Rihanna Wants To Work With Drake And Chris Brown

Rihanna

With funds dwindling again due to debts and wild spending, singer Rihanna wants to work with ex-boyfriends, Chris Brown and Drake. Her new CD is slated for release shortly and there has been a struggle to find material. Rihanna is even trying to rap on her new CD, which is laughable.

Rihanna has slammed both Brown and Drake on different occasions. Therefore, to make an about face stating she wants to work with them is ironic. If her new CD fails, she will not recoup the massive costs associated with the project, end up owing the label and will need to find new revenue streams.

Rihanna has arrogantly burned so many bridges with various sponsors, the CBS television network and fellow entertainers she publicly slammed for no reason. CBS took exception to her online insults after they removed a song she recorded from their NFL football programming (Rihanna Curses At CBS On Twitter Over The NFL And They Permanently Pull Her Music From Their Network In A Serious Career Blow).

It was a bad business decision on Rihanna's part. Rather than first privately speaking to CBS about the issue she took exception to, she went on a profanity laced tirade against them. Offended, CBS has also dropped her from the 2015 Super Bowl.

Rihanna engaged in more wild spending this year, at times spending $500,000 per month. She is renting a massive home in Hollywood, took on a $10,000,000 home in her native Barbados, has people on payroll and continues to shop like a spendthrift, all via proceeds from copyright infringement, which is illegal.

She is overextending herself in a game of financial Russian roulette that saw her at the brink of bankruptcy a short while ago, all while bragging in interviews she is rich. However, her former accountants, Berdon LLP, let the cat out the bag that she is a spendthrift and that is what led to her vast financial problems. At one point Rihanna's bank account had dipped below $20,000, while she publicly claimed she had $20,000,000.

Rihanna's Funds Running Down From Lawsuits, Debts And Excessive Spending

Word reaches the Judiciary Report that Rihanna's money is running down again. A couple years ago, singer Rihanna was on the verge of bankruptcy. Rihanna had bragged to the public that she is rich, but her bank accounts told a different story. This led to Rihanna suing her former accounts Berdon LLP in New York. Her publicist floated a story that the lawsuit had been settled for over $10,000,000, which was an outright lie that was later exposed by the Judiciary Report (Rihanna’s Lawsuit Against Her Accountant NotSettled As Previously Reported In The Mainstream Press).

Berdon blamed Rihanna's financial woes on excessive spending and lack of commitment to her tour obligations. Due to cocaine and marijuana use as well as alcohol abuse, Rihanna missed tour dates she was too out of it to perform. The industry favorite "exhaustion" was blamed. Demand was also low for tickets from the outset in select cities. Rihanna's recording and management contracts are also apart of the issue.
Rihanna sporting an impish look and expression
Rihanna is up to her neck in legal proceedings, mostly for stealing other people's copyrights from around the world, which has been the basis for her entire career. Copyright infringement is a domestic andinternational crime. Legal fees are sapping the illegal proceeds Rihanna has received from the infringements.

Rihanna has a new music project coming out, but the label is currently not happy with the material, resulting in delays and at a time when she needs the money. Rihanna is currently supporting her family, who are living in luxury in Barbados off the proceeds of criminal activity (criminal copyright infringement). Rihanna also has expenses from living lavishly in America and paying bills in regards to her entourage.

Rihanna Sued By Bodyguard For Defamation

Rihanna

Rihanna has been sued in Ireland by her former bodyguard, Geoffrey Keating, who was head of security for the drug addled, alcoholic star between 2012-2013. He filed suit against Rihanna for defamation of character, in defaming him to his family, friends and business associates via, email and via telephone. He contends it has damaged his reputation.

Rihanna was recently slammed in court documents for defaming accounting firm Berdon LLP, falsely accusing them of giving her bad advice in stating buy a home, as she contends she couldn’t afford it. However, the bank is the entity that makes that determination and clearly they deemed her financially fit enough to purchase the home, based on her income and debt ratio.

