Jamaican Gov Turns Dudus' Office Into Police Station

After days of conflict in Tivoli Gardens, Jamaica last week, left 73 people dead, due to an extradition request that was poorly handled by Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, the Jamaican government has turned the office of suspected drug dealer, Christopher "Dudus" Coke into a police station.

The party is over for Christopher Michael Coke

This was quite fitting, as Dudus' gang killed police officers and soldiers during last weeks bid at bringing him in for extradition to the United States on a drug warrant. Police officers and soldiers lost their lives last week, which is no small matter.

Though Coke has fled and is currently eluding capture, 500 men were arrested, his BMW seized and 200 mobile phones confiscated, apart of an ongoing investigation.

Will Rush Limbaugh Survive The Honeymoon

Rush Limbaugh and Kathryn Rogers, who looks as though she is forcing that kiss

Racist radio talk show host, Rush Limbaugh, has married for the fourth time. His latest bride is 33-year-old Kathryn Rogers.

Given the fact that wealthy Limbaugh is 59-years-old, with a history of well documented heart problems, the pertinent question is this, will he survive the honeymoon with his young bride.

Mean Megan v. Mad Michael

Megan Fox

Was mean, mouthy Megan Fox any match for mad Michael Bay, the "Transformers" director, who made her famous, in spite of her lack of talent as an actress. Apparently not.

She now has millions of fans around the world, albeit most of them are exasperated with her terrible interviews and bad attitude. But Bay is the director and decides who is hired and fired and basically killed Fox's career in one strategic blow, giving her a bad name in Hollywood.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Bay has knocked the shine right of Megan, who he has known since she was 15-years-old . She has slid down the totem pole, from the A-List to C-List overnight.

Look Away Megan Fox

Megan Fox has been sulking all over America since being fired from "Transformers 3"

The first photos have been released, of Megan Fox's replacement, model, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, on the set of the "Transformers 3" film set. That has to hurt Megan, who was unceremoniously fired from the franchise after two films.

Fox had begun work on "Transformers 3" - therefore, contrary to what she claims, she did not opt out of the film, she was indeed fired, as director, Michael Bay's webmaster confirmed, by claiming, "She got her butt handed to her."

Bay made Fox very famous, signing her to the film, as an actress that did bit parts on sitcoms. Therefore, she is under contract to the franchise and could not have decided to not return to work, as she'd be sued for breach of contract.

It is not yet clear if Fox's already captured participation in the third installment of the film, via work she did several weeks ago, will be scrapped from the film and its marketing, as photos were released of her on the set weeks before she was fired:

"Jersey Shore" Labeled STD Central

"Jersey Shore" Setting A Bad Example

Jersey Shore cast

MTV's reality show "Jersey Shore" that is currently being filmed in Miami, was slammed by its producer as a "herpes nest." Wow, what a terrible description of the program.

No sooner than the show put the seaside town of Jersey Shore in New Jersey on the map, for wild living replete with promiscuity and violence, than it relocated to Miami Beach, another town known for partying, as its base.

The rampant, reckless sexual activity and circulating STDS is a dangerous message to send the teens and adults watching the show, claiming herpes medication Valtrex, made popular by Paris Hilton, is "handed out like candy" on the set of the show.

June 03, 2010 - ...SnookiGriffin: I'm curious, on your shows do you guys drug test?

Salsano: Yes.

Jackson: I think everyone does.

Salsano: I do a full medical but I also do a lot of STD stuff.

Pinsky: The network requires me to do stuff with my patients that has no relevance to anything. Like everyone on the set has to take (herpes medication) Valtrex.

Salsano: We hand it out like M&Ms! "Hey kids, it's time for Valtrex!" It's like a herpes nest. They're all in there mixing it up.

Gary Coleman's Death Photos Sold

Shannon Price and Gary Coleman

Death photos of the late former child star and "Different Strokes" actor, Gary Coleman, who died of a brain hemorrhage this month, in the U.S. state of Utah, have been sold to the press, by his money hungry ex-wife, Shannon Price.

