Obama Wants Access To Osama's Family

Video: US Says It Wants Access to 3 bin Laden Widows

The Associated Press is reporting, U.S. President, Barack Obama, wants access to the family of terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, who was gunned down by American Navy Seals in his Abbottabad, Pakistan home, on the orders of the Commander-in-Chief in Washington.

Barack Obama: you will talk!

As Pakistani officials have been releasing information from their debriefing of the family, the U.S. government hopes to do the same. However, it is not yet clear if the Pakistani government will hand over Bin Laden's family to President Obama. This is due to their extradition policies and exceptions that sometimes occur regarding America, on a "human rights abuse" basis.

Osama Bin Laden "sleeps with the fishes"

If an extradition is ruled out, individuals from the Obama Administration, may seek to fly to Pakistan to question the family, before they are turned over to their native nations, such as Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Osama's widows may not want to cooperate with any American questioning, but it is dependent upon the methods used during the interrogations (legal or otherwise).

U.S. Gas Prices Expected To Rise On Muslim Uprisings

Barack Obama

Reminiscent of some of the worst segments of the 2008 Financial Crisis, gas prices in America are reportedly set to surge again. It is one of the facets of the economic crisis that broke many working class people. In some U.S. states, people were playing $4-$5 per gallon of gasoline, which was misery for many.

Another bout of such gouging is going to have a worse impact than before, as unemployment has risen, while the housing market deteriorated, adding to Americans' financial burdens. The nation's financial state remains out of whack and the government has been unable to restore any balance.

The Obama Administration's Hand In The Arab World Uprisings

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama is still stumbling in his reaction to the widespread violence that has erupted in the Middle East. Ironically, word in the international community from a very credible source, indicates President Obama placed some incendiary, instigative phone calls to the region, prior to the uprising in Egypt, which has spread to other nations in the Arab World, such as Bahrain, Yemen and Libya.

While the Middle East riots, Obama pushes his technology agenda

In doing so, the Obama Administration stirred up a hornet's nest, it has not been able to control, which has resulted in hundreds of civilian casualties. The Middle East is now destabilized, Libya has become volatile and violent, oil prices are rising to record levels and the door is open for all sorts of militants to set up shop in the stead of falling regimes.

Video: How Libya unrest impacts the global economy

This is a troubling time in world history, where drudges are being formed and who knows what they will turn into later. The President is messing with regimes comprised of men, who have very long memories and very short tempers. As history has shown, it will come back to bite America in the butt.

It would be wonderful if the aforementioned nations would embrace democracy, but in trying to bring this about, what seeds are being sown, who will reap the end result and will it be good or bad.

The FBI Blew Another Terrorist Tip

U.S. President Barack Obama (left) and India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh

File this one under the FBI messed up again. The FBI was given a credible tip in early October 2010, by the Saudi Government, warning of a potential terrorist attack, to originate from Yemen, involving multiple airplanes.

As is the FBI's pathetic standard, they did nothing. A few short weeks later, packages containing modified ink cartridges, infused with the explosive PETN, were intercepted in England by MI6, who then warned the U.S. Government of the same headed in America's direction.

Yemen Terror Plane Could Have Exploded In UK Or US

The alleged Al Qaeda plot, regarding sending ink cartridges containing explosives, via UPS cargo plane, from Yemen to the midlands, in Britain and separately America, highlights two things. Firstly, as the Judiciary Report stated last year, terrorists have a fixation with the midlands in Britain.

MI6 intercepted terror plot using an asset

The comment was made in the March 29, 2009 Judiciary Report article, "EU Panel Slams British PM Gordon Brown" where the site stated, "What is going on in the Midlands? So much anti-British sentiment from pro-terrorism people. Something very bad is going to come out of there if the government does not clamp down on that."

Incompetent FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller (left) and U.S. President Barack Obama (right). There could be a weapon of mass destruction up Mueller's butt and he still wouldn't know where to find it!

Secondly, Yemen, has truly become a terrorist hotbed. It is troubling that Homeland Security and the FBI missed this most recent plot, which was intercepted by MI6 in Britain. Many hoped with Barack Obama in office, it would strengthen America's ties in the Muslim world and lead to more terrorist tips, to avert disaster, but it has not, due to the damage former president, George W. Bush, caused in the region. Middle Eastern Muslims are still angry over Bush's conduct and taking it out on America and its allies.

Britain Intercepts Terrorist Bomb Headed For America

The United Kingdom's keen intelligence service, MI-6, intercepted suspicious packages, reportedly containing ink cartridge bombs, originating from Yemen, routed through the mid-lands in England, on their way to a Jewish synagogue in the United States.

