This is a follow up to the December 16, 2015 Judiciary Report article "Madonna Is A Terrible Parent" regarding the criminally insane pop singer's horrendous parenting skills and her sick obsession with other people who want nothing to do with her, rather than taking care of her kids, who are on the brink. Today, Yahoo News published an article regarding Madonna's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, who ran from her like the plague (as did Sean Penn), filing legal papers against her, regarding the custody of their troubled, alcoholic, drug addicted 15-year-old son.

Even Madonna's children don't want to be around her. Madonna's underage son is defying a court order refusing to return to America to spend Christmas with the evil pop star, determined to stay with his dad in London, England. In the article "Madonna’s Son Ordered Back to US to Spend Holidays With Her" Yahoo News stated, " Her son, Rocco, had wanted to stay in London for Christmas with his British dad, Guy Ritchie, but a judge ordered Wednesday that he return to the U.S. and granted the pop star’s legal request to be reunited with the 15-year-old teen. 'He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,' Ritchie’s attorney Eric Buckley told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan when she ordered him to come home to his mother."

Madonna is vile for feeding the case to the press for attention and publicity, embarrassing her son to the world (like it's not embarrassing enough for him that she is his mother). She's too foolish to realize how bad it looks on her having to force her own child to spend time with her.

Rather than properly raise her own children, who have terribly gone astray, she spends her time in Kabbalah criminally spying on and harassing people like a brainless moron, via private investigators and repeatedly trying to make contact with individuals who do not want her in their lives (her first private investigator was sent to prison after I reported him to authorities and gave them statements regarding his horrible conduct).

Madonna’s Son Ordered Back to US to Spend Holidays With Her 

December 24, 2015 -  Madonna won’t be home alone for the holidays, at least. Her son, Rocco, had wanted to stay in London for Christmas with his British dad, Guy Ritchie, but a judge ordered Wednesday that he return to the U.S. and granted the pop star’s legal request to be reunited with the 15-year-old teen. Madonna is currently embroiled in a custody battle with ex-husband Ritchie, who she was married to from 2000 to 2008, and with whom she co-parents Rocco and adopted son David, 10. The singer is also mother to daughter Lourdes (now 19) from another relationship and adopted daughter, Mercy.

Rocco is said to be tired of traveling with the Grammy-winning singer on her Rebel Heart tour, according to the New York Post, and wants to settle down in the U.K. with his dad, who is now remarried with three children. The teen has reportedly refused to board a plane bound to the U.S. “He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” Ritchie’s attorney Eric Buckley told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan when she ordered him to come home to his mother.

Rocco has his own lawyer in the U.K., but the judge said he must also have a court-appointed attorney in the New York custody case. Madonna has argued that the dispute belongs in New York, where she lives, and where the divorce agreement was registered in 2009. Neither Madonna nor Ritchie is allowed to discuss the case with their son, according to the legal ruling. However, the “Material Girl” singer was in court Wednesday, accompanied by an assistant.

George Zimmerman, 31, the killer who was unjustly acquitted in the murder of unarmed 17-year-old black boy, Trayvon Martin, was shot at and injured on a Florida highway in the city of Lake Mary, after pulling a gun on another motorist. Zimmerman, known for violent confrontations that left his girlfriend battered, father-in-law with a broken nose and a police officer injured, engaged in road rage bullying another man.

Local man, Matthew Apperson, 35, shot at Zimmerman after he pulled a gun on him, breaking the glass of the child killer's SUV, leaving him with cuts to his face. Zimmerman flagged down a police officer, who called an ambulance. Zimmerman has been targeting Apperson since last September and looking for the opportunity to attack him.

Last year Apperson appeared on the news after Zimmerman targeted and threatened to kill him in an unprovoked incident of road rage, "Zimmerman said he was going to shoot me dead." Apperson's attorney Mark NeJame stated his client acted in self-defense, as Zimmerman pointed a gun at him first.

As stated on the Judiciary Report in 2012, Zimmerman is a stalker (George Zimmerman Fits The Profile Of A Stalker). He stalked and murdered Trayvon Martin. Now he is stalking Apperson with the intent to harm and kill him. How did Zimmerman manage to find this man again, after following his car last year, trying to clip the vehicle with his SUV and threatening to shoot Apperson. He is a stalker.

Since murdering Martin, Zimmerman has been terrorizing the streets and highways of Florida, arrogantly parading around the state bullying people and provoking confrontations, believing himself invincible. After he was caught engaging in reckless driving and speeding, Zimmerman bragged to a police officer, "Don't you know who I am."

Anyone with basic commonsense should be able to deduce what the Judiciary Report previously wrote about Zimmerman - he is a psychopath. Sane civilians don't patrol around the streets pulling guns on people. Zimmerman keeps doing this - even threatening family and friends with weapons. This is not normal or acceptable human behavior. He needs to be locked away for public safety.

It has been one violent incident after another at the hands of a man who should not be free. Look what he is doing with his freedom - roaming the streets looking for trouble.

George Zimmerman suffers minor injuries in shooting incident, police say

UPDATED 11:01 PM EDT May 11, 2015 - George Zimmerman suffered minor injuries in a shooting incident in Lake Mary on Monday afternoon, according to Lake Mary police. The shooting involving Zimmerman and a man identified as Matthew Apperson, of Seminole County, occurred on Lake Mary Boulevard about 12:45 p.m., police said. Zimmerman flagged down an officer shortly after the incident, police said.

