According to online reports, 18-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, Kendall Jenner, refused to pay her restaurant bill at the Mercer Kitchen in New York City, as she was angry the waitress refused to break the law in serving an underage person liquor.

Kardashian reportedly began behaving like a spoiled child and stormed out of the restaurant, not paying her $60 bill. After a staff member reportedly chased her requesting she pay for her food, she rudely threw money at the waitress. It doesn't matter who you are, you don't treat people that way.

News broke on Monday that the 18-year-old reportedly refused to pay her $60 tab at the pricey Mercer Kitchen in New York last week, though with her numerous modeling campaigns, she certainly has the cash.

The reality star’s server was Blaine Morris, who, as it happens, starred on MTV’s short-lived teen drama “Skins” as Betty Nardone. Morris ran outside the restaurant to chase Jenner after "she left and didn’t pay for all the food . . . about $60 worth,” a source told the New York Post's Page Six. She also left without leaving a tip. The young starlet was reportedly unhappy because “the staff wouldn’t serve her [booze] because she’s underage."

When Morris ran after Jenner, who was accompanied by actor Stephen Baldwin’s daughter Hailey, the two young celebs laughed. Jenner then “took a couple of $20 bills out of her wallet, threw them at the server and walked away, not even counting if it was enough or if it included a tip.” Morris later tweeted, “That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill, to be thrown money in your face.”

According to a Washington Post/ABC News poll, only 26% of Americans approve of ObamaCare. 42% of Americans want the entire bill thrown out (repealed, which Mitt Romney and the GOP have promised to do) while 25% voted to, "Throw out mandate and keep the rest."

Either way you look at it, most Americans dislike the bill that has greatly added to the national deficit. The Judiciary Report believes America does need a good health care bill, but ObamaCare is dangerously expensive and at the worst possible time in the nation's financial history.

Once again, President Obama's rock star styled presidency, has landed him in controversy. Sony Pictures, an off-shoot of the Japanese electronics company, announced they are making a film on the reported assassination of notorious terrorist, Osama Bin Laden. The U.S. Military's elite Seal Team Six, are credited with killing the September 11th mastermind, via a surprise night raid in Pakistan that occurred this year.

Reports began to circulate last week, stating President Obama granted Sony access to national security files regarding the Bin Laden assassination, in aiding them to make the film, which will be released as an election tool, with the intent that it boosts support for Obama, who is suffering at the polls (see: propaganda film).

Obama denies the allegations, but various politicians and pundits state it is true. It was to be expected that a film company would seek to make a movie on the subject. However, turning it into a propaganda film to help a president experiencing plummeting polls numbers, will not do the movie and the seriousness thereof, any justice.

The most horrible twist in the Bin Laden assassination, is the revenge killing of members of the Seal Team Six, who were shot down this month, as their Chinook helicopter traveled over Afghanistan. Brave young men died, in what is a tragic waste of life, over a war they never asked for, but served their country regarding, nonetheless. This story should not be used as a political tool to play on the public's sympathies. What happened to honoring the dead (soldiers).

Republican congressional representative, Lynn Jenkins, is introducing a bill in Congress to bar the Obama Administration from granting Sony access to sensitive national secrets on the Bin Laden killing. Another Republican congressional representative, Peter King, has publicly called for an investigation into Obama's interaction with campaign donor and fundraiser Sony, during this incident.

As stated previously on the Judiciary Report, Obama's corrupt relationship with Sony and others in Hollywood, has damaged his presidency and standing with the populace. On its current path, it is going to cost him the election.

The Stop Subsidizing Hollywood Act introduced by Rep. Lynn Jenkins (R-Kan.) would stop the Obama administration from spending taxpayer money to share information about the killing of bin Laden with Sony Pictures, which is looking to release a film about that event in October 2012.

Jenkins said the bill, introduced on Friday, is necessary because the government has no role to play in helping the movie industry at a time of fiscal crisis. "In an era of 9 percent unemployment, trillion-dollar deficits, credit downgrades, and record debt-ceiling extensions it is unconscionable that taxpayer dollars are being used to aid the Hollywood film industry in fact-checking and script research," Jenkins said. Sony Hosted Obama Fundraiser, Releasing Bin Laden Movie Before Election

5:23 PM, Aug 10, 2011 - There may be an overtly political reason that moviegoers will be seeing the story of the Osama bin Laden raid just before they vote for president. Sony Pictures, the company distributing next year's film, hosted a fundraiser for Barack Obama on their studio's premises in California last April. So far, Sony is the only major studio to hold a political fundraiser this cycle. According to Deadline Hollywood, Sony will release the bin Laden movie, directed by Academy Award-winning director Kathryn Bigelow, on October 12, 2012--less than a month before the presidential election.

"The eyebrow does go up when you see the release date," says Douglas Urbanski, a Hollywood producer and conservative radio talk show host. Urbanski said he believes Bigelow's movie will be straightforward and apolitical, much like her 2009 war film The Hurt Locker (which won the Academy Award for Best Picture). But Sony's decision to release the bin Laden movie just weeks before the election, he says, is most likely "very, very deliberate."...

Unemployment in America hit an all time high during the current financial crisis, making this unwelcome news.

Sadly, ObamaCare is a job killer and deficit raiser. The government needs not sell it as anything else. U.S. President Barack Obama, landed in Hawaii today, ferried to the island by Air Force One, for his Christmas break. The President commemorated the passage of several legislative bills, proclaiming his first two years in office a success.

However, some beg to differ. The nation has been hit with record government spending, sending the deficit to almost $14 trillion, which is the highest is has ever been. Stimulus job creation money has been wasted, resulting in unproductive debt, with very little employment to show for it.

Obama's health care bill is being pummeled by significant challenges in the court system, as 32 states are challenging its legality and usefulness. The opposition, the Republican Party, have vowed to repeal the bill, which has placed America further in debt and sent up insurance premiums.

President Obama also caved on a $1 trillion dollar spending bill that gives massive tax breaks to the rich, while hitting the deficit where it hurts. The repeal of "Don't Ask Don't Tell" has in another item, which has weakened the U.S. Military, with soldiers vowing to leave the service and generals sternly warning it shall damage unity in the armed forces.

All and all, it is crystal clear, a number of wrong turns have been made in Washington that have cost the American people much in the nation and the world. The fruits of these poor decisions are already showing with the national unemployment rate soaring.

Many businesses have gone under and a record number of homes continue to go into foreclosure, as people have lost their jobs and can't keep up with their mortgages that bear inflated interest rates. The true extent of the government's poor choices shall manifest to much greater degrees in the coming months and years.

U.S. President Barack Obama's latest $1 trillion bill has passed in Congress, without being completely read by the legislative body, which is irresponsible. It is full of unnecessary spending and tax cuts for the rich, who benefit the most from this legislation. The President made concessions that benefit the nation's wealthiest citizens, in order to extend unemployment benefits.

The Judiciary Report is in favor of the jobless receiving the extended benefits package, but some of the other items in the bill represent billions in wasteful spending that shall damage America's financial outlook, as it is not fruitful spending, but corrosive debt.

The nation should be in tax collection mode when it comes to the wealthy, some of whom have financial abused the populace. It is not the time to be giving the rich financial breaks that are undeserved. It is very poor policy. However, as Obama communicated to the press this week, the bill was rushed through in a bid to save his presidency, which was not a good reason to do so, as it is self-serving economic damage.