The packages were sent via cargo planes, through American carrier UPS, destined for the U.S. state of Illinois, where President Obama has a home. The timing of this incident is also suspicious, as it falls a few days before the U.S. midterm elections.

Human Rights Group Slams U.S. Gov Over Civilian Deaths In Yemen

U.S. missile

A human rights group has slammed the U.S. government over a missile that killed 40 civilians in the country of Yemen. The tragic and horrible part of the conflict in the Middle East, that has the West fighting against terrorists in the region, is more civilians are dying than actual terror factions. No civilians should be dying at all, but all too frequently they are, in acts that are not justifiable. This is not acceptable collateral damage.

The FBI Failed Again With Another Homegrown Terrorist

Video: Terror Suspect in Yemen Worked at US Nuke Sites

Once again, the FBI engaged in criminal negligence, in allowing a dangerous terrorist suspect, American born Muslim convert, Sharif Mobley, to roam free amongst innocent people in the United States, knowing he had terror ties, only for him to flee to Yemen and murder a security guard at a hospital.

Sharif Mobley

According to an Associated Press article, the FBI had Mobley under surveillance in America, but inexplicably did not bring him in, though he is a radicalized Muslim that made contact with Al Qaeda.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Even more infuriating is the fact he was allowed to work at several American nuclear plants, endangering millions, while espousing said radicalized beliefs, reminiscent of Fort Hood mass murderer, Nidal Maliak Hasan. The wrong person in a nuclear plant could have taken out millions of innocent people.

Once again, for the one millionth time, why are you, the FBI, allowing dangerous criminals to run around free.

U.S. citizen accused in Yemen killing had been under FBI watch

Saturday, March 13, 2010 - Sharif Mobley, a U.S. citizen accused of killing a hospital guard in Yemen, is believed to be a homegrown radical who left this country to make direct contact with al-Qaeda, according to U.S. counterterrorism officials, making him the latest in a string of such suspects.

Mobley, 26, first came to public attention Wednesday, when Yemeni authorities reported that he had grabbed a guard's gun during a medical visit last weekend after being arrested in a sweep of suspected al-Qaeda militants.

Several U.S. officials, all of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity, said Mobley had been in custody in Yemen for at least several weeks before the shooting and had been known to U.S. and Yemeni authorities for a considerable period before that. "He's been a matter of some concern for a while," according to one official.

The officials said FBI investigations had been underway in Delaware, among the places that Mobley had lived, and in New Jersey, where he was born and was once employed as a maintenance worker in nuclear power plants. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission said Friday that he also worked at nuclear plants in Pennsylvania and at Maryland's Calvert Cliffs but that it had no reason to believe he had had access to sensitive material, news services reported...

International Cooperation At Low Levels For U.S. Gov

U.S. President Barack Obama

Last week it was revealed, a number of international cities/countries have not modified security at their airports, in response to a formal request from the U.S. government, due to the attempted Christmas Day airline bombing in America.

Yemen, a major player on the terrorism front, also decreed there are, "Limits to its military cooperation with the United States." Their deputy prime minister for security and defense stated, "We cannot accept any foreign troops on Yemeni territory" deeming it will "strengthen Al Qaeda."

Former President George W. Bush and his Vice President, Dick Cheney, did a massive amount of damage in the area of international relations and now many in the global community are not willing to stick their necks out, as a result of those bridges that were burned.

If Obama is seen following in Bush's footsteps in any manner, in the area political policy, it shall only serve to worsen international ties. Among those choices...more troops to Afghanistan.

Yemen says there are limits to its military cooperation with United States

Friday, January 8, 2010 - SANAA, YEMEN -- In its strongest language yet, Yemen's government declared Thursday that there are limits to its military cooperation with the United States, warning that any direct U.S. action in this impoverished Middle Eastern nation could bolster the popularity of Islamist militants.

"If there is direct intervention by the United States, it will strengthen al-Qaeda," warned Rashad al-Alimi, Yemen's deputy prime minister for security and defense. "We cannot accept any foreign troops on Yemeni territory."

The statement underscored the rising concern among Yemen's leadership about a domestic backlash that could politically weaken the government and foment more instability. In recent days, top Yemeni officials have publicly played down their growing ties to Washington, fearing that they will be perceived by their opponents as weak and beholden to the United States...

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown

The British government and that of Yemen, have been bouncing blame for the radicalization of terrorist suspect, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who tried to blow up a full airliner of people on Christmas Day, as the aircraft landed in Detroit, Michigan in America.

The British government is stating Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab became radicalized in Yemen in 2008, after he was kicked out of Britain. While the Yemen government is stating he, "Joined Al Qaeda in London."

