President Obama Meddled In The Israeli Election Trying To Get Benjamin Netanyahu Kicked Out Of Office (Video)

Obama’s meddling has reached unprecedented heights in America and the world and it needs to stop. This week, a credible news report revealed Obama interfered with the Israeli national elections in a failed bid to oust Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. This was wholly inappropriate. It was up to the people of Israel to decide the election, not Obama. What if a foreign head of state had meddled in Obama’s reelection bid in 2012.

In America, the Obama Administration has set terrible precedents regarding meddling at the IRS, a story the Judiciary Report broke first, which landed in Congress (IRS Says Sorry For Targeting Conservatives As Obama Denies All Knowledge Of Misconduct).

Obama also has illegal initiatives running at the FBI and CIA, targeting American citizens in violation of the constitution, for political and financial purposes. The FBI and CIA were not meant for those purposes. Obama is using the FBI and CIA to damage and attempt to destroy the businesses of Americans who speak out against him. That’s destroying America’s bottom line. Obama has privately misused the FBI and CIA to attack the businesses and finances of the wealthy, Koch Brothers, among other conservatives and Christians, who have peacefully spoken out against his political policies.

As the Judiciary Report has stated before, if you live in a communist nation and speak out against the government, you know the rules that you run the risk of losing your business and potentially your freedom, as it is legally viewed as creating disharmony in said countries. However, if you live in the Western world, the law says you have freedom of speech, to speak out against the things you do not agree with, without legal penalty and financial retaliation.

However, when you have a head of state, Barack Obama, using communist rules in illegally engaging government agencies in bids at damaging and destroying outspoken political rivals' businesses and finances, what you have is a lawbreaking president committing felonies.

A man who has never built a business in his life, out of revenge, malice and spite, sees fit to damage and destroy the assets and companies of others,  who labored for years to build something meaningful. That’s a terrible thing to do. That type of arrogance deserves to be humbled by the legislature and the courts. Your conduct is eating away at the financial fabric of the nation.

It is really hypocritical of Obama to meddle in Americans’ companies and corporations with political revenge as his agenda, while giving the FBI and CIA clearance to illegally spy, engage in unfair competition, discrimination, embezzle money, commit bank fraud, grand theft larceny, coercion, blackmail and treason. Obama gave the FBI and CIA clearance to execute these illegal initiatives and he should be legally held accountable for this misconduct.

Obama has also been meddling in the judiciary, ordering select judges not to hear cases or to rule in favor of his cronies, in legal filings that do not even name him, which is a criminal abuse of power. America has a “separation of powers” for a reason. Every nation, not just America, needs “checks and balances.” When that order is disrupted, chaos and injustice ensue.

When a power hungry president hell bent on revenge starts to interfere in the other branches of government and their respective regulatory agencies, the democracy becomes an autocracy. I sense disaster coming...

In the article November 18, 2013 article Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare the Judiciary Report stated the ObamaCare website bears signs of hacking. The next day computer security experts testified in Congress that they believe the site was hacked, confirming the Judiciary Report’s claims (Experts State Obamacare Website Hacked Just As This Site Previously Stated).

This week it was announced in the Washington Free Beacon , the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is searching Belarus regarding malware illegal implanted on the ObamaCare website via hacking, causing it to malfunction, while unlawfully obtaining the personal information of registrants  (http://freebeacon.com/the-belarusian-connection).

It’s sad that anyone would tamper with any website, illegally trying to deface, damage or destroy it. However, it is particularly bad when someone does this to a website relating to health care. That’s people’s health and lives. There’s nothing admirable about targeting any site that has to do with the public’s health.

In the November 18, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare" the site stated the Obamacare site has been hacked and sabotage. The next day in Congress (October 19, 2013) experts stated the same (see external article excerpt below).

Do keep in mind that any website can be hacked and sabotage by anyone desperate enough to break the law and do so, but www.healthcare.gov has some serious security flaws, which can be exploited to steal individuals personal and identifying information.

The trouble prone www.healthcare.gov  has experienced a host of problems that bare the tell tale signs of sabotage. As the Judiciary Report's regular readers know, this site has been hacked by hackers working for Madonna's pseudo-religious Kabbalah cult, in attempts at violating the constitutional right to free speech and free press, for having exposed their unlawful behavior, for which they are under federal investigation.

