Sean Penn Under Criminal Investigation By The Mexican Government Over Contact With El Chapo

Sean Penn posed for a photo with drug kingpin, El Chapo, shaking his hand as though he is in agreement with him. It did not reflect well on Penn in the eyes of authorities. 

New reports have surfaced revealing mentally disturbed Hollywood actor, Sean Penn, is under criminal investigation by the Mexican government, for having secret contact with the world's biggest drug kingpin, El Chapo, real name Joaquin Guzman, who was in hiding after escaping prison in Mexico. Penn and his Hollywood cohorts contacted El Chapo via an actress, who is also under investigation, regarding doing a movie on his life.

Intrigued by the idea, El Chapo consented to speak to Penn in a Mexican jungle. Sensing a tourist would not visit said remote jungle, as it is not apart of Mexico's famed tourist districts frequented by many international visitors, the Mexican government discretely and secretly began following Penn, who led them right to El Chapo. After the Penn meeting in the jungle, Mexican authorities secretly followed El Chapo back to his safe house and arranged a raid of the property. After a fierce gun battle at the safe house, El Chapo was recaptured by the Mexican government. El Chapo and his Sinaola cartel are now wondering if Penn ratted them out.

Penn and those in the Hollywood sect he belongs to (Kabbalah) are always insanely sticking their noses where they do not belong. When former U.S. President, George W. Bush, deceitfully declared war on Iraq, Penn insanely announced to the world he is going to the region "on a fact finding mission." It was arrogant, deluded and dangerous at the same time. Penn left America for Iraq in what could have ended in tragedy.

Much in the same way Penn's fellow Kabbalah sect member, Dennis Rodman, went to North Korea and caused an international incident that angered Americans, regarding befriending and helping its head of state, Kim Jong-un. Rodman, as an American citizen, should not have been over there, especially in that capacity, as it appeared he was supporting a man threatening to wipe the United States off the map.

While it is great to travel the world and experience different cultures, when a civilian engages in meddlesome conduct that impedes the ability of domestic or international governments to do their business, said individuals have gone too far. You are entertainers, not elected government officials or employees of any recognized sovereign nation.

The Constitution was formed with the provision that there be free speech and free press in America. Megalomaniac, narcissist, President Barack Obama, disagrees and has been waging a war against journalists and bloggers for criticizing his actions in office. No U.S. President has gone to the extreme lengths Obama has in attacking members of the press that disagree with him. I have read articles by bloggers who stated the Obama Administration contacted their sites complaining about lawful items they wrote demanding the content in question be removed. I’ve read items by journalists and bloggers who have complained of being harassed by the Obama Administration over items criticizing the president on their sites.

The Obama Administration has engaged in unlawful activity regarding the Judiciary Report as well, before and after the site broke exclusive articles that later proved true regarding Obama as well as his vile campaign donors in Hollywood. In what is disturbing conduct, members of the Obama Administration have contacted some of my family and friends, demanding they tell me what to write in my column concerning him and his agenda, while complaining about items on the site they want removed.

The Obama Administration violated domestic and international law via this conduct in harassingly contacting some of my family and friends in America and Europe with this crap. They have absolutely no conscience, as some of the people they have been contacting who are related to me and others who are friends, are elderly and have physical aliments, such as heart issues, among other things. Such harassing conduct has created stress and distress in their lives and could induce heart attacks. However, that should let you know how abominable the Obama Administration is, as they don’t care about other people’s health and well-being, only their foul agenda and getting it across.

The irony is I don’t like the Obama Administration. I do not like the president due to his corrupt conduct in office. And for every time someone I know or am related to has been contacted by them with his crap regarding the Judiciary Report, it only made me dislike Obama and company even more. They even had the gall to harass someone close to me demanding they tell me I must like the president. Clearly, America has become North Korea under Supreme Leader Obama.

For every time they contacted someone I know, I simply got online and wrote something even more incendiary in exposés about the Obama Administration. Smart people would have made the connection by now and stopped. However, they kept running with this crap until I exposed so much about him and his administration that my exclusives ended up in the mainstream press, then in congressional hearings as scandals.

