Obama In Muslim Flag Scandal

New U.S Missile Defense Logo Contains Elements Of Islamic Flag

Drudge Report reported uproar online, regarding the new logo for the United States Missile Defense Agency, as it bears a striking resemblance to the Islamic flag and Obama's campaign logo.

Left to right: new U.S Missile Defense Agency logo (with star and crescent), Obama logo and Islamic flag (with star and crescent)

Sorry, but this looks a certain way. It's not helping the "Obama is a Muslim" rumors. Watch Obama get mad again in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (clear the room, he's going to blow a fuse).

Flashback:

"Obama: Why Question My Faith Or Citizenship?"

They better clear this one up fast or people will connect dots, wondering if an Islamic U.S. President has his finger on the nuclear trigger and vice versa, in being responsible for the nation's nuclear defense.

New Home Purchases In America Hit Record Low

New home sales in America hit a record low last month, of 309,000, which is a sign indicative of a weak and struggling economy. It is the lowest number since 1963 when the records began. The economic and financial systems are still log-jammed, for such a negative record to be achieved.

Buying a home is considered the American dream and if that has decreased to such low numeric levels, it should send a terrible signal to Washington that things are still amiss in the financial sector and with the American people's collective finances.

However, it is Washington and the current Congress will just interpret it as "Spend More" taxpayer money, which is the wrong answer.

Apart of the problem is unemployment has skyrocketed, many Americans have filed bankruptcy and as a result of financially challenging times, now have bad credit. It is now extremely difficult to buy a home in America with bad credit and or no job.

New home sales hit record low

Wed Feb 24, 2010 1:25pm EST - WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Sales of newly built U.S. single-family homes unexpectedly fell to a record low in January, while mortgage demand for purchases hit a 13-year low last week, fanning fears of renewed housing market weakness.

The Commerce Department said on Wednesday sales dropped 11.2 percent to a 309,000 unit annual rate, the lowest level since records started in 1963, from 348,000 units in December.

It was the third straight monthly drop in new home sales and the largest percentage decline in a year. Analysts, who had expected a 360,000 unit pace, said bad weather was partly to blame and warned of more of the same for February...

Webcam Spying Vice Principal Gives Evasive Excuse

A Harriton High student and her mom speak of the invasive webcam spying

In a carefully worded legal statement, Lynn Matsko, the vice principal of Harriton High in Philadelphia, accused of confronting 15-year-old student, Blake Robbins, with a snapshot taken of him at home, using spyware placed on his school issued laptop, has denied any wrongdoing.

She said and I quote, "At no time have I ever monitored a student via a laptop webcam." I do not like her answer, as it is evasive. She said she did not monitor him at home, which is semantics, as she has refused to explain how she ended up with a webcam taken photo of Robbins at home in his bedroom.

15-year-old Blake Robbins

She can say that, but in the back of her mind, thanks to a lawyer think, "Yes, I did not monitor him in his bedroom, as I am not the school's IT tech, but I was passed the illegally taken photograph of a minor in his bedroom, that was snapped without his permission or that of his parents."

Robbins father also received confirmation from Lynn Matsko that the school can remotely turn on the laptops, using spyware they installed before handing them out to students.

The school also admitted they have this capability, have used it and now due to a court order, deactivated the spy program, that has the capability to watch students and families in their homes.

Lynn Matsko

Though, the school has admitted activating the spyware to take snapshots of students in different situations, they too are claiming they did not do so to spy. Semantics once again.

It reminds me of America's weed answer to Bob Marley, former President, Bill Clinton, saying he tried marijuana, but never inhaled. If you say so, Bubba. Once again, semantics.

Teacher Kills Herself Over Nude Photos On Facebook

Emma Jones

24-year-old British teacher, Emma Jones, committed suicide, after a reportedly sadistic, vindictive ex-boyfriend, Mr. Brayley, posted nude photos of her on the internet website, Facebook, without her permission.

She was working in the Middle East as a teacher, when she found out what transpired on the social networking site, via a colleague at the school, accusing her of prostitution, after viewing the Facebook site.

Overwhelmed, she called her mother crying, then later committed suicide, unable to cope with what was done to her and the fear she would be jailed in Dubai. If her boyfriend is found liable, he should be imprisoned and fined, as this incident has cost Emma Jones her life.

Poor thing. Suicide is never the answer. Some people are wicked enough to want to harm and push others over the edge, but you can't let them win. You have to regain control of your life and keep going forward. Suing them senseless for violating your rights, doesn't hurt either.

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, laws need to be enacted, providing serious criminal penalties and fines, to anyone that uploads nude photos and or videos, of another person without their consent, as it is a vile, inhumane invasion of privacy. The whole practice is lewd and vulgar.

British teacher killed herself after naked photos were posted on Facebook

24th February, 2010 - A British teacher found dead in her Middle Eastern apartment killed herself after a former boyfriend posted naked photographs of her on Facebook, an inquest heard.

Emma Jones, who was teaching in Abu Dhabi at an international school, killed herself after fearing she would be jailed over the indecent photos, Mail Online reported.

