The press and political pundits are loudly speculating whether President Barack Obama knew the National Security Agency (NSA) has been illegally spying on heads of state, due to a new leak by former employee Edward Snowden, via the Guardian newspaper in Britain.

The Judiciary Report covered this topic on May 26, 2010 in the article Barack Obama Wiretapping Heads Of State, after it was stated Obama's Department of Justice, headed up by Eric Holder, illegally spied on the calls of former Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding during the extradition request for Dudus. At the time, the Obama Administration tried to deny the claim.

However, prior to the denials, my credible connection in Jamaica had stated to me over the phone regarding Golding and the Obama administration's illegal wiretapping, "they have him on tape." The tape claim was also discussed in the articles Newspaper Reports The NSA Is Illegally Spying On 35 World Leaders and The NSA Gets President Obama Into International Trouble Over Spying On Other Heads Of State, posted before the latest spot-on piece by the Guardian. This week, Snowden and the Guardian confirmed the illegal widespread spying targeting world leaders, creating a major scandal.

At the end of the day, Obama should not be spying on other heads of state and other heads of state should not spy on him either. So many laws are violated when this occurs. Not to mention, allies end up feeling violated, betrayed and underappreciated. This is not good for America's interests in the world. Here's hoping proposed legislation in Congress aimed at taming the problems transpiring, regarding widespread spying against innocent Americans and foreigners, will succeed.

This is a follow up to yesterday's article "The NSA Gets President Obama Into International Trouble Over Spying On Other Heads Of State." Initially, it was reported the NSA has been spying on the heads of state of France, Germany and Mexico, respectively.

The Judiciary Report indicated the spying extends much further than the three heads of state, even stating British Prime Minister David Cameron has been a target (they snatch the calls/signal off the satellite). Yesterday's Judiciary Report article also mentioned previous illegal wiretapping by the Obama administration of the Jamaican head of state, which began years ago, as one of my sources informed me in 2010 regarding Former Prime Minister Bruce Golding, "They have him on tape."

Over an hour after yesterday's article was published to the Judiciary Report and to the site's time stamped blog, the Guardian newspaper in London went public with information stating the Obama Administration via the NSA, has been spying on 35 world leaders via illegal wiretapping (among other things).

This scandal has led to world leaders going to the United Nations regarding the illegal spying, seeking to curb the criminal misconduct. The latest claims have come forth from files associated with brave American whistleblower, Edward Snowden, who is currently domiciled in Russia.

The National Security Agency monitored the phone conversations of 35 world leaders after being given the numbers by an official in another US government department, according to a classified document provided by whistleblower Edward Snowden.

The confidential memo reveals that the NSA encourages senior officials in its "customer" departments, such the White House, State and the Pentagon, to share their "Rolodexes" so the agency can add the phone numbers of leading foreign politicians to their surveillance systems.

The document notes that one unnamed US official handed over 200 numbers, including those of the 35 world leaders, none of whom is named. These were immediately "tasked" for monitoring by the NSA.

The revelation is set to add to mounting diplomatic tensions between the US and its allies, after the German chancellor Angela Merkel on. Wednesday accused the US of tapping her mobile phone...

Exclusive: Germany, Brazil Turn to U.N. to Restrain American Spies

Thursday, October 24, 2013 - 8:18 PM - Brazil and Germany today joined forces to press for the adoption of a U.N. General Resolution that promotes the right of privacy on the internet, marking the first major international effort to restrain the National Security Agency's intrusions into the online communications of foreigners, according to diplomatic sources familiar with the push.

The effort follows a German claim that the American spy agency may have tapped the private telephone of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and dozens of other world leaders. It also comes about one month after Brazilian leader DilmaRousseff denounced NSA espionage against her country as "a breach of international law" in a General Assembly speech and proposed that the U.N. establish legal guidelines to prevent "cyberspace from being used as a weapon of war."

Brazilian and German diplomats met in New York today with a small group of Latin American and European governments to consider a draft resolution that calls for expanding privacy rights contained in the International Covenant Civil and Political Rights to the online world. The draft does not refer to a flurry of American spying revelations that have caused a political uproar around the world, particularly in Brazil and German. But it was clear that the revelation provided the political momentum to trigger today's move to the United Nations. The blowback from the NSA leaks continues to agonize U.S. diplomats and military officials concerned about America's image abroad.

"This is an example of the very worst aspects of the Snowden disclosures," a former defense official with deep experience in NATO, told The Cable, referring to former NSA contractor Edward Snowden. "It will be very difficult for the US to dig out of this, although we will over time. The short term costs in credibility and trust are enormous."...