For those of you who like to bury your heads in the sand, Obama has quoted from time stamped items in my column and blog, AFTER I PUBLISHED THEM ONLINE, attributing my original writing to himself on several occasions (Obama has been outed in the press for being a chronic plagiarist). He reads this website. Site statistics for this site, provided by Go Daddy, also revealed numerous website visits from just about every department of the Obama Administration.

The man has no integrity or class. There have been stories published about Obama’s underage daughters that were unflattering and I opted not to run them or to ask the public to go easy on his kids as they are minors (though items were released that his first born was engaging in underage drinking, among other things). Yet here is this dictator in the White House, violating the constitution and U.S. Code having weirdos in his administration contacting my actual family and friends over lawful articles about him and his misconduct. They even showed up at one of my elderly relative’s house with this crap, harassing an old lady with preexisting heart issues in a foreign country which is a criminal violation of U.S. and international law.

Once again, you have no class and your administration loves crossing illegal and inappropriate boundaries no head of state or his administration ever should, as it is a mark of shame and disgrace. What kind of animals and savages do something like that to an old lady. Is that how your parents raised you to behave and disgrace the government in the process. Do you think that is a desirable image for the U.S. government to have - harassing and trying to manipulate old ladies because a vain, narcissistic head of state can’t stand lawful criticism that exposed his unlawful behavior.

You’re nothing but a bunch of common thugs wasting taxpayer money. Your consciences are seared, because decent human beings who were properly raised by people with morals, would be too embarrassed and ashamed to do such vile things. However, you guys revel in it. There is a distinct lack of decorum and character with the Obama Administration that is repugnant and sick, not befitting any government.

Can you imagine if someone started having people contact and publicly approach, Marian Robinson, Mr. Obama’s elderly mother-in-law, over the phone and at her home, criminally harassing her, demanding she censure Obama over his public opinions and tell him to retract it and remove it all from the internet. He and Mrs. Obama would throw a massive hissy fit and sick law enforcement on said individuals for breaking the law. So, tell me why is it okay when his administration breaks the law and does so to others.

Once again, I do not like Obama over terrible things he and his administration have done in office that I do not agree with. It is my right to dislike him and anybody else I feel like, as it is a right of ALL members of society. If he searched online he would find millions of items by millions of people in America and around the world who dislike him for things he has done. He needs to act like a grown up and accept the fact that many people do not like him and have the right to voice their opinions. He, however, does not have the right to misuse and waste American taxpayer money in harassing and abusing journalists and bloggers who disagree with him and his political policies. Congress should make him and every employee that engaged in said misconduct of targeting journalists and bloggers pay that money back.

The U.S. government was subjected to a massive, unprecedented hack that is being referred to as the biggest in the nation's history. The hack swiped the information of federal employees, which experts believe can be used to blackmail them into subversive activities against the U.S. government. News reports have stated the U.S. government believes the Chinese government is behind the hack. For many years, the U.S. government has engaged in spying activities against the Chinese government, which also includes hacks.

The Chinese government has not stated they were behind the hacks. The U.S. government recently admitted the North Korean government was behind the widespread hack of Sony in America. The U.S. government stated they know it is the North Korean government, due to the fact the U.S. government has been actively hacking the computers of the North Korean government. So basically, what you have here is world governments spying on other world governments.

A week ago on December 29, 2014, the Judiciary Report warned in the article "North Korean Government Calls U.S. President Barack Obama A 'Monkey' In Racist Slur After Sony CEOs Slur Him As Well In Computer Hacking Scandal" that, "It reminds me of people who draw a picture of Islamic figure, Mohammed, knowing it will greatly offend and inflame Muslims, leading to violence and even death, as has happened, but do it anyway. Why endanger yourself and people associated with you, trying to prove some point. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should."

Fast-forward a week and a half to today in France, where 12 innocent journalists and cartoonists were mercilessly killed at the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, by extremist Muslims, who are angry that the publication published cartoon drawings and controversial items about the prophet Muhammad. This is exactly what the Judiciary Report warned against over a week ago. It is the worst terrorist attack on France for the past 20-years. It is being called sophisticated and well planned out.

