For years the Judiciary Report has repeatedly written about Hollywood's sick problem with pedophilia, slamming it as sick. Some terrible evidence just surfaced supporting claims people have made for years, branding the late pop star, Michael Jackson, a pedophile. Radar Online filed legal documents to unseal the 2003 criminal investigation files concerning Jackson’s arrest on seven felony counts of child molestation and two felony counts of providing an intoxicant to a minor (getting underage children drunk with wine). Jackson was acquitted of all charges. 

The newly unsealed documents from the case revealed Jackson kept several books containing photographs of nude preteen and teen boys in his bathroom and bedroom. The images are child porn. The evidence does not look good on Jackson. This is terrible. No one under any circumstances should have child porn in their possession or be looking at such imagery. It is sick.

My question is why did the government hide such incriminating case files on Jackson for 13-years. Only a pedophile would collect pictures of underage nude children and pictures of kids being tortured. Additionally, possession of child porn is a serious crime in America, punishable by imprisonment. Why was Jackson never imprisoned for possession of child porn. The FBI had the police case file in their possession and did not arrest Jackson or make the contents public during their separate investigation into the pop star. The FBI doesn't believe in arresting famous Hollywood stars, no matter how sick and egregious the crime (hence famous pedophiles in Kabbalah and Scientology roaming free among innocent people in society).

During Jackson’s life, SIX underage boys made claims alleging he sexually molested them. Jackson denied all the allegations, but settled with one of the boys’ parents for $22,000,000 in lieu of pressing criminal charges that could have sent him to prison for decades. I've always maintained on this site that it is wrong to settle such a case. It always gave me doubts regarding Jackson.

In 2013 choreographer and former child star, Wade Robson, also came forward a few years ago making claims Jackson had molested him when he was a child. Robson stated at the time, "Michael Jackson was a monster and in their hearts every normal person knows it. Wade Robson, in addition to being one of the most talented people on the planet, is one of the kindest, most gentle, decent and introspective human beings one will ever meet. He is the loving father of a young son and happily married. Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, he collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child."

In 2013, a storage unit owned by Michael Jackson’s parents was seized by the court as apart of a lawsuit judgment against the family. The New York Post reports the storage unit contained memorabilia from the Jacksons’ career, as well as a box of letters revealing the singer’s mother, Katherine Jackson, allegedly condemned him Michael Jackson in a letter for being a pedophile, referring to him as a "damn fa**ot" paying off the families of boys he molested.

Many of these books and videos are also detailed in court papers from the time, submitted after a young boy came forward claiming that he had been sexually abused and assaulted by the singer on multiple occasions. The police report claims that in Jackson's bedroom and bathroom alone there were at least seven collections of work found by investigators that show boys in their teenage years - and in some cases younger - fully nude or partially clothed.

One of the collections, Taormina Wilhelm Von Gloeden, is described in court papers as: 'Nude photos of teenage boys from late 1800s.' The search of the home occurred in November of that year while Jackson was in Las Vegas, with 70 members of the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office and Sheriff's Department turning up to the residence. 

An arrest warrant had been issued at that time as well, and Jackson later turned himself into police when he returned to California. The police report claims that in Jackson's bedroom and bathroom alone at Neverland there were at least seven collections of work with nude teenage boys. 

Big claim: 'He also had disgusting and downright shocking images of child torture, adult and child nudity, and sadomasochism,' said one investigator… Radar Online first obtained the police report and court papers, and an investigator on the case told them: 'The documents exposed Jackson as a manipulative, drug-and-sex-crazed predator who used blood, gore, sexually explicit images of animal sacrifice and perverse adult sex acts to bend children to his will.' ...the report states that many of the materials featuring naked men and women in the home could be used for the purpose of trying to attract young men…

An article on the New York Post website, written by longtime Jackson Family friend, Stacy Brown, described letters allegedly written by Katherine Jackson to her son, the late singer, Michael Jackson where she repeatedly refers to him by a homophobic slur. The letters from an angry Katherine Jackson refer to Michael Jackson as a "damn fa***t" issuing payoffs to the families of little boys he is accused of molesting.

