Michael Lohan, the dad of Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, was arrested for stalking and harassing ex-girlfriend Kate Major, after beating her up once again. Lohan again defied the restraining order the court imposed against him for this abusive behavior. If you remember correctly, Lindsay Lohan was accused of stalking her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson (Lindsay Lohan Lies About Stalking Sam Ronson).

The entire Lohan clan is in the mind numbing Hollywood cult Kabbalah and due to their deranged conduct, the whole family should qualify for great rates at psychiatrists offices, as it is clear they are all insane and severely so. They are seriously dysfunctional and mentally imbalanced.

The name of the company is Kamofie & Company. They are located in the Los Angeles suburb of Venice Beach, which coincidentally, is the neighborhood Lohan stalked her ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson to and lease the townhouse next to her.

Lohan's behavior is out of control and there is no excuse for the aforementioned misconduct. She is not a homeless person stealing food because she is hungry. She is a spoilt, lazy Hollywood troublemaker that is trying to live the high life with very little funds, due to having partied and squandered away her money.

Who is she to be taking people's things. Someone appears on television and all of a sudden they believe human decency, character and integrity are not traits they must possess and are somehow better than everyone else, giving them the imagined right to rob others.

Lohan comes from a family of thieves, via a mother that stole $400,000 from a friend that loaned it to her and a dad (Michael Lohan) and uncle (Paul Sullivan) that went to prison for financial fraud and grand theft larceny.

Lohan's dad stole money from the stock market and her uncle robbed the U.S. government, via fraudulently taking $640,000 from a fund for September 11th terrorist attack victims.

However, rather than making a change from this negative family cycle, for years this woman has consistently robbed innocent members of the public and storeowners. Her behavior is not cute or edgy - it just makes her look like a degenerate.

This is the fourth probation violation Lohan has committed since being released from court ordered rehab one month ago. However, due to the government believing disgraceful celebrities s robbing the public is somehow a plus, Lohan is still free.

Police: Lindsay Lohan Violated Probation By Refusing Breathalyzer Test

The Palm Desert Police Department, are adamantly stating, trouble prone Hollywood outcast, Lindsay Lohan, has violated her probation, stemming from DUI charges. During a recent stint at the Betty Ford Clinic in California, Lohan hopped the fence of the facility and broke curfew, whilst going to a local bar.

Upon her return to the rehab center, an employee, Dawn Holland, detected alcohol on her breath and observed her behavior was erratic and belligerent, due to inebriation. Holland was instructed to administer a breathalyzer test to check for alcohol use and an irrational and outed Lohan, flew into a rage and physically attacked her. What a smooth way to conceal being drunk (not!). The "Mean Girls" star became a "mean drunk."

Police were called and overheard much of the incident over the phone (why has TMZ not obtained the 911 call yet). Refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test while on probation is a violation of the terms set forth by the court. This constitutes one violation. Lohan also engaged in aggravated stalking, in tracking down and moving next to her unwilling ex-girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson, who was very upset at the news. Stalking is a crime. This constitutes two violations of her probation.

Lohan is also involved in the Kabbalah cult, who illegally spy on select individuals in the entertainment field everyday, using private investigators and hackers (which is how she found Ronson's address so quickly and was able to move in next to her immediately after rehab). Lohan is privy to the contents of said illegal spying the cult engages in. This constitutes three violations of her probation.

Hollywood troublemaker, Lindsay Lohan, has stated she is not stalking ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, due to public backlash over her creepily moving next door to her in Venice Beach, California. Of all the hundreds of thousands of real estate listings Lohan could have chosen, she is insulting the public's intelligence by claiming it is a coincidence she moved right next door to Ronson, who is angry at what the b-list actress has done.

Lohan is now offering to move, but stated she will lose a lot of money for breaking the lease to rent the property for $7,100 per month. If it is a one year lease, Lohan would be liable for the entire amount, plus damages, which could total $85200 - $100,000.

Lindsay Lohan is dysfunctional. Plain and simple. She is showing it more and more with each new misdeed. This move just shows her to be a blatant stalker, a trademark of schizophrenic Kabbalah members, whilst she engages in more of her crazy behavior. Stalking is classified as a form of mental illness.

What is going to happen when a jealous, enraged Lohan starts spying on Ronson, as all Kabbalah members do to their prey and spots her coming home with other women. She is liable to viciously attack someone, as she has repeatedly done in the past to friends, pedestrians, motorists and a rehab worker.

Case in point, last month, Ronson, was spotted several times with bisexual singer, Christina Aguilera. How is crazy Lindsay going to process that happening right next door. She will likely take to breaking into Ronson's home, as many stalkers do to their prey.

Ronson repeatedly dumped Lohan in the past, but was able to put her out of her home. Once again, what's going to happen when Lohan is right next door and gets into one of her irrational, psychotic rages.

Crazy former Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, just got out of rehab and already she is acting in an insane manner. Not only did she stalk her lesbian ex-girlfriend, Sam Ronson, she has rented the townhouse next to hers, infuriating her prey.

Ronson revealed her anger today at finding out what Lohan has done and stated "It was not planned" on her end. Lohan and Ronson have been known to get into physical fights with kicking, scratching and punching. This move in Ronson's direction should count as aggravated stalking.