As a Christian I hold my faith dear. I appreciate that we in the western world have the right to free speech, which is an important freedom, but you have to make judgment calls on what you write, if it will bring death and destruction to innocent people. It simply is not worth your life or that of anyone else. It is not fair, as we should be able to express ourselves as we choose. However, in life many things are not fair and we must be careful that our decisions will lead to the greater good and not involuntarily bring death.  

The Judiciary Report sends its deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims of today's shooting and to the people of France as a whole. It is a lovely country. What happened to their citizens was not right. No one deserves to be killed over their opinion and expression thereof.

The Norse computer security company have gone on record stating the massive hacks Sony has experienced was not from the North Korean government. Norse, who were not hired by Sony or the FBI, states a disgruntled Sony employee named "Lana" roped in four other employees to pull off the hack. One of the disgruntled Sony employees is said to be an IT expert.

he Judiciary Report knows from experience that Sony has hackers on staff. They specialize in invasion of privacy. There were a number of layoffs and money issues at Sony this year and it is now believed the hacks were conducted out of revenge by company employees. The hacks were deeply personal and waged by individuals with an inside track and personal working knowledge of the company. The public should remember, Sony is the company behind the deceitful, terrible DRM scandal that occurred a few years ago, where they infected the public's computers with spyware that was transmitting people's personal and identifying data back to their corporate headquarters.

 

The Interview

It is regrettable that the North Korean government was blamed for this hacking scandal, placing American lives and national security in jeopardy. It has also greatly damaged diplomatic talks between the U.S. and North Korean governments. How an entertainment company managed to cause so much damage is stunning.

Sony Hack: New Evidence Points to Inside Job Say Security Experts

December 30, 2014 7:58 AM EST - Cyber security firm Norse has found evidence that six individuals were behind the hack, including at least one former Sony Pictures employee. Despite the FBI declaring that North Korea was behind the devastating cyber attack on Sony Pictures Entertainment, security experts continue to believe that the hack was an inside job, reports The Security Ledger.

Security firm Norse claims it has evidence that shows the Sony hack was perpetrated by six individuals, including two based in the U.S., one in Canada, one in Singapore and one in Thailand. Norse's senior vp, Kurt Stammberger, told the Ledger, a security industry news website, that among the six was one former Sony Pictures employee, a ten-year veteran of the company with a very technical background who was laid off in May following restructuring.

Norse used human resources documents that were leaked as part of the hack on Sony to first identify and then track the former Sony employee's online activity at least since May, when the person left the company. The Ledger writes: "Researchers from the company followed that individual online, noting angry posts she made on social media about the layoffs and Sony. Through access to IRC (Internet Relay Chat) forums and other sites, they were also able to capture communications with other individuals affiliated with underground hacking and hacktivist groups in Europe and Asia."...

Execs Convinced It's an Inside Job

Multiple sources connected to the studio tell TMZ ... the strong, prevailing view is that the North Koreans are probably involved, but they used someone with intimate knowledge of the Sony email system to laser in on the most embarrassing information.

We're told the people at Sony who are investigating believe the hackers had intimate knowledge of mail systems and their configurations. They also believe the hackers have knowledge of the internal media distribution systems and the internal IT systems, including human resources and payroll. Several people suggested a possible link between the hackers and Sony layoffs, which included a large number of IT employees.

North Korean Government Calls U.S. President Barack Obama A 'Monkey' In Racist Slur After Sony CEOs Slur Him As Well In Computer Hacking Scandal

U.S. President Barack Obama is on the receiving end of racial slurs in North Korea and America, over the Sony hacking scandal that has greatly damaged the struggling company. The problems all emanate from Sony's ill-willed, ill-fated idea to make the corny, cheesy, anti-North Korean movie "The Interview" and unconfirmed retaliatory hacks allegedly from the nation in question.