The Jacksons lost a civil court case brought by a promoter and as apart of the judgment they seized a storage locker containing the family's possessions, such as gold records, costumes and other memorabilia. In the unit were also the letters in question. Katherine Jackson is said to have stated to son Jermaine Jackson, "They got all of our things. They got the letters, too and those canceled checks."

Katherine Jackson is also accused of making a racial comment about Jewish people, after complaining her son is surrounded by "little white boys." She is accused of stating, "Why is it he's always got to have those little white boys around? Why doesn't he ever have little back boys with him?"

When told Jackson had young African-American actor Emanuel Lewis with him for a time, Katherine Jackson allegedly stated, "That was just for show, for the cameras. Those boys he flies around with ain't nothing but little Jews."

"That was just for show, for the cameras," Katherine said. "Those boys he flies around with ain’t nothing but little Jews."

The question I desperately wanted to ask but did not was, "Well, would you rather him molest little black boys?"

And they certainly weren’t surprised by it.

Way back in 1993, when the first public allegations of child molestation surfaced against Michael, sister La?Toya accused the rest of her family of being "silent collaborators."

She said Katherine had written letters to Michael in which she called him a "damn f – - – - t" and knew about payoffs, for as much as $1 million, made out to the parents of one of Michael’s victims.

Katherine and several of her children held a press conference outside Hayvenhurst to denounce La?Toya. "She’s trying to sell her brother down the river," Katherine said.

A decade later, Jermaine and I were hanging out at Hayvenhurst in the courtyard near the swimming pool. Katherine emerged from inside the house.

"Jermaine, they got all of our things," she said. The family had lost a civil judgment over a failed concert tour, and creditors took a storage locker full of memorabilia, including gold records.

"They got the letters, too, and those canceled checks," Katherine said.

Normally I didn’t ask questions, but I had to ask what she was talking about. "The letters," she said, as if I were supposed to know.

Jermaine completed the sentence for her, "Those letters in which mother called Michael a f – - – - t."
I was stunned. Ten years later, I realized that La?Toya really did tell the truth.

"You tell a lie long enough, people will believe it’s true," Michael once said.

It could be the Jackson motto.

15-year-old Paris Jackson was rushed to the hospital at 2AM this morning, after attempting to kill herself. She is the adopted daughter of the late king of pop Michael Jackson, as stated by her mother, Debbie Row. Paris has been showing signs she is increasingly troubled, since the time of her dad’s death from a drug overdose. This coupled with family problems, such as both her grandparents, Joe and Katharine Jackson, suffering strokes, the family fighting over custody and money from the singer’s estate, has not been easy for Paris and her siblings, Prince and Blanket.

Paris has been working towards becoming an actress in Hollywood and has been going through a rebellious phase, such as listening to satanic rock music. It is believed the night before she tried to kill herself, her family told her she was not allowed to go to a concert being held by satanist, Marilyn Manson, who features Nazism and homosexual oral sex in his show (even engaging in gay oral sex in front of his parents, who were in the audience). When told she could not attend the concert, Paris reportedly went to her room crying and slammed the door. Shortly after argument, she was rushed to the hospital after attempting suicide. It is being stated she has attempted suicide before, but nothing this serious.

Years prior to Michael Jackson’s death, the Judiciary Report wrote of his drug addiction problems. Jackson’s children were raised in an environment where drugs were present from the day they were born, as were other music industry vices.

It brought negative things into their lives and spiritual problems, though it was not Jackson’s intention. They also know drugs killed their dad at an early age, as 49 is too young to die. If they fail to learn from the tragedy behind their dad’s death, the Judiciary Report is afraid they shall pass away young as well. Jackson’s kids are in emotional and spiritual danger, but the family is too busy fighting over money, the root of all evil, to stop it.

