The FBI Is Wrong To Promote J. Edgar Hoover After What He Did To Martin Luther King Jr.

Edgar Hoover, a man that terrorized Americans for decades, during his
reign of terror as head of the

something one of his latter lawbreaking successors, Robert S. Mueller,
has managed to flout, in violation of U.S. law.
During his time as head of the FBI, Hoover turned a blind
eye to the harassment and murder of blacks and other minorities. He
corrupted many court cases with tainted evidence. He illegally amassed a
porn collection of very young stars, who were furious, as he used it to
blackmail them.

Hoover ordered the assassination of civil rights legend, Martin Luther
King Jr. Hoover terrorized, perversely spied on, arrested, threatened
and slurred King with terrible racial epithets. Hoover even wrote King a

wrongly telling him to commit
suicide, on the eve of
the African-American hero accepting a Nobel prize.
Deranged Hoover, so consumed with hatred, jealousy, racism
and rage, was furious that a "nig*er" he despised for preaching the
Gospel and the fact God sees blacks and whites as equal, was to receive
this prestigious international award. In Hoover's estimation a "nig*er"
was not worthy to possess such a great award. To this day, world history
reviles Hoover as a terrible human being and an abomination, while King
is remembered very fondly.

on their website this week. There is even a building named after Hoover,
who had a hand in the brutal murder of the great Martin Luther King Jr.
That should let you know how the FBI feels about race. They haven't
changed one bit and I can and will testify to that firsthand.
King has served as a great inspiration to me for many
years, because I subscribe to the doctrine that all men and women are
created equal in the sight of God, regardless of color or country of
origin. This is a lesson the FBI has yet to learn. The horrible racial hatred driving the FBI shall be the same force that
causes it closure under a cloud of enormous shame and disgrace.

J. Edgar Hoover Blackmailed People With Porn Films He Kept Of Them
Former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, has been exposed in a new book entitled "J. Edgar Hoover and Clyde Tolson: Investigating the Sexual Secrets of America's Most Famous Men and Women" by Darwin Porter. The book states Hoover had secret pornographic films and nude photos of young stars such as Frank Sinatra. It was considered the biggest pornographic film collection at the time, which Hoover watched for sexual gratification.
Hoover claimed he was a heterosexual, but never married and lived his entire life with male FBI agent Clyde Tolson. It was widely rumored they were homosexuals. The book states Hoover also had photos of naked men with large penises hanging on his bathroom walls. Straight men do not do any of those things. He was also caught wearing a pink dress, in a story that has lived in infamy.
Hoover was a mentally ill, sexually dysfunctional, perverted voyeur that spent his time secretly spying on people for sexual kicks. The man was an abomination with no respect for the law or privacy. Sadly, the FBI of today are no better, as they spy on people in their homes via audio and visual means such as phone hacking, wiretapping, hidden cameras, infrared and secretly turning on the webcam on people's computers.

The FBI's Secret Spying Is Unnerving The Public
Barack Obama has allowed the FBI free reign in conduct that violates the U.S. Constitution
Privacy advocates are up in arms over the FBI's newly announced investigative rules, as documented in their revised "Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide." The FBI has undertaken an invasive initiative, in an extraordinary power grab that openly defies the U.S. constitution.
FBI headquarters has stated, they have granted agents the ability to summarily and secretly investigate whomever they feel like, if the target attracts their attention. That is the language being used. Therefore, to clarify, one does not have to commit a crime to be invasively investigated. There need be no evidence or probable cause. One simply has to attract the FBI's attention with lawful or unlawful behavior.

One of the new categories that have been added to the FBI's operations manual, is the classification "prominent bloggers" - a term the Judiciary Report used on this website, prior to the agency's announcement (May 19, 2011's Obama's Relationship With Google Under Fire Over Blocking Free Speech And Free Press and in the 2009 Aisha v. FBI lawsuit in paragraph 9).
The FBI has deemed "prominent bloggers" will be included as members of the media, with alleged protections. As the Judiciary Report and other sites see it, the FBI has illegally done away with the Fourth Amendment. Therefore, what protections can there be in the face of such lawlessness and hypocrisy.

