Evelyn Lozada Sued By The State In Antoine Walker's $110,000,000 Bankruptcy Case

Evelyn Lozada

"Basketball Wives" reality star, Evelyn Lozada, has been sued by the South Florida Bankruptcy Court, for the money she received from her ex-boyfriend, former Miami Heat athlete, Antoine Walker, who had signed a $110,000,000 contract, but lost most of his money to luxury living and bad investments.

The couple lived in a custom built Coconut Grove mansion in Miami for years, which has lingered on the real estate market for well over a year without any takers. The home is too big and overpriced for that section of the Grove, as surrounding properties shown online are much smaller.

During their relationship, Walker gave Lozada $560,000 to start the shoe store Dulce in the Miracle Mile section of Coral Gables. According to the federal court bankruptcy trustee, Lozada should not have been given the money, as Walker has creditors that are a greater priority.

As such, the trustee is suing Lozada to retrieve the money, plus court costs and interest. While she has made a few hundred thousand dollars on "Basketball Wives" and from public appearances, losing $560,000 plus legal fees and interest, will put a massive dent in her finances. Lozda's fiancé, football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson is a millionaire, but may become concerned and not risk his cash, after witnessing the financial fall of Walker.

'Basketball Wives' Star Sued for Helping Blow NBA Star's Fortune

Evelyn Lozada -- one of the stars of "Basketball Wives" who was once engaged to former NBA All-Star Antoine Walker -- is being sued for allegedly receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars illegally. The story is shocking. Walker raked in a whopping $110 million during his NBA career, in addition to untold millions in endorsements and other deals ... and he blew ALL OF IT and a lot more.

Walker filed for bankruptcy last year, and now the bankruptcy trustee smells a rat. It seems Walker gave Lozada $560,000 when he already knew he was going belly up. The trustee has sued Lozada, claiming the transfer was fraudulent -- an attempt to hide money from legitimate creditors. The trustee says Lozada used the money to start a Miami shoe store called Dulce, and now the trustee wants the $560k back.

Did Basketball Wives Star Evelyn Lozada Leave Her Fiancé Because He Lost His Money

Did "Basketball Wives" reality TV star, Evelyn Lozada, 35, leave her finance of 10-years, NBA basketball player, Antoine Walker, because he lost almost all of his money, due to excessive spending and gambling, forcing him to put his Miami mansion on the market. The house originally priced at, $3,4000,000, is still on the market, suffering from a number of price reductions.

Walker's home in the Miami suburb of Coconut Grove has been on the market for the past 8-months

The Miami Heat athlete made millions, but was regrettably arrested for writing bad checks to a casino to cover his gambling debts. The Judiciary Report does not support gambling, as it can become an addiction, robbing people of all they have worked for.

Walker's property has seven bedrooms

Lozada left Walker when his money woes arose, moving out of the Coconut Grove mansion they shared, as it faced foreclosure and he bankruptcy. However, she was able to start her own boutique in neighboring Coral Gables, with money she gained from Walker. Lozada now lives in a condo with her 17-year-old daughter Shanice, after living in the lap of luxury with Walker for years.

Walker's property also features a pool

The reality star cried on "Basketball Wives" bitter that Walker did not marry her after all those years. One has to admit, an engagement lasting for a decade is not the norm and clearly betrays the fact, Walker did not want to marry Lozada.

Could it be Lozada's well known temper, love of money or her reputation as a NBA groupie (as disdainfully mentioned on "Basketball Wives"). His reported cheating most likely played apart in his desire to remain single as well.

Walker is now playing for smaller basketball teams, while he works to repair his life and finances. Lozada is engaged to millionaire NFL football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, who was just traded to the New England Patriots.

Lebron James' New Miami Home

Lebron James: I'm ballin'...literally!

The following are photos of what is believed to be Lebron James' new $50 million dollar, 20,000 square foot home, in the Miami suburb of Coral Gables, Florida. Lebron's house in Miami is so little, it's only like 17,400 square feet bigger than my place. That was a joke and for those of you that didn't get it:

a.) You need to Google how much space 20,000 square feet constitutes, as it is a lot.

b) You probably live in Cleveland and are still bitter (grin) I'm just teasing.
