Carey's latest project is not doing well and this song is not going to help her predicament.

As noted previously, Florida has a corruption problem. As a victim of crime, I have witnessed a significant amount of corruption, which I have chronicled online.
Then there are the scandalous cases such as R. Allen Stanford and Jack Abramoff, illustrating how far and deep bribery and corruption runs in this state.

The same Bush that believed and practiced the sick foreign policy that criminally pillaging the assets of foreigners would bring prosperity, see war for oil in Iraq, but instead it brought severe financial calamity, permanent loss and destruction, decimating the economy.
Cooke also assisted Bush with destroying 300 years of Constitutional law, during the Jose Padilla case, which states a person cannot be held without being charged, even tossing out what Bush did at trial, in conduct condemned and abhorred all over the world and will never be forgotten. The Cambridge Police Department clearly has a problem with racial issues, as another of its officers, Justin Barnett, is embroiled in a racial flap, for inappropriately referring to Professor Gates in an email as a "Jungle monkey." Another Cambridge Police Department officer reportedly has "why-tee" license plates.
I hope Obama, Gates, Crowley and the Cambridge Police Dept. can find racial reconciliation and change the manner in which the latter (Cambridge PD) carries out law enforcement matters, as there is clearly a race based problem there.

MICHAEL JACKSON's father JOE has confirmed the late King of Pop was the biological father of OMER BHATTI, the boy long rumoured to be his fourth child.

Hollywood has corrupted the local film commission in New Orleans. Film commission director, Mark S. Smith, was taking kickbacks, issued by film studios and passed on via check to third parties, then given to him in cash, for accepting fake film budgets that were inflated and giving large tax and cash rebates in exchange for his corrupted services.
A FBI agent stated of the case, "We will work together to identify those individuals who conspire with each other to defraud the system to benefit themselves, while the state, its reputation and its citizens suffer."

Since when does the FBI care about "reputation" and "citizens suffering" when it allows a dirty pop fraud, Madonna, to run lose, engaging in massive financial crimes, that severely defrauded and abused a black immigrant family, to the point, audiences domestically and worldwide, were so appalled they boycotted she and her Hollywood conspirators to such degrees, their sales plunged into obscurity and commercial failure.