Report: NSA Spied on 124 Billion Phone Calls in One Month

October 23, 2013 3:10 pm - Tallies of top-secret documents show widespread data collection. The National Security Agency recorded information about more than 124 billion phone calls during a 30-day period earlier this year, including around 3 billion calls from U.S. sources, according to a tally from top-secret documents released by multiple news outlets.

Documents revealing details about the NSA’s Boundless Informant program show that information regarding billions of phone calls and computer communications was collected by the agency from across the world. Boundless Informant "allows users to select a country on a map and view the meta data volume and select details about the collections against that country," according to the Guardian, which first reported on the top secret program earlier this year.

Multiple leaked screenshots of the Boundless Informant program show that information on around 124.8 billion phone calls were collected in just 30-days this year, according to documents released by the Guardian and other news sites. The documents provide a window into the sheer volume of data being collected by the NSA as late as March of this year, according to the Guardian...

Jamaican PM Suing ABC News For Defamation

Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding, has initiated legal action against ABC News, stating they have defamed him in a widely disseminated broadcast, accusing him of being associated with drug fugitive, Christopher Michael Coke A/K/A "Dudus."

The FBI/DOJ's poorly handled extradition request for the drug suspect, has resulted in the deaths of 73 Jamaican police officers, military and civilians.

ABC has been left stranded in the lurch, as the anonymous U.S. State Department source they cited in their article, has abandoned them, as it has been reported in the Jamaica Observer newspaper, "US State Department officials later denied knowledge of such a document saying instead they were working with the Jamaican prime minister in crime prevention in the island."

If Golding files suit against ABC News in Britain, as the article was carried there as well, it will be much easier to prove damages, due to the fact libel laws in the United Kingdom are more favorable to Plaintiffs. Many high profile people in a variety of cases, have filed suit in Britain as a result.

Wednesday, June 09, 2010 - LAWYERS representing Prime Minister Bruce Golding have written to United States-based news network ABC seeking redress for a recent newscast referring to Golding as a ‘criminal affiliate’ of Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.

"It is being pursued as we speak," Information Minister Daryl Vaz told journalists at today’s post cabinet press briefing held at Jamaica House. Vaz added that a statement was issued by the prime minister this week and legal action was being pursued by him “on a personal basis”...

Golding subsequently dismissed the ABC report as "extremely offensive", and charged that efforts to link him personally with the alleged drug kingpin, were “clearly part of a conspiracy to undermine the duly elected government of Jamaica”...

Obama Is Believing His Own Hype

With the revelation U.S. President Barack Obama has been using emissaries to offer candidates job positions in his administration, as incentive not to run against his fellow Democrats in elections, in conduct considered completely illegal, one has to wonder what has happened to this man, who promised to run the nation with the virtues of honesty, fairness and truth. Has he become so desperate to win and have his way that he is resorting to such unsavory tactics.

On the international front, things don't look much better. Obama said he entered politics to be a force for good and already in the space of one month, he has just about toppled the ruling Japanese and Jamaican governments, instigating trouble for each nation's respective leader, creating more ill-will for the U.S. government in the world.

In the case of Japan, because of the corner the White House backed their leader into, demanding he defy the will of his people, a nation of over 120,000,000 people, who do not want a U.S. military base in their nation, Yukio Hatoyama has lost his job as head of state, having to resign as prime minister, due to national backlash.

Japan is a friend to America, but at the same time, their citizens have concerns about their own national security. A country must put its own national security first. That's the standing rule in every country of the world.

Regarding Jamaica, the White House backed the Prime Minister, Bruce Golding, into a terrible corner, demanding the extradition of a dangerous criminal, Christopher Michael Coke ("Dudus") using "illegal wiretaps" that were heavily disputed.

This site warned months in advance that people could die because of how the Obama administration has been going about the extradition, but his cocky, smug, incompetent Attorney General, Eric Holder, persisted in pressing on along the same troublesome path.

As a result, 73 people died, among the dead are civilians, soldiers and police officers. The Jamaican Prime Minister almost lost his job last week as well, as the chaos from Holder's poorly handled extradition demand, nearly destabilized the government. However, the Prime Minister survived a vote of no confidence.

I only have one question for you, Obama, what's happened to you? What happened to the lofty ideals you swept to victory on. Was it just a show or is this what so-called power has done to you. If you keep this up, at the rate you are going, mark my words, the international community is going to stop returning your calls.

You've got too many dishonest people in your cabinet and they are leading you astray. People in America are publicly talking about criminal charges and impeachment over the Sestak and Romanoff job incidents.

