The Girl Sharkeisha Brutally Beat Up In Video Speaks To News Station About The Fight And Police (Video)

 Shamichael Manuel, the 17-year-old beating victim of 16-year-old Sharkeisha, has spoken to news station KHOU 11 in Houston, Texas about the fight that has gone viral. Shamichael says her friend Skarkeisha attacked her over a boy, brutally punching her in the face and kicking her in the head.

Shamichael's mother, Olevia Henderson, has reported the incident to the girls' high school, who've stated they can do nothing about the fight, as it did not occur on school property. However, police are investigating the assault and may bring charges against Sharkeisha, a young woman who is filled with rage.

Some of Sharkeisha's anger may be due to her unusual name which has unquestionably been the butt of jokes for years, as the moment the video was released, people began making wise cracks about it. Sharkeisha needs help, because one day that rage could erupt and kill someone or lead to someone killing her. Let those ways go.

One of my friends told us about a man she was dating that turned out to be something other than what he appeared. She said he was nice and they went out. But as you get to know people over time, you find out more about their idiosyncrasies and ways and whether the person is for you.

The Drudge Report has inauspiciously been sued for copyright infringement, due to a photo posted and linked to on the site, illustrating stringent airport security measures in America. The photo is owned by the Denver Post and was bought by a third party, who is sue happy and looking for quick profits. However, under the U.S. Copyright Act, one is allowed to excerpt public copyrighted materials in covering a breaking news event of interest to the public. Therefore, in this instance, Drudge is in compliance with the law.

Mainstream Media Political Bias

There exists a mainstream political bias in the press, which favors positive coverage of the Democrats in America, as oppose to the rival Republican party, who are more conservative in their leanings. This leads to uneven and biased coverage that does not present both sides of the issues. The one conservative major network in America, Fox News, isn't much better at being unbiased, as they lean all the way to the right.

However, the liberal mainstream media, is far more guilty in this regard, as it involves hundreds of newspapers and television outlets, colluding to present the pciture they want. I ask, what's so difficult about presenting both sides of the story. At the end of the day, the American people will get their news online from sources they prefer and judge the government based on the economic and social issues present in their lives. Therefore, giving the mainstream news the slant you desire is not having the effect you think.

Jamaican PM Suing ABC News For Defamation

Jamaican Prime Minister, Bruce Golding, has initiated legal action against ABC News, stating they have defamed him in a widely disseminated broadcast, accusing him of being associated with drug fugitive, Christopher Michael Coke A/K/A "Dudus."

The FBI/DOJ's poorly handled extradition request for the drug suspect, has resulted in the deaths of 73 Jamaican police officers, military and civilians.

ABC has been left stranded in the lurch, as the anonymous U.S. State Department source they cited in their article, has abandoned them, as it has been reported in the Jamaica Observer newspaper, "US State Department officials later denied knowledge of such a document saying instead they were working with the Jamaican prime minister in crime prevention in the island."

If Golding files suit against ABC News in Britain, as the article was carried there as well, it will be much easier to prove damages, due to the fact libel laws in the United Kingdom are more favorable to Plaintiffs. Many high profile people in a variety of cases, have filed suit in Britain as a result.

Bruce legal action over ABC 'Dudus' story

Wednesday, June 09, 2010 - LAWYERS representing Prime Minister Bruce Golding have written to United States-based news network ABC seeking redress for a recent newscast referring to Golding as a ‘criminal affiliate’ of Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.

"It is being pursued as we speak," Information Minister Daryl Vaz told journalists at today’s post cabinet press briefing held at Jamaica House. Vaz added that a statement was issued by the prime minister this week and legal action was being pursued by him “on a personal basis”...

Golding subsequently dismissed the ABC report as "extremely offensive", and charged that efforts to link him personally with the alleged drug kingpin, were “clearly part of a conspiracy to undermine the duly elected government of Jamaica”...