Watching the www.healthcare.gov crisis unfold, I couldn't help but recognize similar signs of sabotage this site has experienced. The government has a problem on its hands. Adding to www. healthcare.gov problems is, not even U.S. House Speaker, John Boehner, could get the site to work, receiving an "internal server error" when he tried to buy health insurance.

My suggestion would be for the government to privately and formally summons computer experts, in the strictest confidence, on a national security basis for assistance in repairing and rebuilding key elements of the www. healthcare.gov site. People who've worked on websites for companies such as Humana and Coventry health care, to name a few, in an effort to gain insight on how to keep a healthcare site of said nature up and running. Choose tech experts already in the healthcare field with a proven track record. The site can be properly fixed.

Side Bar: whether you are a musician, mechanic or banker, it's best to go to website companies, who have created successfully running websites in your chosen field. There are aspects of site creation and maintenance unique to many fields, so it is best to go with those tried and true in your area of commerce.

Side Bar 2: Over the past few years, some liberals in Hollywood had been publicly chastising the government by stating it is "embarrassing" that America doesn't have a free national healthcare program. However, nations who have successfully done so, such as Britain, operate under different guidelines. It is like comparing apples and oranges.

In Britain, the tax rate is 10-20 percent higher than in America (for various people) and this system has been in place for decades. As such, for decades the British government has successfully and skillfully used this money to take care of the health care needs of its people (free medical and dental), as well as maintaining other facets of the nation (schools, parks, government housing).

Obamacare is something new, that has been implemented without higher overall national taxation, but requiring citizens pay for mandatory health care. Therefore, there are and will be issues that need to be addressed so as not to bankrupt citizens in certain income brackets. Now, if liberals in Hollywood would like a 20% tax increase to help Obamacare run more smoothly, please start writing the IRS bigger checks. If not, give your gums a rest and have a seat.

Healthcare.gov ‘may already have been compromised,’ security expert says

Published November 19, 2013 - Nov. 19, 2013: Security experts testify before a senate panel about security risks facing the healthcare.gov website. Not only is healthcare.gov at risk, it may already have been compromised, a security expert testified before the Senate. "Hackers are definitely after it," said David Kennedy, CEO of information security firm TrustedSEC before a House Science, Space, and Technology committee hearing on security concerns surrounding the problematic Healthcare.gov website.

"And if I had to guess, based on what I can see … I would say the website is either hacked already or will be soon." Kennedy told FoxNews.com he based this on an analysis revealing a large number of SQL injection attacks against the healthcare.gov website, which are indicative of "a large amount" of hacking attempts.

Cyber Experts To Congress: Shut Down The Obamacare Website Until It's Secure

Nov. 20, 2013, 5:41 AM - (Reuters) - President Barack Obama's HealthCare.gov site is riddled with security flaws that put user data of millions of people at risk and it should be shut down until fixed, several technology experts warned lawmakers on Tuesday.

The testimony at a congressional hearing could increase concerns among many Americans about Obama's healthcare overhaul, popularly known as Obamacare. Opinion polls show the botched rollout of the online marketplace for health insurance policies has hurt the popularity of the effort.

The website collects personal data such as names, birth dates, social security numbers, email addresses and other information that criminals could use for a variety of scams. In a rapid "yes" or "no" question-and-answer session during a Republican-sponsored hearing by the House of Representatives Science, Space and Technology Committee, Republican Representative Chris Collins of New York asked four experts about the security of the site:

"Do any of you think today that the site is secure?" The answer from the experts, which included two academics and two private sector technical researchers, was a unanimous "no." "Would you recommend today that this site be shut down until it is?" asked Collins, whose party is opposed to Obamacare and has sought to capitalize on the failures of the website since it opened for enrollment on October 1.

Three of the experts said "yes," while a fourth said he did not have enough information to make the call "The privacy and security of consumers' personal information are a top priority," White House spokesman Jay Carney said after the hearing...

Chris Brown has been busy this week. A few days ago, the R&B singer referred to the Los Angeles District Attorney charged with handling his probation case as a "racist a*s" in a tweet that has since been deleted from his Twitter page. Then Brown called out one of the music industry most famous thieves Beyonce, for stealing dance moves from his show. Brown announced his affiliation with the Bloods (Piru) street gang and slammed Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z.