This misconduct has caused outrage among many and rightfully so, as it violates his dignity and right to privacy. The Judiciary Report is certain Coleman would not wish to be remembered this way.

Chris Brown Tour Cancelled As Visa Denied

Chris Brown and new Rihanna look-alike girlfriend, but she is an upgrade

Convicted woman beating Sony Music R&B crooner, Chris Brown, just had cold water thrown on his tour by the British government, as they denied him entry into the U.K. for a series of concerts, whose tickets have already been sold.

After Brown's legal troubles, regarding beating girlfriend and fellow singer, Rihanna, for attacking him in a rented Lamborghini, culminated into his arrest and guilty plea, he became ineligible to visit many countries that bar people with criminal records, as a precaution to their own citizens and residents.

Brown expected to flout this international rule, by placing tickets on sale, hoping it would force world governments' hands on the issue, but it failed. As a result, the concert promoter and insurance company are out large sums of money on a gamble gone wrong.

Mrs. Obama Upset About Adultery Claims

U.S. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama

According to online reports, U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, is "humiliated" and "angered" by reports her husband, President Barack Obama, had an affair with 35-year-old employee, Vera Baker in 2004. The two were videotaped going into a hotel.

Since the time the story broke, Baker has fallen off the radar, as the National Enquirer is digging for dirt to create a John Edwards styled scandal for their paper.

Months before the scandal broke, the Judiciary Report joked, if the the President cheated on Mrs. Obama, he wouldn't have to worry about getting assassinated, because she'd kill him. The following is what the walkie talkie exchange would sound like:

Secret Service Agent 1: Code red! code red!
Secret Service Agent 2: Has someone breached security by hopping the fence?
Secret Service Agent 1: No, F.L.O.T.U.S. has P.O.T.U.S. in a headlock and he is not breathing, I repeat, not breathing!

Human Rights Group Slams U.S. Gov Over Civilian Deaths In Yemen

U.S. missile

A human rights group has slammed the U.S. government over a missile that killed 40 civilians in the country of Yemen. The tragic and horrible part of the conflict in the Middle East, that has the West fighting against terrorists in the region, is more civilians are dying than actual terror factions. No civilians should be dying at all, but all too frequently they are, in acts that are not justifiable. This is not acceptable collateral damage.

North Korea v. South Korea

North Korea's sinking of a South Korean ship has provoked rage in the region, as it is believed to be an act of deliberate aggression. The two nations are reportedly on the brink of war, which is inadvisable. North Korea must understand South Korea's anger, as their people have died in the tragedy.

They are brothers, but are now divided by social and military ideology, with South Korea fairing better in the world. There is also massive poverty and hunger in North Korea, which is regrettable.

The Judiciary Report's suggestion to North Korea is to take a page out of China's book and focus more on manufacturing not military might. It would solve a number of their nation's problems and create a more peaceful existence.

If the nation was more prosperous, the desire for war would not take precedence over everything else. The Judiciary Report wishes both nations well.

AP: Federal Judges Have Ties To Oil Companies

oil spill

According to the Associated Press, "More than half of the federal judges in districts where the bulk of Gulf oil spill-related lawsuits are pending have financial connections to the oil and gas industry, complicating the task of finding judges without conflicts to hear the cases."

This conflict of interest is terrible, because at the end of the day, the American people's best interest will not be protected.

Whistleblower lawsuits, whose objective is to alert the public to dangers associated with certain industries and sectors of the government, negatively impacting the public - in addition to other legal actions, where everyday Americans have sustained damage, will be tossed out of court by a judge looking out for their own pocketbook. It has happened many times.

Any judge with ties to the oil industry, whether it be stocks, board memberships or relatives, should immediately recuse themselves from said cases.

