Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants)

The FBI Shows Its True Colors Again

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The FBI has been sued for renditioning and torturing Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who was beaten and placed on the no fly list. Fikre maintains the FBI threatened to kill him, in a plot the CIA is also accused of participating in. Fikre stated the criminal actions by the law enforcement agency came when he refused to be an FBI informant. He also stated they issued veiled threats regarding his family.

Fikre is one of many, who have accused and sued the FBI for such inhumane and illegal conduct. The FBI has engaged in a criminal pattern of human rights abuses and invasion of privacy against "natural born" and naturalized American citizens, which is unlawful and worthy of the highest prosecution.

The FBI is flagrantly violating the Geneva Conventions, the U.S. Code and Constitution, regarding not engaging in cruel and unusual punishment. The agency has become a rogue police force with no accountability, resembling the now defunct SS under Hitler. The FBI is kidnapping, torturing, threatening, harassing and stalking people accused of no crimes. Why has Congress allowed them to engage in this disgraceful conduct. Where is the oversight.

US citizen accuses FBI of torture and death threats

Thursday 19 April 2012 - US citizen Yonas Fikre claimed on Wednesday that he was detained in the United Arab Emirates last year and tortured by FBI agents. Mr Fikre, a Muslim who is currently seeking asylum in Sweden, told a press conference in Stockholm that he was beaten, threatened with death and kept in solitary confinement for over three months...

"It was very hard, because you don't know why you are in there and the only person you speak to is either yourself, or the wall, or when you go to the restroom or when you go to the torture place," said Mr Fikre, who was held for 106 days...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is demanding that the US Justice Department investigate his treatment. The council alleges that over the past two years the FBI has been using aggressive tactics against Muslim US citizens travelling abroad to try to pressure them to become informants...

Movie Review: The Ghost Writer

Title: The Ghost Writer

Year Of Release: 2010

Review Date: March 31, 2011

Rating: PG-13

Running time: 128 minutes

Box Office Gross: $60,012,087

Site Rating: 3 out of 10 stars

The "Ghost Writer" stars Ewan McGregor and Pierce Brosnan, in a movie that is a complete dig at former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair. This thinly veiled fact is poorly hidden. Brosnan stars as the Blair-esque British Prime Minister, Adam Lang, who helped to facilitate illegal, White House ordered renditions of world citizens. The Prime Minister is brought up on criminal charges for this misconduct by an international tribunal.

Spolier alert: Lang's wife, a university educated professional, also bears resemblance to Cherie Blair, the spouse of Tony Blair. In the film, she is accused of being a treacherous, murderous CIA spy that was recruited during her university days to control Lang. The film even has a Condoleezza Rice look alike as the U.S. Secretary of State. They really were not trying to hide what they were insinuating with this film.

McGregor's character, the Ghost Writer, is hired to assist Lang in completing his memoirs. However, the scandal breaks, regarding criminal charges, just as they begin the book, endangering his very life.

The Ghost Writer is directed by pedophile filmmaker, Roman Polanski. I would not have watched this film had I realized it, but I found out afterwards, after missing the opening credits.

Obama Lip Buster Found

Update: First they said it was Reggie Love, then Arne Duncan. Now it is being said Rey Deceregan accidentally busted Obama's lip. Whoever it was you're getting renditioned (kidding).

Barack Obama

The previously unnamed person that elbowed U.S. President Barack Obama in the mouth yesterday, bursting his lip during a ghetto friendly basketball game, which necessitated 12 stitches, has been found, via my extensive, painstaking investigative skills. Ok, I read it on another site I found during a two second internet search.

Obama (left) regarding Arne Duncan (right): I can't believe he just busted my lip!

The individual in question is none other than U.S. Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan (more like Tim Duncan). And to think, Obama appointed this man (haha). Dude, that was not the best way to protest not getting a pay raise. Look for good ol' Arne to be renditioned for jaywalking.

Obama Covering Up Crimes In Washington

U.S. President Barack Obama

President Barack Obama, in tandem with members of his administration, namely the Department of Justice, run by Attorney General, Eric Holder, continue to fall afoul of the public. The ACLU brought a credible lawsuit against the Obama Administration regarding "targeted killings" of Americans, without due process or any form of legal trial.