Some entertainers in the music industry who are being harassed, threatened and terrorized by executives, cults and lawbreaking artists, turn to violent street gangs for protection and as a deterrent to industry folks who refuse to leave them alone.

Brown and Jay-Z have a very unpleasant history. Jay-Z discovered Brown’s on and off again girlfriend Rihanna. Jay-Z has been having sex with Rihanna since she was a teenager. When Rihanna met and fell in love with Brown, Jay-Z resented it. Jay-Z has been jealous of pretty boy Brown since that time, as Rihanna was having sex with Chris for free after falling in love with him, whereas with Jay-Z the sexual favors have always been about career advancement.

Beyonce, Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy, who always looks angry just like her dad. Chris better be careful that Blue Ivy doesn't jump him with a beatdown.  

After the 2009 domestic violence incident between Brown and Rihanna, Jay-Z began sabotaging Brown’s career behind the scenes in Hollywood (music industry included) via trying to get him uninvited from events and blacklisted in the industry. Jay-Z has made calls in the industry and spoken to people face to face with the goal of destroying Brown's career. Brown found out about it and dislikes Jay-Z for it.

Trainer Arrested In Italy For Sabotaging Jamaican Sprint Club Via Steroids Laced Food Supplements

According to mainstream press reports, a trainer has been arrested in Italy for giving three top Jamaican sprint stars steroids laced food supplements without their knowledge. The trainer came to Jamaica in May 2013 to work with the MVP track club and one month later positive drug tests ensued, when the Jamaican regulatory authority administered tests for race trials at Nationals in Kingston.

As a result of the tainted food supplements, for the first time in over a decade of professional racing, Jamaican gold medalists Asafa Powell and Sherone Simpson, who belong to the MVP track club, have tested positive for a banned substance. These athletes were repeatedly tested for many years without issue, prior to the aforementioned trainer descending on Jamaica's shores this summer. Why would you go into another person's nation with such ill-will and do such a thing. That's sabotage and worthy of extradition under existing international treaties. What kind of illuminati mess is this.

Sprint stars Gay, Powell fail drug tests

...Jamaican sprint star Powell, a former 100m world record holder, confirmed that he had tested positive for a banned stimulant at his country's national trials for Moscow. But the 30-year-old strenuously denied any wrong doing. Powell, also 30, took to Twitter to confirm his dope test failure. "I will confirm that a sample I gave at the National Trials in June has returned 'adverse findings'," he said. "The substance oxilofrine was found, which is considered by the authorities to be a banned stimulant.

"I want to be clear that I have never knowingly or wilfully taken any supplements or substances that break any rules. I am not now nor have I ever been a cheat." Powell held the 100m world record between June 2005 and May 2008. He won two bronze medals in the 100 metres at the 2007 and 2009 world championships. He also had one gold in the 4x100 metre relay in 2009.

But he has never managed an individual sprint medal at the Olympics, finishing fifth in the 2004 Athens and 2008 Beijing Olympic 100 metre finals and limping home in eighth place in the final in London last summer. According to media reports, Powell was one of five athletes who failed drug tests at the national trials last month in Kingston. Sherone Simpson, a silver medallist in the women's 100m at the 2008 Olympics, was one of them, according to a report in Britain's Daily Telegraph.

The Jamaica Gleaner newspaper claimed the substance taken may have been contained in a food supplement. "My team and I will try to do everything we can to get this issue dealt with as best as we can," Simpson told the Gleaner. "Thanks to all who have been supporting me, I really appreciate it at this time."

Later Sunday, Powell's agent, Tara Playfair-Scott, revealed on Twitter that a man who allegedly supplied the supplements had been arrested in Italy. "He has been detained by Italian Law Enforcement in conjunction with this matter. The investigations continue," she wrote.

Italy police arrest Asafa's physical trainer over banned substance

2013-07-14 15:45:37 - Police in Italy have reportedly detained a physical trainer that had been living with Asafa Powell, and providing him with supplements, that may have contributed to his positive drug test for Methylsynephrine, The Gleaner understands. The trainer whose name has not been released was detained and evidence removed from his residence. He began working with the MVP camp in May.

Powell has also reportedly handed over supplements he had in his possession that were given to him by the trainer. Some of those same tainted supplements may also have been supplied to Sherone Simpson, sources said.

