The Obama Administration In Trouble For Using The NSA To Wiretap The Internet To Spy On People (Video)

Privacy Is Gone!

The Washington Post has uncovered an unconstitutional Obama Administration initiative via the NSA that is indiscriminately spying on Americans across the board via tapping internet servers of sites such as Facebook, Apple, AOL, Yahoo, Microsoft, among others.

The Washington Post revealed, "The National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping directly into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio and video chats, photographs, e-mails, documents, and connection logs that enable analysts to track foreign targets, according to a top-secret document obtained by The Washington Post."

In past articles, such as The FBI Wiretapped 27 Million Calls In One Year, the Judiciary Report warned the numbers aren’t adding up and that the government is spying on innocent people, as there could not be that many criminals in America to constitute millions of people being watched.

Ironically, in February 2013, I filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the NSA for my film "Justice And Truth" due to a discovery I’d made. The NSA wrote back in a letter dated March 7, 2013 and politely stated, "The fact of the existence or non-existence of responsive records is a currently and properly classified matter in accordance with Executive Order 13526, as set forth in Subparagraph (c) of Section 1.4. Thus, your request is denied pursuant to the first exemption of the FOIA, which provides that FOIA does not apply to matters that are specially authorized under criteria established by an Executive Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or foreign relations and are properly classified pursuant to such Executive Order." It was signed by Pamela N. Phillips, NSA FOIA Chief.

As I am not a threat to national security (I do not own a gun or any weapons, do not espouse violence and have no interest in the branch of science related to weaponry, bombs or bio warfare - my interest lays in the development of pharmaceutical drugs to help the sick) the only thing that would apply is "foreign relations" as I am a dual citizen of Jamaica and America. Now what has the government (the FBI) done regarding me that could cause a problem regarding "foreign relations." I have nothing to hide, so what is the government hiding.

Additionally, when the government refuses to "confirm or deny" the existence of an item as the term goes, it means yes, we’re engaging in said conduct, but won’t put it in writing or release the accompanying documents. Otherwise they’d just say no. The aforementioned NSA letter (and others) will be in the film along with other related items (let’s hope I don’t get shot before the movie comes out).

I should note, the site statistics software, Traffic Facts, which I have used for this website to gauge the internet traffic coming into it, has revealed the Department of Defense has been a regular visitor to the site for years. I didn’t put two and two together until this year that the NSA is a branch of the Department of Defense, as the letterhead in the aforementioned FOIA response I received indicates.

Dwyane Wade Sues Twitter Over Hacked Account

Miami Heat basketball star, Dwyane Wade, has sued the social networking website, Twitter, over his account getting hacked. The lawsuit also makes mention of his Yahoo email account being hacked, for which he is seeking the return of all copies of his emails that were illegally duplicated during the computer intrusion.

The lawsuit states, "The hackers reviewed years worth of confidential and private information, including documents between Wade and his attorneys, communications between Wade and his ex-wife, business associates, advisers, family and friends, the complaint states. The hackers also sent sometimes vulgar and threatening emails purporting to be from Wade and used Wade’s likeness request private documents, the complaint says."

As stated in the April 17. 2010 article, Obama Plays Scientist, the FBI/DOJ and NSA, scan and copy the emails (and computers) of select American people, without warrant, evening using their contents to compile reports for then President George W. Bush and now President Barack Obama. Doctors, scientists, professors, politicians, journalists and bloggers are often selected for this massive invasion of privacy. The Judiciary Report made these claims years ago as well.

One hold out was Yahoo, who engaged in a legal battle with the DOJ, to protect their users' privacy. The EFF supported them in this regard, as it is an unsavory government practice that violates the Fourth Amendment.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller: what warrant?

The DOJ has officially backed down from the Yahoo legal tussle, but continues to unconstitutionally read the emails of Americans that use other email and web hosting providers.

In closing, Presidents, by way of the FBI and NSA, should not be fishing ideas out of people's emails. It is an awful, unseemly practice no one with any ethics could condone or respect.

The Dept. of Justice apparently believes that U.S. citizens do not enjoy a "reasonable expectation of privacy" with respect to cell phone use, and have been attempting to acquire the ability to simply demand user information from the cell phone companies without going through standard procedures to obtain a warrant for specific information on specific individuals for use in specific prosecutions. They are assaulting the fourth amendment in yet another case, asserting that "email over 181 days old should not be protected from warrantless search and seizure."...