President Obama, who was slurred by Sony chiefs, Amy Pascal and Scott Rudin regarding his taste in black film in an email exchange ("Would he like to finance some movies. I doubt it. Should I ask him if he liked DJANGO? 12 YEARS. Or the butler. Or think like a man? Ride-along. I bet he likes Kevin Hart."). Obama was also the recipient of a racial slur by the North Korean government, who called him a "monkey." The North Korean government stated, "Obama always goes reckless in words and deeds like a monkey in a tropical forest" In America the term "monkey" is a racial slur regarding black people. These comments from Sony and separately the North Korean government were completely inappropriate.

The Judiciary Report has to wonder, why President Obama waded into this issue in the first place and further violated domestic and international law, via illegally hacking and cutting off the internet in North Korea. Under United Nations' laws, this was a human rights violation. It was not fitting that a President engage in such illegal activity. President Obama is a lawyer and knows better. He did not follow the rule of law.

Additionally, as head of state, Obama is meant to set a good example, not resort to debased, unlawful hacker tactics, not befitting anyone. Obama is supposed to be engaging in international diplomacy, not inflaming a nation with a nuclear arsenal and dangerous agents, who can inflict harm on innocent Americans, over a worthless movie.

In reference to school kids in North Korea, whose lessons were interrupted because Obama had their internet cut off without authority or warning, what lesson does he think that taught them about him? The ways of diplomacy? The ways of due process? The ways of fair play? No, Obama gave them a lesson in dictatorship, which has nothing to do with democracy. To take out the internet for an entire nation, when the United Nations describes internet access for all as a human right, was an abuse of Obama's post as President.

Obama has a highly inappropriate relationship with Sony, whom he gave access to top secret U.S. government files, to make a movie, much to the anger of many lawmakers in the U.S. Congress. Sony also contributes much in the way of financial donations to Obama, which is why they get away with numerous criminal violations of U.S. law, such as insider trading, hacking, phone hacking, wiretapping, bank fraud, criminal copyright infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, patent infringement, racketeering and espionage.

Seth Rogen's movies are subpar, unintelligent, inartistic, misogynistic, disgusting, gross out, unoriginal pieces of trash (i.e. "Knocked Up" "The Green Hornet" "This Is The End" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin"). I have to wonder which person he is having sex with in Hollywood, why his movies keep getting made (rhetorical). Why anyone would greelight a movie by Rogen on such a sensitive subject matter as North Korea is a mystery.

The idiocy that comes with a Rogen film has only added to the offense the movie "The Interview" has caused. It was not quality filmmaking tackling a sensitive subject. It's trash. There are so many stories one could do on North Korea, to highlight the plight of the poor and disadvantaged, yet this is what Sony choose - the murder and assassination of their head of state.

The artistically bereft movie "The Interview" is a about two men, who on the orders of the CIA, murder North Korean head of state, Kim Jong-un. The Judiciary Report espouses the ways of democracy and does not agree with the politics of Kim Jong-un. However, I would never make a movie about killing Kim Jong-un or any other sitting head of state. To make a movie centered on murdering a sitting head of state is highly disrespectful, hateful, malicious and shows a great lack of respect for human life.

"The Interview" is disgraceful and a waste of money. It has endangered Americans in the United States and the world and for a foolish cause. It will not help in matters of international diplomacy, as North Korea is stating they are offended and understandably so. If a movie industry of another nation made a movie about murdering President Obama, people would be very offended and understandably so. Therefore, put yourself in the North Korean people's shoes to understand their reaction. The message Sony sent via "The Interview" is a North Korean life is of no value, which is an ugly message.

 

The Interview

Hollywood needs to act responsibly. The conflict America is facing regarding North Korea is serious and should be a government matter. It's not a laughing matter for a tacky film. It didn't need an offensive, ignorant, degrading movie being made to muddy the waters of diplomacy. It was immature, ill-timed and foolish. There are struggling and starving people in North Korea who need help. Spitting on their head of state via film is not going to open up the country to receive the help it needs. If someone made a movie about murdering you, would you want to engage in diplomatic talks with them.