The Judiciary Report has broken a number of scandals regarding the FBI that were later proven 100% true. The site knows exactly how the FBI operates and is not impressed with the agency's disregard for domestic and international law.
In light of this fact, the site can attest, the FBI's latest legal push is a farce, as they have been doing this form of illegal spying for sometime and are simply trying to make it legal now, by pretending it is something new they've just decided upon.

As seen throughout the term of current FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, the agency is destroying the populace's privacy. Mueller has returned the agency to the clandestine and corrupt days of J. Edgar Hoover, where extraordinary privacy abuses occurred that victimized many people, in ways world history never forgot. This time it is going to bring the agency down, as they've already gone too far in deeds they have secretly engaged in, that when made public will cause a worldwide uproar.

The 2011 edition, the paper says, gives “significant new powers” to FBI agents, allowing them “to scrutinize the lives of people who have attracted their attention.” Read that again: “... people who have attracted their attention.”
Not just those suspected of actual crimes, but anyone an FBI agent feels like investigating, is now fair game under the agency’s official guidelines. As a matter of fact, FBI general counsel Valerie Caproni (left) “rejected arguments that the FBI should focus only on investigations that begin with a firm reason for suspecting wrongdoing,” according to the Times. In other words, Caproni dismissed the Fourth Amendment, which requires the government to obtain a warrant based on probable cause before searching a person’s body, house, or other possessions....
Second, and more ominously, only certain members of the news media and the academic community are singled out for kid-glove treatment. “Prominent bloggers would count,” the Times avers, “but not people who have low-profile blogs.” Prominent bloggers, of course, tend to be affiliated with the mainstream media, who are nothing if not friends of the government. Furthermore, they would have the ability to draw attention to an FBI investigation of themselves that they knew to be politically motivated.
Low-profile bloggers, on the other hand, have no such friends in Washington, would largely be ignored if they complained of being investigated, and — perhaps most importantly — don’t have the wherewithal to hire high-powered attorneys to defend them against unethical investigations. Likewise, scholars who work for U.S.-based institutions are covered, while foreigners, whose plight in the case of an unwarranted FBI investigation would get scant attention in the U.S. news media and even less sympathy from most Americans, can be investigated with little oversight...

The Anthony Weiner penis pic scandal has just hit a new low point. It has been revealed, the photo of a protruding penis in briefs, sent from Weiner's Twitter page, to 21-year-old university student, Gennette Cordova, originated from the software service TweetDeck. This means, the photo in question, was sent from the congressman's Blackberry mobile phone.
It is going to be a wee bit difficult for Weiner to deny it. It does not help that he refused to deny the photo is of his family jewels. Weiner originally stated his Twitter account was hacked and the photo was maliciously sent to Cordova to publicly discredit him. Now that it is being stated the lewd photo came straight from Weiner's Blackberry, this implicates the congressman in a new way - allegedly transmitting obscene images over the internet and phone.

By law, the FBI is supposed to investigate the matter, but have refused to comment on the case or responsibly answer Bill O'Reilly's ultimatum in a timely fashion. Why they are refusing to brief the public on the matter, looks suspicious, like they are hiding something.
This adds to the public view, the FBI is a corrupt and clandestine agency that believes it does not have to answer to anyone. It's J. Edgar Hoover all over again. Such behavior is inappropriate in a democracy. Remember, it's government for the people by the people. The FBI is not to run as a dictatorship.

