President Barack Obama Hiding Assets Abroad

While Lecturing People About Paying Their Taxes And Keeping Jobs And Money In America

Barack Obama

Recently leaked documents revealed the names of people, including heads of state, who have private bank accounts in Panama. Ironically, U.S. President, Barack Obama, was not mentioned. However, that's because his money is largely elsewhere. Obama has huge sums of money hidden in the Caribbean, which came from investment funds whose ownership traces back to America.

The sales of Obama's books, along with his salary as president, do not justify the staggering sums, millions of dollars, he has in the international community. It's highly unethical that Obama has grossly and detrimentally meddled in the financial affairs of law abiding citizens he deems enemies in America and abroad, yet is dodging all accountability on funds in the international community that have not been subject to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) taxes and his salary and revenue streams simply cannot justify or substantiate.

Previously it was discovered, former U.S. President, Bill Clinton and his wife, current presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, have millions of dollars hidden in the Cayman Islands and Colombia. This money is questionably outside the scrutiny of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Clintons, like the Obamas, have moved substantial sums of money off U.S. shores.

Black Couple Horrified As The Words 'Poor Nig*er Party' Stamped On Their Wedding Pics In Texas By Racist Photography Company

Exhibit in lawsuit reveals photography company labeled photos "Poor Nig*er Party"

Premier Photography of Texas, owned by James Evans, have been sued by a black couple who state their wedding pictures have the words 'Poor Nig*er Party" stamped on them. The couple retained Evans to take pictures of their wedding and he delivered the finished product with an insulting racial slur stamped on all of them.

The couple's attorney, Cathy Hale stated of the incident, "They trusted this company to provide them with a service on their most important day and what they got was the complete opposite they got a slap in the face. Every time they think about their anniversary, they think about this. It’s never going to go away." The case has now been settled, after Evans defiantly challenged the couple to sue over his inappropriate and racist behavior, which led to him being slapped with a lawsuit.

Married Couple Sues After “Poor N***** Party” Stamped on Wedding Pics

By Gotham City, Esq on April 3, 2015 The Accused - When guests at a wedding in Houston, Texas sat in a photo both for some wedding fun and memorabilia, little did they know their pictures would say “Poor N***** Party.” The African American newly weds, who rented the photo both to commemorate their union, are suing Premier Photography owned by James Evans claiming he and his company are responsible for the racist photo caption on some of the guests’ printed pictures. It was supposed to say the couple’s first names and date.

“Anybody would find this caption offensive. I’m offended by it. I don’t want to say it,” said Attorney Cathy Hale. Hale represents the couple who have sued Evans and Premier Photography claiming not only breach of contract — for a memory stick of photos they say they never received — but also for negligence and mental anguish...

Settlement reached in lawsuit over racial slur found on wedding photo

Posted: 9:15 PM, April 02, 2015 - HOUSTON - A settlement has been reached in lawsuit involving a racial slur found printed on photos taken during a 2012 wedding reception. A Houston area couple filed the lawsuit in 2014 against Premier Photography and its owner, James Evans. Documents filed in the lawsuit read the couple rented a booth from Premiere and paid for an attendant. The couple, who are African-American, claim at some point during the reception some guests received photos from the booth with the words, "Poor (n-Word) Party," printed on the bottom.

Attorney Cathy Hale said the bride's sister received one of those photos but chose not to tell the couple for fear of ruining their wedding day. Hale said the couple learned of the photos several months later. Hale said the couple filed the lawsuit after contacting Evans and receiving what she characterized as a non-apologetic response. Court records read at one point Evans did offer to refund the couple the $450 cost of the photo booth rental, but they declined. A settlement in the suit was reached Thursday and both sides released written statements.

"We regret this issue escalated into litigation as a result of poor communication between the parties at the time the caption was discovered," wrote Hale. "My clients accept Mr. Evans' and Premier Photography's statement that he and Premier Photography reject the inappropriate caption printed on the strips and what they represent."

