Greedy Members Of The Jackson Family Jeopardized Katherine Jackson's Health For Money

Katherine Jackson and her son Michael Jackson

Katherine Jackson, the mother of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died at age 49 of a pharmaceutical drug overdose, is being deceived by her own children, who are trying to get their hands on their late brother's money. Jackson's estate is estimated to be worth $1 billion dollars.

Katherine was the legal guardian of Jackson's three underage children, but she recently lost custody when she was taken out of the state of California, where they reside, for a strange spa visit that lasted nearly two weeks. Her granddaughter, Paris Jackson, 15, began to complain on Twitter that she had not heard from her in 9-days.

The matter made its way to court, when Janet Jackson, Jermaine Jackson and Randy Jackson tried to kidnap the kids and custody was awarded to their cousin, 34-year-old, TJ Jackson (Tito Jackson's son from the music group 3T).

According to mainstream press reports, a recent court document reveals Jackson was told by a doctor that she was going to New Mexico for a concert being held by her sons. However, when she got off the plane, she had been deposited in Arizona, not New Mexico and taken to a spa with the phone disconnected and no television. She also states her iPad and iPhone had been taken.

TJ Jackson

This is typical Hollywood rubbish. They will interfere in people's medical care, bribe doctors and anyone else necessary to achieve the ends they desire, in conduct that is felonious. What's disgusting about this story is Katherine Jackson had recently suffered a stroke, which can be caused by stress (and is certainly aggravated by it).

The unpleasantness of being taken somewhere other than where one was told, cut off from one's grandchildren, then finding out one has lost custody and there was in essence two kidnap bids (one of the kids and Katherine) could have caused the elderly matriarch to have a massive second stroke, where the probability of death is much greater. I'm sure her kids that participated in this incident knew all of this, yet astonishingly did it anyway.

They jeopardized their mother's health for money. Now the poor old lady is back in court again, under unpleasant, unhealthy, stressful circumstances, having lost custody of her grandchildren. That's disgusting. Michael didn't want you all to have the money. He wasn't even coming around some of you. He didn't make you guardians of his kids in his will. Therefore, why are you going against his wishes, fighting like cats and dogs, over money that isn't even yours.

Additional Source Of Michael Jackson's Insomnia

Align Center

Michael Jackson (left) brother Randy Jackson (right)

Michael Jackson was plagued with bad memories of sham trials for child molestation and constant media scrutiny, which created insomnia. Still, his extraordinary level of sleeplessness was somewhat puzzling (I don't know why he didn't just put on a Madonna album, as that level of boredom would have put him right to sleep).

Investigators discovered a bottle with 15 pills in his home that are a combination of caffeine (200 mg), ephedrine (25mg) and aspirin (80mg). Wow! That will have you dancing on the ceiling like Lionel Richie.

In short, it sounds like uppers. Many celebrities take pills to sleep and uppers to get going in the morning, as the sleeping pills produce significant drowsiness that can last well into the next day, especially if taken in the AM hours, as entertainers are known to go to bed late.

Being sleepy the next day will hinder any potential work, so they take uppers to stimulate them and get them going. However, said stimulants also stimulate the heart, which is dangerous.

Add Propofol and the other pharmaceutical drugs he took that day and it is a recipe for death. Any doctor worth his salt would know that. Why Dr. Murray persisted in administering all these meds should be answered in a court of law, as it is egregious. It is the equivalent of being poisoned.

Michael Jackson -- Strong Stimulant Found

Posted Apr 7th 2010 8:00AM - ...The bottle, which had no label, contained 13 tablets. Each tablet had a combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. The commercial sale of ephedrine -- a stimulant designed for weight loss -- is banned in the U.S. because of reports of heart attacks, strokes and even death.

Each pill contained 25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 80 mg of aspirin. The caffeine alone in each pill is equivalent to nearly a 6-pack of Coca-Cola...

More From Michael Jackson's Bodyguards

In part two of an exclusive interview with Good Morning America, the three bodyguards of the late singer, Michael Jackson, spoke of their boss as a kind man, who was always being sued, which placed him in great debt.

They told of long hours at attorneys offices, regarding lawsuits, some undoubtedly frivolously, that drained his finances to the point his credit cards were rejected at hotels, with management asking them to leave the premises.

For someone whose music and image generated a billion dollars during his lifetime, that ought not to have happened. However, Jackson suffered from financial mismanagement, exploitative music industry executives ripping him off and his own expensive tastes putting a crimp in his finances.

