorist attacks. The cover up is due to the fact the Saudi Arabian royal family has a financial and personal relationship with the oil loving Bush family.

Former U.S. President, George W. Bush, was in office during the September 11th terrorist attacks. Bush famously provided safe harbor to the family of terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, escorting them out of America. If I had been head of state of any nation and someone pulled that stunt (terrorism), their family would immediately be detained for questioning with subpoenas and summons promptly issued, to ascertain exactly who knew what and when. Yet the same day of the attack, Bush wished the Bin Laden family in America bon voyage.

Are they really surprised this has raised red flags among the public. If the Saudi Arabian government is indeed involved, the American people have a right to know. Adults and worst of all children died during the September 11th terrorist attacks. I don’t agree with innocent people dying anywhere in the world. Everyone deserves justice.

Sen. Bob Graham Says FBI went beyond 9/11 Cover-Up to “Aggressive Deception”

By: Joshua Cook Apr 16, 2015 - As previously reporter by BenSwann.com’s Derrick Broze, former Florida Senator Bob Graham claims that Saudi Arabia funded the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, and in an interview with the New York Times, Graham won’t stop until the truth is out.

“Number one, I think the American people deserve to know the truth of what has happened in their name. Number 2 is justice for these family members who have suffered such loss and thus far have been frustrated largely by the U.S. government in their efforts to get some compensation,” said the former head of the Senate Intelligence Committee to the Times.

Graham said that a smoking gun in this case are contained in 80,000 documents being reviewed by a federal judge in south Florida. The documents are being reviewed by the judge thanks to the work of FloridaBulldog.org’s investigative journalist, Dan Christensen, who submitted a FOIA request to obtain those documents. These documents, which are being released little by little, show a connection between a wealthy Florida family, the Saudi royal family and the hijackers.

Graham, who was the former head of the intelligence Senate committee and had first hand knowledge of these documents, says that the FBI is covering up the fact that it investigated this family. Judge Andrew Napolitano told Fox News’ Shepard Smith that he believes that Graham has seen the documents and knows exactly what’s in them (3:34).

Smith said that the family just vanished, leaving a fridge full of food and all of their belongs just prior to the terrorist attacks. “To me, the most simple, unanswered question of 9/11 is, did the 19 hijackers act alone or were they assisted by someone in the United States?” he said to the Times. “The official position of the United States government is they acted alone. My motivation is to try to answer that question. Did they act alone or did they have a support structure that made 9/11 possible?”

Smith noted that if the government of Saudi Arabia, not people, but the government, aided and financed the terrorists of 9/11, then it was an act of war. “If what Senator Graham is alleging is true, that’s an act of war … they killed over 3,000 of our people,” Smith said.

“He’s also alleging the flip side of this, which is the American government knows about it and is covering it up,” said Napolitano. Napolitano noted that President Obama signed an arms deal last year with the Sauds for $60 billion to provide weapons to them for the next ten years. “It’s a very dangerous stew here,” said Napolitano...

FBI Laughably Talks About Transparency

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The head of the Washington FBI field office, , recently did a hypocritical interview about transparency at the law enforcement agency, which is such a lie, it is ludicrous. You better hope you don't get struck by lightening lying like that. The FBI is anything but transparent.

The FBI has a terrible track record with complying with the Freedom of Information Act, also known as FOIA. They lie and hide or destroy documents, to keep the truth from the public on a regular basis.

Which is why people have to sue them and even then, they still fight like junkyard dogs, to hide incriminating documents they are Congressionally obligated to release, under the Freedom of Information Act. Who could respect such corruption and treachery.

Side Bar: It has been 11 months since I filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI, to obtain documents they informed me in writing they are withholding, giving no basis for doing so and to this day, they still have not released them, in violation of FOIA. The next time the FBI tells you they are above board and transparent, do remember this case and know they are not. They are corrupt, inefficient, taxpayer money wasting liars, who have let America down time and time again and worst of all disease sufferers.