Former Louisiana Film Commission Director Sentenced in Bribery Scheme
NEW ORLEANS, LA—Mark S. Smith, the former Director of the Louisiana Film Commission and an attorney, age 47, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was sentenced this morning in federal court by U. S. District Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt to two years (24 months) in federal prison as well as pay a $67,500 fine, announced U.S. Attorney Jim Letten.
In addition, Judge Engelhardt ordered that SMITH serve three (3) years of supervised release following his term of imprisonment, during which time he will be under federal supervision and risk additional imprisonment should he violate any terms of the supervision.
According to court documents, SMITH pled guilty on September 7, 2007 to a two-count Bill of Information charging him with conspiracy and bribery in connection with a program receiving federal funds. SMITH admitted that between 2003 and 2005, while serving as Director of the Louisiana Film Commission, he approved fraudulently inflated movie budgets submitted by a film production company in order for the film company to receive state tax credits. In return, SMITH accepted cash bribes totaling over $65,000.00. Additionally, SMITH admitted that a businessman wrote corporate checks to a third party who cashed the checks and passed the cash to SMITH.
Michael J. De Palma, Special Agent in Charge of Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation stated:
"The film industry is important for the future economy of Louisiana. Today's sentence makes it clear that the federal law enforcement community and the United States Attorney's Office will work together to identify those individuals who conspire with each other to defraud the system to benefit themselves, while the state, its reputation and its citizens suffer. Special Agents of IRS Criminal Investigation are highly skilled investigators who will continue to work with the FBI and other federal and state law enforcement partners to ferret out corruption wherever it is found."
Two other individuals, William Bradley, a Hammond attorney, and Malcolm Petal, a film executive and attorney were charged, pled guilty and sentenced in a related separate case before U.S. District Judge Lance M. Africk.
Bradley, charged with conspiracy to bribe a state official was sentenced to serve ten months in federal prison. Malcolm Petal, also charged with conspiracy, was sentenced to serve five years in jail, a fine of $15,000.00 and restitution to the State of Louisiana of $1,350,000.00...
A judge clearly gone bad, Bobby DeLaughter, will plead guilty to lying to a, FBI agent that was investigating judicial corruption in Mississippi.
There is nothing funny about DeLaughter's conduct, as he tried to corruptly obtain a federal judgeship, by conspiring with a defendant in a multi-billion dollar tobacco civil case, in exchange for assistance in obtaining career advancement in the judiciary, via the brother-in-law of former U.S. Senator, Tren Lott.
What's even more disappointing is, Delaughter was a prosecutor, who is the basis for a character in the movie "Ghosts of Mississippi" regarding the trial that brought white supremacists to justice, for the heinous murder of innocent civil rights figure, Medgar Evers.
Miss. judge to plead guilty to lying to FBI agent
JACKSON, Miss. — A Mississippi judge known for successfully prosecuting a white supremacist decades after a civil rights-era killing will plead guilty to lying to an FBI agent investigating judicial corruption, the judge's attorney said Tuesday.
Thomas Durkin said Hinds County Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter will enter the plea in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen. Trial was set for Aug. 17 in Oxford, with DeLaughter facing charges of conspiracy, obstruction and three counts of mail fraud.
DeLaughter has had a storied career, beginning in the 1990s when he was a prosecutor who helped put white supremacist Byron de la Beckwith behind bars for the 30-year-old murder of civil rights leader Medgar Evers. He was portrayed by Alec Baldwin in the 1996 movie "Ghosts of Mississippi," which was based on Beckwith's prosecution. DeLaughter also wrote a book about the trial.
Prosecutors have said DeLaughter's ambition to become a federal judge ultimately led him to break the law. He was accused of giving an unfair advantage to Richard "Dickie" Scruggs, a chief architect of the multibillion-dollar tobacco settlements of the 1990s, in a dispute over millions of dollars in fees from asbestos lawsuits.
Authorities have said Scruggs, who is now in prison, and others promised DeLaughter they could help him be considered for an open seat on the federal bench with help from Scruggs' brother-in-law, then-U.S. Sen. Trent Lott. Lott is not accused of wrongdoing...
It never ceases to amaze me the type of shady characters the FBI will enlist, often as paid informants, using taxpayer money to compensate men and women, who do not deserve it.

911 caller, Lucia Whalen, also spoke publicly today, denouncing the conduct of arresting officer James Crowley, who put words in her mouth regarding the wrongful arrest of Gates, stating she volunteered information about the race of the alleged suspects, when tapes later revealed she did not. Whalen has been threatened and harassed thanks to Officer Crowley's untruths. Poor lady.

July 29, 2009 07:35 PM - An officer in the Boston Police Department was suspended yesterday for allegedly writing a racially charged e-mail about Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. to colleagues at the National Guard, a law enforcement official said. Mayor Thomas M. Menino compared the officer to a cancer and said he is "gone, g-o-n-e'' from the force.
The law enforcement official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Officer Justin Barrett referred to the black scholar as a "jungle monkey" in the letter, written in reaction to media coverage of Gates's arrest July 16.
Barrett, a 36-year-old who has been on the job for two years, was stripped of his gun and badge yesterday and faces a termination hearing in the next week, said police spokeswoman Elaine Driscoll. He has no previous disciplinary record, she said.
"Yesterday afternoon, Commissioner Davis was made aware that Officer Barrett was the author of correspondence which included racially charged language," she said. "At that time, Commissioner Davis immediately stripped Officer Barrett of his gun and badge, and at this time we will be moving forward with the hearing process." ...

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Ruth Madoff, wife of imprisoned Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff, was sued Wednesday by a court-appointed trustee seeking $45 million in funds to compensate victims.
Last month, federal authorities seized the Madoffs' assets but left Ruth Madoff with $2.5 million -- an amount they could not tie to her husband's massive and long-running Ponzi scheme.
But Irving Pickard, the trustee appointed by U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York, said that Ruth received $44.8 million in "fraudulent" transfers during the six years leading up to the bankruptcy of her husband's investment firm.
"While Madoff's crimes have left many investors impoverished and some charities decimated, Mrs. Madoff remains a person of substantial means," Pickard wrote in the suit. "The inequity between Mrs. Madoff's continuing financial advantages and the economic distress of Madoff's customers compels the trustee to bring this action."
