Obama Explains Himself...But Answers Are Still Lacking

Video: Obama Unveils Deficit-increasing $3.83 Trillion

U.S. President Barack Obama took to a press conference today to explain himself and his massive new budget that has alarmed the nation. People still fail to grasp why all this record spending is necessary and the explanations that have been furnished have failed to assuage public angst and anger regarding the ever rising national deficit. You should do more to explain the budget, as what you have stated still leaves many questions unanswered.

Obama Violated Another Campaign Promise

President Barack Obama

The U.S. State Department of all people, have confirmed, President Barack Obama, has violated another campaign promise, by awarding a lucrative government contract to a Democratic financial contributor, without bidding.

Democratic Party donor Vincent Checchi, who gave money to the President's campaign, was awarded a $24.6 million contract by the Obama administration. That does not look good.

The Judiciary Report does not approve of such conduct, as it is corrupt. When contracts are awarded without bidding, the taxpayers do not get the best value for their money, as another company could have offered the same services for less money.

A few weeks ago before this story came to light, I was informed by someone in the know that Obama is beholden to the people that paid to get him elected, via substantial contributions and this report regarding Vincent Checchi is confirmation the person was right.

President Barack Obama

The person made the comment in reference to my case, where Obama's FBI and DOJ have been fighting tooth and nail to unlawfully withhold incriminating Freedom of Information Act files I requested and am entitled to, especially under emergency circumstances, regarding the violation of my rights by Madonna and others affiliated with her, who are substantial Obama campaign donors.

One can raise all the money one wants to get in office, but if one's character is in question with the public, it is not conducive to reelection.

I'm very disappointed, as I expected more from the President after the promises he made to the nation and the world, while vying for office.

FBI Lawsuit Update - Part 2

State Dept. Official: Obama Violated Pledge

Sunday, 31 Jan 2010 08:50 PM - The recent awarding of a lucrative federal contract to a company owned by a financial contributor to the Obama presidential campaign -- without competitive bidding -- "violated" President Obama's many campaign pledges to crack down on the practice, a top State Department official told Fox News.

The contract, worth more than $24.6 million, was awarded on Jan. 4 by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to Checchi and Company Consulting, a Washington, D.C.-based firm owned by economist and Democratic Party donor Vincent Checchi. The deal called for Checchi's firm to train lawyers and judges in Afghanistan and thereby strengthen the "rule of law" in the war-torn country.

"You make a valid point. If you want to say this violates the basis on which this administration came into office and campaigned, fair enough," Assistant Secretary of State P.J. Crowley told Fox. A Fox reporter reminded Crowley that Obama had made many pledges during the 2008 campaign to crack down on the use of no-bid contracts. The president signed a memorandum last March instructing the Office of Management and Budget to curb the practice.

Crowley confirmed that the contract has been "terminated" because the circumstances under which it was awarded "violated the Competition in Contracting Act." Crowley said the contract was actually a renewal of a $44 million contract first awarded to Checchi and Company in October 2004 by the Bush administration -- after a competitive bidding process -- and will now be put out for competitive bids.

The existence of the Checchi contract was first publicly reported by Fox News on Jan. 25.

Axelrod: Alito's unusual outburst

January 31, 2010 - Categories: Bad behavior

White House senior adviser David Axelrod described Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito's reaction to the State of the Union address on Sunday as one of a growing number of "unusual outbursts" during speeches.

"In this weird political season we have become accustomed to unusual outbursts in the chamber during these speeches," Axelrod said on NBC's "Meet the Press."

Alito caused a stir by apparently mouthing "not true" when President Barack Obama criticized a Supreme Court ruling that the president said would open the floodgates to corporate money in elections.

Axelrod declined to say whether Alito's behavior was appropriate.

Iranian Prime Minister Threatens America Again

Iranian Prime Minister Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (left) and the Ayatollah (right)

Iran released a threat against American this morning, that sent Washington into crisis mode, deploying military ships and planes to the Persian Gulf. Iranian Prime Minister, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, promised a blow to "global arrogance" on February 11, 2010.

Why are you always provoking the U.S. government? Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should, especially when you are in a position where millions could die. Stop endangering the people of Iran. The threats of annihilation are not accomplishing anything, other than propelling nations further away from world peace.