FBI field chief wants 'transparency'

Shawn Henry has a favorite word that one might not expect from the head of the FBI's Washington field office -- "transparency." Just four months into his post as assistant director in charge, Henry says he's already working hard to make the agency more accessible...

But among his larger aims is to partner more with the private sector. The FBI is sharing information with businesses that previously would have been off-limits — even in the midst of criminal investigations — to make sure they're equipped against cyberterrorism and other threats. “I want to walk up to the line,” the 48-year-old Henry said during a recent interview at his office. “I want to give you as much as I can so that you understand what it is that we do.”...

“I want to be able to pull back the curtain — come on in, here's what we're doing,” he said.-- Associated Press

The FBI Fancies Itself A Corporation

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Today on The FBI's website, the national law enforcement agency fancied itself a corporation, much like the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column made reference to in 2006, drawing parallels to point out the agency's shortcomings, costing the taxpayers of America a fortune, due to their folly.

Today the FBI stated, "In the corporate world, the approach might help reveal inefficiencies and save money. For the FBI, finding intelligence gaps or discovering better methods could save lives."

However, the FBI clearly thinks a lot of itself, which is ironic given its terrible failure rate. As the Sound Off Column did in 2006, comparing the FBI to a corporation to highlight its failures, the Judiciary Report shall do today as well, especially in light of recently released Inspector General reports, painfully illustrating the FBI is still wasting hundreds of millions in taxpayer money. Some people never learn.

A corporation could never function in the manner the FBI has under Director Robert S. Mueller. If the FBI had been an actual corporation, it would have went bankrupt, folded and gone out of business long ago, with shareholders protesting in revolt at its poor practices that cost them a big bundle.

In corporate terms, the FBI suffers from self-inflicted bad PR, systematic budget overruns, financial misappropriation, exorbitant expense accounts, embezzlement, unethical business practices, deceptive advertising, invades customers' privacy, poor consumer ties, ineptitude, breach of fiduciary duty, misconduct, insider trading, unaccounted for and stolen equipment, unnecessary overtime, gross lack of efficiency, computer illiterate, bad communications systems, a bad line of products and a treacherous, ruthless megalomaniac CEO.

TALKING STRATEGY

The New Intelligence-Driven FBI - 04/02/10 - With the leadership of almost every major FBI program seated around a conference table at FBI Headquarters and the top echelons of the Bureau’s three largest field offices appearing via remote television monitors, Director Robert Mueller arrived in shirtsleeves and got down to business.

The assistant directors in charge of the New York, Los Angeles, and Washington Field Offices, along with their top managers, were present—leaning forward, ready to field questions on how they are tackling the Bureau’s top priorities and their own most pressing threats.

The meeting is called a Strategy Performance Session, or SPS. It’s a management tool to drill down and identify how well a field office knows its territory and what its investigative strengths and weaknesses are. In the corporate world, the approach might help reveal inefficiencies and save money. For the FBI, finding intelligence gaps or discovering better methods could save lives.

The two-hour, semi-annual sessions—and the preparation leading up to them—can help reveal not only how much our 56 field offices know, but how they know it. What effective techniques can be adopted by other offices?...

“Everyone in that room heard from the Director about what he wants,” Harrington said. By meeting’s end, action items are clear. Headquarters knows what commanders are up against, and the field has unfiltered insight into Director Mueller’s priorities. “By asking the right questions, we’re engaging them to start thinking about it.”...

FBI Analysts Lied To Convict Innocent People

...Of Crimes They Did Not Commit

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

To illustrate the treachery and corruption that exists at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, several FBI analysts have been exposed by the U.S. Court system as liars that willfully submitted knowingly false evidence, that convicted innocent minorities of crimes they did not commit, sending them to prison for decades.

