Appeals Court Overturns Tom Brady's NFL Football Suspension Being Lifted By Fawning Judge

Tom Brady

The NFL scored a victory against one of its top football players, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who has been convincingly accused of engaging inappropriate behavior that is tantamount to cheating on the grid iron. Brady was accused of having teammates and Patriots' staff deflate footballs, making them easier for him to handle, which gave him an undue advantage in play.

Tom Brady in court last year smiling after questionable judicial ruling

Brady was handed a four game suspension for this misconduct. Brady filed a lawsuit and a biased judge, Richard M. Berman ,questionably and mysteriously tossed the suspension. The NFL filed a case with the appeals court to have the improper judicial ruling overturned. Yesterday the appeals court sided with the NFL and reinstated Brady's suspension.

This reallly was not a matter that should have been brought before the courts. Sports leagues around the world have internal systems athletes agree to abide by and process decisions through. For Brady to have taken it to a partial judge, who is a fan of the sports star was inappropriate and brought the judiciary into disrepute due to the corrupt, fawning decision that was issued.

Federal court has reinstated the NFL's four-game suspension of Tom Brady

11:54 a.m. EDT April 25, 2016 -Round 2 – unlike the first – goes to the NFL – and Tom Brady’s four-game suspension has been reinstated. A panel of three judges in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit has ruled in favor of the league in the ongoing Deflategate case against the Patriots quarterback and the NFL Players Association.

The court announced the decision on its website Monday to reverse the decision by a U.S. District Judge, and reinstate Brady’s four-game suspension. This comes as a drastic momentum swing in the case, after the players union secured a significant victory last September, when District Judge Richard M. Berman vacated Brady’s four-game suspension for his alleged role in intentionally deflating footballs prior to the 2015 AFC Championship Game against the Indianapolis Colts...

South Carolina Cop Who Choked, Body Slammed And Threw 16-Year-Old School Girl Fired From His Job

South Carolina police officer, Ben Fields, has been justly fired from his job with the Richland County school district, after he was secretly videotaped inexcusably putting a defenseless 16-year-old female student in a chokehold, slamming her to the ground, then tossing her across the room, before jumping on her back and handcuffing her.

The video was posted on Twitter and You Tube causing a firestorm online. Fields' boss, Richland County Sheriff, Leon Lott, stated the officer did not follow protocol. Fields also has a history of physically assaulting students in the Richland County school district, as attested by many tweets on Twitter by victims and witnesses.

Ben Fields

Fields' lawyer, Scott Hayes stated, "We believe that Mr. Fields' actions were justified and lawful throughout the circumstances of which he was confronted during this incident. To that extent we believe that Mr. Fields' actions were carried out professionally and that he was performing his job duties within the legal threshold."

You're his lawyer. You're getting paid to say that, but if somebody put your kid in a chokehold, slammed her to the ground, tossed her across a room, then jumped on her back and cuffed her, you would sue him into bankruptcy. Fields has roid rage issues and thinks he's a wrestler. There was no necessity for him to treat her that way. She made no motion towards him. It was excessive force and police brutality. Make it worse, your client has a history of this misconduct in the school district clearing indicating he is a danger to the kids. Fields should have been arrested.

Ben Fields

Given what has been happening to black people in America at the hands of some police officers, many are afraid to go anywhere with a cop. I am not stating people should resist arrest, but so many black people who did not, were injured or killed on the scene or in custody. Something is wrong. Ignoring the problem is not going to make it go away. The world is watching and something needs to be done to correct these abuses.

Tom Brady's Suspension Being Lifted By Judge Sends The Wrong Message About Cheating In Sports

Tom Brady

This past Friday, a judge in Boston, Massachusetts, lifted the 4-game suspension of New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, ruling against the NFL (National Football League). The NFL is appealing the decision in court. People in Boston applauded the ruling. However, social networking was inundated with negative comments labeling Brady a cheat, who arranged to have footballs deflated, to give him an unfair advantage during play. This strategy led to Brady winning the Super Bowl championship.

While the Judiciary Report has nothing personal against Brady and does not wish to hurt his feelings, it was clearly established he had the balls deflated. The NFL's 4-game suspension should have stood. For the judge to throw out the suspension sends the wrong message to kids that cheating is okay, when it is very poor sportsmanship. Brady's conduct was also unfair to the other teams in the league and it is tarnishing his legacy.

The court of public opinion is more important in these types of cases. People will not remember what the judge ruled. However, they will remember the cheating and question if the Patriots legitimately won their Super Bowls with Brady. That's not a pretty question mark to have on one's career and legacy.

Too often star struck judges bring the U.S. legal system into disrepute, rendering corrupt decisions that cause the public to lose faith in the judiciary (social networking is awash in such cutting comments). An article on the well known Boston.com website entitled "Deflategate judge bashed NFL, but didn't actually address what Tom Brady knew" takes U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman to task for failing to ascertain what Tom Brady knew about the deflated footballs that gave him an unfair advantage on the grid iron.

However, there is audio evidence of Brady bragging about deflated balls being easier to maneuver and teammate Gronk spiking them very hard to let out some of the air (deflating them). Brady also destroyed his mobile phone to hide evidence during the NFL's investigation, after refusing to turn it over. None of that speaks to innocence.

Shocking Video Released Of Police Officer Engaging In Excessive Force Against 14-Year-Old Black Girl In Texas Resulting In Suspension (Video)

Police in McKinney attacked a group of unarmed black teenagers at a pool party in Texas that by their estimation became overcrowded. Police drew their guns at the black teens in the suburban middle class neighborhood. Police officer, David Eric Casebolt, was seen engaging in excessive force in roughing up an unarmed 14-year-old black girl, flinging her to the ground, pressing down on her head and neck and putting his knee in her back.