U.S. President Barack Obama

It would be better if you made your point of view heard via productive dialog in prearranged diplomatic meetings. You never know, you may find common ground one day.

You have 70,000,000 people in your country (Iran). There is much you can accomplish. Find ways to be happy and productive within yourselves.

Iran opposition leaders call for protests

February 1, 2010 6:31 a.m. EST - (CNN) -- Two top Iranian opposition leaders have called on supporters to protest on February 11, the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, an opposition Web site reported...

Meanwhile, state-run Press TV quoted Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday as saying that the nation will deliver a harsh blow to "global arrogance" on February 11.

UPDATE 1-US missile test mimicking Iran strike fails

Mon Feb 1, 2010 2:59pm EST

WASHINGTON, Feb 1 (Reuters) - A U.S. attempt to shoot down a ballistic missile mimicking an attack from Iran failed after a malfunction in a radar built by Raytheon Co (RTN.N), the Defense Department said.

The abortive test over the Pacific Ocean coincided with a Pentagon report that Iran had expanded its ballistic missile capabilities and posed a "significant" threat to U.S. and allied forces in the Middle East region.

The Missile Defense Agency said that in Sunday's test both the target missile, fired from Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands, and the interceptor, from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, had performed normally.

"However, the Sea-Based X-band radar did not perform as expected," the agency said on its web site. Officials will investigate the cause of the failure to intercept, it said.

The SBX radar is a major component of the ground-based midcourse defense, the sole U.S. bulwark against long-range missiles that could be tipped with chemical, biological or nuclear warheads.

It was the first time the United States had tested its long-range defense against a simulated Iranian attack.

Obama Admin And NASA's Dangerous Missions

U.S. President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama and NASA plan to undertake environmentally dangerous missions to the moon and Mars to "churn soil" for use in rocket fuel, among other things.

To disturb the environmental balance of the moon and Mars, in order to reap organic materials for miscellaneous use, is dangerous. You could throw the entire solar system out of whack in attempting to harvest said resources.

Where oh where did this idea come from. You could end life as we know it, via tampering with the solar system in an unsafe manner.

Obama Calls for End to NASA’s Moon Program

Published: February 1, 2010 - President Obama is calling on NASA to cancel the program that was to return humans to the Moon by 2020, and focus instead on radically new space technologies.

Mr. Obama’s 2010 budget proposal for NASA asks for $18 billion over five years for fueling spacecraft in orbit, new types of engines to accelerate spacecraft through space and robotic factories that could churn soil on the Moon — and eventually Mars — into rocket fuel.

Damaging New Book On Gordon Brown (Alleges Violence)

The End Of The Party

A new book is being published on British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown and it is very damaging. In the book, "The End Of The Party" author Andrew Rawnsley alleges Gordon Brown pulled a Chris Brown and got abusive with a female staffer, by yelling at and yanking her out of a chair by the arm, because she could not keep up with the dictations he uttered.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown

If this allegation is untrue, you need to sue, as it can easily be interpreted as violence against a woman, which is serious. Brown is also accused of hitting a male staffer, which is another damaging claim that will not be helpful to his name in any form. "The End Of The party" is single-handedly destroying his name.

Angry Gordon Brown 'hit out at aide and yanked secretary from her chair'

Last updated at 2:13 PM on 31st January 2010 - Hot-head: Gordon Brown, pictured at a fundraising event for Haiti in London, is said to have pulled a woman secretary out of her chair because she couldn't keep up as he dictated.

Sensational claims that Gordon Brown has physically attacked his staff in a series of outbursts in Downing Street - and once in America - have rocked the Government.

Well-placed sources say the Prime Minister has been accused of hitting a senior adviser, pulling a secretary out of her chair and hurling foul-mouthed abuse at aides while distraught over an alleged snub by President Barack Obama.

The claims, which are fiercely denied by Mr Brown's allies, are linked to a new book about Mr Brown by respected political journalist Andrew Rawnsley.

In researching the book, The End Of The Party, due to be published on March 1, Mr Rawnsley has investigated allegations that Mr Brown flew into a number of wild rages since he succeeded Tony Blair as Prime Minister. The publishers say his accounts are so detailed that readers will think he has 'bugs in the vases at No10'.