Paris Jackson Possible Suicide Attempt Rushed to Hospital

11:33 PM PT -- Katherine Jackson's attorney tells TMZ ... "Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention." The lawyer, Perry Sanders, adds, "Being a sensitive 15 year old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you."

10:28 AM PST: TMZ has found several photos of Paris in which it appears Paris' arm has possible cutting scars. We don't know when the other was taken.

10:14 AM PST: A source connected to the family tells TMZ ... Paris "threw a fit" last night after she was told she couldn't go to a Marilyn Manson concert. We're told she ran into her room screaming and slammed the door.

10:14 AM PST: Debbie Rowe's lawyer, Eric George, tells TMZ: "We appreciate everyone's thoughts for Paris at this time and their respect for the family's privacy."

9:51 AM PST: A source closely connected to Paris tells TMZ ... she has "tried this [a possible suicide attempt] in the past" but "this was far more serious. It was not a cry for help."

Paris Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday morning, and sources tell us it was a suicide attempt. Paris was taken out of her Calabasas family house on a stretcher at around 2 AM and taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital.

The 911 call came in at 1:27 AM. We're told the caller reported a possible overdose, although a source connected to the emergency response said there were multiple cuts on one of her wrists.

On Tuesday night ... Paris posted some cryptic tweets, including, "I wonder why tears are salty?" ... and "yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though they're here to stay."

We're told she's doing ok. On May 19, Paris said, "Kurt Cobain is Jesus" during a video chat with someone ... and she posted the whole exchange on Vine.

Greedy Members Of The Jackson Family Jeopardized Katherine Jackson's Health For Money

Katherine Jackson, the mother of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died at age 49 of a pharmaceutical drug overdose, is being deceived by her own children, who are trying to get their hands on their late brother's money. Jackson's estate is estimated to be worth $1 billion dollars.

Katherine was the legal guardian of Jackson's three underage children, but she recently lost custody when she was taken out of the state of California, where they reside, for a strange spa visit that lasted nearly two weeks. Her granddaughter, Paris Jackson, 15, began to complain on Twitter that she had not heard from her in 9-days.

The matter made its way to court, when Janet Jackson, Jermaine Jackson and Randy Jackson tried to kidnap the kids and custody was awarded to their cousin, 34-year-old, TJ Jackson (Tito Jackson's son from the music group 3T).

According to mainstream press reports, a recent court document reveals Jackson was told by a doctor that she was going to New Mexico for a concert being held by her sons. However, when she got off the plane, she had been deposited in Arizona, not New Mexico and taken to a spa with the phone disconnected and no television. She also states her iPad and iPhone had been taken.

This is typical Hollywood rubbish. They will interfere in people's medical care, bribe doctors and anyone else necessary to achieve the ends they desire, in conduct that is felonious. What's disgusting about this story is Katherine Jackson had recently suffered a stroke, which can be caused by stress (and is certainly aggravated by it). 

The unpleasantness of being taken somewhere other than where one was told, cut off from one's grandchildren, then finding out one has lost custody and there was in essence two kidnap bids (one of the kids and Katherine) could have caused the elderly matriarch to have a massive second stroke, where the probability of death is much greater. I'm sure her kids that participated in this incident knew all of this, yet astonishingly did it anyway.

They jeopardized their mother's health for money. Now the poor old lady is back in court again, under unpleasant, unhealthy, stressful circumstances, having lost custody of her grandchildren. That's disgusting. Michael didn't want you all to have the money. He wasn't even coming around some of you. He didn't make you guardians of his kids in his will. Therefore, why are you going against his wishes, fighting like cats and dogs, over money that isn't even yours.

The ambush that took place at the Los Angeles, California property of Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, turned physical on two counts. The late pop star's sister, Janet Jackson, reportedly referred to his daughter Paris Jackson as "a spoiled little bit*h" right before slapping her, which was inappropriate under the circumstances.