There have been notable cases where judges did not separate their best interests from that of the public and voted in favor of their stock in companies, rather than observing people's rights, in accordance with the law.

The U.S. court system should have a failsafe that if a case meets a certain criteria, no judge can toss it from court.

The Judiciary Report has seen corrupted judges invent technicalities, not based in U.S. or international law, to toss legitimate cases from court, because said jurist had stock in a defendant's company.

This needs to stop. You'd be surprised how financial fraud would decrease if it did, as corporations would think twice before they engaged in misconduct, knowing the cases would go to trial and they could lose their shirts, if they did not make a proper settlement.

AP IMPACT: Many Gulf federal judges have oil links

MIAMI — More than half of the federal judges in districts where the bulk of Gulf oil spill-related lawsuits are pending have financial connections to the oil and gas industry, complicating the task of finding judges without conflicts to hear the cases, an Associated Press analysis of judicial financial disclosure reports shows.

Thirty-seven of the 64 active or senior judges in key Gulf Coast districts in Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida have links to oil, gas and related energy industries, including some who own stocks or bonds in BP PLC, Halliburton or Transocean — and others who regularly list receiving royalties from oil and gas production wells, according to the reports judges must file each year. The AP reviewed 2008 disclosure forms, the most recent available.

Those three companies are named as defendants in virtually all of the 150-plus lawsuits seeking damages, mainly for economic losses in the fishing, seafood, tourism and related industries, that have been filed over the growing oil spill since the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig exploded April 20, killing 11 workers. Attorneys for the companies and those suing them are pushing for consolidation of the cases in one court, with BP recommending Texas and others advocating for Louisiana and other states...

Britney Spears Still Can't Get It Together

Another bad Britney weave

Millions of dollars are being spent on Britney Spears' upkeep, yet she still remains the least groomed person in Hollywood, continuing to trot around in stained, ill-fitting clothes, topped off with terrible, atrocious weaves.

Women all over the nation go to reasonably priced salons, paying a basic $50 to get their hair done, come out looking great and a million times better than Spears, who has a higher styling budget.

Britney continues to wander around looking like the poster child for bad weaving and weird hair coloring. The hair on the birds being sprayed with BP oil in her native Louisiana, look better than Britney's tresses.

Shaq's Wife Shaunie Is Provoking Him

Shaunie O'Neal

Shaunie O'Neal, 35, the soon to be ex-wife of NBA basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal, 38, has been throwing her new relationship in his face. She has been photographed several times with her 23-year-old model boyfriend, Marlon Yates.

Shaunie does not seem intent on being low key, taking the model to numerous high profile events, where she knows they will be photographed. One particular red carpet appearance featured Marlon with his hand on Shaunie's butt, as they smiled for the camera. This was rather distasteful.

She also took Marlon to an MTV swag suite event, where famous attendees were informed they would be photographed. Then there were the pictures of her canoodling on the beach in Maui, Hawaii with the young man, all on Shaq's dime. She also has the model around her children she has with Shaquille, which is some what concerning, as she just met Marlon.

The publicity seeking new couple's high profile appearances, clearly are not sitting well O'Neal, who is being provoked. How do we know this? Shaunie accused Shaq in court papers of instructing their son to tell Marlon his daddy will kill him.

Shaunie also violated a confidentiality agreement, which stipulates she is not to discuss their marriage or the terms of her divorce from O'Neal, but used private details thereof, as a publicity tool for her show "Basketball Wives." O'Neal slapped the show with a legal threat if the breach of contract did not desist.

In short, Shaunie needs to stop provoking Shaq. It's not funny or kind. Based on reports, neither party was faithful during the marriage, but considering you made off with a chunk of his fortune, via a divorce settlement and custody of his kids, you could show some restraint in this publicity parade.

You should not push people over the edge, as in a moment of anger, they may loose their cool and lash out. It is not an excuse for potential violence, but why provoke the father of your children to such extremes, putting him in a detrimental position.