Another blockbuster book by Mr Rawnsley ten years ago revealed similar explosive incidents involving Mr Brown. The Mail on Sunday has been told that the new allegations include claims that Mr Brown:

* Hit a senior aide who got in the way as he rushed to a reception at No10.
* Physically pulled a secretary out of her chair as he dictated a memo to her.
* Hurled foul-mouthed abuse at two aides in his hotel room in America in a state of semi-undress after reports that he had been snubbed by President Obama...

Activist From ACORN Scandal Posed As Telephone Repairman

Video: Watergate Style Break-In At Sen. Landrieu's Office - CBS

The activist from the ACORN scandal, James O'Keefe, who was arrested last week for tampering with and wiretapping the office of Senator Mary Landrieu, employed a tactic I complained of 5 months ago in my lawsuit Aisha v. FBI.

Day one, the phone company would send someone to fix my phone line, then by day two, unbeknownst to us, Madonna's Kabbalah would send someone posing as a telephone repairman to tamper with it again.

This pattern repeated itself 3 times in 2005 over the course of two weeks, which led me to call the phone company and ask how many repair men they sent out. They said 3, yet we counted 6 and one of them knew too much about me, made his way into my home studio and confronted me, which gave the game away that he was a fraud posing as a repairman. Something he said gave it away that it was Kabbalah. I stated in the lawsuit:

Furthermore, how would the FBI explain away all the concrete evidence in the case, illustrating blatant crimes being committed against Aisha, such as the fact the hacks into Aisha’s computers to steal copyrights have been digitally and irrefutably traced back to the staff of Madonna.com. Madonna’s famous producers, affiliates and friends contacting Aisha online, by phone and in person. Her business partner, Sony, contacting Aisha repeatedly via email, inviting her to their company, sending her a gift by mail containing spyware, then proceeding to commit criminal copyright infringement, unlawfully using years old, preexisting copyrights belonging to Aisha. Members of Madonna’s Miami Kabbalah Center arrogantly stalking Aisha’s on a weekly basis, approaching her and getting caught on camera. The revelation that members of Madonna’s Kabbalah Center trespassed at Aisha’s home, unlawfully gaining access to Aisha’s house, pretending to be AT&T and Direct TV technicians the companies later claimed no knowledge of dispatching.

Based on reports over the past few days, O'Keefe and others conspired, then went to Senator Mary Landrieu's office posing as telephone repairmen. Apparently, this is the latest way to trespass and commit invasion of privacy and wiretapping. The sad part is innocent surveillance targets could get hurt in this manner, when people abuse phone companies' names, posing as their employees.

There was an incident regarding my phone line needing repair. All of a sudden, our line bore all the written about signs of wiretapping, such as interference on the line, static, secondary conversations as though the lines were crossed up, the phone would ring and a constant beeping noise would sound with no one on the other end, calls would abruptly cut off during key points in conversations and clicking noises would sound during certain phone calls. I looked it up online. Numerous private investigators' websites and book excerpts referred to it as signs or symptoms of wiretapping.

However, there were two other strange incidents regarding my phone line as well. In 2006, an actual AT&T repairman looked at my phone line, then came into my home office, as he didn't like what he saw on it, then started talking about wiretaps and stated "You aren't a spy are you" which really offended me, because I'm not (he was assuming only spies and terrorists are wiretapped - clearly, he hadn't met Madonna's private eye Anthony Pellicano or heard of the FBI spying on journalists and bloggers). He saw the wiretap.

Then, there was another incident prior to that where an AT&T phone repairman called me into the backyard while he was working on the phone box they put on each person's property and said to me, he doesn't like the fact there is no one inside the house, yet my phone line outside is lit up, showing activity and is engaged.

There is a pervasive corruption in the government and the corporate sector, where people believe they have an illegal right to spy on others, engaging in invasion of privacy, via wiretaps and other unsavory surveillance tools such as hidden cameras, forbidden by law. It needs to stop, as it is unconstitutional, thoroughly illegal and sick.

Has the FBI seized the computers of the New Orleans 4?

January 28, 2010 - Defenders of the operatives who tried to tamper with Sen. Mary Landrieu's phones point out that the men have not been formally accused of wiretapping. They have been accused of intending to maliciously tamper with the a federally owned phone system.