Reports contained in the New York Times indicates the few white teens at the party were not harassed by police, with officers heading straight for the black teenagers in acts of abuse and discrimination. The video has gone viral causing outrage online. As a result of the uproar, authorities announced officer Casebolt has been suspended, placed on administrative leave, while an internal affairs probe for police brutality and excessive force is conducted.

The New York Times also reported there are racial tensions in the neighborhood among some residents, "In a video posted to YouTube on Sunday, a black teenager named Tatiana said her family was hosting a cookout for friends when a woman insulted them, prompting a 14-year-old family friend to respond. Tatiana said a white woman had then told her: 'You need to go back to where you’re from' and to 'go back to your Section 8 home (welfare based housing).' Tatiana said that she had replied, 'Excuse me,' and that then another white woman hit her in the face and 'both women attacked' her."

Jarring Image of Police’s Use of Force at Texas Pool Party

June 8, 2015 - McKINNEY, Tex. — No lives were lost. The incident played out at a suburban pool party, not an urban neighborhood struggling with crime and drugs. But perhaps it was that suburban setting that helped make the images so powerful and disturbing. Now a video of a police officer pointing a gun at teenagers in bathing suits and shoving a young black girl’s face into the ground has become the latest flash point in relations between the police and minorities.

The cellphone video, taken at the community pool in Craig Ranch, a racially diverse subdivision north of Dallas, has set off another debate over race and police tactics, with activists calling for the officer to be fired and others arguing that the blame should fall at least in part on the teenagers.

The video appears to show the officer, David Eric Casebolt, briefly waving his handgun at young partygoers who approached him as he tried to subdue the teenage girl on Friday. The officer ultimately immobilized the girl by putting her facedown on the ground and placing a knee on her back.

Chief Greg Conley of the McKinney Police Department said that the video had prompted an internal affairs investigation and that Officer Casebolt, a patrol supervisor, had been placed on administrative leave. One adult man was arrested on charges of interfering with the duties of a police officer and evading arrest, Chief Conley said. The 14-year-old girl who had been immobilized by Officer Casebolt was “temporarily detained” but ultimately released to her parents, he said...

Brandon Brooks, 15, who shot the video, told a TV station that Officer Casebolt had not confronted him, one of the few white teenagers at the party. “I was one of the only white people in the area when that was happening,” he told the station. “You can see in part of the video where he tells us to sit down, and he kind of like skips over me and tells all my African-American friends to go sit down.”

Boxer Adrien Broner Has Been Suspended By The WBC For Racist Remarks About Fellow Pugilist Carlos Molina

Adrien Broner

Boxer, Adrien Broner, has been suspended by the WBC for offensive racial remarks he made about Carlos Molina, after their bout on the Mayweather v. Maidana undercard in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 3, 2014. Broner won the fight and issued an ungracious speech calling himself the “CAN Man” stating he is an AfriCAN AmeriCAN” who “beat the f*** out of a MexiCAN.” As stated previously on the Judiciary Report, Broner’s comments were disgraceful and distasteful [Boxer Adrien Broner Apologizes For Mexican Comment (Video)]. On May 3, 2014, I also stated on Twitter that Broner should apologize for his racially insensitive statements. He later did, but not soon enough, as the WBC suspended him. He is banned from the listings and all activities.

Broner needed a wake up call, sadly it happened at the expense of Molina and others, who were offended by his statements. For several months the Judiciary Report has been stating Broner is living recklessly, squandering his sporting talent and needs to rein in his wild behavior. Months later Broner’s mentor, Floyd Mayweather, went public with statements indicating he has repeatedly told his protégé that he needs to get his act together. Broner is young and rich and some singers, actors and athletes from all over the world, have trouble adjusting to fame and wealth and the responsibilities that come with it.

Even before this incident that led to Broner’s suspension the Judiciary Report wrote, “Broner needs guidance and a makeover. Not his looks, but his lifestyle and mindset. He seems lost at times, even overwhelmed. You’re a millionaire. Spend the time and money to expand your mind and horizons. Read more books to gain knowledge and increase your understanding of the world we live in. Watch documentaries about politics and world history. Stop wasting your time on fruitless things that are deteriorating your life and career” (Adrien Broner Slammed By Fans On Social Networking For Partying And Not Training Enough).

It was a sincere plea for Broner to become more serious, composed and sophisticated. It’s not a matter of being bourgeoisie. The mere fact of the matter is once you become rich and famous, if you are not smart about it and adopt and more mature and sensible worldview, it will destroy you. Many newly rich and famous people have fallen due to this.

Broner has filmed himself in threesomes, running around his house naked, burning money, wiping his butt with U.S. currency and issuing detrimental quotes that have damaged his name. None of this is appropriate or helpful behavior. If you do not understand how to manage your money, you will be robbed and taken advantage of by some on your team, in your personal circle and or con artists. If you do not know how to handle yourself and are lacking media training, you will issue disastrous quotes (as Broner did).

If you are promiscuous, you will contract sexually transmitted disease and sire children you are unable to mentally, emotionally or financially take care of, greatly damaging your offspring‘s lives and giving them serious issues in the process. With fame and wealth comes responsibility and Broner needs someone to sit him down and get these points through to him before he self-destructs. You have to learn to grow.

You can be a tough and formidable boxer without saying and doing things that hurt others. There’s nothing wrong with humility and being nice to people. At the end of the day, I want to see Broner pull things together and become the better man I know he can be. I don’t think he means harm, he’s just in over his head and is overwhelmed by the fame and money he has accumulated. He has athletic talent and is in a position to do a lot of good and he should commit his time to fulfilling his true potential.
