Judge To Lindsay Lohan: You Need Psychiatric Help

Another day, another dollar court appearance for Hollywood wreck, Lindsay Lohan. The one time actress and her delusional, enabling mother, strolled into court stonefaced, like they are on an important mission, going to the G20 or Yalta, when they are two yentas that keep running amok.

Judge Keith L. Schwartz, reproved Lohan for her chronic criminal conduct, which has has landed the former star in court again. In a telling move, he also requested to see a psychiatric profile of Lohan, indicating he believes she is mentally ill. Judge Schwartz stated Lohan is need of "mental help." Indeed. The Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated Lohan is schizophrenic because of crazy Kabbalah.

Can you really blame the judge for thinking this, as her acts of self-sabotage, kleptomania, violent attacks on others, incendiary, illogical outbursts and overall dysfunctional behavior, in and outside court, indicates there is a greater problem. Bipolar disorder is to mild to describe what Lohan has been doing.

Normal people don't keep landing in legal hot water, in such unnecessary circumstances of their own making, which include lawlessness, violence, rage and theft. Only crazy, criminally compulsive people, whose minds are racked with schizophrenia, keep trotting down that same path.

Well, she's done it again. Sony Music pop tart, Britney Spears, has stolen more material, in what could result in her umpteenth lawsuit for copyright infringement. The famed Bellamy Brothers, are not amused with her stealing their 1979 lyrics and song title, for her dismal new rip-off tune, "Hold It Against Me," which is being propped up by payola.

The unoriginal, criminal copyright infringing video, accompanying the song isn't much better. Spears, who is only 29-years-old, looks haggard and weathered. She has aged drastically overnight, proving if people do not take care of themselves, via consume too much alcohol, take drugs, party hard and and engage in other stressful activity, it will ravage their looks.

The music video has airbrushing and CGI to smooth out her features and she still looks much older than her age, which is not helpful in her demographic or pop genre that is very youth oriented.

There were rumors last month that Spears, who is on several anti-psychotic meds to control her schizophrenia, was so out of it at the "Hold It Against Me" video shoot, the director became incensed. The director reportedly ordered the back-up dancers to do most of the leg work. The final product shows a lethargic Spears being outshone by her lively, energetic back up dancers. The video is now a hot mess that Spears devalued.

Spears is wearing terrible, trashy, ill-fitting clothes, hooker make-up and a zombie expression. She doesn't look like a pop star. She looks like a woman beaten by her own bad choices in life. She does not exactly embody what pop music is about.

It is about being exuberant, cutting edge and young minded. I've said it before and I'll say it again, she is now a show monkey being propped up to make money at any cost, including her sanity and dignity, which are long gone. What a farce.

Pop singer, Justin Bieber, made an appearance on the Ellen Degeneres show and told his fans he does not care if they do not like his new haircut, inspired by the talk show host. Wow, he patterned his haircut after a fifty-something lesbian. I can see how that would send his fans mixed messages.

Regardless, he shouldn't insult them. Bieber should learn from his mentor Usher, who lost a good chunk of his fanbase, when he began berating them over his now ex-wife, Tameka Raymond. It is wise to learn to be diplomatic.

Side Bar: Ironically, the incompetent, bumbling head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, said Bieber should get a haircut in a ridiculous speech he gave weeks ago. So much for his instincts, then.

Prosecutor's using the stripper's testimony revealed, Berlusconi gave Mahroug, "Two Rolex watches, one of which was worth $70,000, a $25,000 fur stole, a $20,000 diamond necklace, Versace shoes, a Dolce and Gabbana Swarovksi crystal designer watch, diamond bracelets, pendants, rings, earrings from brands like Bulgari and Tiffany red and black Valentino dress encrusted with Swarovski pearls, as a gift on Valentine's Day 2010 to mark 'our first meeting.'" He also, "Promised her an Audi R8."

As you can see based on testimony, Berlusconi gave Mahroug an expensive dress for Valentine's Day, which explains much about the nature of their illicit relationship. These are not gifts one gives to a minor one is not related to in some measure, as it would explain the largesse.

These are gifts a man gives his wife, girlfriend or mistress. This aforementioned evidence and additional items such as incriminating wiretaps, coupled with items indicating El Mahroug was present at orgies Berlusconi held at his Milan, Italy home, paints a picture of a man engaging in sex with a minor. Berlusconi's ex-wife's claims of her repulsion at his proclivity for underage girls, also doesn't help his case.

What O'Neal has done in the past is to lure disgruntled women on the show and get them to spill all, you know, like Oprah.

However, it has gotten quite messy with current and past alumni. I'll cite a few examples. Rashidah Ali, who made an appearance on the show, was arrested and has been sued for a gory assault on bouncer, Joseph Wright. He tried to eject Ali and two friends from a club and she cut his face open.

Former MTV "Real World" cast member, Tammy Roman, joined "Basketball Wives" and fell into some trouble. Roman, who famously married, then was divorced from Kenny Anderson, who left her with nothing, in spite of the fact she has two children for him, became inebriated on the show and tried to fight the black Paris Hilton, Jennifer Williams, wife of basketball player, Eric Williams.

In another incident, Gloria Govan, fiancee of basketball player, Matt Barnes, was the subject of domestic violence, when the couple had a dispute about an undisclosed matter. Barnes was arrested.

Govan's sister, Laura, who also appeared on the show and reportedly had an affair with Shaquille O'Neal, while he was married, had a very messy break-up with boyfriend, basketball player, Gilbert Arenas. Govan illegally cleaned out his mansion of $4,000,000 worth of goods.

Shaunie isn't scandal free either when it comes to this show. Her current boyfriend, Marlon Yates, 23, has been paying special attention to castmate, Royce Reed, who is the mother of basketballer Dwight Howard's son. Howard filed a restraining order against Reed and barred her from including their son in "Basketball Wives."

Yates, allegedly bought dancer Reed expensive shoes, when he is supposed to be dating her boss, which has placed her in the line of fire, as in getting fired by O'Neal. No official word has been released, but some sites are stating O'Neal wants her off the show.

With all the money and fame the aforementioned folks have, it is remarkable and tragic that none of them seem happy. "Basketball Wives" is often catty, cruel, caustic and violent. It's not the best portray of black people and people of color on television.

There is even an episode where Reed throws a benefit for cancer research, only for Williams and Lozada, to lie and mockingly make excuses not to attend. There is nothing funny or amusing about cancer. I think the show hit an all time low, in broadcasting such superficial and socially ignorant conduct.