One of Michael Jackson's other siblings, Randy Jackson, had to restrain Janet from going after Paris Jackson with further violence. It is claimed Paris responded to the insult and slap by stating, "This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out." Ok, then. A fight also broke out when Trent Jackson put Randy Jackson in a headlock and punched Jermaine Jackson in the mouth. Police were called as a result of the violence.

Katherine, who suffered a stroke and is struggling with mental fogginess, lost custody of Michael's children this week, to her 34-year-old grandson, Tito Joe (TJ) Jackson, a former member of the singing group 3T, famous for the hit "Anything." 3T also made music with Michael and toured with him. Michael's three children approve of TJ Jackson being their temporary guardian.

The Jackson family has been plagued with trouble and tragedy. In 1994, TJ's mother, Delores Jackson, was murdered by a Los Angeles businessman, who beat and drowned her in the pool at his home, for refusing to help him with his financial troubles.

The love of money is the root of their problems, as this latest grab for Michael Jackson's children, is being described as a bid by his siblings to invalidate the pop singer's will and split the estimated $1 billion dollars from the estate among themselves, something Katherine Jackson is reportedly against.

However, some insist she is being brainwashed by others in the family, who want to control the windfall of cash that has been coming into Michael Jackson’s estate since his death.  

Janet Jackson was seen on video attempting to grab a phone from Paris’ hands, outside the home the kids share with their grandmother. I can’t fathom Michael Jackson would want any of this infighting going on and it can’t be good for Katherine Jackson's health, as stress can cause strokes (and repeats thereof).

Alejandra Oaziazi, the sister-in-law of the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, is set to betray the Jackson family with a scorching tell-all book. Oaziazi has lived a luxurious lifestyle at the Jackson compound in Encino, California, for the past 20 years and refuses to leave the premises, in order for the home to undergo a renovation.

This is very inconsiderate, as Katherine Jackson, seeks to update her home in the wake of her son's death, while she raises his three bereaved children. Oaziazi is really digging her heels in. This is in spite of the fact she was offered a $600,000 condo belonging to the Jackson family. However, Oaziazi deemed it was not good enough.

Oaziazi's sense of entitlement stems from the fact, she not only had sex with and married two Jackson brothers, Jermaine and Randy, she also had children by them both. Jermaine Jackson, who fell behind in his child support payments insists, she refuses to leave.

Jackson says this is because, Oaziazi has "maids and servants" at the compound at a cost of $60,000 per month to the family. He implies she is lazy and stated Oaziazi refuses to work. He also insists his late brother stopped coming around the property, because he did not like her. Ouch!

Under the law, Oaziazi is entitled to financial assistance in the form of alimony payments and child support. However, refusing to leave the Jackson compound, paid for by Michael Jackson for his mother and as such, is a property she has no financial stake in, is wrong. Betraying the family's trust with a tell-all is even worse.

I don't agree with some of the things the Jacksons do, but can you imagine someone living around you for 20-years, then treacherously deciding to write a scandalous tell-all book about all your private moments at home. It is a betrayal of trust. Furthermore, can you imagine what she has witnessed living there for the past two decades, through family scandal, after family scandal and what she would write. It would be very damaging to the family.

Talk show host, Oprah Winfrey, recently interviewed the kids of deceased pop singer, Michael Jackson. The singer's parents were also featured in the interview that aired on the "Oprah Winfrey Show."

When Jackson was alive, Winfrey constantly implied on-air and off that he was a pedophile, angering his audience. The week Jackson passed away, Winfrey did not acknowledge it and refused to do so for quite sometime. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, the fiercely private Jackson, would not have wanted his kids interviewed by Winfrey.

