Lee Daniels Violating People's Privacy And Rights In 'Empire' Scripts

Lee Daniels and his boyfriend. Daniels stole and turned a wholesome, preexisting copyright about the music industry into a debauched, sexually explicit gay show, renaming it "Empire." Daniels additionally infringed items on this widely read website, the Judiciary Report, including them in select episodes of the show.

Previously on the site, I complained about so-called producer/director Lee Daniels putting real elements of people's lives in the copyright infringing show "Empire" stolen from my preexisting copyrighted catalog (for further reference read: Hollywood's Ignorant, Racist And Hateful Characterizations Of Jamaicans). Now he has engaged in another habit that the main copyright infringer, Madonna, who illegally sold him the show at a cut rate price, has repeatedly done in this case regarding me, via placing my name in some of the infringements (infringing TV shows and movies she stole from my preexisting copyrighted catalog and sold to business associates in Hollywood at cut rate prices).

"Empire"

It was recently brought to my attention that one of the characters on the show "Empire" is named "Camilla." My middle name is "Kamilah" which is a variant spelling of "Camilla" in baby name books. Both are pronounced exactly the same. "Camilla" on "Empire" is played by Naomi Campbell, who is of Jamaican descent (I'm Jamaican). They did the same with the "Hit The Floor" copyright infringement in naming a lead character "Asha" (My first name is "Aisha" which is a variant spelling of "Asha"). And here as well.

"Camilla" name meaning

"Asha" name meaning

As stated previously, Daniels also infringed the image rights of one of my mother's disabled students to create the movie "Precious" ripping off her life story and image to the point people in Miami began calling the poor woman "Precious" (Hollywood's Ignorant, Racist And Hateful Characterizations Of Jamaicans). It is illegal to use people's lives and images for projects. Each person has image rights under the law (right of publicity). There is something very wrong with Hollywood to be doing these things. It is lazy, uncreative and sick. It is also very offensive and violating.

MTV Star And Model Sam Sarpong Jumps Off Bridge Committing Suicide In California

Sam Sarpong at the height of his fame

40-year-old MTV "Yo Momma" cable television star, model and rapper, Sam Sarpong, leapt to his death from the Colorado Street Bridge in Pasadena, California. Police tried to talk Sarpong down for 7-hours, but were unable to convince him to abandon his plan to commit suicide.

Sam Sarpong in recent times

The Britain born star moved to California at age 11 and soon got into the entertainment industry, which has been the demise of many. Sarpong has over 60 film and television credits to his name. His most recent work is contributing the EP "Lose My Mind" to copyright infringing show "Hit The Floor."

Colorado Street Bridge in Pasadena, California

His death is tragic. He had a career with many credits and was working up until the time of his death. Sarpong was the first black male model to be featured in a Louis Vuitton editorial ad campaign. One has to wonder if he was struggling with illness (the texture and blotchiness of his skin indicates a health problem). Nothing is so bad in life that one should kill one's self. Suicide is never the answer.

Mayweather refuted TMZ's claims and told police he was trying to calm his friend down. TMZ stated police asked Mayweather, "Why Hayes called him at 7 AM. Mayweather said it was because they were best friends and Hayes was trying to say goodbye."

Ironically, with all the material things Mosely and Hayes flaunted on social networking, there is no money to bury the couple. As a result, Moseley's family has been soliciting donations online. Thus far they have raised several thousand dollars. If funds continue to be low, maybe Mayweather will contribute to funeral expenses.

TMZ Blames Floyd Mayweather For Inciting Violence In Murder Suicide Of Stephanie Moseley And Earl Hayes Who Had 10 Pounds Of Marijuana In Their Apartment

Stephanie Moseley

TMZ posted a rough item on Floyd Mayweather, the richest boxer in the world, regarding his friend, Earl Hayes, who shot his wife, Stephanie Moseley, to death in their Los Angeles apartment, before turning the gun on himself. Moseley is the star of the copyright infringing VH1 show "Hit The Floor". Earl is the rapper son of legendary singer/actor Isaac Hayes.

TMZ is blaming Mayweather for the murder suicide, stating he "riled up" Hayes on the social networking app Facetime, about Moseley cheating with famous men, such as singer Trey Songz, to the point the rapper stormed into the bathroom and shot Moseley 10 times while she was taking a bath. Their family members identified the bodies at the bloody crime scene.

Floyd Mayweather and Earl Hayes

When police entered the premises minutes later, after being summoned by residents, who heard Moseley's screams and the gunshots, Hayes committed suicide, via shooting himself in the head. It is being stated, the Los Angeles Police Department's SWAT team found 10-pounds of illegal marihuana in the couple's apartment. Due to the fact it is a large amount of marijuana, it is not considered for personal use, but a saleable quantity. As a result, it is being stated the couple were selling drugs.

For TMZ to make such sweeping claims about Mayweather, without publishing proof of their claims, is legally dangerous. If there is no proof present, it can be considered defamation to state he incited a murder suicide. To obtain such proof someone in Mayweather's camp would have had to leak the information to TMZ or the website obtained it from police (which would be illegal) or via hacking which they've been busted doing before (also illegal). Therefore, who or what is TMZ's real source in this matter.

Trey Songz Outed As The Singer Married 'Hit The Floor' Star Stephanie Moseley Was Cheating With Leading To Murder Suicide By Earl Hayes That Floyd Mayweather Witnessed On Facetime

Trey Songz is known as "Mr. Steal Your Girl" after his song of the same name

Today news broke that R&B singer, Trey Songz, is the man who had an affair with Stephanie Moseley, the star of copyright infringing show "Hit The Floor", leading her husband rapper, Earl Hayes, to shoot her to death in a hail of bullets and then turn the gun on himself. Songz is famous for the tune called "Mr. Steal Your Girl" and many are stating life imitated art and turned deadly for Moseley and Hayes as a result.

Trey Songz tweet about Stephanie Moseley

It is being stated Hayes never got over Moseley cheating with Songz. Adultery is a terrible wound to those cheated on in marriage. People need to think twice before they cheat on their spouse. Don't hurt them like that. On the same note, people thinking of cheating with married individuals need to refrain from said conduct. That is someone's union you are destroying. There are so many single people out there. Find one! Leave married people alone. It has its spiritual consequences. God will forgive you, but it brings bad things into your life. In life, you shouldn't do something unethical just because you can.

The the Judiciary Report would be remiss if the site also did not state, if you are having trouble in your relationship as a non-married person or in your marriage, violence is not the answer to your problems. It never works. Control your temper. Go somewhere and cool off. Keep things in perspective. Assault, battery, murder and or suicide is not going to improve the situation, only make it worse. Never become hopeless. Keep your head up.

The murder suicide happened as Hayes was on the social networking app with boxer, Floyd Mayweather, who witnessed the grisly incident. Hayes was a member of Mayweather's Money Team collective. People are now trying to encourage the boxer to stay strong after what he witnessed. Mayweather is going to need therapy after witnessing such a thing. He already had emotional problems from his disagreements with his dad, Floyd Mayweather Sr., then ex-fiancée, Shantel Jackson aborted his twins and lied to him that he caused her to have a miscarriage by stressing her out.

Hit The Floor

That's a lot for a person to deal with and over a short period of time. He began lashing out at people, who had not done anything to him, representing repressed feelings of anger he has not dealt with from various traumas. Therapy would be beneficial in this case. A good therapist can help him work these issues out privately. He doesn't have to tell anyone he's seeking a therapist, just go get the help. Often just talking things out with someone is a big help.