Justin Timberlake And Producer Timbaland Sued By Cirque Du Soleil For Copyright Infringement

Justin Timberlake and Timbaland

Pop singer Justin Timberlake has been sued yet again for copyright infringement. This time it is by the world renowned Cirque du Soleil, who are a troupe of acrobats and dancers. Cirque du Soleil's shows have grossed millions of dollars worldwide. In 1997 Cirque du Soleil released an album of music titled "Quidam." Timberlake has been sued for stealing the 1997 Cirque du Soleil song "Steel Dreams" for his 2013 tune "Don't Hold The Wall."

Timberlake's producer, the frequently sued infringer, Timbaland, is also named as a party in the lawsuit regarding the theft of the Cirque du Soleil song. The lawsuit seeks $800,000 in damages for copyright infringement. Previously, Timberlake was sued by the 1970s James Brown produced band Sly, Slick and Wicked, for stealing music royalties and using their work to make money from financial deals he was not entitled to in any measure. Timberlake was also hit with copyright infringement claims, regarding his song "Damn Girl" that rips off Perry Kibble's "A New Day Is Here At last."

Timberlake and Timberland are chronic copyright infringers known by music industry law firms worldwide for this illegal behavior. Timberlake records for Sony Music and Timberland often works with their artists, who are constantly being sued for willful acts of copyright infringement, which is an illegal way of life at the label.

The lawsuit filed in federal court in New York claimed Timberlake borrowed from the song "Steel Dream," which was originally on Cirque du Soleil's 1997 album, "QUIDAM." Justin Timberlake Sued by Cirque du Soleil Over His Song ‘Don’t Hold the Wall’

March 31, 2016 | 06:01PM PT - Justin Timberlake has run into some legal trouble. Cirque du Soleil has sued the Grammy-winning singer, accusing him of sampling part of one of the performance company’s original songs in his track “Don’t Hold the Wall,” a cut from his 2013 album “The 20/20 Experience,” without permission.

The lawsuit claims that Timberlake borrowed from “Steel Dream,” a song that originally appeared in “Quidam,” Cirque’s ninth stage production, and later on a 1997 album of the same name. The suit, filed Thursday in a New York federal court, is seeking $800,000 in copyright infringement damages. Timbaland, J-Roc and James Fauntleroy, “Don’t Hold the Wall’s” co-writers, along with Sony Entertainment, Universal Music and WB Music Corp. were also named as defendants in Cirque’s suit.

No stranger to copyright infringement-related accusations, Timberlake was sued by the 1970s rhythm and blues band Sly, Slick and Wicked earlier this year over his song “Suit & Tie,” claiming that it borrowed elements from their song “Sho’ Nuff.” This incident was followed by a similar claim in February, which alleged that his Will.I.Am collaboration “Damn Girl” samples from Perry Kibble’s “A New Day Is Here at Last.”...

Tinashe's Family Tells Off Chris Brown On Social Networking For Slamming Her On Instagram

Chris Brown: I'll cuss your granny out too!

The family of 23-year-old singer, Tinashe, has come to her defense, after crooner Chris Brown slammed her on the social networking website Instagram. Tinashe recently revealed she did not want to work with Brown, but did so at the record label's insistence, "He just hopped on the song and then we had a Chris verse. It was really the label. It wasn't me." Both Brown and Tinashe are signed to Sony Music.

Tinashe has been patterning herself after the late singer, Aailyah, in clothes, musical style and dress

Brown slammed Tinashe, calling her a slew of names, as she made the comment about their collaboration and unfollowed him on social networking for slamming the suicide bid of fellow female singer, Kehlani, as a ploy for public sympathy and attention. Brown called her a "30 16-year-old hobbit face as*"insulting her looks, despite the fact they privately became romantically involved. However, any woman expecting Brown to be faithful will be disappointed. Brown has gotten into the dangerous promiscuity that many famous men engage in and often to the detriment of their sexual health and personal relationships.

Tinashe's family defend her on social networking

Tinashe's brothers, mother and grandmother leapt to her defense in the wake of Brown's comments. They made tweets on Twitter.com expressing their anger at Brown's statements regarding Tinashe. Sony Music has been trying to rehabilitate Brown's image after the Rihanna domestic violence case, by pairing him with female singers, who seek sales from his large audience. However, Brown has repeatedly gone on social networking and lashed out against a slew of famous and non-famous women. Brown slammed famous women such as his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, Adrienne Bailon, Tamar Braxton, Zendaya, Fifth Harmony and Tinashe. Brown has also slammed the mother of his child, as well as female fans online as well.

