George Zimmerman Engages In Road Rage Again!


 

George Zimmerman, 31, the killer who was unjustly acquitted in the murder of unarmed 17-year-old black boy, Trayvon Martin, was shot at and injured on a Florida highway in the city of Lake Mary, after pulling a gun on another motorist. Zimmerman, known for violent confrontations that left his girlfriend battered, father-in-law with a broken nose and a police officer injured, engaged in road rage bullying another man.

Local man, Matthew Apperson, 35, shot at Zimmerman after he pulled a gun on him, breaking the glass of the child killer's SUV, leaving him with cuts to his face. Zimmerman flagged down a police officer, who called an ambulance. Zimmerman has been targeting Apperson since last September and looking for the opportunity to attack him.

Last year Apperson appeared on the news after Zimmerman targeted and threatened to kill him in an unprovoked incident of road rage, "Zimmerman said he was going to shoot me dead." Apperson's attorney Mark NeJame stated his client acted in self-defense, as Zimmerman pointed a gun at him first.

As stated on the Judiciary Report in 2012, Zimmerman is a stalker (George Zimmerman Fits The Profile Of A Stalker). He stalked and murdered Trayvon Martin. Now he is stalking Apperson with the intent to harm and kill him. How did Zimmerman manage to find this man again, after following his car last year, trying to clip the vehicle with his SUV and threatening to shoot Apperson. He is a stalker.

Since murdering Martin, Zimmerman has been terrorizing the streets and highways of Florida, arrogantly parading around the state bullying people and provoking confrontations, believing himself invincible. After he was caught engaging in reckless driving and speeding, Zimmerman bragged to a police officer, "Don't you know who I am."

Anyone with basic commonsense should be able to deduce what the Judiciary Report previously wrote about Zimmerman - he is a psychopath. Sane civilians don't patrol around the streets pulling guns on people. Zimmerman keeps doing this - even threatening family and friends with weapons. This is not normal or acceptable human behavior. He needs to be locked away for public safety.

The Judiciary Report previously prophetically warned members of the public in 2012, who have placed their faith in Zimmerman that he is "an individual looking for trouble anywhere they can find it" (More Evidence Piling Up Against George Zimmerman In The Murder Of Trayvon Martin) and he has since repeatedly proven the site right with high profile incidents of violence, such as stalking the aforementioned Apperson twice and attacking his wife and father-in-law, breaking his nose and pulling a gun threatening to shoot them and beating and choking his girlfriend. It has been one violent incident after another at the hands of a man who should not be free. Look what he is doing with his freedom - roaming the streets looking for trouble.

George Zimmerman suffers minor injuries in shooting incident, police say

UPDATED 11:01 PM EDT May 11, 2015 - George Zimmerman suffered minor injuries in a shooting incident in Lake Mary on Monday afternoon, according to Lake Mary police. The shooting involving Zimmerman and a man identified as Matthew Apperson, of Seminole County, occurred on Lake Mary Boulevard about 12:45 p.m., police said. Zimmerman flagged down an officer shortly after the incident, police said.

“At this time, the investigation has proven that George Zimmerman was not the shooter,” Lake Mary Police Department spokeswoman Bianca Gillette said. Zimmerman was hit in the face with glass and debris and has since been released from Central Florida Regional Hospital, according to police. “He walked normally into the ambulance, so he wasn’t being helped or nothing,” said witness Ricardo Berrare. "They actually backed up the ambulance next to his driver side so he could walk into the door."...

Kenneth Cornell, who works at the nearby Cyrus Diagnostic Imaging, said Apperson ran up to him about 1 p.m. saying he had just shot George Zimmerman. Cornell said he called 911 and handed the phone over to Apperson. “He said it was a road rage incident, that they were driving down the street and George pulled a gun on him,” Cornell said...Lake Mary police said Zimmerman and Apperson have an ongoing dispute and were involved in an altercation in September, when Apperson accused Zimmerman of trying to kill him while on the road...

Be Careful Of What Your Kids Post Online As Parents Are Being Sued And Losing In Court

Parents are suing the teenage (and adult) bullies, who use the internet to harass and terrorize their children. Due to the fact some of said flagrant harassers are minors, their parents are being sued by default in courts of law. These lawsuits have proven successful in test cases around the country.

As a blogger I like others in my genre, scour the internet for the latest news. This entails reading news sites, social networking pages and internet forums for information and public feedback and relevant topics of the day. I’ve seen social networking pages and online forums containing incendiary and threatening items by minors, who are obsessed with celebrities or engaged in activities targeting people they go to school with. The statements are not only inappropriate and sometimes illegal (threats), but actionable in a court of law. Parental supervision is needed regarding these minors.