Why? They are hateful racists and the FBI has an informal arrest quotas, demanding agents solve a certain amount of crimes, lest they get stuck in the FBI gulag and not make it to the executive level of the agency with higher pay and perks.

That is no way to run a law enforcement agency. It is about quality, not quantity. Yes, work at an efficient speed, but knowingly engaging in corruption and throwing innocent people in prison, just to have bodies to meet the quota is criminal and inexcusable.

The job does not offer great opportunities for advancement and there is so much bureaucracy at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C. very few of them have clean hands. They done and looked the other way to very shameful things, under poor leadership, that cost innocent Americans and world citizens their lives and in quite a few instances, their health.

It's amazing that President Obama is speaking of "overhauling" everything under the sun in America, from health care to education, yet has woefully and negligently overlooked the FBI, the nation's first line of defense against terrorism and crime, that is the equivalent of a broken lock on the front door of the house that is America.

Suspicions about FBI analysts growing

Sunday, March 14, 2010 - The U.S. attorney's office in the District has found more than 100 cases since the mid-1970s that need to be reviewed because of potentially falsified and inaccurate tests by FBI analysts.

The report, filed in D.C. Superior Court late Friday, stems from an internal investigation by prosecutors after the exoneration in December of Donald E. Gates, who was falsely imprisoned for 28 years for the 1981 rape and slaying of a Georgetown University student.

The review was launched to examine 20 cases in which Justice Department officials questioned the validity of statements made by six FBI forensic analysts who were identified in a 1997 report by the department's office of inspector general...

A database of the FBI analysts names has been created to allow prosecutors to collect and research cases...

But Sandra Levick, chief of the special litigation division for the District's Public Defender Service, said the new report is "troubling" because "the government still does not know the number of people hurt by testimony from discredited FBI analysts, although it was given names beginning in 1997."...

FBI Unsuccessfully Attempts To Defend Its Failures

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The FBI recently posted a long-winded, rambling press release to its website, attempting to defend its many failures. None of the excuses for their preventable failures cut it.

For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone would want to join the FBI after all that's been revealed about them. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has such a dirty legacy, from killing Martin Luther King Jr., via a police officer commissioned to murder the famed civil rights leader in cold blood, to modern day atrocities, like stonewalling investigations into suspected terrorists that went on to viciously murder 3,000 people on September 11th. The constant theme regarding the FBI's fatal failures is - "They had the intel, but didn't connect the dots."

Then, there's the 13 preventable murders that occurred at Fort Hood and the many other incidents of impropriety and ignorance that cost innocent people their lives or health. What's there to be proud of.

What's worse is there is so much more they are hiding from the public, regarding the atrocities they've committed, that make no mistake, will become public knowledge. I had never seen such evil in all my life, until I started covering the FBI for the Judiciary Report and the Sound Off Column.

I can only imagine this must have been what the Jews felt like when the SS was going full speed with their madness, doing any treachery that came to their warped minds, without any real government accountability. Let's face it - the FBI has participated in renditions, abusive interrogations, invasiveness and threats, sometimes aimed at innocent people, in conduct that crossed the line into unlawfulness.

But even the SS faced their day of reckoning and were disbanded - so will the FBI. It's only a matter of time. So, you can continue with the corruption (sarcasm)...you will live in infamy forever for it.

Op-Ed on FBI’s Post-9/11 Counterterrorism Efforts

January 12, 2010 - The following op-ed, published on January 11, 2010 in The New York Post, was written by former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom. Kallstrom, who is currently a member of the FBI Director’s Advisory Group, was also director of the New York Homeland Security Agency.

Ever since 9/11, critics have suggested that the FBI isn't up to its task as our nation's lead counterterrorism agency.

Yet, as the nation focused on the failures of the intelligence community in the Christmas Day bombing attempt over Detroit, last Friday saw two more arrests in the ongoing FBI investigation of a plot to bomb New York City first exposed by the September arrest of Najibullah Zazi.