You cannot manipulate the will of the people in elections and hope things will turn out okay, because it will not. Let the races be fair and honest and without interference. You cannot be this desperate to win, as you will be no different from Bush, who stole an election. Is that how you want to go down in world history - as a cheat and a liar.

You need to focus on the U.S. economy, as correcting problems that have occurred in said area, will fix by default, a number of other problems plaguing America.

73 Dead In Jamaica After U.S. DOJ Extradition Demand

Amnesty International has stated it seeks to investigate the number of deaths in the small Tivoli Gardens community of Kingston, Jamaica, in the wake of the U.S. extradition demand, for drug suspect Christopher Michael Coke A/K/A "Dudus." The Obama administration has shown Jamaica great ill-will in how it went about it, ignoring numerous warnings and pleas from community activists, that improper handling of the extradition, would result in casualties to innocent people.

Thus far, 70 people have died, among them Jamaican soldiers, police and civilians, as the island's authorities attempt to extract fugitive, Christopher Michael Coke, for extradition to the United States of America.

To put pressure on the Jamaican government to achieve the extradition, which the island's reigning political party disputed, due to U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, submitting "illegal wiretaps" as evidence, the Obama administration began harassing law abiding Jamaican-American citizens in America, in the hope they would complain to their family, friends, business associates and the government in Jamaica, to extract and send Christopher Michael Coke to America.

Wealthy and middle class Jamaican businesspeople, who do not live in America, also saw their visas vindictively cancelled by the Obama administration, for no reason and without explanation, in acts that not only hurt the Jamaican economy, but the U.S. one as well, as these are men and women from the island that visit on regular business trips and buy American products in bulk, then ship them back to Jamaica for sale in the marketplace.

This form of trade represents millions to the U.S. economy and the Jamaican one as well. These businesspeople began to complain to the government and publicly regarding the unprovoked mistreatment, as they have nothing to do with Christopher Michael Coke.

Mr. Holder, with his Billy Dee mustache, consistently runs amok in Congress. The Judiciary Report is confident, Billy Dee Williams, would have carried himself better in Congress and not incurred constant brain freezes when questioned by senators.

The majority of the island does not support the drugs and violence associated with these gangs, such as the one Christopher Michael Coke runs and want it gone from the country. However, it is not as easy as it looks, which is evident by the number of ongoing deaths in America's extradition bid for Christopher Michael Coke.

Usually, when two world governments have a dispute, they kick out diplomats and ambassadors as a negative gesture, until things are resolved to their satisfaction. They do not cancel the visas of businesspeople that have nothing to do with the dispute and harass and abuse naturalized, innocent citizens in their nation from the foreign nation.

The Obama administration has set a new low, which has cost the U.S. economy money. But with the way he excessively spends U.S. taxpayer money, Obama clearly is not concerned with the economy.

Most Jamaicans do not even know Christopher Michael Coke and similar gangs personally, as they operate in apart of Kingston, that is the equivalent of the U.S. projects in New York or Compton, California.

As a matter of fact, when the U.S. Department of Justice, on Eric Holder's instruction, went public with the extradition request for Christopher Michael Coke, it marked the first time many Jamaicans in Jamaica, America, Britain, Canada and other countries, heard of him. He is not a towering figure all over Jamaica. He is well known in the particular downtown ghetto he ensconced himself. A Nino Brown, if you will ("New Jack City").

For the Obama administration to label Jamaica a "narco-state" and attempt to paint a horrendous, unbalanced portrait of the island in the press, is the U.S. equivalent of stating, every American supports the Crips, Bloods and MS-13 street gangs, who are actively engaging in massive gun, human and drug trafficking. At the end of the day, most Americans do not personally know or condone the conduct of the Crips, Bloods and MS-13 street gangs.

In the Obama administration attempting to improperly extract Christopher Michael Coke, via "illegal wiretaps" and by harassing and mistreating law abiding Jamaicans and Jamaican-Americans who have nothing to do with him, damaging the Jamaican economy, while defaming the entire island through the U.S. government's mouthpiece, the Associated Press, the Jamaican government was pushed into a terrible corner and had to use the limited resources available in trying to apprehend the suspect.

The Jamaican police and military have been fighting against a street gang that obtained weapons and amour piercing bullets from America, that can penetrate police officer's bulletproof vests and other protective gear (Jamaica does not manufacture weapons).

