The internet's unrealistic idea of beauty has struck again. Hollywood tries to portray a certain image that backfires when no Photoshop is present. Rapper, Iggy Azalea was on vacation when paparazzi took telephoto lens pictures of her surgically augmented butt.

The end result is cellulite ridden bikini snaps flooding social networking, receiving a host of criticism from members of the public. After trolls repeatedly slammed her on Twitter, Iggy announced she is giving up posting on the site, branding the comments hateful.

The pictures weren't terrible. She has a normal backside that has been tampered with via plastic surgery procedures, which can create more problems. It's nothing that can't be fixed. The problem is when you base your career on your backside, if at any time it appears less than magnificent, you will be criticized.

Iggy's music and image is of a tough girl rapper and a boss. However, a real boss chick does not run from criticism or insults. You peacefully fight back with your words. You don't let people run you off the internet.

However, are the procedures safe. There are horror stories online of women emulating the trend and experiencing terrible side effects and serious health problems. That’s free radicals of a synthetic nature running around in the human body and it’s toxic.

One woman died from an illegal butt enhancement procedure. Others were victimized when untrained, unlicensed individuals claiming to be experts, injected their rear ends with cement. The procedures left their rear ends lumpy and tough. Others have opted for silicone injections to the rear, but it is not the healthiest idea having said substance roaming the body.

In my humble belief, some breast implants are risky and can lead to breast cancer. Be careful introducing foreign substances to your body. Style and fashion are not worth your life. Trends come and go. You have to take care of your body for life.

A before and after photo has surfaced of “Love And Hip Hop Hollywood” reality star, Nikki Mudarris, which confirms what many suspected due to her plastic appearance - she’s had extensive plastic surgery. In Hollywood many are desperate to look a certain way and overdo it with the plastic surgery.

The way her breasts lay on her chest like tennis balls, indicates she has breast implants. However, several former victims have come forward with medical records and visible injuries, from Morris injecting a mixture of cement, Fix-A-Flat and mineral oil into their faces and buttocks, as a cheap alternative to plastic surgery.

Their medical records and testimony serve as compelling evidence of wrongdoing on Morris' part. His victims stories are very sad and painful and would be enough to sway a jury that criminal offenses have occurred. Morris can clearly plead insanity, as his deeds in injecting cement into people and sealing it with superglue is evidence enough of mental illness.

More people have come forward alleging, Oneal Ron Morris, 30, a transgender man, gave them butt injections, which made them very ill, resulting in hospitalization. Medical lab tests have since revealed, Morris injected people with a mixture of cement, the automotive product "Fix-a-Flat" and mineral oil, sealing it with superglue.

Morris has prior arrests for theft and trespassing

Victims suffered pneumonia, severe stomach pains and other terrible side effects that landed them in the hospital. Their buttocks also sustained scarring at the injection sites. The police in Miami are asking other victims not to be embarrassed and please come forward.

NBC Miami wrote on their website, "Health officials are encouraging anyone with more information on the case to contact their local law enforcement or the DOH website to view license information. Complaints can also be filed anonymously through the site or by calling 1-877-HALT-ULA (1-877-425-8852."