Katharine Jackson, the mother of deceased pop star, Michael Jackson, recently filed suit against, AEG, the concert promoter that hired, Dr. Conrad Murray, to be the singer's physician, resulting in a prescription pill overdose and the star's untimely death.

Similarly, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been sued by Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, for wrongful death. The lawsuits are legitimate and liability does lay with the two entities, AEG and Murray. One overextended and pushed him too much, while the other over-medicated him at his request, resulting in Jackson dying from cardiac arrest.

Katherine Jackson recently stated in an interview, she is of the belief, certain people wanted Jackson dead, to take his assets, namely his half of the Sony music publishing catalog, which said company has harassed and threatened him over for years, as they wished to buy him out, but he resisted.

Her statements were echoed by Jackson's sister LeToya, in a widely disseminated interview, published shortly after his death. Oh, the things some do for money. The man is dead over a copyrighted catalog. Hollywood is a terrible place. How simple entertainment devolved into such greed and avarice is astonishing and appalling.

Katherine Jackson, the mom of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died one year ago today of a prescription drug overdose, at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murrary, has slammed Evan Chandler, the man that accused him of molesting his son, Jordy Chandler.

Evan Chandler killed himself, which is never the answer, not long after Jackson died, with Katherine Jackson attributing it to a guilty conscience. Chandler shook down Jackson for $20,000,000 in settlement money, in exchange for not pressing charges against the pop star for allegedly molesting his then preteen son.

However, no amount of money would be enough to assuage the average parent, if something such as what Chandler described, truly occurred, which even his wife disputed. Chandler wanted to direct a screenplay he wrote and when Jackson declined to help him, he accused him of molesting young Jordy.

Some insist the video is staged, while others state it is real. However, some are using it to publicly make a case there is violence in the Jackson home. Just last week, Jaafar ordered a stun gun off the internet and tried to use it in the Jackson home, which prompted an investigation by the U.S. Department of Children and Families.

Conrad Murray

Michael Jackson's doctor, Conrad Murray, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter done "unlawfully, and without malice" in connection with the death of the late pop singer. Jackson died of a drug overdose, when Murray irresponsibly administered a host of pharmaceutical drugs to the former crooner, at his request. The charges do, "Not amount to a felony." He has pled not guilty.

The court footage was very informative and the judge handled himself well. He laid down the law. He ordered Murray not to sedate anyone and surrender his passport, which is appropriate.

Murray's conduct was facilitating Jackson's little known pharmaceutical meds addiction of 30 years. Jackson, a plastic surgery addict, kept requesting numerous anti-anxiety meds and pain killers, in addition to the highly potent and toxic, Propofol, which is normally used under stringent conditions in hospital operating rooms and high end clinics.

Murray inappropriately administered it in an informal setting - the singer's rented Bel Air home, which led to the terrible tragedy that claimed his life, via acute toxicity, resulting in death by overdose.

Other oddities in the story that are very disturbing include, the long time period that elapsed before Murray called 911. The medical standard is to call immediately when a patient collapses.

Murray waited for hours to call 911, when the singer was long gone. When they arrived, even the paramedics could tell Jackson had been deceased for hours. Another puzzling item is Murray leaving Jackson on a Propofol drip, while he went to the bathroom and made a cell phone call. Jackson was paying him to administer the drug and monitor his vitals.

It was a tragedy that could have been prevented. The first step was to send Jackson back to rehab, then to a therapist, to hash out the emotional traumas creating the sleeplessness, such as terrible legal cases, mounting financial issues and awful tabloid styled stories in the press.

Easier said than done, as Jackson was a grown man, who had stopped listening to the objective voices around him, telling him to seek treatment. There is no shame in admitting one has a problem and needs professional medical help to conquer it.

Jackson became like Elvis and other stars in his latter days. He was not able to make that transition into middle age as a performer and it troubled him greatly. Some like Tony Bennett and Tina Turner have successfully made that leap, but it eluded Jackson, due to his state of mind.