Yemen official minimizes nation's link to jetliner bombing suspect

Reporting from Sana, Yemen - A senior Yemeni official downplayed his nation's connection to the Nigerian Islamic militant suspected of trying to bomb a Detroit-bound Northwest Airlines flight on Christmas Day, saying the man became an Al Qaeda militant in Britain, even though he met with a radical cleric in Yemen shortly before allegedly undertaking his alleged mission.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab joined Osama bin Laden's group while living in Britain from 2005 to '08, Yemeni Deputy Prime Minister Rashad Alimi told reporters Thursday in Sana, the capital. "The information we have is that Umar Farouk joined Al Qaeda in London," he said.

At some point, the onetime engineering student and the son of a wealthy Nigerian banker set off alarm bells in Britain, which didn't allow him to reenter the country. "But Yemen didn't get that intelligence," Alimi said.

Al Qaeda: It Was A Retaliatory Attack

Video: Al-Qaeda: US plane bomb plot revenge for Yemen operations - RT

Yesterday, Al Qaeda claimed responsibility for the attempted Christmas Day bombing of a Detroit bound plane, pronouncing it a retaliatory attack for a U.S./Yemen raid that killed 30 of their terrorists.

Three days ago, on December 25, 2009 in the Christmas Bombing Averted At U.S. Airport article, the Judiciary Report did write of the belief the Christmas Day bombing attempt in Detroit, was in relation for the Yemen/U.S. government sponsored raid that left 30 Al Qaeda members dead. This was confirmed yesterday, via Al Qaeda accepting responsibility for the Christmas Day airline bombing attempt.

Anwar al Awlaki

Terrorist often speak of revenge for perceived wrongs and it didn’t take much to connect the dots on that one, as one of their top men and poster boys, Anwar al Awlaki, was reportedly killed.

Al-Qaeda says attack was its retaliation

Posted on Tue, Dec. 29, 2009 - It cited U.S. actions in Yemen. The suspect was reported there from summer to early December.

WASHINGTON - Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula claimed responsibility yesterday for the Christmas Day attack on a Northwest Airlines jet, saying it was retaliation for a U.S. operation against the group in Yemen. Officials in Yemen said suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had spent time there until earlier this month.

In a statement posted on the Internet, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula said Abdulmutallab, 23, a Nigerian, had coordinated with members of the group, an alliance of extremists based in Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

Yemeni forces, helped by U.S. intelligence, carried out two air strikes against al-Qaeda operatives this month - the second one a day before Abdulmutallab allegedly tried to bring down Northwest Flight 253 from Amsterdam as it prepared to land in Detroit...

The family promised to cooperate with Nigerian and U.S. authorities.

"We, along with the whole world, are thankful to almighty God that there were no lives lost in the incident," the statement read. "May God continue to protect us all, amen."

Yemen: Hundreds More Terrorists Plotting Attacks

Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab

The December 26, 2009 Judiciary Report article titled "Al Qaeda Link In Foiled Terrorist Plot" stated regarding Al Qaeda, "Something is clearly going on, creating these incidents in such close proximity to each other. It lends the appearance they are in a mad rush to bomb this nation."

Two days later, on December 28, 2009, the FBI confirmed terror suspect, Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab, told them "25 more bombers" are on the way. Today, the Yemen government has also informed the world that hundreds of Al-Qaeda terrorists are planning attacks on America, from their shores.

The question is what is the U.S. government going to do to counter these planned attacks. The government needs to get on the ball, as what they are doing now is not going to cut it:

300 MILITANTS READY TO ATTACK US FROM YEMEN

Hundreds could follow Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab

Wednesday December 30,2009 - THREE hundred Al Qaeda militants are plotting to launch a fresh wave of terror attacks from Yemen, Britain was warned yesterday.

Hundreds of bombers could be set to follow Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab on suicide missions in the UK and the United States, it is feared. Yemen’s foreign minister Dr Abu Bakr al-Qirbi appealed for international help to tackle the terror network which is tightening its stranglehold on the Arabian peninsula.

"Al Qaeda Link In Foiled Terrorist Plot"

U.S. President Barack Obama

The United States Congress is calling for hearings into the attempted bombing of an NWA airlines flight on Christmas Day, as it landed in Detroit, Michigan in America.

This winter, terrorists have ramped up their efforts against America, in deeds such as the aforementioned, Fort Hood and an attempt in Queens, New York. Something is clearly going on, creating these incidents in such close proximity to each other. It lends the appearance they are in a mad rush to bomb this nation.

Video: AP Sources: Al-Qaida Link in Failed Plane Attack - The Associated Press

Some U.S. law enforcement officials are doing damage control regarding the NWA flight, in attempting to play down the terrorist's ties to Al Qaeda, but if he is an insignificant rogue figure, merely inspired by the aforementioned terrorist faction, why was he in the United States government's watch list, on a database, as someone with terrorist ties. Said officials are contradicting themselves.