Monitor what your children are posting on social networking. They may think its uncool that you are watching their social network pages and internet forum posts. However, there’s nothing cool about getting sued, having to hire a lawyer for thousands of dollars and pay out tens of thousands of dollars more in financial damages in court, because your child decided to play a bully or gangster from behind the alleged safety of their computer. No such thing. Everything online is traceable, no matter how anonymous you may think your actions are online.

Callous, coldhearted child killer, George Zimmerman, responsible for the murder of defenseless 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, brought his new mistress to the home he shares with his wife, Shellie Zimmerman, resulting in a domestic violence altercation this week.

Zimmerman, angry that his wife was about to "fly away" according to reports, angrily confronted her at the Lake Mary, Florida home they rent from her father, whom he assaulted. Zimmerman, who clearly thinks the sun shines out of his behind, had the nerve to confront his wife trying to stop her from leaving him, getting in her face with his mistress in tow, who was standing at the foot of the driveway. That's really arrogant.

Zimmerman is now accusing his wife of hitting him on the back with her iPad. This is his excuse for punching her father in the nose, leaving a massive gash in the middle of the elderly man's face and motioning for his gun, threatening to shoot them.

*Sarcasm* like that off base juror said, poor "Georgie" - first the cop hit you, then Trayvon hit you and now your wife hit you. Next you're going to be saying the President and the Pope hit you. The Judiciary Report doesn't believe Zimmerman at all.

Zimmerman claimed via his characterizations to authorities that Trayvon Martin was a thug (armed with Skittles - really, who's scared of Skittles). Martin was no thug. Shame you didn't stalk and attack a real self-proclaimed thug that night - like Chief Keef - you'd have never done it again.

In a separate interview Chante Moore slammed Price’s conduct, labeling her a liar, "It’s just kinda weird that she was too busy to do ours, but they did it the same night. I think if people would tell the truth, things would be better, but people didn’t tell the truth. If they were props, who was told to bring props? She wasn’t even participating in the rehearsals yet. She didn’t even do part of any monologue, any rehearsal, any practice, any warm-up at all. If that was your props, did she take that out in her ‘Not Your Mama’s Monologues’? Did she even use those [items in the production]?"

Moore is correct. Price did lie in stating she was too busy to do the monologues with the rest of the cast, then did her own version thereof with co-star Dawn Robinson the same night. She should have been direct, stating she had left the monologues, her project, after she was negligent with the production, causing the others to pick up the slack and now she wants to do her own with Robinson. Price's words rubbed the public the wrong way. She is in need of serious damage control and a change in behavior.

12-Year-Old Boy Dies From Injuries After Being Bullied (Video)

12-year-old Bailey O'Neill of Pennsylvania, was taken off life support one day after his birthday. O'Neill was a victim of schoolyard bullying and sustained serious injuries in an attack, which resulted in a broken nose and seizures from trauma to his brain. He was placed in a medically induced coma to relieve pressure on his brain.

A Facebook page posted in O'Neill's honor read, "First of all I want to say the battle isn't over we will remember Bailey always and we will continue this fight until Bullying is eradicated," said a post on the Prayers for Bailey O'Neill Facebook page, which is not run by the family.

"With the heaviest heart we want to inform you all that Bailey has gone to be with the Lord please, please, please continue to pray for his family and continue on this fight for us until no child ever has to face a situation like this again. God Bless You all thank you so much!"

The Judiciary Report has stated in the past and reiterates, bullying should be criminalized. Kids are seriously injured or commit suicide from bullying. Something must be done to stop it. Only a small percentage of students would be unwise enough to risk jail to bully others, thus reducing the number of incidents.

Drug addicted alcoholic Lohan was arrested for punching a woman in the face at a club in New York. Lohan has proven once again that she is as the Judiciary Report previously stated, a mean drunk. 

This marks Lohan's second documented probation violation over the past few months. She is currently under review for lying to police officers in Malibu, claiming she was a passenger in the Porsche she crashed into a massive 18-wheeler truck, when she was actually the driver. Lohan had an open container of liquor in the vehicle. Smooth (not).

Seriously, why can't this chick ever stay home. Rent a DVD for a change and keep your crazy butt at home. All this partying is apart of the reason you look twice your age. Seriously, to be haggard at 25 from hard drugs, alcohol and excessive partying is a serious fail.

At 25, most women can roll out of bed looking youthful. At 25, after Lohan's been made up with make up and extensions, she looks like she just rolled out of bed... at a retirement home. Give the partying a rest already, looking like the before shot in a makeover or Benjamin Button.