This, dear friends, is illegal under the U.S. Constitution, as it means any administration can have any American murdered, for any reason, without explanation or legal conviction. I ask you, the reader, is this the direction you want society to go in?

The ACLU, much like many in America, sought answers regarding this criminal, un-constitutional and un-American program, but are being shutdown in court, as the White House corruptly invoked "State Secrets" privilege, to cover up the crimes they are committing.

Such conduct has no place in any democracy and any government program or FOIA files that Obama and co. are fighting tooth and nail to hide from the public, clearly contain criminal conduct for which the U.S. Code and Constitution indicate they should be jailed.

To implement an unconstitutional program that allows you to, in essence, murder any American you feel like, whenever you desire, says you have lost your grip on reality and are unfit to be Preisdent, much like your predecessor, who criminally renditioned many people, in violation of U.S. and international law. The founding fathers of America would be ashamed.

The so-called power of the presidency, has gone to Obama's head and he is trying to play God. It is not in America's best interests, to establish an international image of summarily murdering people any president decides should no longer live. It is a terrible domestic and world image to possess.

It is also not in America's best interest that the FOIA files associated with this dreadful, barbaric assassination program be hidden from the public. In actuality, it is in the administration's best interests, to avoid all legal culpability and that no record be publicly disclosed, as it aids in facilitating arbitrary assassinations.

Furthermore, what happens when the program secretly expands to include the murder of political rivals, which is inevitable, with such abuses of invested power transpiring from the highest office in the land. No man should have such sweeping, unaccountable authority.

To condemn communist nations for conduct you are engaging in, Mr. President, is blatantly hypocritical. No one with any decency and intelligence, could take such hypocrisy, treachery and deceitfulness seriously. How are you any different from former President, George W. Bush, engaging in such unlawful conduct.

It is thoroughly illegal for anyone to assassinate you as president. Therefore, why do you think it appropriate that you be allowed to secretly assassinate anyone you feel like. Do you believe you are better than others and your life worth more than the average American. Do remember, all murder is wrong.

Side Bar: I can't believe I'm even writing about this. How did the government fall so low that secret assassinations of Americans became an option.

Hillary Clinton States America Must Lead The World

...But No Nation Need Lead Any Other

Hillary Clinton (left)

U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, gave a very misguided and dictatorial speech recently, which did not sit well with many. Clinton stated, "The U.S. can, must and will lead in this century. The 'complexities of this world' mean there's an opening for 'a new American moment, a moment when our global leadership is essential.'"

After the widespread villainy former president, George W. Bush, engaged in, the world ceases to take the White House at face value anymore. So much damage has been done to the nation and world, due to Bush and the corporate sector, that he allowed to wreak havoc, in order to enrich the already rich, which is greed. As a result, the world has cast a suspicious eye over Washington.

George W. Bush

The reason for this doubt is due to the aforementioned, massive abuse of trust that occurred, when George W. Bush lied to the world about a number of things. Bush's deceit encompassed lies about Weapons of Mass destruction in Iraq, rendition, torture (by the CIA and FBI), Scooter Libby, Valerie Plame, Dr. David Kelly, the President's thieving cronies Bernard Madoff, R. Allen Stanford and Ken Lay (Enron) and ultimately, the 2008 financial crisis that was steadily brewing during his tenure, squarely due to the bad choices he made, in what he allowed in the corporate sector that damaged the world's economy as a whole.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, it is time each country of the world charts its own course, decides its own direction and independently chooses the political and financial path they wish to take. Each nation must work hard and act in its own best interest. The world should function like a watch, independent moving parts, working together at optimum speed.

The Government Taken To Task Over Torture

Former President George W. Bush repeatedly renditioned and tortured people, many of whom were innocent

The U.S. Government has refused responsibility in a number of legal cases, where domestic and international civilians, were mistakenly renditioned and tortured as suspected terrorists, by the CIA and FBI. The government has been cowardly hiding behind "sovereign immunity" in cases, which is codeword for "guilty" in attempting to escape the legal consequences of their actions and the injury inflicted on innocent civilians.

This conduct is positively un-American. Furthermore, there is no concrete proof that barbaric acts of torture have made America safer. Many experts believe it has made the nation less safe, provoking the anger of Muslims worldwide, who in turn, undertake bloody acts of retaliation for perceived wrongs committed against their brethren. It is a vicious cycle.