Furthermore, based on reports, the bomb he smuggled on the flight undetected, then assembled, seemed quite "sophisticated." Then there is the obvious fact he was able to get through various international security checkpoints undetected. How was he able to foil national security for three nations. That level of security breach hardly seems something a 23-year-old student could accomplish on his own with no help from experienced terrorists.

Christmas Bombing Averted At U.S. Airport

A 23-year-old Al Qaeda operative, Abdul Mudallad, man boarded an airplane from Nigeria, which made a stop in Amsterdam, en route to Detroit, Michigan in America, with the components for a bomb on his person. He tried to ignite the bomb components he assembled on the plane and it misfired, seriously injuring him and two other passengers.

He was given an introductory lesson to American football, when he was roughly tackled to the ground by other passengers. There's nothing like a group of disgruntled passengers flying on Christmas day when they would rather be in their homes. Dude had it coming for this act of terrorism.

When the plane landed, the terrorist was detained and questioned. He is now looking at life in prison, like shoe bomber, Richard Reid.

Apparently someone didn't read the Judiciary Report's anti-terrorism Christmas Eve message last night, on the ills of suicide bombings. The article was about the deaths of 30 Al Qaeda members in Yemen and putting a stop to suicide bombings by terrorist groups.

This recent incident has the appearance of a retaliatory attack for the deaths of the 30 Al Qaeda members in Yemen, a region Mudallad told authorities he has a tie to, when he was detained today.

Thank God there was a happy ending to this story, which could have been a terrible tragedy. Well done to the passengers that taught the terrorist how to play football the hard way.

However, some serious questions need to asked, as to how a man, who is on the U.S. terrorist Watch List, did not end up on the No Fly List. Clearly something in his behavior landed him on the Watch List. Therefore, what happened at the FBI and Homeland Security, that resulted in a dangerous person in their sights, to be once again overlooked regarding the threat they pose.

Midair Bomb Attempt Fails

Man on Flight to Detroit Claims Al Qaeda Ties; Obama Tightens Security

DECEMBER 25, 2009, 7:40 P.M. ET - DETROIT -- A passenger on a Detroit-bound Northwest Airlines flight tried to detonate an explosive device that was strapped to his leg and later told investigators that he was trying to blow up the plane and had affiliations with al Qaeda, according to a senior U.S. official.

The man, who has not been publicly identified by officials, told investigators that he was given the device by Al Qaeda operatives in Yemen, where he was also given instructions on how to detonate it, the official said. The Associated Press reported that Rep. Peter King (R., N.Y.) has identified the man as a Nigerian named Abdul Mudallad.

"This guy claims he is tied to al Qaeda, specifically in Yemen," the official said. "He claims he was on orders from al Qaeda in Yemen. Who knows if that's true." ...

In addition to calling pilots on the intercom, airlines and security experts for years have debated the concept of providing cabin crews with additional ways to warn pilots about potential threats from passengers, Video cameras, wireless alerting devices or some type of discreet alarm switch have all been discussed.

So far, the Federal Aviation Administration and many airlines have been resisting such mandates, arguing that they would be expensive and unnecessary.

30 Al Qaeda Members Presumed Killed

Anwar al-Awlaki

An air strike in Yemen has reportedly killed 30 Al Qaeda members, including troublemaking imam, Anwar al-Awlaki, who influenced some of the September 11th bombers and Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Malik Hasan.

Terrorism is not of Christ and many have been led astray, in the misguided and erroneous belief suicide bombings will lead to paradise. It does not. These acts of terror need to desist, as Christ, the only true Savior, does not approve.

Airstrike in Yemen Targets Outspoken Radicals

Why Do Airstrikes in Afghanistan Keep Killing Exactly 30 People?

December 11, 2009 - On Monday, the anonymous blogger Security Crank noticed something interesting: all the U.S. and NATO airstrikes in Afghanistan seemingly kill exactly 30 people every time. How can that be?

Security Crank documented no less than 12 occasions in which news reports, relying on field commanders' estimates, noted that exactly 30 suspected Taliban were killed in airstrikes and, occasionally, artillery attacks. He said:

But the much more important point remains: how could we possibly have any idea how the war is going, here or anywhere else, when the bad guys seem only to die in groups of 30? The sheer ubiquity of that number in fatality and casualty counts is astounding, to the point where I don’t even pay attention to a story anymore when they use that magic number 30. It is an indicator either of ignorance or deliberate spin… but no matter the case, whenever you see the number 30 used in reference to the Taliban, you should probably close the tab and move onto something else, because you just won’t get a good sense of what happened there...