In spite of the fact the Jamaican government sent buses to the Tivoli Gardens ghetto, begging civilians to come out before they go in, via a bid to extract Christopher Michael Coke, some did and some did not. Some stayed with their properties underestimating the danger, while others stayed out of fear, as they were told by the gang if they go on the buses, they should leave their house keys and not return.

Thus far, 70 civilians, police officers and soldiers are dead. 500 people have been arrested, but Christopher Michael Coke, who is clearly in hiding somewhere, remains a fugitive. The government has been imploring him for days to turn himself in.

The Obama Administration forced this terrible scenario and dozens of Jamaicans have died for it and it's not like the U.S. Justice Department and President Obama didn't know, as they were warned months in advance by this site and community activists (See a small sampling of the Judiciary Report's website statistics below, revealing the U.S. DOJ and FBI regularly read this website). I hope the Justice Department and FBI are happy now (sarcasm).

Therefore, what would Amnesty International have had the Jamaican government do, in the face of the bullying, threats and abuse from the Obama Administration, which has affected innocent Jamaican-Americans in the United States and Jamaicans that live on the island permanently, who have nothing to do with Christopher Michael Coke and his gang?

For the Obama administration to have forced this issue in such a manner, barking at the Jamaican government to get the suspect and get him now or else, when thousands of fugitives in America have not been apprehended, as it is not as easy as it looks, is hypocritical.

Look how many people the U.S. FBI, ATF and SWAT have searched for in America for years and have been unsuccessful in apprehending. Yes, they have apprehended many, but thousands of criminals still remain at large. That is the nature of police work. You do what you can and accept your successes and defeats.

The Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding, is the head of the Jamaica Labour Party, which is not even my family's political party, as my relatives belong to the opposition, the People's National Party, but at the end of the day, all politics aside, as a human being, I denounce the Obama Administration's poor handling of this extradition, as they were warned well in advance this could happen, but forced these innocent casualties, via arrogance in how they demanded this guy and began abusing innocent Jamaicans as the way to extradite him, which is wrong.

If the tables were turned and another world government anywhere in the world, did that to the Obama administration, via abusing innocent Americans who did no wrong, he would be outraged, denounce it and label said conduct human rights abuses.

60 Dead In Jamaica After U.S. DOJ Extradition Demand

This is an update on yesterday's article 31 Dead In Jamaica After U.S. DOJ Extradition Demand. The body count of Jamaican soldiers and civilians has jumped to 60 people dead, as they tried to apprehend drug suspect, Christopher Michael Coke, also known as "Dudus."

I was told the Jamaican government gave civilians an opportunity to evacuate the area in question, by sending buses to the impoverished community of Tivoli Gardens in Kingston, which is similar in gang activity to the U.S. city of Compton, California, but much smaller in size.

This was done before the police and military went in, via a bid to retrieve "Dudus" for extradition to the United States. As with evacuations regarding hurricanes, fires and other natural disasters all over the world, some people left and some stayed with their properties.

The Jamaican military and police then went in. 500 people were extracted and arrested as associates of "Dudus" in a real live Scarface styled showdown. While the authorities have made leeway, some officers have died during the gun battle, via gang members that used amour piercing bullets.

U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, who botched this extradition by submitting what has been called "illegal wiretaps" as evidence and disregarded warnings from political activists that people could die if this case was handled improperly, has yet to comment on the fruits of his carelessness.

Soldiers, police officers and civilians have died, Mr. Holder, because you deviated from the international standard in these matters. During previous administrations, Jamaica extradited numerous people to the United States and it did not devolve into soldiers, police and civilians dying.

You wanted to show the world you are a big dog, with emphasis on the word dog - albeit one who doesn't read - and now you have, but not in a good way and here's hoping you can wash the blood of the innocent off your hands.

UPDATE @1:41PM - 60 People Are Confirmed Dead

Mentally deficient Attorney General, Eric "I Don't Read The Law" Holder, who heads up President Barack Obama's Department Of Justice, was warned repeatedly by community activists and columns such as this one, regarding the extremely poor handling of an extradition request, for suspected drug dealer, Christopher Michael Coke, in that it could cost innocent people their lives.

Holder, acting on Obama's behalf, used what has been labeled "illegal wiretaps" to submit the extradition request. As such, it was heavily disputed, leading to the standoff we see today, leaving 24 police officers and seven civilians dead yesterday, which is what the Judiciary Report warned two months ago would happen.

And what was the Obama administration's response to the deaths of the police officers and civilians, "It is the Jamaican government's responsibility to apprehend Mr. Coke."

What a vile message of condolence to the families of the civilians and innocent police officers that died trying to fulfill your botched, poorly handled extradition request, Mr. Holder. But to you their deaths were acceptable collateral damage. Neither you or Mr. Obama would find it so if it were your family members laying in the morgue.