FBI Supervisors To FBI Director: We Want You Gone

Recently, U.S. President Barack Obama, announced he is seeking to extend the 10-year term of inept, failure prone FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller. Congress established a 10-year term limit on the post, due to the terrible and egregious criminal abuses committed by former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, who is disgracefully credited with terrorizing civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr. and according to former agents, commissioning his murder.
Hoover used illegal spying on innocent people, via abusive wiretaps, audio bugging of homes and offices and delving into financial records, to blackmail Congress and the White House, keeping them under his thumb. He knew all their secrets and would publicly use it if they tried to replace him at the FBI. As such, an unrepentantly evil Hoover held the post until he died (and presumably descended into hell).
Obama is seeking a two year extension for Mueller, a man that has violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code for the President, in illegally spying on political enemies, rivals and outspoken critics, giving him the contents of their phone calls, emails, computers, daily movements and financial holdings.
Obama is very grateful and wants to repay him with an extended term, which spits on the Congressional term limit that was appropriately put in place. According to the mainstream press, Congress is expected to approve the extension of Mueller's term, which will please Obama, as the illegal spying to gain a political advantage, can continue.
However, some press outlets are reporting FBI supervisors are not happy with the news and want Mueller gone from the agency. Mueller is known for his abusiveness at the agency, in conduct which extends to unlawfully retaliating against FBI employees that are whistleblowers. Additionally, if one does not kiss Mueller's overrated, power mad backside at the FBI, one is out of a job.

FBI supervisors are calling President Obama a "hypocrite" for keeping Mueller on beyond the term limit. Furthermore, what's the sense of the law, if people consistently seek to flout it from elected and federally appointed posts. It sets a bad example to the watching nation and world.
FBI supervisors and agents are upset that Obama did not seek their opinions before making this rash and damaging decision, especially in a way that would not leave them open to retaliatory abuse from Mueller, which he is famous for in law enforcement circles.
A few quotes reveal the mood at the FBI over the President's presumption self-serving decision, "'People are up in arms about this,' said one agent, who likened the news to 'a shot in the kneecaps.' 'We have lost valuable experience' the agent said. 'I’ve seen people, some really significant contributors to this organization and to this country, who are questioning their self-worth now and who are basically bitter.'"
Yea, one would be bitter when a corrupt FBI Director routinely demands they break the law, illegally spy on innocent Americans and foreign citizens in perverse ways, rough up conscientious objectors that peacefully denounce the wars in the Middle East and cover up a nasty case, where Mueller cost many innocent people their lives.
If you ask me, Mueller is using what he has over Obama to stay in that job for the rest of his life, much like Hoover did to other U.S. Presidents and members of Congress. It was all smiles for the cameras, but behind closed doors, people despised his dirty practices and wanted him gone. History is repeating itself.

To show how out of touch the FBI is with the public, they actually think people like their former director, J. Edgar Hoover and would want a museum in the notorious criminal's honor. Get real! Hoover terrorized, harassed, spied on, abused, threatened and ultimately had a hand in the murder of the greatest American ever, Martin Luther King jr., never repenting of those evil views.
Why would people want to honor a man that unrepentantly engaged in such abominations. Hoover was a perverted, racist piece of trash, who is probably burning in hell right now, for the unrepentant conduct he held to, until the day he died.

What do you really think happened on the other side when Hoover died. Hoover made King's life on earth hell and clung to the evil he did as right, to the day he died. Now ironically the FBI Director is in hell. Eye-opening footage posted online, reveals a stunning fact about the assassination of former U.S. President, John F. Kennedy. The Secret Service, deliberately moved away from him, leaving Kennedy wide open, right before he was shot to death. A senior Secret Service agent, ordered subordinates to back away from the President, as his vehicle proceeded down a Texas street.
The perplexed agent, who was closest to the president, kept shrugging in shock and hesitation at the bizarre order. Had he not moved, said agent would have been killed by the assassin's bullets, saving Kennedy's life. However, he followed orders and moved from in front of the president, giving the shooter a crystal clear shot. Kennedy was shot in the throat and again behind the right ear, execution style, which dislodged a portion of his brain, killing him.

It has also been said the FBI, under J. There have been rumors of mafia involvement, due to Kennedy seeking to crack down on organized crime, but it would have been quite a terrible coup for them to have corrupted a senior Secret Service agent. Even Kennedy's alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, who was murdered days after the President's death, told the press, "I'm just a patsy." I don't doubt that. Something far more sinister was afoot.