Beautiful 15-year-old New Yorker, Felicia Garcia, jumped in front of a train to her death this month, after being bullied on social networking sites, when word got out she had sex with four football players from her high school. Her last tweet on Twitter revealed she as at wits end over the bullying, as she wrote, "I cant, im done, I give up."

The lovely freshman, who was in the foster care system, was like many young girls today, who want to fit in and choose to emulate sexually promiscuous pop culture stars (Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Cassie ect) as a means of achieving that goal, believing it is the way to be liked and accepted. However, it is not. 

Sex is serious, as it forms emotional attachments underage girls are usually not equipped to deal with. As a matter of fact, many grown women have difficulties as well when sexual relationships end badly. It just isn't that simple. Many men have been hurt as well, when someone they love leaves them. Don't let people use and exploit you for sex or money. You deserve better than that. You deserve someone who truly loves you and don't let anyone convince you otherwise.   

In Garcia's case, her problems were compounded when the online bullying began, as classmates allegedly saw a sex tape the football players made of the sexual encounter with the 15-year-old at a party. It is not yet known if the tape was made with or without Garcia's consent (legally, she couldn't consent as a minor anyway) but one thing is certain, she did not want the public viewing it and was humiliated by the unnecessary and uncalled for taunting from classmates.

Under the law, the sex tape is child porn and those responsible for its filming and dissemination should face criminal charges. Not to mention, a person is now dead. As the Judiciary Report has stated repeatedly for years, people should not be able to film or photograph others without their consent, in states of undress or whilst performing sex acts.

It is a blatant human rights violation. Universally, legislation needs to be revised in this regard, providing greater legal penalties for offenders. If a person knew they would have to spend at least 10-years in prison for such an offense, they'd think twice before doing so and disseminating the contents of the illegally made material.

Grown men and underage boys have surreptitiously taken photos and videos of unsuspecting females in states of undress or during sex acts, then released it to the public, in misguided and unkind attempts at asserting their manhood. Real men don't do that. Gentlemen don't do that. 

To women or men contemplating suicide over photos or sex tapes that have been made public without your consent, it is not worth taking your life over. It is not the end of the world. There is still much you can do in life. Fight to overcome this victimization that was not your fault and never give up on yourself.

School Bullies Should Be Expelled To Save Lives

10-year-old Ashlynn Conner went up to her bedroom and hung herself in the closet, after having faced another day of bullying at school from two classmates. Her parents were stunned at her death, not realizing the impact the torment at school was having on their child. Many children hide their problems from their parents, who should not feel guilty in such cases. Many of you growing up can remember problems you hid from your parents. Now that some of you are parents, you should think about using those insights to figure out what's going on with your children.

Some kids are beaten up and mercilessly mocked at school on a regular basis. Some teens have been subjected to terrible incidents, regarding nude photos or videos from their mobile phones being posted on the internet, leaving them embarrassed to the point they feel they cannot go on. These students need help and support to make it through school, lest these problems overwhelm them and result in suicide, as seen in a number of cases. This should be a national initiative.

Schools on a national level, via legislation from Congress, should adhere to a strict policy of anti-bullying rules, to protect children from killing themselves under the weight of abuse at school from other kids. Students who bully others, should face expulsion from school.

The threat of being kicked out of school would be incentive enough for many kids to stop this inappropriate behavior, as they do not want to be expelled. Schools should publicize their anti-bullying rules to students through posters on the walls and announcements throughout the year, clearly letting students know, if they cross the line and it is credibly proven, they are subject to expulsion and or criminal charges (this includes cyberstalking via email, social networking or texting).

I never bullied anyone in school and no one bullied me, but preteens and teens today are different. Some kids today are a little too advanced and growing up way too fast. They aspire to be "Mean Girls" as shown in the film of the same name, taking the wrong message from said film.

Then again, when they see the star of the movie, Lindsay Lohan, behaving so badly in her real life, getting into public fights, stalking and bullying people, cutting up in court and disrespecting everyone in sight, including sitting judges, it doesn't send a good message. There are a host of other teen films released over the past several years, geared towards boys and girls that encourage bullying, painting it as cool. There is nothing cool about kids being bullied to the point they seek suicide as a way out.

To kids being bullied that are reading this article, I recommend you tell your parents and or teacher at school. Keep things in perspective. Do not take your life. Focus on your education and try to think ahead to the future when you can successfully live your dreams in whatever profession you want to pursue in life. School is only for a time. As you get older, you are not going to care about what they thought about you in school, but what you made of your life once you got out. God loves you and God bless you.