Wiretapping is one type of malicious tampering. It's also a much more serious and politically explosive charge than mere vandalism. So, as you'd expect, the suspects' lawyers are working overtime to counter suspicions of bugging or wiretapping...

The first step would be to analyze the equipment that the suspects brought with them. According to the affidavit that the two fake "repairmen" were wearing tool belts. So far, authorities haven't said what kind of tools they were carrying. It would also be nice to know more about that listening equipment that Stan Dai supposedly had with him in his car when he was arrested...

All four guys have been bailed out of jail. Let's hope the FBI has taken care to secure their home and work computers. Otherwise, they're probably home wiping their hard drives right now.

The 2010 Grammys Stunk

Lady Gaga (that is so wrong!)

The 2010 Grammy telecast was boring. The promise of a Michael Jackson tribute, anchored by his kids accepting an award on his behalf, boosted ratings, but the show had very few good moments out side of that. Even the tribute to Jackson wasn't the best, due to song selection. "Man In The Mirror" would have been the better choice.

Lady Gaga

Kings of Leon had the top pop song of the year with "Use Somebody" but barely walked away with much. However, with the Grammys, it's who you know, not what you do. It is not based on merit. Any show that can award artists that steal other musicians music, such as Beyonce, has been discredited.

Beyonce

Dimwitted Beyonce, who can barely speak English, accepted awards for preexisting copyrighted songs she criminally stole in violation of the Copyright Act and Berne Treaty, then fraudulently claimed she wrote, taking payment and credit for them. Nice work tainting the awards and the Guinness World Book of Records, among others.

Mary J. Blige had another outburst and told off her band at a Grammy party, stunning the audience

U.S. Deficit To Hit All Time High

U.S. President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama is seeking to implement a record $3.8 trillion budget for 2011, increasing the national deficit by an unprecedented $1.6 trillion dollars. This is trouble waiting to happen.

Unprecedented, crushing debt, can topple the federal government, forcing a complete restructuring of the national legislative hierarchy, due to lack of funds. If the national debt becomes too high, there will only be money for local government, while many federal agencies would face the chop.

One cannot keep pressing up money and expect foreign nations will keep opening their coffers to dole out generous loans, if repayment is painfully not possible, due to dire financial straits. Too much spending is going on and too little saving.

Deficit to Hit All-Time High

JANUARY 31, 2010, 7:36 P.M. ET - Obama's $3.8 Trillion Budget Forecasts a $1.6 Trillion Shortfall for 2010 Before It Drops.

WASHINGTON—President Barack Obama will propose on Monday a $3.8 trillion budget for fiscal 2011 that projects the deficit will shoot up to a record $1.6 trillion this year, but would push the red ink down to about $700 billion, or 4% of the gross domestic product, by 2013, according to congressional aides.

The deficit for the current fiscal year, which ends on Sept. 30, would eclipse last year's $1.4 trillion deficit, in part due to new spending on a proposed jobs package. The president also wants $25 billion for cash-strapped state governments, mainly to offset their funding of the Medicaid health program for the poor.

Britney Spears Going Crazy In Miami

Britney Spears

According to Radar Online, pop psycho, Britney Spears, has been pictured in Miami at a local recording studio, behaving weirdly and looking very depressed. Spears belongs in a straight jacket, not on a stage.

The sick things she's done in her personal life, from attacking her own toddler and biting him, to spying on her ex-husband and mother, via a private eye similar to disgraced sleuth, Anthony Pellicano, who illegally wiretapped and bugged her family at Spears' request, is probably sitting on her conscience.

That along with all the other sick, depraved things she did in Kabbalah, who turned her into the nutcase we see before us. The minute that court conservatorship is gone, she'll be back to her old tricks again to terrible results.

They need to stop trying to pretend Spears is okay and of sound mind, because she's not. She's a violent paranoid schizophrenic that poses a terrible danger to the public, her family and herself, when she is off her numerous medications.

For further reference, see the photographer she attacked with an umbrella, her son she shook violently and bit and the photographers' feet she ran over in separate incidents, while displaying a severe case of Multiple Personality Disorder.