The Obama administration's ongoing abuse of innocent Jamaican-American citizens, who have complained of being arrested for simple traffic offenses that would normally not warrant such action (a harassment technique American doctor Steven Hatfill exposed as an FBI tactic) along with other forms of harassment and canceling the visas of Jamaican business people buying U.S. goods to sell on the island has continued.

It is being described as a means of putting the squeeze on the Jamaican government during the extradition and it is ugly and un-American. Hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Jamaican-Americans voted for Obama in 2008 and they should not make that mistake again in 2012.

Your family in Kenya would be so proud of you abusing innocent black people (that have nothing to do with the suspect in question) to settle a political vendetta (not). As the first black President, I expected you to conduct yourself in a manner more appropriate and equitable to all, but you have shown your true colors.

This is not against the American people, but the Obama administration, as they were warned to be careful in how they went about this, yet they so poorly and carelessly handled it in a manner that needlessly created a situation that has left 31 people dead.

I don't believe the Obama administration is about law and order for one second, otherwise 99% of the individuals that committed felonies, which created the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 that went global, harming the rest of the world, wouldn't be walking around free and fleecing more Americans and international citizens.

Madonna and co in Hollywood would not be walking around free either, after engaging in well-documented illegal wiretapping, criminal hacking, computer abuse, emailed death threats and threats of violence and attempted murder, whilst stealing AIDS and cancer cure money, via stealing copyrights, meant to go towards producing cures. The Judiciary Report is 1000% certain, significant breakthroughs would have been implemented already.

Mueller took a $1,000,000 bribe to suppress the Madonna case, to facilitate criminal copyright infringement, which is why Hollywood continues to steal from my preexisting, Library of Congress registered, copyrighted catalog, worth billions. As the Judiciary Report's exclusives have proven true repeatedly, you can be assured the site is telling the truth regarding Mueller (and everything else).

You did so to the detriment of millions of AIDS and cancer sufferers everywhere and when all is said and done, history will not record it well.

Jamaica To Extradite Drug Suspect

The Jamaican government has agreed to extradite drug suspect, Christopher "Dudus" Coke and a manhunt is currently underway, which could result in a massive standoff, as police attempt to apprehend him in Jamaica. The case has caused turmoil in Jamaica, as the Jamaican government contends, the U.S. Department of Justice, headed by Obama's reckless Attorney General, Eric Holder, illegally wiretapped Coke's mobile phone, in a bid to gain evidence for an extradition.

Many Jamaicans have complained, when the extradition hit a snag, due to the illegal wiretaps being rejected as evidence, as retaliation, the U.S. government began arresting Jamaicans in America for the least little thing, such as traffic violations which were previously not considered arrest worthy offenses, canceling the visas of Jamaicans in America and denying Jamaican businesspeople entry into the United States for standard business trips.

The Obama administration discriminatorily and unjustly reasoned the way to get what it wanted in this case was to punish innocent Jamaicans that have nothing to do with the Coke case and do not support the accused, when hundreds of thousands of lawful Jamaican citizens in America voted for him in large numbers during the 2008 election.

Already Mr. Holder's poor handling of the extradition, has cost a Jamaican civilian her life, which is what the Judiciary Report feared would happen. But such incompetence is to be expect from a man that went into the U.S. Congress as the nation's top lawyer, condemning the unjust Arizona immigration law, without even reading it first, causing great embarrassment to himself and all associated with him.

Two months ago, the Judiciary Report warned that Mr. Holder engaging in such severe criminal negligence and violations of international law, in demanding the Coke extradition using illegal wiretaps, would lead to tragedy and that is exactly what has happened this week.

The Judiciary Report also previously expressed, law and order is important and all criminals should be held accountable, but authorities must follow the rule of law. Mr. Holder didn't and a Jamaican woman paid for it with her life this week.

For weeks people were also stating, if Prime Minister Golding gives the go ahead for the extradition, under the illegal wiretap evidence, he would be signing his own death warrant. The Prime Minister's safety has been placed in danger as well. The Department Of Justice could have handled this matter better than this.

Had Holder gone the standard international route, of getting witnesses to testify against a drug suspect, rather than resorting to illegal wiretaps, this would not have happened, as there would have been no room to move for the suspect.

However, the Judiciary Report firmly believes this was an attempt to disrupt and topple the Jamaican government, which is not new territory for the U.S. government.