The bodyguards also spoke of an incident where his brother, Randy, crashed through the gate of Michael's home, as he would not see him. His family members were supposed to have appointments to meet with him.

The trio wished Jackson's kids well and stated they are proud of them. One has to wonder how they will adjust to the tragedy that occurred when he died, the media circus surrounding it and the long term impact it will have on them. Hopefully, they will avoid the pitfalls of Hollywood that destroyed their dad's life.

Hollywood is not a good place. For someone to have had the kind of career Jackson did, generating significant income and accolades, only to spend his days as a recluse in financial straits, so emotionally hounded and destroyed, he turned to pharmaceutical drugs for solace, says Hollywood is a sick place. They drove him to such despair.

Michael Jackson and Randy Jackson

But that's the problem with Hollywood. They are animals and savages. Once you have any talent, as Jackson did, the vultures come out. Once you earn any assets they deem exploitable, they will threaten, abuse, smear and even try to have you killed to get control and fraudulent, false ownership of it. They are crooks, thieves, pariahs, leeches and murderers.

The bodyguards referred to Jackson's doctor that overdosed him as a "scapegoat." As stated on this site previously, a bigger conspiracy was afoot and it had everything to do with that Beatles/Sony music publishing catalog that Sony wants full control over, but Jackson refused to sell.

And don't think certain individuals in Hollywood are above interfering in someone's medical care to gain disastrous results, via medically damaging the person. It's been done to others in Hollywood, in violation of U.S. law. There was an incident where they wanted the talent pliable and obedient, as said person's assets are worth a fortune and they interfered in the person's medical treatment, bribing the doctor to prescribe the wrong type of medicine for the person's ailment. Rather than relieving pain, the goal was sedating the person to the point, the subject was open to suggestion, allowing others to take control of their assets to steal from the person.

In another case, they wanted a star deemed mentally incompetent, to take control of the person's estate. Said person was prescribed controversial pills with a known side effect of paranoid delusions, for a basic ailment. When the person started acting crazy, due to the medication, others took control and helped themselves to money and other assets they were not entitled to in any measure. Those are just two of quite a few cases.

Michael Jackson: Inside His Finances and Family

March 10, 2010 - Bodyguards Say King of Pop Did Not Often See His Family

While the Jackson family portrayed a unified front at Michael Jackson's funeral, three of his former bodyguards said Jackson did not often see his family in the two years prior to his death.

When he died, Michael Jackson faced drug problems and debt...

"There was another occasion when Randy came to the house and crashed the security gate with his vehicle and came inside. And at the time, I didn't know who he was and I drew my weapon on him and the first thing out of his mouth was 'Get that thing out of my face or I'll call the press,'" Whitfield said, who said he put away his weapon when he realized it was Randy.

Another American Idol Judge Sued For Stealing A Show

Look at this Negro throwing up gang signs (Randy Jackson)

Another theft has emerged from the "American Idol" (Sony) camp. As stated previously on this site, the television show American Idol was stolen from a Texas man, that pitched the show to its executives Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell, who is also a co-host.

Last year, the Judiciary Report also covered how "American Idol" host, Ryan Seacrest, stole a very popular show in Europe, violated the U.S. Copyright Act and international Berne Treaty, bringing a rip-off version of the program to America, without permission or payment to the copyright holder.

This week, American Idol co-host, Randy Jackson, has been sued for stealing a show pitched to him, then turned it into the program "America's Best Dance Crew."

"American Idol" and all involved in it are such fakes. They are a degenerate bunch of thieves that believe they are not to earn a living, but steal it, then corrupt the justice system when challenged on their thievery. Legally and socially speaking, that whole American Idol/X-Factor thing is going to come crashing down and history shan't remember it well.

'Idol' Judge Accused of Stealing Dance Show

Posted Feb 3rd 2010 12:12AM by TMZ Staff - Randy Jackson 'Idol' JudgeRandy Jackson isn't used to stealing the show -- but according to a new lawsuit, that's exactly what he did with "America's Best Dance Crew."

The Dawg and MTV are being sued by a guy named Dwight McGhee -- who claims the two powerhouses ripped off his idea for a reality show about a dance crew ... called "International Breakerz League."

According to the lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, McGhee claims he pitched his show idea -- which he calls "uncannily similar" to ABDC -- to MTV back in 2004.

Fast forward four years later: ABDC premieres on MTV ... and McGhee is pi**ed, claiming he and MTV struck an "implied" contract when he pitched his concept...