Jackson was bruised and battered from the terrible court cases calling him a pedophile and the plastic surgery that was disfiguring his face, as the type of work he had done was extensive, which automatically meant it would need constant maintenance, due to unintended side effects and the aging process that often blights cosmetic procedures, more than it would in those that did not have work done.

Jackson's self-imposed exile did him much emotional harm as well. I can testify firsthand that very unsavory characters exist in the entertainment world, whose only joy in life is robbing, defrauding and dragging people down. But in life, one cannot let such people force one into becoming a recluse and taking one's family into seclusion.

His kids needed to socialize with other children, walk about without masks, wear normal clothing and do the things other children can. Isolating them from the world is not a good idea. However, due to the terrible things Jackson had experienced with Hollywood vultures, in Michael's mind, this was the best way. He protected them the best way he knew how - isolation.

His kids made an appearance at the 2010 Grammy Awards. Thanks to their grandmother, they were dressed in nice, normal suits, sported modern, flattering haircuts and spoke from the heart.

Here's hoping Hollywood will let them be normal, happy children and not antagonize them. That means no record or movie deals. No Hollywood influence. Regular school and childhood events like going to church, amusement parks, wholesome concerts and nice, family vacations.

I wish his kids well and hope in time they will heal from all the traumas and not pay much attention to the bad things people write and say. You are your own people.

Michael Jackson's FBI File Surprised Family

The Jackson family lawyer, Brian Oxman, did an interview two days ago, claiming total surprise and shock the FBI kept a file on Michael Jackson, who died this past summer. The Judiciary Report was not surprised and asked back on July 1, 2009 that someone request it.

A few weeks after the aforementioned Judiciary Report article, Oxman made a request to the FBI for the files in August 2009, as did blogger M. Petrelis, leading to 333 pages being unearthed and released. The FBI is withholding another 340 pages that Oxman and co. are curious about, regarding what said files contain.

Oxman stated the Jackson family, including Michael, had no clue the FBI was keeping a file on him. You'd be surprised at the kind of files the FBI hides from the public.

Whatever happened to Jermaine Jackson’s book proposal? Three years ago I wrote in my old column about a stunning document that Jermaine had put together with Stacy Brown, a family friend and co-author of an amazing memoir with Michael Jackson’s late, longtime PR man, Bob Jones.

Jermaine often protested that such a proposal existed, but he talked about it with Larry King on TV. New York literary agent Laurie Liss sent the proposal around to three publishers, but no one bit. Maybe they’ll be more interested now that Michael is gone.

I was so interested in Jermaine’s 2003 proposal that I called around to find the actual document. Sure enough, there still were copies to be found.

Here are excerpts from it, in Jermaine’s own voice, circa early 2003:

“My brother is a superstar, yes. My brother is wealthy. He owns shares in Sony music. He drinks, he does drugs, he lies, he cheats, he changed his skin color and mostly, he’s human. He attracts gay men and wards off women like the plague.”

“He married a woman because she was pregnant and he was doing business with Muslims (which I am a Muslim) and Muslims won’t do business with someone who is engaged in having children without being married.

“He paid this woman, who nobody would ever look twice at, several million dollars. My brother purchased children. It is like a sanctioned black market. He is very powerful; he picked the sperm donor by using information provided by a sperm bank. Now, who can do that? Michael Jackson, that’s who, my brother.

“I have maintained my residence by my mother’s side at the family’s Hayvenhurst estate in Encino, California because I know how much I am needed there. Michael counts on me to be there as does the rest of my family.”

[Columnist note: this would verify the long-held belief that Katherine and Joseph Jackson, who have filed for divorce in the past, do not live together. Joseph’s fathering of an illegitimate child, reported and documented in several places, could have contributed to this.]...

“Joseph did some disgusting things to LaToya and Rebbie, especially. If it weren’t for Mother’s loyalty to him, he’d probably be in prison for what he did to our sisters.” ...