Tinashe wants you to know that her Chris Brown collaboration wasn't her choice. It was her label's. In an interview with ET, the singer chatted about how her song 2015 song "Player," which featured Chris Brown, came to fruition. Apparently, Brown heard the song and really liked it, she explained. Previously, he'd also been on a list of artists she wanted to work with. "He just hopped on the song and then we had a Chris verse," Tinashe said. But then she cupped her hand and whispered. Chris Brown Sued By Graffiti Artist For Trademark And Copyright Infringement On His Clothing Line

Chris Brown

R&B singer, Chris Brown, has been hit with another lawsuit. Brown has roughly a dozen against him, alleging everything from assault endangerment. The latest has been filed against Brown by graffiti artist, Konfused, real name, Andre Khazrei, who obtained a trademark for his name and registered copyrights for his art work and clothing line. Kofused has been using the name since 2003.

Konfused alleges in a lawsuit that Brown recently stole his trademarked name, changing one letter to rename it Konfuzed, then using it for the singer's graffiti work and clothing line. Konfused also states Brown recently made an error and signed a painting at the Grammy Museum "Konfused" rather than "Konfuzed" which he states is a dead giveaway the singer knowingly ripped him off. In the lawsuit, Konfused demands Brown stop using the moniker and pay damages for infringing his trademark and copyrights.

The names are extremely similar and even confused me momentarily while writing this article. Brown needs to use his own name, which he has already established anyway, because this is unquestionably causing "confusion in the marketplace" as the frequently employed legal phrase goes, regarding the subject of trademarks.

Chris Brown Sued Street Artist Konfused ... You Jacked My Tag!!!

4/6/2016 12:49 PM PDT - Street artist Konfused is just that ... after Chris Brown snatched his tag and slapped it on a clothing line ... according to the lawsuit he's filed against the singer.  In legal docs, Andre Khazrei says he's been Konfused since 2003 ... long before Breezy created the very similar artistic alter ego, Konfuzed -- and started tagging walls and signing paintings.

Andre says he got a trademark for Konfused t-shirts and a bunch of other merch -- which is why he says Chris' Breezy Konfuzed clothing line is a total rip-off, which confuses the marketplace. His proof? In the docs, Andre says Chris himself screwed up and signed a painting at L.A.'s Grammy Museum with "Konfused" ... instead of using a 'Z.'

Chris Brown A No Show In India At Massive IPL Cricket Concert

Chris Brown

Beleaguered singer, Chris Brown, continues to have trouble regarding the logistics surrounding his concerts dates. Brown has repeatedly been denied visas to several world nations, over his felony conviction, in reference to the Rihanna domestic violence case that occurred 7-years ago. This forced the cancellation of a number of planned international concerts.

The most recently cancellation is shrouded in mystery. Brown was scheduled to perform at the IPL cricket concert in India, with a number of other recording stars, but was a no show, with no explanation given. IPL cricket is massive all over the world and would have provided exposure for Brown to many people. The concert's promoter, Big Up Ferriswheel Entertainment, stated they will release a statement on Brown's absence.

Chris Brown’s no show at IPL opening ceremony

April 10, 2016 11:43 AM - American rapper Chris Brown, whose name was listed as one of the performers on the IPL opening ceremony ticket, was surprisingly a no show at the event. The organisers Big up Ferriswheel Entertainment and Shubhra Bharadwaj had earlier sent out a release stating that the 26-year-old “Loyal” singer would perform in India for the first time at the ceremony.

Artistes are generally forthcoming about their tours and country visits in their social media accounts. But Brown surprisingly did not mention anything about his so-called India visit or a subsequent cancellation of his gig at the mega cricket event. The night saw performances from Bollywood stars like Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh, Honey Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez alongside West Indian cricketer Dwayne Bravo. The concluding performance was by American dancehall reggae group Major Lazer. When the organisers were contacted they said they would come out with a statement later.
