4 Florida Cops Fired For Slurring Black People And Planting Evidence Sending Innocent Minorities To Prison Which Casts Prosecutorial Doubt On Over 50 Criminal Convictions (Video)

A police scandal has erupted in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a city just outside of Miami. Four police officers made a blatantly racist and abusive video about black people, even slurring the President of the United States in the clip. Further investigation revealed, officers James Wells, James Holding, Christopher Sousa and Alex Alvarez are KKK supporters, who have been corrupting dozens of cases with the goal of arresting and convicting innocent black people. Wells, Holding and Sousa have been fired. Alvarez quit in the face of the scandal.

In one case, an officer planted two bags of crack cocaine on a black woman he referred to as "a crackhead ni*ger!" As a result of the revelations, the case has been overturned. Now Ft. Lauderdale prosecutors have to revisit over 50 criminal cases bearing convictions the officers were apart of, due to racist conduct, evidence planting and falsified police reports.

Wednesday, April 8, 2015 | 18 hours ago - The word shot out on the police wire: Be on the lookout for a Ford Focus, black female at the wheel. The driver is waving a handgun at other cars. In total, 74 incidents came under IA review. Fifty-six of those included use of force, and more than 40 involved black suspects...

Carla Flower didn't even have a chance to get out of the parking lot. The 28-year-old black woman with glowing amber eyes was at the agency to swap out a car with underinflated tires. But before she could drive off, two Fort Lauderdale Police officers ordered her and two friends out of the replacement vehicle.

The cops never found a handgun. But according to a police report, they did turn up "two small white rocks" that would later test positive for crack cocaine. It seemed just another coke bust. But it wasn't. Charges would later be dropped after Flower claimed the drugs had been planted and the officers had showered her with racial slurs. "You're a crackhead ni*ger," one of the cops had yelled. "You're a crackhead whore." In the squad car, Flower says, the abusive talk continued. "Shut the f**k up now, ni*ger."

"They were just calling me names that you would never expect," Flower says today. "I felt like I was an animal to them." It turns out, the racist outburst was no outlier. The officers who stopped Flower — James Wells and Christopher Sousa — recently lost their jobs, along with two other Fort Lauderdale officers, thanks to racist text messages and videos.

Three weeks ago, Fort Lauderdale Police Chief Frank Adderley and Mayor Jack Seiler announced the firings of Wells, Sousa, and Officer James Holding. Officer Alex Alvarez had quit after the racist messages were discovered.

Local media have focused recently on the firings as bad actors caught red-handed. But the scandal currently engulfing the Fort Lauderdale PD spreads far beyond off-color jokes and racist videos. Photos and video of Lil Wayne and his security reveal the drug addled rapper instructed a member of his team to viciously punch a clubgoer repeatedly, for flashing a mobile phone sign. Lil Wayne was hours late to his show at Revolution night club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which is located close to Miami, which created the problem.

The audience became annoyed with the rapper’s tardiness. The clubgoer in question initially flashed a mobile phone sign that stated “Shut the f**k up and put on Weezy.” After a long wait time he changed the sign to, “F**k Weezy.” He was beaten shortly after.

It is the Judiciary Report's view that the clubgoer should retain an attorney and sue Lil Wayne over the attack. Yes, the phone display was rude, but it is covered by Freedom of Speech laws under the Constitution. Wayne wouldn't want anyone beating him or his offspring, yet he had someone's son beaten in what could result in neurological problems down the road, from being forcefully and repeatedly hit in the head.

90-year-old chef, World War II veteran and civil rights activist, Arnold Abbott, who has been feeding the homeless for many years, has become the victim of a new ordinance in the South Florida city of Fort Lauderdale, which neighbors Miami. People in Fort Lauderdale are no longer allowed to feed the homeless in public places. It must be done in a building sanctioned by the city.

For many years, Abbott, a Christian, has been feeding the homeless hearty meals he cooks, even ordering them pizza from restaurants. He also runs a culinary school teaching the homeless how to cook and find jobs. Many have spoken up in favor of Albert. Even the police look embarrassed to cite Abbott and two local preachers who are helping his effort. However, police are acting on the orders of local lawmakers. Each citation carries a fine of $500 and up to two months in jail. Abbott successfully fought a similar ban in 1999. Protests have been held in support of Abbott.

If Arnold is jailed on one of these citations, the Judiciary Report will start an online campaign on this site, encouraging the public to vote out every single lawmaker responsible for the ordinance. In all seriousness, being homeless is a terrible thing for many. Do not penalize the people trying to help the homeless. It's cruel. There are so many problems plaguing society. Picking on and arresting a 90-year-old man, who has been feeding the homeless for decades, is wrong and should not be a priority. That's not what you were elected to do and the people of South Florida and many more all over the country are not with you in targeting him, wasting taxpayer money.

We can all think of birthdays that weren't so great, but most of us can't think of one where someone tried to pop a cap in our butts. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Rick Ross can now think of a birthday where he got shot at like a bad action movie. Good times!

The pretentious, sacrilegious rapper, who has lied about his past, only to be exposed online, had a big birthday bash in Miami last night. However, after the party, the Freemasons, affiliated with the music industry's Illuminati cult, opened fire on him and his girlfriend, Shateria L. Moragne-el.

 

Ross was seen speeding through the streets in his gray Rolls Royce, as armed men in pursuit repeatedly shot at the vehicle. Things came to a halt when Ross crashed the luxury vehicle into an apartment building. The reckless chase left Miami businesses bullet ridden. This latest incident could have left innocent people on the streets of Miami dead, if they had gotten caught in the cross fire. It is reminiscent of what happened to rapper the Notorious Big, who was also mixed up with the cult as is Diddy, being gunned down after leaving an entertainment industry party.

As reported a few months ago, Ross has been receiving death threats from Illuminati members he became friends with, who want a big cut of his profits or else. It is consistent with Hollywood corruption, as the industry is run like a mafia and the head of the FBI, Robert Mueller, is too cowardly and corrupt to do anything about it, though people are dying.

Miami rapper and former corrections officer, Rick Ross, fell ill today in a series of events that are very unusual. While on a private plane from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Memphis, Tennessee in America, for a concert, Ross had a seizure and fell unconscious. The plane was diverted, sent back to Ft. Lauderdale, where paramedics feverishly worked to revive him. He was transported to a Florida hospital and released shortly after.

Ross then boarded another aircraft en route to Tennessee for his show and experienced a second seizure, which led to that plane being diverted as well, this time to Birmingham, Alabama. He was transported to another hospital, where he currently rests. His condition is currently unknown. Considering many seizure patients bite their tongues, as a matter of practicality, he should not have been rushing to do the concert so soon.

Epilepsy is not something to play with. Ross needs to be on agreeable anti-epileptic medication immediately. I state agreeable, as I have seen patients on pharmaceutical drugs such as Lamictal do well, while others on Tegretol see their white blood cell count decimated. It must be monitored.

Ross must consistently take anti-seizure medication, as missed dosages can facilitate what is known as a "grand mal" seizure, which can turn deadly. Many people with epilepsy lead normal and productive lives, but they must take their medicine to control the electrical activity in the brain creating the seizures. There's no shame in taking the medicine.

Over the past few years, doctors have made strides in seizure surgeries, using various techniques to limit or eliminate them altogether. However, as with all surgery, there exists inherent risks that may prove more dangerous than it is worth, to address the issue in a method other than medication.