Congress Wants Martin Luther King FBI Files Released

Democratic senator, John Kerry, is seeking the full release of the FBI's Freedom of Information Act files, on the late civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr. For years, the FBI deceitfully released partial files that have been heavily redacted. It screams cowardice, dishonesty and treachery.
It's really ridiculous that a U.S. Senator has to bring forth special legislation to unearth all the FBI King files, when the Freedom of Information Act, which is already in existence by Congressional order, states the people of the United States are entitled to the files in question that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is disgracefully hiding.
The suicide letter the devilish FBI sent to Martin Luther King Jr. telling him to kill himself, just before he accepted the Nobel Peace Prize. Thankfully, he didn't harm himself.
The FBI isn't fooling anyone but themselves, into thinking the nation and the world likes and respects them for this appalling deceit, treachery and treason. The world hates the FBI. Americans look at the Bureau with mistrust and disdain and foreign governments greet them with quiet suspicion, believing the absolute worst when they see them coming.

How ironic, as that ugly, abominable racism still exists at the FBI, deeming blacks and Hispanics inferior to whites. The Judiciary Report believes, if Martin Luther King Jr. had been born into modern times, preaching today the same message he did during the Civil Rights era, the FBI would murder him all over again.
As the expression goes, heaven forbid anyone stands up and peacefully states all people are created equal in the sight of God - the FBI immediately brands you a communist, socialist or spy that needs to be neutralized immediately.

As usual, the FBI is behaving as though it is a law unto itself, in trying to hide one of world history's worst open secrets. Hiding Martin Luther King Jr's true FOIA files will not make the world love the FBI, as many and I do mean many, people currently hate the agency and want it gone. The FBI is the most hated law enforcement agency in America and the world. Therefore, they need to drop the charade and exit the stage.

Fidelity, Bravery and Integrity?
The C.I.A. can be downright evil and wicked, doing things they have to hide from the American people, lest riots break out in the streets of America, but the world never viewed them as incompetent. The FBI has an image of incompetence, idiocy and insanity it just can't shake, thanks to poor leadership from headquarters, in folly after folly.
While, one maybe able to laugh at it, there is one massive problem. As the Judiciary Report has stated for years, the FBI is America's first line of defense against terrorists and serious criminals. The FBI + national security is a formula for the death of innocent people. Something needs to be done on a congressional level, lest millions die when the FBI fails again, on a greater level in a serious terror probe.

U.S. Sen. John Kerry plans to introduce legislation next week that would pave the way for the release of thousands of FBI documents on the life and death of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.
Kerry, D-Mass., said the bill, which failed in 2006, can pass this year in honor of King. "I want the world to know what he stood for," Kerry said. "And I want his personal history preserved and examined by releasing all of his records."
The bill calls for creating a Martin Luther King Records Collection at the National Archives that would include all government records related to King. The bill also would create a five-member independent review board that would identify and make public all documents from agencies including the FBI — just as a review board in 1992 made public documents related to the 1963 John F. Kennedy assassination...

On October 10, 1963, U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy committed what is widely viewed as one of the most ignominious acts in modern American history: he authorized the Federal Bureau of Investigation to begin wiretapping the telephones of the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. Kennedy believed that one of King's closest advisers was a top-level member of the American Communist Party, and that King had repeatedly misled Administration officials about his ongoing close ties with the man. Kennedy acted reluctantly, and his order remained secret until May of 1968, just a few weeks after King's assassination and a few days before Kennedy's own. But the FBI onslaught against King that followed Kennedy's authorization remains notorious, and the stains on the reputations of everyone involved are indelible. http://www.theatlantic.com

FBI Still Doing "Black Bag" Jobs

Edgar Hoover, the FBI illegally performed "Black Bag" jobs, breaking into properties and performing illegal search and photography missions, in violation of the Constitution. It was ordered illegal in 1972 by the U.S. Supreme Court. It's amazing that all these years later, under former President, Another instance of history repeating itself: FBI Director Robert S. Mueller misusing the FBI for political, social and financial gain. Former FBI Director, William Steele Sessions, abused his post as well and was fired for it. |