Rihanna damaged the firm’s name with her highly publicized claims, much like she is being accused in legal documents of ruining the name of her former bodyguard, who is seeking legal redress. Rihanna, the self-professed “bad gal” is going to be the “broke gal” if she keeps it up.

Rihanna Drops Case Against Her Accountant And Bookkeeper

Rihanna

Singer Rihanna dropped her lawsuit against accounting firm Berdon LLP. The sheep sounding singer had sued the firm alleging they gave her bad advice in stating she should purchase a home and failed to alert her to losses on her tour. She tried to twist their arm by leaking a fraudulent story to the New York Post claiming they’d settled with her for $10,000,000.

The Judiciary Report rubbished the claim for the simple reason one is not allowed to disclose the settlement figure, as it is a violation of the non-disclosure clause in such agreements (The Rihanna 10000000 Accountant Settlement Story Isn’t Adding Up). The Judiciary Report’s claims were confirmed when TMZ posted a story indicating the case was not settled and still active in the courts (Rihanna’s Lawsuit Against Her Accountant Not Settled As Previously Reported In The Mainstream Press).

Berdon LLP correctly contended Rihanna is a spendthrift who dug herself into a financial hole and miss tour dates. Many of you remember the headlines regarding Rihanna being too drunk and high to perform, after her alcohol and cocaine and weed binges rendered her incapacitated. The times she tried to perform in that state fans booed and complained online.

Rihanna is also known for showing off her purchases, bought with funds derived from criminal copyright infringement. From the illicit, illegal financial gains stemming from criminal copyright infringement, she bought herself a $10,000,000 house in Pacific Palisades and her family a $10,000,000 house in Barbados. Rihanna has bought her mother a few hundred thousand dollars in Louis Vuitton luggage, luxury purses, designer clothes, jewelry and furniture. She's bought herself over $100,000 in designer purses, which she proudly displayed online. Rihanna's gone on many high profile shopping sprees, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on clothes and shoes…before paying the mortgage on a house she allegedly could not afford (but yet she can afford all that other stuff with money from serious financial and social crimes).

Rihanna sued the wrong people. Rapper and mentor, Jay-Z, unloaded his relative’s shoddily built, leaking house on her. That’s who she should have sued. All home loans in America require a proper inspection and appraisal, so someone failed there as well, if Rihanna’s claims of preexisting damage are true (then again, I know of a case where the homeowner deceitfully painted white a master suite with black moldy walls from water damage, rather than having it professionally removed and it made the new occupant sick). One’s accountants and bookkeepers are not responsible for playing property inspector and appraiser. That’s not their job. Rihanna damaged Berdon LLP’s name over problems that were self-inflicted.

The Rihanna $10,000,000 Accountant Settlement Story Isn’t Adding Up

Rihanna

A story is floating around the press regarding singer Rihanna being offered and accepting a $ 10,000,000 settlement from her former accountants. However, standard non-disclosure clauses forbid litigants from disclosing the settlement sum they received and most of the terms surrounding the legal agreement. Then a judge, who has the legal authority to sign off on or reject the settlement, approves the agreement. That’s how the legal system works. I’ve signed legal settlements and know others who have as well and you are not permitted to disclose the settlement figure. That’s the national standard.

So how did the alleged $10,000,000 figure get into the papers. For Rihanna and her camp to have leaked it would mean defendant Berdon LLP could sue and get their money back, as the disclosure on her end would be a violation of the settlement terms. Furthermore, Berdon LLP would be sued by other clients for $10,000,000 believing they gave Rihanna a $10,000,000 over what was standard accounting advice. It would be an unwise and unorthodox legal move for Berdon LLP to publicize the terms of the settlement, as it would harm their company in several ways, leaving them open to liability lawsuits.

Actually, I heard the settlement offer Rihanna was given was in the mid six figures, not seven as her camp is claiming (typical Kabbalah Center member - like Madonna claiming Microsoft gave her $10,000,000 for an advertisement, which prompted Microsoft, to her shock and embarrassment, to come out and publicly state they didn’t give her anywhere near that figure). Rihanna is also the same individual who lied about her net worth during a Twitter fight with Teyana Taylor, claiming it was $90,000,000, when in actuality it is not even the $44,000,000 she is now claiming. The figure is based on approximates and over inflated tangible and intangible assets she claims she owns.

