Obama: "Why Question My Faith Or Citizenship?"

Obama Calls For Civility

U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama and husband, U.S. President Barack Obama at a prayer breakfast

A downcast President Barack Obama, today called for civility, as the attacks on his faith, labeling him Muslim, rather than Christian as he claims, coupled with doubt regarding his place of birth being America, have clearly gotten to him.

Currently, the President faces a lawsuit from U.S. Ambassador, Alan Keyes, who is adamant Obama's place of birth is Kenya, not the U.S. state of Hawaii. Keyes also contends his late mother was ineligible to transmit citizenship to him as an American, at the time of his birth.

"Obama: Why Question My Faith Or Citizenship?"

Obama's calls for civility are being met with skepticism, as some members of his Administration have been anything but civil with the press and public.

The President's Administration is comprised of many, some of whom have openly broken the law at the Department of Justice, FBI and Homeland Security, for millions to see. Therefore, who is truly lacking civility.

Government Squabbling Over Classified Information

U.S. President Barack Obama and FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The U.S. government is currently squabbling over the release of classified information regarding terrorist, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. Some Republicans are angered information was released by the Obama Administration and FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, proclaiming Abdulmutallab has been cooperating with the U.S. government.

The world didn't have to know the U.S. government allegedly flipped Abdulmutallab. All the government had to do was appropriately act on the alleged intel.

I was amazed when said information was released and still believe pieces of the story are missing. Additionally, how can the government try people in court for releasing national security secrets, when they are essentially doing the same.

Furthermore, why do you guys in government argue so much. It's been over 8 years since the first major terrorist attack on this nation. The government should have gotten a lawful system down pat by now.

Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder

Yet what do we see - the wrong interrogators going in first, squabbles over Miranda rights and officials unadvisedly disclosing classified information before the suspect is even tried, all for political points.

Not only has it endangered his family, who have not been accused of any crime at this point, it could spark a retaliatory attack on Americans, with terrorists deeming you corrupted their boy.

As stated previously, it is wise detaining terrorists immediately and cutting off their communication with the outside world for a few days, in order to interrogate them. It is also appropriate that terrorists be tried on American soil, but as stated previously, in remote locations to protect innocent civilians from harm (also know as "the middle of nowhere").

It's not the greatest idea that the criminal justice system applied to civilians, be used to try terrorists. Terrorism is a serious crime. It is not a white collar offense. A military judicial system on U.S. shores, accountable to Congress and the American people, would be appropriate, as is a special, austere, isolated terrorist prison.

Terrorists also should not be tortured. No one should. It's a violation of the Geneva Conventions, which America and many other nations signed. However, repeatedly interrogating them, yelling at them and exposing them to loud music, as a form of punishment until they talk, is acceptable.

White House: Kit Bond Owes WH, Law Enforcement an Apology

February 04, 2010 1:44 PM - White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs Thursday afternoon said that the ranking Republican on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Sen. Kit Bond, R-Mo., owes people in the White House and in law enforcement an apology for alleging in a recent letter that the administration -- for political reasons -- leaked information it shouldn't have shared about Umar Farouk Abdulmuttalab.

Bond, Gibbs said, "owes an apology to the professionals in the law enforcement community and those that work in this building...who work each and every day to keep the American people safe and would never ever, ever knowingly release or unknowingly release classified information that could endanger an operation or an interrogation."

Earlier today, Bond wrote to President Obama that on Monday afternoon, the leadership of the Senate Intelligence Committee as told by the Federal Bureau of Investigation that Abdulmutallab has been willing "to provide critical information" in recent days...

FBI Accused Of Torturing Muslims In Pakistan

Video: Americans Held in Pakistan Allege FBI Abuse

The FBI has been accused of torturing 5 American citizens that went to Pakistan to allegedly become terrorists. As they were driven through the streets of Pakistan, one threw a note out the window and yelled they are being tortured by the U.S. FBI and other officials.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The FBI is not above board in such matters, contrary to what they would like the public to believe. As stated on this website one month ago regarding the FBI, "What's worse is there is so much more they are hiding from the public, regarding the atrocities they've committed, that make no mistake, will become public knowledge."

By the way, don't think Mueller is above renditioning anyone, as he likes to pretend for the cameras. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

If apprehended, they will likely be charged with assault and violations of the Civil Rights Act, all carrying heavy prison sentences and substantial fines.

Haiti Advised To Relocate Capital

As the death toll in Haiti tops 200,000, the Haitian government is being advised by geologists, to relocate the country's capital, Port-Au-Prince, as the current location lies on a deadly earthquake fault that could erupt again within this generation, as it did last month, coming in at 7.0 on the Richter Scale.

There is logic to what they are stating and it would not be the first time in history such an occurrence has happened in the world, due to a natural disaster. Though for Haitians, it will be difficult to let go of the region that is currently the capital. It is definitely something for their government to ponder.

Haiti death toll tops 200,000 as aid anger mounts

February 4, 2010 - The aid flooding into Haiti by plane and boat is not reaching earthquake victims quickly enough to stem growing unrest.

The death toll in the Haiti quake has topped 200,000, Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive said on Wednesday, as angry protests over the slow arrival of aid flared on the rubble-strewn streets...