“At this time, the investigation has proven that George Zimmerman was not the shooter,” Lake Mary Police Department spokeswoman Bianca Gillette said. Zimmerman was hit in the face with glass and debris and has since been released from Central Florida Regional Hospital, according to police. “He walked normally into the ambulance, so he wasn’t being helped or nothing,” said witness Ricardo Berrare. "They actually backed up the ambulance next to his driver side so he could walk into the door."...

Kenneth Cornell, who works at the nearby Cyrus Diagnostic Imaging, said Apperson ran up to him about 1 p.m. saying he had just shot George Zimmerman. Cornell said he called 911 and handed the phone over to Apperson. “He said it was a road rage incident, that they were driving down the street and George pulled a gun on him,” Cornell said...Lake Mary police said Zimmerman and Apperson have an ongoing dispute and were involved in an altercation in September, when Apperson accused Zimmerman of trying to kill him while on the road...

"Law Abiding Citizen" is a crazy, macabre, infringing movie, starring Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx. The Celluloid Film Review never gets films like this one. The unnecessary gore and gratuitous violence that could not have a positive impact on moviegoers' psyche, is stupid and superfluous. The film is also grizzly, when it is not even classified as a horror film.

The movie is about a man who is attacked in his home, his wife brutally murdered and his preteen daughter sexually assaulted and killed in his presence, enraging him so, he hunts down the perpetrators, viciously killing them one by one. He also murderously targets law enforcement and court officials that failed him.

This was not a pleasant movie. It was very sick and twisted. As such, it gets no love from the Celluloid Film Review and is not recommended.

Manslaughter Case Opened Into Madonna's Stage Accident

July 17, 2009 - Authorities are now investigating into the tragic accident that happened yesterday involving a crane falling on several of Madonna’s tour workers, killing two of them.

According to the Associated Press, prosecutors have opened a manslaughter investigation into case. Initial hearings will begin this coming Sunday or Monday.

Briton Charles Prow, 23, died on Friday, while an unnamed French worker was killed immediately when a section of the stage roof at the Velodrome Stadium collapsed as it was being put into place on Thursday. Eight other people were injured in the accident in Marseille.

A rep for E S Group, the company hired to build the stage for Madonna's Marseille concert just released the following statement to TMZ:

"We were incredibly saddened by the tragic accident during the construction of a stage at the Velodrome at Marseille. Our thoughts at this current time go out to the families and loved ones of the two men who died and to those who have been injured.

Two of our Directors have flown out to Marseille to visit the injured and to get a better understanding of what caused the accident. At present, it would not be appropriate to speculate on potential causes of the accident, but we are working closely with the French authorities to investigate what caused this incident. This is normal practice for such an incident and we will provide a further update as soon as it is possible.

There is absolutely no technical or other connection between the incident at the Dodgers Stadium in November 2008 and the tragic accident yesterday (July 16 2009) at the Velodrome in Marseille." ...

Vapid, unintelligent Lohan, stole the copyrights/trademarks for a tanning lotion developed in a lab, changed the name, took credit for it and began mass producing it through a distributor, in violation of the law. What a scumbag.

You expect us to believe you, an out of work, unintelligent actress, who can't even string a sentence together, developed a product you stole from a chemist that developed it in a science lab. You need to go sit down somewhere. Sometimes I am still stunned at how arrogant, audacious and crazy Hollywood cult stars are - when they are not playing doctor, they are playing chemist.

By the way, that was really smart (not). Stealing lab items is how innocent consumers end up getting killed, when formulas fall into the wrong hands.

Tuesday, July 7, 2009 - TAMPA — Not everyone is glowing about a new fake tan spray that actress Lindsay Lohan claims to have invented.

A lawsuit filed in Tampa federal court says Lohan and a Nevada woman stole the formula for Sevin Nyne from a St. Petersburg chemist named Jennifer Sunday.

Lohan launched the tanning mist spray this summer, taking credit for co-creating it over the past three years with Lorit Simon, a Las Vegas businesswoman who air-brushes tans for celebrities.

Impossible, says Sunday's attorney, Marcia Cohen, who told the St. Petersburg Times that her client only recently completed the ingredients used in Sevin Nyne.

"We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product," Cohen said Monday. "If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client's formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds."

A publicist for Lohan couldn't be reached Monday, and Simon didn't respond to an e-mail seeking comment.

Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon's company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.

Simon signed a confidentiality agreement in January with Sunday's company, White Wave International Labs. A copy of the agreement was included in the lawsuit. The suit says Simon and Sunday had been negotiating over samples of the tanning mist, but the sides couldn't agree on a price.

Kabbalah cult member and former actress, Lindsay Lohan, is under scrutiny once again and is being investigated for grand theft larceny, regarding $500,000 in jewelry that disappeared from an Elle photo shoot in London she took part in.

Last year Lindsay Lohan faced police questioning over a $10,000 Russian mink coat she stole, in the Kabbalah way, from a club patron in New York and refused to give back for months, until she was confronted by the police and the owner of the coat's attorney.

She was later sued for ruining the coat, a third generation family heirloom, damaging and devaluing it with cigarette burns and stains. No class, that Lindsay!

Lohan Investigated in Jewel Theft Caper

Scotland Yard is investigating the disappearance of around $500,000 worth of jewels -- earrings and a necklace -- that went missing after an Elle magazine shoot ... and guess who was front and center for the shoot? Our freckle-faced friend.

Scotland Yard wants to question LiLo ...but they're quick to add others are being investigated as well.

Lohan's rep was not immediately available for comment.