Once again, proving she has learned nothing about finance and her brushes with bankruptcy, unemployed actress, Lohan, has signed a contract to lease the aforementioned townhouse for $7,100 per month. There are employed actresses in Hollywood that don't even spend that much on actual mortgages. Once again, flushing money down the toilet.

The Palm Desert Police Department in California, has been looking into Lohan's assault of Betty Ford Clinic worker, Dawn Holland. They have referred the case to the L.A. County Probation office and classified it as Lohan having violated her probation. Holland has been paid off by Lohan not to cooperate in the case, but the police reportedly referred the matter anyway.

Lohan also keeps babbling to the press about getting out of rehab, as she has been pressured to go back to work. But what work is she talking about. She is uninsurable in Hollywood. They've been treating her like a pariah.

At the end of the day, Lohan is just as psychotic, violent and delusional as ever, posing a danger to the public. On her current path, this is not going to end well. She does not comprehend that she is not better than others and fails to grasp the fact she needs to behave in a lawful and ethical manner.

Drug addict and former child star, Lindsay Lohan, has missed a second deposition in a civil lawsuit, where she is accused of commandeering a vehicle while drunk and high, running over a man's foot, whilst taking three men on a psychotic car chase through Los Angeles, insanely pursuing a former personal assistant who fled in fear for her life.

Lohan, a schizophrenic member of the Kabbalah cult, has gone from bad to worse once again, opting to go out shopping, partying and getting high, blowing off the depositions. According to TMZ, three passengers in Lindsay’s car — as well as the passenger in the car she was chasing — are suing her, claiming she endangered their lives in a drunken chase down the Pacific Coast Highway.

Well, two weeks later, it has been revealed, she has been doing just that, bouncing checks. Her rent checks to be specific.

TMZ today obtained two bounced rent checks former actress Lindsay Lohan issued to pay her lease, which is $10,000 per month. The site was right again. This adds to the long list of exclusives on the site.

Years ago, the Judiciary Report's sister site the Sound Off Column was the first to disclose the fact Lindsay Lohan is a drug addict, which she denied for a long time.

Then, in 2007, the Judiciary Report site made a prediction, her then unknown reckless behavior that was hidden within Hollywood, would get her arrested and a week after the article ran that is exactly what happened.

Just five weeks ago, Lindsay Lohan did an interview finally admitting she's taken cocaine and other drugs, but insisted she is now drug free. Five weeks ago when the article was posted in the Sun, the Judiciary Report, knowing otherwise, shook its cyber head in disagreement and stated Lohan is still using cocaine.

But let's get down to the nitty gritty. First of all, what is an unemployed actress doing leasing a property for $10,000 per month. That's $120,000 per year, plus fees associated with upkeep.

Second question, why do you have a driver, bodyguard and publicist, when you can't even pay your rent. At this point, your only career is stealing from people.

Living on credit is not a good idea. Neither is living off sugar mommies (Samantha Ronson, Donna Karan, Courtney Semel ect..) because when people get tired of your antics, you are out of gas and more importantly, it is immoral.

TMZ has seen copies of two bounced checks, from Lindsay to her landlord, both written this year ... both of which have been stamped on the front with the words, "RETURN REASON - NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS. NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS."

We spoke with Dina, who says she didn't know anything about bounced checks. Dina says Lindsay has her business manager write her checks, and the one who she used in February is no longer working with her.

Kabbalah member Lindsay Lohan has moved out of her modest, rented, Hollywood Hills home, after many complaints from her neighbors that want her out of the neighborhood, due to her penchant for trouble, stealing and creating paparazzi madness for attention, in attempting to revive her failed career as an actress.

The most recent and convenient break-in to Lindsay's rented residence, saw the theft of designer clothes, shoes, watches, jewelry she owned and some she stole, in addition to the pilfering of $2,000,000 in borrowed jewels from XIV Karats of Beverly Hills.

What a coincidence the burglary happened right after jewelry company, XIV Karats, began demanding the return of the $2,000,000 in jewelry they loaned her. She doesn't even have $2,000,000.You guys are brave. Most people wouldn't even loan Lindsay Lohan a paper cup.

If you loan Lindsay Lohan something and you actually get it back, expect it to be returned with cigarette and crackpipe burns. She'll probably send your jewelry to one of those cash for gold companies or take it to the pawn shop.

In related news, Lindsay her fellow lesbian, drug addled, alcoholic girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson, have moved from their respective residences in the Hollywood Hills.

The pathetic fact of the matter is, Lohan has been stealing everything in sight, which is the Kabbalah way, to fund her lavish lifestyle, due to the fact her career has dried up.

She was once a millionaire, after starring in a few films, carried by other stars, but is now bankrupt, because of her expensive tastes.

She was spending over $100,000 per month on designer clothes, when most sought after stars get them for free.

She spent over $10,000 per month on hairstyling and extensions, partly due to the fact, anorexia has taken out her hair. She also has a very expensive drug habit, costing her hundreds of dollars per day. Not exact smart financial planning.

Then, there is her stage mother, Dina Lohan, who was living lavishly as well, courtesy of exploiting her daughter, rather than getting her help.

On Friday afternoon, a moving van was spotted pulling away from the actress’ house. Following closely begind: a black SUV, which sped down the hill, eventually stopping at The Sunset Marquis Hotel in Hollywood...

Ronson has also decided to move herself. Neighbors told RadarOnline.com exclusively that the DJ, who became notorious as Lohan’s girlfriend, was sick of the paparazzi staking out her home.