Another person in the social circle of Kabbalah cult members Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan has mysteriously died. Heiress, Casey Johnson, whose great-grandfather co-founded the Johnson & Johnson company, was found dead today, of an apparent drug overdose.

She had been in the press recently, after being arrested for grand theft larceny, in burglarizing a model's home and leaving a used vibrator sex toy at the scene of the crime.

She was stalking and harassing supermodel, Jasmine Lennard, who was not interested in her. Johnson's behavior escalated to burglary and grand theft, when she stole the model's expensive clothes, shoes and jewelry. She was even wearing said model's underwear she pilfered. Hollywood is crazy. Johnson was cut off from her wealthy family as a result of that incident.

Casey Johnson dated Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend, Yahoo heiress, Courtney Semel. For a time, all three reportedly lived together. At the time of her death, Johnson was "engaged" to lesbian reality TV star Tila Tequila.

Heiress In Theft Scandal

Casey Johnson, the troubled heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, is under arrest for grand theft after she allegedly stole dozens of pieces of clothing, jewelry and other items from a supermodel who had befriended and tried to reform her.

Jasmine Lennard said she was away from her Hollywood home for six weeks and returned 12 days ago to find her apartment had been plundered. She told The Post that the thief stole jewelry, shoes, 600 pages of a legal document, clothing — even her underwear.

The thief also left a bizarre calling card — a used vibrator was found in her bed and a wet towel was on the floor.

Lennard suspected Johnson, whom she said had “been like a little sister to me.”

Then she got a text message from Johnson’s off-again, on-again girlfriend Courtenay Semel. Lennard is a friend of both women.

“There’s a problem, Jaz, Casey Johnson just got into bed with me and she is wearing your underwear,” the message read. “You need to call police. There are documents here, your shoes and your clothing — you need to call the police.”

Lennard called the cops, and they went to Johnson’s Los Angeles home. There they found all of the stolen items, Lennard said. Johnson was arrested at 12:30 p.m. yesterday in Los Angeles and is being held on $20,000 bail at a jail in Van Nuys...

She said she was outraged: “She breaks into my Hollywood apartment, masturbates in my bed, has a shower in my bathroom, takes every thing in my apartment.”

FBI Serves Google And Yahoo In Erin Andrews Case

Video: Search Warrants Served in ESPN Nude Video Case

Google and Yahoo have been served search warrants by the FBI in the Erin Andrews case, regarding the unsuspecting ESPN sportscaster that was criminally and surreptitiously filmed in a state of undress with it uploaded to the internet, by a stalker that trailed her to two hotels, while she covered national sporting events.

The FBI seeks all emails and activity regarding two Google and Yahoo accounts, they believed were used by indicted suspect, Michael Barrett, in facilitating these crimes.

Barrett faces 5-years in prison for these criminal offenses that have damaged Andrews and an anonymous woman in the case, while disturbing and appalling the nation and the world, regarding privacy issues. People are literally scared about staying in hotels now, with reports that many have taken to stuffing tissue paper over the crevices of room peepholes.

Several hidden camera cases have hit the news this year and they are all perverse. It is terrible to think a human being would do something so sick, nasty, cruel and vile to another, as it denotes severe mental illness and depravity.

But make no mistake, it is happening, regarding depraved people illegally putting hidden cameras in hotels, public bathrooms, locker rooms and in very egregious cases, homes (Kabbalah routinely does this).

All engaging in such conduct deserved to be publicly shamed for it and face years in prison with substantial criminal fines. For this is a nastiness that should not be named in any civilized society.

Search warrants served in ESPN reporter video case

LOS ANGELES — FBI agents want Yahoo Inc. to turn over a video of a second naked woman they suspect was taken by an Illinois man already accused of secretly recording a nude ESPN reporter twice last year, authorities said Thursday.

Search warrants were served Wednesday at the Northern California offices of tech giants Yahoo and Google Inc. seeking additional information about Michael Barrett, who has been charged with one count of interstate stalking in connection with the release of naked videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews.

In an affidavit, FBI agents said they were looking for a 42-second video entitled "Hot Blonde Out of Shower," which was posted in June to Flickr.com by a user named "Breastboy." Flickr is owned by Yahoo.

Additional information pertaining to Andrews was sought from Google. Both companies have 10 days to turn over records...