A number of nations such as Haiti (the U.S. government forcibly removed Jean-Bertrand Aristide from office, by kidnapping the Prime Minister and depositing him on the other side of the globe), Panama (the U.S. government invasion in 1989 left 4,000 dead and the government toppled), Grenada (In 1983 the U.S. government invasion left 25 locals dead and the government upended) and Iraq (the U.S. government invasion in 2003 toppled the Iraqi government, executed its leader Saddam Hussein and left 1 million civilians dead in an ongoing war being fought for oil) have been subjected to the same treatment in previous incidents, with the desired goal of destabilization, under someone's political agenda. So much for world peace.

Sadly, in each of those cases, lives were lost as well, during the ensuing turmoil. The Judiciary Report doesn't believe for one minute this is the way the American people want the U.S. government to represent the nation in the world, as that's about politics and not people.

There is controversy today, regarding the American law firm, Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, having lobbied the Obama administration, to gain the extradition of alleged local drug dealer, Christopher Michael Coke.

Mr. Harold Brady of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, also allegedly approached the incumbent Jamaican Prime Minister, to be the legal representation of the island of Jamaica.

That would constitute a massive conflict of interest, due to who Manatt, Phelps and Phillips' other clients in Hollywood are and what they have been doing regarding Jamaica.

Manatt, Phelps and Phillips represent the Association of Motion Picture and Television Producers, Warner Bros and Sony studios and record labels, American Idol and Madonna to name a few (Robert Jacobs of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips in New York). http://www.manatt.com/Entertainment.aspx. There are more suitable U.S. firms in operation.

The Coke extradition has hit an extraordinary snag, as it has been revealed, the evidence the U.S. Department of Justice submitted in attempting to gain Coke's removal from the island, consists of items that violated Jamaican wiretap laws and in turn, Mr. Coke's rights under Jamaican statutes and the Jamaican Constitution, which was born from the British Constitution (Queen Elizabeth is still Jamaica's monarch, as it is a former British colony).

One of the oddities of this case is the fact the law firm Manatt, Phelps and Phillips represents many Hollywood clients that are apart of the "boycott Jamaica" campaign tinsel town initiated a year ago, through a member of the U.S. Congress and separately racist, n-word using gay blogger, Perez Hilton, due to certain dancehall artists' anti-gay lyrics.

Manatt, Phelps and Phillips represent Hollywood stars that have irrationally slammed the entire nation of Jamaica, for the deeds of a few anti-gay rappers. Manatt, Phelps and Phillips have also represented members of Hollywood's "gay mafia" as they are called.

Manatt, Phelps and Phillips does not mean Jamaica well in any measure, nor does some of its clients in Hollywood that tried to destroy the island nation last year with an international boycott they called for that failed.

Where most sane people call for boycotts of products or companies, nasty Hollywood called for a boycott of an entire nation of men, women, children and babies, because they disliked the free speech lyrics of a few people that do not even constitute 1% of the island nation's population. That is the definition of ignorance.

Manatt, Phelps and Phillips knew of Coke from stories about "The Shower Posse" drug ring and sought to cause trouble in Jamaica with the extradition they lobbied for.

It is the rule, not the exception, that the U.S. Department of Justice must meet the rule of law that exists in other nations and vice versa, when requesting extraditions. Going to the Jamaican government with illegally wiretapped evidence is unlawful and inadmissible in court. That's the rule of law in many nations.

If I were in government in Jamaica and suspected a U.S. citizen located in New York, for example, of committing crimes in America that touched Jamaican shores, violating laws on the island as well, I could not legally engage the Jamaica Constabulary (Police) Force to bypass the U.S. government and wiretap said suspect in New York, from all the way in Jamaica without warrant or permission from the host nation, then march into the U.S. State Department demanding they extradite the person with the illegally obtained wiretap evidence.

Another example, if I were in government in America and suspected a British citizen of engaging in crimes in London that touched American shores, I could not legally engage the FBI to bypass the British government and wiretap said suspect in London, from all the way in America, without warrant or permission, then march into the British Foreign Secretary's office, demanding they extradite the person, using the illegally obtained wiretap evidence.

Therefore, why is Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder and the U.S. Attorney's office in New York, submitting evidence for an extradition that was obtained via illegal wiretaps that violate Jamaican law. Why are you putting the Jamaican government in that position, Mr. Holder.

Americans don't even like it when you violate the Constitution and illegally wiretap U.S. citizens. Why would you think Jamaicans in Jamaica would welcome that invasiveness and massive overreach of your authority. Your congressional mandate is confined to U.S. Shores. Why have you done this.