News broke today that Powell and Simpson, Olympic and World Championship medallists were among five Jamaican athletes who returned adverse analytical findings during the recent National Championships held at the National Stadium from June 20-23. Two other senior athletes and a junior athlete also returned positive tests in their ‘A’ samples.

The Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCo) confirmed that it had received the reports of the findings, but was unable say much more on the matter, according to JADCo Chairman, Dr Herb Elliott. "The process of results management has commenced in accordance with JADCo anti-doping rules."

Powell subsequently released a statement in which he declared his innocence. "I want to be clear in saying to my family, friends, and most of all my fans worldwide that I have never knowingly or willfully taken any supplements or substances that break any rules. I am not now — nor have I ever been — a cheat," he said.

"My team has launched an internal investigation and we are cooperating with the relevant agencies and law enforcement authorities to discover how the substance got in my system. I assure you that we will find out how this substance passed our rigorous internal checks and balances and design systems to make sure it never happens again," Powell said.

Simpson, who Gleaner sources say may have also been an unwitting victim of the suspect taken into custody, also declared her innocence. "I would not intentionally take an illegal substance of any form into my system. I want to sincerely say to my family (especially my parents, grandparents and siblings), Paul Doyle (agent), MVP track club, fellow athletes, former sponsors and the rest of Jamaica, that l am deeply sorry for any hurt or embarrassment this positive test may have caused, she said.

Stars Who Gossip

Stars often complain about bloggers posting their business on blogs. Some bloggers like Perez Hilton have become celebrities, which complicates things, regarding being in the same circles as the folks one reports on. Some celebrities like to pretend they are above it all, but are the worst gossips in industry circles.

Stars email and DM (each other) gossip on folks in the industry and sometimes outside it. They ask for the scoop on other celebrities and up and coming ones as well (mainly those they have a romantic interest in or want to work with or both). There's nothing wrong with talking, emailing or DMing a friend to find out about what they know regarding someone one is interested in. It can be helpful.

Where it gets really messy is when celebrities start getting into other people's personal family business and love lives in trying to sabotage others. Say what you want about bloggers, but when a blogger does something, at least it's out in the open, online for all to read.

 

The average bloggers isn't talking dirty about people behind their backs in trying to bring them down, quietly defaming others, spreading lies in assassinating their characters with an ulterior motive behind it all. Some entertainers are jealous of newly established or up and coming ones and will lie to and deceive others about them.

There's an incident regarding an established female star lying to an established male star about an up and coming female artist he privately inquired about. Girlfriend flat out lied to and deceived him out of jealousy. But the question is, what would her HUSBAND say if he found out and he will (it doesn't look good). She's not going to like what her husband or the guy she has been feeding lies will have to say to her. She's already married. Why mess up someone else's chance at happiness. What kind of friend are you.

Then there's the case of a male artist lying to his famous male collaborator about a woman the latter fell in love with. The male artist said he slept with the woman, when by all accounts, it is not true. He deemed the famous collaborator has become too attached to the young starlet he too is interested in, but didn't bother to tell his collaborator.  

One Of Rupert Murdoch's Hackers Arrested In The Phone Hacking Case

Rupert Murdoch is a man that did not make his ill-gotten wealth by following the law. He got it by breaking it and stealing from and spying on people.

The Metropolitan Police has arrested a man in Wales for engaging in computer hacking. The arrest was made in conjunction with the phone hacking scandal, which has the press assuming it relates to News Corp. Details of the arrest have largely been kept under wraps, but it is said the suspect is a 55-year-old male.   

News Corp has been in trouble for hacking several times before. One of Rupert Murdoch's News Corp hackers in Germany, criminally broke into rival's businesses, such as ITV Digital and sabotaged them, via corrupting their systems with bad computer code, right after stealing copyrighted proprietary data (News Corp Subsidiary NDS Hacked Into Direct TV And Echo Star To Spy On Customers In Their Homes).

The Judiciary Report knows for a fact, News Corp also has hackers in California and New York. It was also stated by a former employee, News Corp has an entire division devoted to computer hacking and phone hacking (Fox News Has A Secret Phone Hacking Department In The Building Says Former Employee).

Recently, Congress issued a demand that Murdoch and News Corp be investigated for computer hacking and copyright theft (Senator Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival & Stealing Their Copyrights). The FBI has yet to do a single thing regarding News Corp's criminal misconduct in another of their notorious crime cover ups.
