Judge Tries To Settle Chris Brown And Drake Club Brawl Lawsuits

New York judge Anil Singh called for a settlement hearing in the five lawsuits filed in the Drake/Chris Brown/Rihanna bottle fight that took place at the now defunct club W.i.P. in Manhattan. Club patrons brought lawsuits regarding the fight involving rapper Drake and singer Chris Brown, in relation to the bottle brawl, seeking financial damages for the injuries they stated were sustained during the incident. Rapper Meek Mill who was also present during the incident indicated a woman started the fight, implying it was singer Rihanna, who dated both Drake and Brown.

In an effort to settle the case, which is the reasonable approach, Judge Anil Singh called for a settlement conference in his chambers this week. The New York Post reports, "Lawyers for club goers injured in the melee, including NBA star Tony Parker and French male model Romain Julien, met in a jury room with their adversaries to strike a deal for over an hour Wednesday morning before meeting with the judge." It is good that Justice Singh is attempting to settle the cases, as five lawsuits going to trial, stemming from the same incident will become a legal juggernaut.

The Miami Heat are scheduled to celebrate their third NBA championship on Monday, June 24, 2013, with a parade in downtown Miami. The Heat beat the San Antonio Spurs in a very riveting finals that was a true sports battle. The Spurs are a great team of fighters and basically gave people in Miami the runs and angina when they gave the Heat a run for their money. I'm not going to lie, I would log on to Twitter and look at Tony Parker's page hating, like why do you have to be so good! So, I'm glad the Heat won.

I'm also glad the best player in the league, Lebron James, won the MVP again. Of course, now that he has, some folks will move the goalpost again, regarding the much talked and written about player. But make no mistake, the championship was a true team effort, as they were all needed a crucial points to make vital plays that got them to the finals and sealed the win. Been a fan of the Heat since its inception when I was a kid. I attended various Heat meet and greets with my family over the years and I must state, it is great to see them doing so well. Congrats everyone.

A few days ago, so-called singer, Rihanna, was caught in an embarrassing moment that she did not realize cameras were on her at the MTV Awards, during Lil Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj's award for "Best Hip Hop Video." Rihanna stated of the trio to someone at her table, "I hate the as**oles."

Considering the bottle brawl she initiated at the W.i.P. night club in New York, between Drake and Chris Brown, two of many men she has slept with, shouldn't they be the ones who are offended at her presence. Drake and Brown, who she went up to and kissed on stage at the aforementioned award show, have been sued by several people and the night club closed, as a result of Rihanna's violent conduct.

Rihanna is mentioned in all the respective lawsuits. Over a dozen people were left injured and NBA basketball player, Tony Parker, was left with damage to his eyes, smack in the middle of his multi-million dollar career that has been jeopardized. To go around calling people that after the trouble she has caused is an act of self-delusion.

A second lawsuit has been filed in the Chris Brown and Drake club fight where troublemaker Rihanna was present and instigated the fight. The first lawsuit was filed by NBA star Tony Parker, who sustained serious damage to his eyes, jeopardizing his career and multi-million dollar basketball contract. Parker indicated Rihanna was the individual behind the brawl. Rapper Meek Mill implied the same when he was interviewed.

Brown and Drake have been sued by the club, which also implicates Rihanna in their lawsuit. The arrogant, non-singing fraud, has slept with Brown, Drake and Mill and decided to start some trouble that night. As stated previously, Mill implied Rihanna began throwing bottles, something she bragged about in an interview years ago, regarding smashing on in her brother's face during a fight, which was vile.

R&B singer, Chris Brown, is having a bad summer. A few weeks ago he was in a bottle fight at a night club that left many injured, with people like NBA star, Tony Parker, threatening to sue him and his rival Drake over the bloody melee.

This week his recently released new album "Fortune" is selling poorly, trailing its predecessor "Fame." Seriously, shouldn't "Fame" have come before "Fortune." Brown has an image problem and one he keeps making worse by getting into trouble on a regular basis.

NBA basketball star, Tony Parker, has filed a $20,000,000 lawsuit against the now shuttered club W.I.P. in New York, over the bar brawl between singer Chris Brown and rapper Drake. Industry mattress, Rihanna was present, having slept with both men, among many, many others.

Bottles were thrown by Drake and Chris Brown’s entourage, after the latter’s posse issued a death threat. The club is being blamed for having inadequate security, but under the circumstances, there’s not much they could do to stop a fight that erupted out of nowhere within seconds. They thought both men were mature enough to be in the same club, but they were wrong. Chris Brown has a history of getting into trouble at clubs, as he refuses to stay home and control his notoriously bad temper.

Drake

Parker’s career as a multi-million dollar basketball player, who was headed to the Olympics next month, has been damaged, due to glass hitting him in the eye, damaging his vision. He has a right to be angry, but needs to look to Chris Brown and Drake for compensation and neither man has the funds to adequately pay back the equivalent of his NBA and international contract.