Now, you are asking the Jamaican government to extradite a man on illegally obtained evidence, who community activists are openly stating in the press, will not go without a gunfight, where innocent Jamaicans could get killed in the crossfire.

What that says to the world is, as long as you and your kids are safe, Mr. Holder, you clearly could care less about any Jamaican grandparents, parents and kids in Tivoli Gardens (Jamaica) that could die.

Once again, the Judiciary Report is for law and order, but does not respect the way this was done. Typically in drug cases, they nab one guy and get him to sing on the others. That evidence is then used in tandem with additional items, to gain a proper, lawful extradition. That is the accepted international legal standard. Jamaica has extradited dozens of people to America in this manner.

However, Obama's Department of Justice, headed up by Eric Holder, is testing the waters in Jamaica, to set an international legal precedent for illegally wiretapping foreigners in their own nations, in violation of foreign law and using it in U.S. courts to gain convictions. Today, it is Jamaica, tomorrow it could be Britain, Spain, France, Canada or any of the other islands in the Caribbean.

Furthermore, it is a felony to wiretap someone on Jamaican shores without a proper warrant from the Attorney General and Jamaican Police. It is a criminal offense punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

Manatt, Phelps and Phillips is the law firm that willfully and knowingly submitted falsified evidence and committed perjury in court, in acting on behalf of Madonna and co, to steal preexisting copyrights registered to me in the Library of Congress, years before she stole them.

Copyrights whose proceeds were meant to go towards producing cures to AIDS and cancer, but instead went to lining the pockets of stars criminally breaking U.S. and U.N. law.

That decision almost cost me my life, as described here, because after the corrupt ruling went through in 2005, sicko Madonna cast off all restraint and sent members of the Miami Kabbalah center to threaten, harass and assault me in documented incidents, believing there would be no consequences for her crimes.

With the horrible ill-will and unprovoked hatred Manatt, Phelps and Phillips' famous clients have shown Jamaicans, in trying to destroy the entire island nation over the anti-gay music of a few, not to mention abusing an innocent Jamaican family, what business do they have petitioning the Jamaican government to be their legal representation, collecting Jamaican taxpayer dollars, unless it is a Hollywood trojan horse, seeking to surreptitiously damage Jamaica from the inside.

Why have you misrepresented yourselves and gone out to Jamaica, reportedly taken Jamaican taxpayer money, knowing full well your famous clients have been actively acting against the island nation, in bids at destroying it.

Published: Sunday | March 21, 2010 - Red-hot controversy continues to swirl around the Government over the deal involving top-flight American law firm Manatt, Phelps and Phillips.

The troubling arrangement, which attracted a hefty US$100,000- (approximately J$8.9 million) per-quarter fee, kicked off last October.

The firm then filed documents on the United States Department of Justice website claiming that it represented the Government of Jamaica.

"We will be speaking with members of the (US) executive branch to provide information on issues regarding existing political and economic matters, including existing treaty agreements between Jamaica and the US," the firm stated in its documentation.

And even as the controversy deepens, more questions are being asked about who paid the bill charged by the American firm.

"The questions still remain to be answered as to what money was paid, by whom was it paid, what services were rendered, and whether the resources of the taxpayers were used to engage this firm, and I add, if not the taxpayers' whose resources?" declared Opposition Leader Portia Simpson Miller.

"This new development, which has been linked to the already complicated, sensitive, controversial and contentious extradition impasse between Jamaica and the United States of America will only serve to further jeopardise Jamaica's standing and reputation and diminish its credibility within the community of nations," Simpson Miller added.

So far, the Bruce Golding administration has rejected all allegations of wrongdoing, as well as the insinuation that the firm was contracted to deal with the impasse surrounding the extradition request for Christopher 'Dudus' Coke.

Instead, the administration is pointing the finger at attorney-at-law Harold Brady, who continues to argue that reports that he contracted the company to work for the Government are all a mistake, which has been corrected by the firm.

But there is no correction on the Department of Justice website, and up to Friday, officials at that office were still reporting that the firm was dealing with political and economic matters, including treaty arrangements, for Jamaica.

‘I didn’t know it was Dudus’ phone'

...In the dispute, Jamaica accuses the US of breaching the Interception of Communications Act 2002 (ICA) which governs wire-tapping in Jamaica.

Jamaica insists that there is a general Constitutional right of freedom of expression in Jamaica, including the right of freedom from interference to receive and impart ideas, as well as freedom from interference with one's correspondence and other means of communication.

Moreover, Jamaica argues, because the ICA is an intrusion on a citizen's Constitutional right to freedom of expression, its provisions have to be scrupulously observed and followed.

