Obama Tells Supporters "Stop Whining"

On September 28, 2010, U.S. President Barack Obama, publicly told supporters to "Stop whining." The Judiciary Report found this very ironic. Two weeks prior to the President saying so to his supporters, on September 14. 2010, in the Judiciary Report article "Teen Banned From America For Calling Obama A Penis" this website told Obama the same, advising him to "Stop Whining."

Side Bar: you do realize getting upset with your supporters and telling them to stop whining, constituted additional whining on your part. It's a vicious cycle. And what's with your obsession in referring to yourself as a dog. You keep doing that. While, I know you get most of your financial advice from First Dog Bo, must you keep saying such things.

University Student Kills Himself Over Sex Tape

Perverse voyeurism strikes again and this time it claims a human life. 18-year-old Rutgers University student, Tyler Clementi, committed suicide by jumping off the George Washington Bridge, after a terrible act of cruelty by his roommate, Dharun Ravi, 19 and his friend, Molly Wei, 18, in illegally and secretly videotaping him having sex with a man in his room, then inexcusably uploading it to the internet.

Clementi could not take the embarrassment of what transpired, especially regarding his sexuality and killed himself. Ravi and Wei have been charged in the matter and face five years in prison.

It is a sign of severe mental illness to employ nasty hidden cameras to watch people in their homes, dorm rooms, hotel rooms and public bathrooms. A number of cases have cropped up in the past few years, centering on irrational, psychotic people that get their kicks from spying on others in private places where, as defined by law, "Privacy is to be expected."

Hackers are abusing webcams, via remotely taking them over by way of the internet and computer intrusion, to turn the units on and spy on people in their homes, without their knowledge. Other perverts are buying DVD players, cable boxes, clock radios and other household items that have been custom fitted with pinhole hidden cameras, then using them to illegally film people in their homes.

There is no real legislative deterrent in place in America for crimes of voyeurism. Some states even deem it a misdemeanor, when it should be classified as a felony. Voyeurism should be a federal crime carrying a penalty of 20-years in prison, prompting would be criminals to think twice, as a lot of young people are being targeted and victimized by this perversion.

Bullied To Death

So many people are being bullied, creating massive emotional traumas in their lives. I have read of a variety of cases, where children, teens, adults and the elderly, have been targeted and in some instances, ended up dead, as a result of bullying.

Some people do not think bullying is a big deal, dismissing its victims as thin-skinned. However, anything bad enough to create depression, thoughts of suicide, suicide or end in a deadly assault, is a major issue that should not be ignored. Bullying needs to be criminalized by the justice system, in an attempt at clamping down on the problem.

Porn star and drug addict, Devon James, is peddling a Tiger Woods sex tape, for a minimum fee of $350,000. She has been meeting with companies, in a bid to tie up a deal, which would add to the golfer's woes. That money would end up in her nostrils.

Previously, James kept insisting Tiger Woods is the father of her 9-year-old son, prompting her mother to come forward and discredit the story. James wants to be rich and famous and views Woods as a means of obtaining said goal.

Regardless of whether or not James' claims are true, it should be a felony to disclose or sell sex tapes or nude photos of anyone without their permission. It is unseemly and undignified. It is also a clear violation of privacy rights.

"The tape is 62 minutes long and 37 minutes of it is us having sex," James told RadarOnline.com. "This sex tape is worth at least $350,000. "If Vivid won't pay enough, we're going to self-release the tape . . . It's going to be the bomb," reported RadarOnline.

Lindsay Lohan's Parents Seek Conservatorship

The parents of drug addled, disgraced actress, Lindsay Lohan, seek to place her under a conservatorship, with each vying for the opportunity to do so first. Lohan, who is currently in rehab for the sixth time, at an undisclosed California treatment center, apparently has no say in the matter, which is just as well, as she is her own worst enemy.

The party that is appointed conservator, whether it be parent, Michael Lohan or Dina Lohan, will control her money, or at least what's left of it, which has made the public skeptical regarding her parents true motives.