It's easy to stand on the periphery, without the benefit of real-world experience, and render judgments with the benefit of hindsight. But counterterrorism cases are extremely complex and often require a relatively quick series of judgments, often with incomplete information. Counterterror investigations and intelligence gathering aren't black and white, simple, or easy.

America went on a war footing against terrorism only after 9/11. Before then, our government viewed international terrorism strictly as a law-enforcement matter, giving the FBI the responsibility to address it. In that period, the FBI had significant accomplishments, including the apprehension of the 1993 World Trade Center bombers within six days; preventing attacks on New York's most important landmarks with the arrest and conviction of the "Blind Sheik;" sending agents in 1998 to East Africa, where they quickly solved the two US embassy bombing cases without the assets normally available to investigators in America; and, in 2000, dispatching agents after the USS Cole bombing to Yemen, where they determined that al Qaeda terrorists had carried out the bombing. During this period, the Justice Department severely and unnecessarily restricted the FBI's ability to share intelligence information, and Congress acted haltingly to properly resource, fund and provide the legal framework for the FBI's counterterrorism program, including new technology required to defend the nation.

Post-9/11, as al Qaeda and other Muslim extremist groups have demonstrated their obsession with radicalizing U.S. Muslims, the FBI has disrupted a number of plots.

While some claim that collecting and analyzing intelligence is a new phenomenon in the FBI culture, in fact, the FBI's intelligence and counterintelligence mission began before World War II and predates the creation of the fabled OSS and the CIA. Indeed, the FBI has long honed the skills and techniques necessary for success in protecting against international terrorism—using informants, undercover operations, and court-ordered electronic surveillance. Historically, the FBI has collected and analyzed information, whether the threat was the Soviet Union, domestic terrorist groups like the Klu Klux Klan, or organized crime.

Yet such critics as Gabriel Schoenfeld (in his Dec. 4 Post op-ed, "The FBI Bungles on Terror Again") assert, "It's high time to look at creating a new and separate domestic counterterrorism…agency along the lines of Great Britain's MI5."

In evaluating this naive and discredited suggestion, we need to consider the following:

* Americans have rejected the notion of a national police force for over 200 years. The FBI was not established as a law-enforcement agency until 1933, precisely because the republic wanted to limit the authority of those whom protect our civil liberties.

* The FBI is designed to be as transparent as possible for the purpose of protecting the nation, as well as the rights and liberties enshrined in the Constitution. The oversight provided by Congress, the courts, and others have ensured the FBI did not evolve into a secret police force operating in the "Perpetual Black."

*While England's MI-5 might be viewed as a panacea, it needs to be examined in light of the long, painful history of its operations in Northern Ireland. Moreover, MI-5 didn't protect England from the London Subway bombings and other acts of terrorism.

*It would be difficult, if not impossible, for a myriad of state, local, and federal law-enforcement officials to have effective liaison with a secret domestic police operation.

*A painful lesson learned from 9/11 is that the bifurcation of our intelligence and law-enforcement competencies leads to "stove piping" of information—a formula for disaster. Creating a separate secret-police organization would revive that failed model—weakening and balkanizing the law-enforcement and intelligence communities, rather than creating a united, seamless effort.

*While many terrorism and legal experts have weighed in, the most qualified critics are the Brits themselves. If fact, many senior British law-enforcement officials criticize the MI-5 model and prefer the FBI's dual criminal and intelligence/terrorism roles.

This isn't to say the FBI can't do a better job integrating these disciplines and more broadly coordinating within the larger intelligence and law enforcement communities. Yet the fact these structures don't always perform seamlessly doesn't suggest the current process is dysfunctional.

Having devoted a considerable amount of my life in the "arena," I am confident the dedicated men and women of the FBI will continue to perform at a very high professional level to protect this great nation, while adhering to constitutional principles and the rule of law.