Hackers Pulverize Sony Costing Over $1 Billion Dollars In Damages Due To The Ill Fated Film 'The Interview' About North Korea's Kim Jong-un

According to reports, Sony, is going to lose $1 billion dollars in the fallout of the series of hacks it has experienced, purportedly due to the film "The Interview." Though no nation has directly accepted responsibility for the hacks, North Korea is being blamed, as "The Interview" is a movie about the murder of their head of state, Kim Jong-un.

The hack unleashed 5 expensive unreleased Sony movies, the social security numbers of 47,000 of its employees, as well as medical records, financial data and over 20,000 emails between executives at the company. After the limited theatrical and online release of "The Interview" that defied threats of retaliation against America, Sony's PlayStation accounts were extensively hacked, customers' were unable to use the service and their financial data was illegally obtained. The financial damages continue to mount.

"The Interview" is a movie about the CIA engaging two men to murder North Korean head of state, Kim Jong-un, endangering innocent Americans, who have nothing to do with this film. This was a Sony project, unwisely backed by President Obama, who should  have stayed out of it. Obama backing the trashy film, gave it the official approval of the U.S. government and made matters much worse in the area of diplomacy.

Why Do Madonna’s Ex Boyfriends Keep Finding And Contacting Me (Dennis Rodman)

I’m a creature of habit. I have a set schedule I like to stick to six days a week. It helps me get a lot of work done regarding my copyrights, forthcoming science patents and websites. My mother doesn’t like that I keep the same schedule, as she correctly believes it makes it easy for questionable people (see: Madonna’s Kabbalah Center) to watch my movements and engage in unethical conduct regarding me. However, I’m not going to rearrange my life due to the illegal and weird behavior of a Hollywood cult.

As mentioned on the site previously, Madonna’s ex-boyfriend, music producer Jellybean Benitez, contacted me on social networking (read about it here: click here). In another incident, I had a tentative agreement with guitar company Gibson, who offered to put me on their website and on a promo tour with singer Lenny Kravitz, who didn’t have a problem with it.

However, Kravitz's crazy on and off again girlfriend Madonna started raising heck about it and Gibson scrapped the offer. Ironically, right before that happened, Kravitz shot a music video directly across the street from where my mom worked at the time teaching disabled people. It’s not the typical area in Miami people use for music videos. It was the first time someone filmed there. 

This past Saturday, another of Madonna’s ex-boyfriends’ appeared. Six days a week, I go for a one hour walk on walking trail not used by many people. However, the walking trail is well lit with police patrolling, so I feel safer there. I go for the walk at the same time each day (another thing my mother does not like). Then right after the walk, I go to the same supermarket, at the exact same time each day to buy a container of coconut water and fruit. Then I go home.

This past Saturday, I was in the supermarket after my usual one hour walk and as I went to pay for the items in the checkout line I usually use, there was Madonna’s ex-boyfriend whom she got involved in Kabbalah, former NBA basketball star, Dennis Rodman staring at me. Needless to say, I went to another line instead, paid and left. It’s a great supermarket in a nice area, but not a celebrity enclave, so it was odd seeing him there (and he looked confused and anxious). 

Considering Rodman has fallen afoul of the U.S. government over his widely publicized and heavily criticized trip to North Korea and is being investigated by the FBI (who a judge ordered me to contact again several weeks ago about a Kabbalah Center related incident concerning illegal behavior) it wasn’t the best idea listening to Madonna and stalking me on her behalf.

I’m sorry, but I don’t believe it was a coincidence, due to Madonna’s track record concerning me. Madonna has stalked people directly and indirectly through others she sent, based on items in federal lawsuits by different people in unrelated cases, as well as complaints by people in the entertainment industry.

Madonna’s stalker conduct towards me has included trying to get me on a radio show via a disc jockey’s email, for a paid special she sponsored about herself, put her producers, songwriters and other famous members of the Kabbalah Center up to coming up to me in public places celebrities don’t usually go or contacting me online and inviting me to her brother’s Miami show via email, among other things. 