No order was ever made authorising the disclosure of information to a foreign government, agents of a foreign government or an agency of a foreign government, says Jamaica.

The Act provides that any person who intercepts communication in unauthorised circumstances commits a criminal offence and is liable to imprisonment for a period of three years or a fine not exceeding $3 million or both; and that any person who knowingly discloses the contents of any communication commits a criminal offence and is liable to imprisonment for a period of five years or a fine of $5 million or both.

U.S. Government Should Desist Issuing World Reports

It's Not Helping International Relations

The United States government should desist issuing yearly world reports condemning, chastising and criticizing other nations, for perceived faults, when there is trouble at home (i.e. U.S. State Department Human Rights report).

Thus far, France, China, Haiti and Jamaica, to name a few, have taken exception to U.S. Senate and C.I.A. world reports, issued and published about many nations of the world, as the assessments have been blatantly offensive, one-sided and in some cases, degrading.

At a time when the world blames the U.S. government for the global financial crisis that began on Wall Street and for the wars in the Middle East, namely the Iraqi conflict, it is not helpful or conducive to goodwill that Washington continues to issue these scathing reports on every nation in the world.

Each nation is responsible for itself, within its own sovereignty and does not like formally being painted in a very unflattering light by another nation. No nation is perfect, as each one has problems. No nation should issue such yearly reports, as it does not help global harmony. It is also endangering innocent Americans when they travel abroad.

If the U.S. Government wishes to continue compiling said reports, it should remain in-house for personal government use, not public consumption, as it is causing worldwide offense.

For example, last week China took offense at the U.S. government's report publicly criticizing and condemning human rights violations in their country and labeled Washington hypocritical, as human rights abuses exist in America as well.

This week, the President of Haiti, Rene Preval, was clearly disappointed and stunned by the U.S. State Department's Human Rights report, which stated, "Corruption is widespread in all … levels of government in Haiti." Preval labeled the report "arrogant" and "arbitrary" stating it, "Threatened to sour Haiti's ties with its main relief partner as the Caribbean state's government and foreign donors drafted a plan for the country's recovery and long-term reconstruction."

Considering Haiti was just devastated by an earthquake, the scathing U.S. State Department report was released at a very tough time for them and was taken to heart. They really did not need it right now.

Regarding Jamaica, Obama and his Department of Justice, headed his appointed Attorney General, Eric Holder, slammed the Prime Minister of Jamaica, Bruce Golding, regarding the extradition request of an alleged Jamaican drug dealer, Christopher Michael Coke.

The extradition request has been pending for a few months and Obama's Administration slammed the Jamaican government in a well publicized world report, using its news agency, the Associated Press, flat out stating Coke has ties to the Jamaican Prime Minister, who comes from his constituency and that's why the extradition was not processed immediately.

The incumbent administration in Jamaica stated, they have processed many U.S. extradition requests, but the U.S. government violated Jamaican wiretap laws in obtaining evidence they submitted with the extradition demand. In short, the U.S. Department of Justice, who has no legal mandate to be acting in any capacity as law enforcement in Jamaica, bypassed the Jamaican government and wiretapped a citizen located in Jamaica, in violation of domestic laws.

Technically, in the average foreign court of law, in many nations of the world, if you did not go through the proper local legal channels of government, in the country the subject you wish to be extradited is located, via obtaining a proper request/warrant in that nation to engage wiretaps against one of their citizens, said wiretap evidence is not admissible in the foreign court of law that you are asking to extradite the person, as it would be deemed, one violated the laws of the local country to obtain it.

But back to the report regarding the Jamaican Prime Minister. What if a foreign government compiled and published a formal report, stating President Obama has ties to criminals in his former constituency of Chicago, Illinois, with one of them that is now incarcerated on unrelated felony charges, having previously helped Obama to purchase a mansion in a rich district, via a real estate deal many have labeled mortgage fraud (this has been written about in the U.S. press and blogosphere). Obama would hit the roof if someone put that in a formal international report.

What if a foreign government authored a formal world report stating President Obama's birth certificate lacks the official seal for the American state it is said to be issued from, thus he is in violation of the Constitution and has not met the eligibility requirements to be President of the United States. Once again, Obama would hit the roof.

Back to my point, publicizing these annual world reports are not doing anything to promote world peace. It is making foreign heads of state and their corresponding governments angry, offended and in some cases, uncooperative.

In closing, to be clear, the Judiciary Report is for law and order, justice within the scope of the law, legal penalties for criminals, human rights, civil liberties and world peace.