Rihanna claims, Berdon LLP, misled her into buying a home, by stating it was a good investment. That was not bad advice. As a general rule, buying a home is a good investment. It’s better than paying rent. When you buy a home, money accumulates in equity in a property via monthly mortgage payments. However, Rihanna, who should have had the home inspected and appraised, as is the national standard, managed to buy a house with significant defects. That’s why people hire inspectors and appraisers.

Berdon LLP maintained that Rihanna and her managers overspent, dumping profits back into her career, which hit the skids after the Chris Brown domestic violence incident. Yes, Rihanna has had number one records since that time, but it was due to payola, which is alive and well. Rihanna’s music does not shift big numbers like Taylor Swift or Susan Boyle. Many dates of her arena tours were cancelled or suffered from poor ticket sales.

All Rihanna and those working with her have done from day one of her career is steal copyrights (she has lawsuits against her in court and others at pre-filing stage), after landing a record deal from having sex with Jay-Z as a 16-year-old minor (in a relationship that is ongoing and adulterous). There is no honor among thieves. So it’s no surprise, many of those same people robbed Rihanna, after she robbed others.

Rihanna’s Net Worth Is Not What She Bragged About During Twitter Fight With Teyana Taylor

Rihanna

During the 2013 Twitter fight with singer Teyana Taylor, Rihanna arrogantly bragged that her net worth is $95,000,000, claiming the former is broke. Rihanna also previously stated with scorn “I hate broke bi****s.” However, it has been revealed today that in 2009, Rihanna was broke. What a hypocrite. TMZ also stated Rihanna’s net worth is $44,000,000 (not $95,000,000). And knowing the industry, which is mostly smoke and mirror, Rihanna doesn’t even have $44,000,000.

Rihanna’s ongoing lawsuit with her former accounts Berdon LLP reveals she went broke due to overspending and poor financial management. She bought a poorly constructed, defective house she could not afford with ill-gotten gains she ended up losing, when she had to sell the house at a $2,500,000 loss. That was her choice. She saw the house and wanted it. No one forced her to buy it.

However, Rihanna blames the firm for her woes in losing millions on the house, as well as many more in touring. However, considering Rihanna’s income is criminally derived from copyright infringement, a federal and international crime, it was just that she lose that which she stole from others. It's just a matter of time before it all catches up with her. As the phrase goes, "God doesn't like ugly."

Rihanna Sues Accountant For Getting Her Audited By The IRS And Costing Her Millions

Rihanna

Ridiculous, thieving singer Rihanna, has the gall to sue her accounts for bad money management advice, due to the IRS auditing her. Rihanna complains in a lawsuit filed in New York that the money management firm Berdon LLP cost her tens of millions of dollars in touring revenue (more like losses) and encouraged her to buy a bad house that is shoddy for $6,500,000.

One of Rihanna's insane posts on Twitter

I find her conduct ironic. She wasn't supposed to have that money in the first place, as she illegally acquired it as the ill-gotten proceeds of multiple counts of criminal copyright infringement (see the "Related Articles" section below for a list of Rihanna's many thefts that comprise her entire so-called career).

Rihanna, wearing a Kabbalah red string bracelet on her right hand, sits with Chris Brown

Who is she really kidding with this self-righteous rubbish. Her album sales began to fall due to bad publicity over her misconduct, which led to lower ticket sales, as folks simply didn't want to see her anymore. Rihanna vs. Berdon is a case of thieves stealing from a grubby, dirty little thief.

Madonna and Rihanna at a Kabbalah function in New York

Rihanna is a fraud, going on stage half naked, putting on a contrived clownish swagger, using ripped-off images, miming stolen music and jumping around on stage like an idiot. Then, she spends the criminal proceeds like water, regarding funds that were meant to go to producing cures to cancer and AIDS (and based on reports, her grandmother also just died from cancer). Does she really expect good from God for doing something so wicked and evil.