She’s also repeatedly sent non-famous, mentally ill members of the Miami branch of the Kabbalah Center up to me with perverse, sick and sometimes threatening messages from her. I don‘t like Madonna or the Kabbalah Center. I’ve stated it so many times, but she and the Kabbalah Center refuse to stop.

I don’t dislike all Hollywood celebrities. That’s not the case. I like and respect people like Halle Berry, Matt McConaughey and Jennifer Aniston, among others. I also like and respect domestic and international athletes, as I love sports. However, I want nothing to do with the Kabbalah Center or its members, as they are a dangerous, evil, mentally deranged, lawbreaking cult under criminal investigation by the U.S. federal government and select international counterparts.

The two nations are reportedly on the brink of war, which is inadvisable. North Korea must understand South Korea's anger, as their people have died in the tragedy.

They are brothers, but are now divided by social and military ideology, with South Korea fairing better in the world. There is also massive poverty and hunger in North Korea, which is regrettable.

The Judiciary Report's suggestion to North Korea is to take a page out of China's book and focus more on manufacturing not military might. It would solve a number of their nation's problems and create a more peaceful existence.

If the nation was more prosperous, the desire for war would not take precedence over everything else. The Judiciary Report wishes both nations well.

Earthquakes Strike Chile And Japan

Strong earthquakes hit the nations of Chile and Japan this weekend. In Chile, 300 people are feared dead, with billions in damage, after an 8.6 quake struck, toppling buildings and highways.

In Japan, a 6.9 earthquake struck Okinawa. Both quakes symbolize the strongest to hit each nation in one hundred years. This is after a massive quake hit Haiti in January, claiming 150,000 lives and causing massive damage.

As stated in the past, missile testing is creating trouble within the earth's core, adding to preexisting pressure. Quakes are a response to tension and friction, in the form of seismic activity unleashing.

Seismic activity increases with earth tensions below the surface. Iran, North Korea and America, have been testing missiles and it is placing too much pressure on the earth. The gestation period for stress then builds up, due to nuclear stimuli, creating unusual quakes, at greater than normal intervals. It's a type of domino effect, causing greater eruptions (quakes).

JAPAN was warned of the possibility of 10ft waves early today as a tsunami swept across the Pacific after the huge earthquake that struck Chile early yesterday.

The first 12ft tsunami waves generated by the earthquake hit French Polynesia and the Chatham Islands in New Zealand.

On an island off Chile the high waves swamped a village with five people dying and 11 missing but elsewhere there were no reports of damage though authorities warned that higher tides could come later.

U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has been hanging out in Harlem too much, with her husband, former U.S. President, Bill Clinton.

A reporter in Africa, asked Hillary Clinton for her husband's opinions and she went ghetto on the journalist and barked, "I'm the Secretary of State, not Bill."

Hillary exploded. What happened? Remembered you are the SOS (Secretary of State) and not the POTUS (President Of The United States). Did Hillary have a flashback of Election night? See, that's why you couldn't be President. Get PMS and you'd blow up the whole world.

Turns out the whole thing was an alleged misunderstanding, as the translator meant to ask her President Obama's views, not those of her husband, Bill Clinton. Yes, egg on face time, Hillary.

Former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, would never have snapped like that. She would have given him the evil eye and Bush would have instructed the Secret Service to classify the reporter an insurgent, beat him down and renditioned him.

Side Bar: maybe Hillary is not happy her husband Bill was loudly applauded last week, in a headline grabber, for bringing home two journalists that were held in North Korea on spying charges.

After all, such matters would be her domain as Secretary of State. The two young women with families, were facing 12-years in a hard labor camp, eating a corn and water diet each day, also known as the Hollywood celebrity diet.

Former U.S. President, Bill “Bubba” Clinton, has traveled to North Korea on a diplomatic mission, to obtain the release of two pretty journalists, arrested for spying, who face 12 years in prison.

If he succeeds, on the plane home, watch Bubba ask them for a date. You know that’s why he went over there. He will reason, someone springs you from jail, it’s going to be hard to say no (joking).