U.S. President Barack Obama has continued the tradition of torture

A number of domestic and international entities have been taking the government to task for this criminal misconduct, as not only does torture violate the Geneva Conventions, which the U.S. Government is signatory to, it is endangering innocent American civilians at home and abroad.

The world, as seen in cases springing forth from international judiciaries, is not going to tolerate said misconduct much longer and a change in behavior is necessary to avoid isolationism.

80% Of Americans Don't Trust The Government

U.S. President Barack Obama

According to a PEW research poll, 80% of Americans do not trust the government. With the rampant abuse of public goodwill that occurred under the Bush administration, only to be followed by a year of disappointing revelations and actions by the Obama administration, Americans have good reason not to trust the government.

Let's not forget the lies of the Clinton administration, regarding Bill Clinton's extracurricular sexual activities and then First Lady Hillary Clinton's duplicitous dealings in the Whitewater scandal.

Most egregiously, the long suffering American people have been lied to about a war that wreaked havoc in the Middle East and destroyed America's name all over the world.

The nation's citizens have also been subjected to lies about renditioning, warrantless spying on American citizens by the FBI and NSA in the areas of telephones, mobile phones, computers, emails, GPS, bank accounts, credit reports and library cards. Deficit and budgetary spending has also been corrupted and camouflaged to hide the truth.

It's been one lie after another for the past twenty years, giving the American people and the world, no reason to trust the U.S. government. What is most alarming is the government's abuse of the U.S. Constitution, court system and federal law, in attempting to get away with blatantly illegal and unethical conduct. This misconduct hit a jarring crescendo under the Bush administration.

Some government officials have smirked and laughed at the gross lack of transparency and culpability in office, regarding illegal conduct they have been able to get away with, that has been witnessed by the American people and the world, clearly not grasping it has deteriorated America to terrible degrees.

It's the equivalent of burning one's house down, not realizing people are watching the act of self-sabotage, in a crooked attempt to become rich and powerful, via illegally obtained funds one is banking on.

Poll: 4 out of 5 Americans don't trust Washington

9 hours ago - WASHINGTON — America's "Great Compromiser" Henry Clay called government "the great trust," but most Americans today have little faith in Washington's ability to deal with the nation's problems.

Public confidence in government is at one of the lowest points in a half century, according to a survey from the Pew Research Center. Nearly 8 in 10 Americans say they don't trust the federal government and have little faith it can solve America's ills, the survey found.

The survey illustrates the ominous situation President Barack Obama and the Democratic Party face as they struggle to maintain their comfortable congressional majorities in this fall's elections. Midterm prospects are typically tough for the party in power. Add a toxic environment like this and lots of incumbent Democrats could be out of work.

Karl Rove Proud Of Waterboarding

Former Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice and Karl Rove

Karl Rove, an adviser of former U.S. President, George W. Bush, stated to the press today, he is proud of the torture technique known as waterboarding (simulated drowning), which was used on a number of terrorist suspects.

He is unwise to make such a proclamation, as he is boasting of violating the Geneva Conventions, which the United States signed and is subject to, under international law. It sends a terrible message to the world that is already mistrustful of the U.S. government.

Karl Rove 'proud' of waterboarding

3/12/10 11:51 AM EST - Former Bush White House adviser Karl Rove is 'proud' that American interrogators used waterboarding to extract information from suspected terrorists.

Asked in an interview Thursday with the BBC if he was proud of weatherboarding and other “enhanced interrogation” techniques approved by the Bush White House, Rove said, “Yes, I'm proud that we kept the world safer than it was, by the use of these techniques.”...

FBI Accused Of Torturing Muslims In Pakistan

Video: Americans Held in Pakistan Allege FBI Abuse

The FBI has been accused of torturing 5 American citizens that went to Pakistan to allegedly become terrorists. As they were driven through the streets of Pakistan, one threw a note out the window and yelled they are being tortured by the U.S. FBI and other officials.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

The FBI is not above board in such matters, contrary to what they would like the public to believe. As stated on this website one month ago regarding the FBI, "What's worse is there is so much more they are hiding from the public, regarding the atrocities they've committed, that make no mistake, will become public knowledge."