FBI Knew Nidal Hasan Tried To Contact Al Qaeda

Fort Hood Suspect Went To 9/11 Mosque

Nidal Malik Hasan

More news has emerged in the Fort Hood shooting case. It has been revealed, the U.S. government knew alleged mass murderer, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, tried to contact Al Qaeda. Yet, they let this man, who posed such a great danger to society and threat to national security, walk free amongst the public. Vile!

Fort Hood Tragedy: Terrorist Attack?

This is one of the things the Judiciary Report dislikes regarding the FBI. They are so criminally negligent it is astonishing. Hasan should not have been afforded the privilege of freedom, going wherever he pleased, in light of what the government knew about him.

US Army Sgt. Maj. Leroy Walker Jr. sheds tears at candlelight vigil at Fort Hood base

13 families are forever changed and 38 more devastated, at the trauma their loved ones are fighting their way back from at local hospitals, when all the FBI had to do was take the extremist psychopath into custody.

Ft. Hood Victim's Story

It has also been revealed, Hasan, went to the same mosque in Virginia, as two of the September 11th hijackers. The Judiciary Report is not against the government investigating mosques, as it has been clear for quite some time, some of them play a part in fostering extremist views, which are very dangerous to the nation and the world.

Prior to the Fort Hood shooting, the Judiciary Report's sister site, the Celluloid Film Review, did a review of the informative documentary film "Obsessed" which is about radical Muslims bringing their war of Jihad to the West (America, Britain ect…).

It revealed among other things, non-Muslims are considered subhuman, fit to be slaughtered and exposes their desire to replace the U.S. Constitution with the Koran. You need to watch that movie. It is a real eye opener.

Hasan is currently off the ventilator in the hospital, after sustaining four gunshot wounds. Therefore, the government will be able to interrogate him. Currently, he is eligible for the death penalty, as the massacre occurred in Texas. Wonder if he'll acquire a taste for electricity, as either way, he's going to get some - either from a guilty conviction or the C.I.A. interrogating him.

You know he was mad when he woke up in the hospital and there were no virgins. He should hope the FBI will be the ones to interrogate him, because if it's the C.I.A., all you're going to hear is a stone-faced man in plainclothes asking a nurse, "How much electricity do you think the grid can give without overloading. No reason, just asking. By the way, if anyone asks, I was never here."

Fort Hood shooting suspect conscious, talking, hospital says

November 9, 2009 9:59 a.m. EST - (CNN) -- Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the suspect in last week's Fort Hood mass shooting, is conscious and talking, a spokesman for the Army hospital where he is being treated told CNN on Monday...

"The Fort Hood office of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command is seeking any military or civilian personnel who may have left the scene ... with gunshot damage such as damaged privately owned vehicles, personnel clothing, etc.," investigators said in a written statement. "CID is also seeking any military or civilian personnel who may have inadvertently left the scene of this incident with material that could be used as firearms residue related evidence such as shell casings inside the boot, etc."...

Slain Fort Hood soldier's family 'completely blindsided'

November 6, 2009 9:21 p.m. EST -(CNN) -- U.S. Army Pfc. Michael Pearson wasn't much with words, his older brother said through tears, but when he picked up a guitar he let his music speak for him.

"He was a genius as far as we were concerned," Kristopher Craig told CNN affiliate WGN-TV in Chicago, Illinois, late Thursday, reeling from the news that his 21-year-old "little kid brother" was among the 12 soldiers and one civilian killed in a shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas.

Pearson grew up in Bolingbrook, Illinois, with two brothers and a sister. "He was really living his life playing guitar," Craig said. "When he picked up a guitar, we all understood that he was expressing himself."...

"It's unfathomable," he said. "I couldn't imagine something like that -- attacking another soldier. It's just ridiculous. I don't understand it."...

"His father is still in shock and very angry," Sheryll Pearson said. "We're all very angry." "Nobody knows how to handle it. It's hard to believe he's gone," Craig told WGN, choking back tears.