Geologists warn Haiti to move its capital

By TIM PADGETT Tim Padgett – Tue Feb 2, 12:15 pm ET - The image on Falk Amelung's laptop screen looks like 1960s psychedelia. But the interferogram, a composite radar snapshot of Haiti captured by Japanese satellite before and just after the Jan. 12 earthquake, is a trove of geological information.

And much of it has surprised the University of Miami professor of geology and geophysics. "In theory this should have been an earthquake of simple left-lateral movement along the fault line," says Amelung. Then he points to the kaleidoscopic color contours rippling from the quake's epicenter, west of the capital, Port-au-Prince, which indicate vertical quake movement as well. "It's more than we would have thought to see in this region," he says. "We're puzzling over this."

As a result of that anomaly and others they've seen so far, Amelung and many of his colleagues are urging the Haitian government and its international donors to consider relocating the capital, which was largely reduced to rubble by the quake. The most important infrastructure should be rebuilt at a site well away from a fault line that they believe will rupture again within the next generation or two, but even closer to Port-au-Prince. Another American Idol Judge Sued For Stealing A Show

Look at this Negro throwing up gang signs (Randy Jackson)

Another theft has emerged from the "American Idol" (Sony) camp. As stated previously on this site, the television show American Idol was stolen from a Texas man, that pitched the show to its executives Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell, who is also a co-host.

Last year, the Judiciary Report also covered how "American Idol" host, Ryan Seacrest, stole a very popular show in Europe, violated the U.S. Copyright Act and international Berne Treaty, bringing a rip-off version of the program to America, without permission or payment to the copyright holder.

This week, American Idol co-host, Randy Jackson, has been sued for stealing a show pitched to him, then turned it into the program "America's Best Dance Crew."

"American Idol" and all involved in it are such fakes. They are a degenerate bunch of thieves that believe they are not to earn a living, but steal it, then corrupt the justice system when challenged on their thievery. Legally and socially speaking, that whole American Idol/X-Factor thing is going to come crashing down and history shan't remember it well.

'Idol' Judge Accused of Stealing Dance Show

Posted Feb 3rd 2010 12:12AM by TMZ Staff - Randy Jackson 'Idol' JudgeRandy Jackson isn't used to stealing the show -- but according to a new lawsuit, that's exactly what he did with "America's Best Dance Crew."

The Dawg and MTV are being sued by a guy named Dwight McGhee -- who claims the two powerhouses ripped off his idea for a reality show about a dance crew ... called "International Breakerz League."

According to the lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, McGhee claims he pitched his show idea -- which he calls "uncannily similar" to ABDC -- to MTV back in 2004.

Fast forward four years later: ABDC premieres on MTV ... and McGhee is pi**ed, claiming he and MTV struck an "implied" contract when he pitched his concept...

Sony Loses Lawsuit For Stealing "Down Under"

1980's "Down Under" By Men At Work:

Sony Music has lost a lawsuit for stealing the 1980's hit "Down Under" by band Men At Work. The court has ruled the song illegally infringes the preexisting tune "Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gum Tree." When one listens to both songs back to back, one can hear the infringements.

Court says '80s hit `Down Under' copies kids' song

Feb 4, 4:38 PM (ET) - SYDNEY (AP) - Australian band Men at Work copied a well-known children's campfire song for the flute melody in its 1980s hit "Down Under" and owes the owner years of royalties, a court ruled Thursday.

"Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gum Tree" was written more than 70 years ago by Australian teacher Marion Sinclair for a Girl Guides competition, and the song has been a favorite around campfires from New Zealand to Canada.

The teacher died in 1988, and publishing company Larrikin Music owns the copyright to her song about the native Australian bird. Larrikin filed the copyright lawsuit last year.

"I have come to the view that the flute riff in "Down Under" ... infringes on the copyright of Kookaburra because it replicates in material form a substantial part of Ms. Sinclair's 1935 work," Federal Court Justice Peter Jacobson said.

He ordered the parties back in court Feb. 25 to discuss the compensation Larrikin should receive from songwriters Colin Hay and Ron Strykert and Men at Work's record companies Sony BMG Music Entertainment and EMI Songs Australia...

John Terry's Mistress Got Around

Terry 'Affair' Model In Media Bidding War

Vanessa Perkiest Perroncell, the mistress of England captain, John Terry, has had sex with a number of British soccer players and a musician, Lee Evans, formerly of the pop band, Steps. The first few letters of her name make for a certain type of Spanish punchline headline.

John and Toni Terry wedding photo

People are stunned at the number of men she has been linked with, but for the celebrity world, she is not so unusual. Many women become cocktail waitresses and video models, to trap famous men into financially taking care of them, with the ultimate goal of marriage.

John Terry

She is also being referred to as French in many articles, which she is, but it is not necessary to keep repeating it. Let's not be xenophobic, as there are bimbos, trollops and tramps in every country. Whoredom knows no nationality.

Vanessa Perroncell, who looks like actress Mischa Barton, is being paid large sums for stories, which is wrong considering the damage she has caused

No matter the country, there is always a woman or man, willing to betray others through sexually inappropriate relationships. It is sad people hurt others in this manner. Fidelity is better.