By the way, don't think Mueller is above renditioning anyone, as he likes to pretend for the cameras. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Pakistan: Note From 5 American Muslims in Custody Claims Torture

Published: February 3, 2010 - Five American Muslims in custody in Sargodha threw a handwritten note to reporters from a police vehicle while on their way to a court hearing on Tuesday, stating: “Since our arrest, the U.S.A., F.B.I., and Pakistani police have tortured us,” according to their representative, Khalid Khawaja. A Pakistani relative of one of the men also claimed that the police had threatened to give them electric shocks...

Italy Convicts CIA In Rendition Case

Prosecutor Armando Spataro

The country of Italy, via its courts, has convicted the United States' C.I.A. and two locals, for renditioning a man from their shores. The case was prosecuted by Armando Spataro and presided over by a local judge.

The Judiciary Report is in agreement with this ruling, as renditioning and torturing individuals for information is egregious, illegal, inhumane and disgusting.

The disturbing aspect of these renditions is in many cases, it was later found, the C.I.A. nabbed the wrong person or an innocent individual.

Just imagine, you are an innocent citizen in America or any other country of the world and the C.I.A. kidnaps and tortures you for information you do not have, as they've made a mistake. Well, they did so many times and the victims deserve substantial compensation.

President Obama must choose if the renditions George W. Bush so frequently engaged in, will continue as apart of U.S. policy

The Judiciary Report refuses to submit that this misconduct is necessary to maintain national security in any nation. All nations engaging in this behavior must discontinue this malfeasance, as it violates international charters and domestic law in most civilized nations.

Catch criminals via the appropriate channels available under the law. It should also be noted, many experts agree, torture does not produce effective results, as compared to other civil methods of interrogation.

President Obama needs to set some standards and not follow in former President George W. Bush's shoes, as many innocent people were deemed acceptable collateral damage in a practice that is patently sick.

Italian judge convicts 23 in CIA kidnap case

MILAN – An Italian judge found 23 Americans and two Italians guilty Wednesday in the kidnapping of an Egyptian terror suspect, delivering the first legal convictions anywhere in the world against people involved in the CIA's extraordinary renditions program.

Human rights groups hailed the decision and pressed President Barack Obama to repudiate the Bush administration's practice of abducting terror suspects and transferring them to third countries where torture was permitted. The American Civil Liberties Union said the verdicts were the first convictions stemming from the rendition program.

The Obama administration ended the CIA's interrogation program and shuttered its secret overseas jails in January but has opted to continue the practice of extraordinary renditions.

The Americans, who were tried in absentia, now cannot travel to Europe without risking arrest as long as the verdicts remains in place.

One of those convicted, former Milan consular official Sabrina De Sousa, accused Congress of turning a blind eye to the entire matter.

"No one has investigated the fact that the U.S. government allegedly conducted a rendition of an individual who now walks free and the operation of which was so bungled," she said, speaking through her lawyer Mark Zaid...

U.S. Government Settles 9/11 Abuse Case

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

In what can only be described as severe human rights abuses and a massive rush to judgment, in the hours and days proceeding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, members of the U.S. government, such as Robert S. Mueller, under the misdirection of George W. Bush, rounded up and renditioned Muslim-Americans to foreign countries, where they were imprisoned and tortured. Some were imprisoned domestically and mistreated. Many of these men were innocent.

I read one man’s story and it was terrible. He was renditioned, tortured for months, while imprisoned in a cell so small there was no room to move. He subsequently lost 40 pounds. While that would be great for a Hollywood diet, in the real world, such conduct is a violation of all existing human rights charters.

At the end of his ordeal, realizing their mistake in torturing an innocent man, he was deported to his homeland in the Middle East, after many years as a U.S. citizen.

Sensing history has recorded him in an awful way, former President George W. Bush stated this year, his poor decisions were done, “Under the fog of war.” I disagree. It was done under the fog of stupidity.

Furthermore, did the “fog of war” cause you to routinely make up words such as “strategery” and “misunderestimate” or was that due to having bought your university degree.

U.S. settles suit with Muslims in post-9/11 abuse

Tue Nov 3, 2009 3:13pm EST - NEW YORK (Reuters) - The U.S. government will pay $1.26 million to five Muslim men detained for months without charges after the September 11 attacks who sued for unlawful imprisonment and abuse, their lawyers said on Tuesday.