The 24-year-old is thought to have drunken poisonous cleaning fluid to take her own life. She was believed to have already started packing to return to Britain, as her passport was found in her jeans pocket.

Her mother Louise Rowlands told the hearing about Emma's worry over the Facebook photos. "He put them on her Facebook and she said she was accused of prostitution by a man working at the school', said Mrs Rowlands.

A man working at the school had allegedly seen the photos and Emma feared that she would be reported to Abu Dhabi authorities.

Emma had been working at the International School of Choueifat in Khalifa City since 2008 and she did not get on well with the man who saw the pictures. Her mother encouraged Miss Jones to return to Britain but Emma was convinced she'd be thrown in jail if she tried to leave.

The ex boyfriend accused of posting the photos, Mr Brayley, denies doing so and said he had never downloaded private pictures of her, he told the inquest in Cardiff...

Killer Whale Kills Trainer At Florida Seaworld

Killer Whale Indeed

A killer whale lived up to his name and reputation today, in the death of his trainer, Dawn Brancheau, 40. Tillikum the Killer Whale, killed a trainer and a park visitor in the past, yet was deemed safe for shows at Seaworld in Orlando, Florida. This decision cost Brancheau her life.

The whale most likely got tired of the show. There is a danger in taming wild animals, as they are instinctive, territorial and dislike being told what to do.

The Judiciary Report realizes trainers love their animals, but when one has such a distinct history for murder, the mammal should not be accessible to any human.

SeaWorld Trainer Killed By Whale ID'd

UPDATED: 7:13 pm EST February 24, 2010 - A sheriff's official said Dawn Brancheau, 40, was the trainer who was killed. Emergency personnel were called to the park just after 2 p.m. and found a person dead, according to Orange County Fire Rescue spokesman John Mulhall.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the theme park after receiving a call that an employee had been attacked and injured in the "killer whale tank" in front of an audience.

Brancheau was a senior trainer at the theme park. She was pronounced dead at the park after being pulled from the tank, the sheriff's office said...

Witness Victoria Biniak said she saw the deadly incident from a viewing area.

"The trainer was explaining different things about the whale and then the trainer that was down there walked away from the window. Then Telly (the whale) took off really fast in the tank and he came back, shot up in the air, grabbed the trainer by the waist and started thrashing (her) around," Biniak said. "He was thrashing her around pretty good. It was violent."

Biniak said the attack was so violent that it caused the trainer's shoe to fly off...

Is Botox Safe

(Photo courtesy of the Times Online)

A number of people have been questioning the safety of cosmetic drug, Botox, in light of people having died after using it. It is essentially, purified poison, injected into the face in small quantities, to temporarily paralyze facial muscles, in attempting to reduce facial wrinkles and lines for a few months at a time.

The mere fact that it is a derivative of a potent poison and has shown it has the capability to cause death even in its treated form, should raise questions about free radicals and cancer as well. Sustained toxicity is never good for any system.

Can injecting this lethal toxin into our wrinkles really be harmless?

February 20, 2010 - How safe is that Botox jab? Is it really true that it can leak to your brain?

One of the main sources of concern in the United States is recent research that casts doubt on initial confidence that Botox cannot reach the brain. In 2008, Italian researchers reported that botulinum toxin injected into the faces of mice had travelled to the brain stems three days later. The potential consequences for nerve signalling and breathing are enormous.

The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons has pointed out that if something happens in mice it does not follow that it will be repeated, or be harmful, in humans. The manufacturer of Botox, Allergan, says that other published studies contradict the findings of the Italian researchers.

Ashley Cole May Plead Racial Discrimination

Ashley Cole and wife Cheryl

According to a legal expert, Chelsea FC football player in London, Ashley Cole, may plead racial discrimination, in the face of a massive forthcoming fine, for smuggling in women to team hotels, during away games, when cheating on his wife, faux singer, Cheryl Cole.

The Judiciary Report, who is no fan of Cheryl's, is of the belief, it would be inappropriate for Cole to cite any racism in this instance, as he clearly violated club rules that apply to all Chelsea FC team members, irrespective of their skin tone and ethnic background.

Through two incidents, via a newspaper tell-all and a separate outing of an affair on a message board, it was revealed Cole broke team rules in sneaking women into his hotel rooms during official play.

Chelsea Defender Ashley Cole Could Claim 'Constructive Dismissal Or Race Discrimination'

...Claims Employment Lawyer...Legal expert warns disgruntled star could take club to the cleaners...

24-Feb-2010 3:05:00 PM - In the event that Chelsea fine Ashley Cole due to allegations surrounding his private life, the player could pursue a case of constructive dismissal or racial discrimination against his employer, a legal expert claims.

The left-back has been embroiled in a scandal that reportedly involved twice smuggling a girl into a club hotel room the day before a Chelsea match.

Reports have since stated that the Blues will fine Cole £200,000 and team meetings have also been held to remind the playing staff of their responsibilities.

Paul Reeves from international law firm Stephenson Harwood explained Cole's options, but the 29-year-old England defender has made no suggestion that he is ready to abide by the following course of action.
