Man That Killed 3 People And Himself In Wisconsin Shooting Spree Is Another Example Of Failed Restraining Orders

On Sunday, October 21, 2012, Radcliffe Haughton, 45, opened fire in a Wisconsin spa, wounding 4 people, killing three (his wife included) and himself. Haughton's wife, Zina Haughton, began to fear for her safety when her husband began issuing violent threats and slashed her tires. Zina Haughton was able to obtain a 4-year restraining order against her husband, but it was of no use, as he violated it. This tragedy is more proof that restraining orders without strong legislation and more police enforcement behind them are useless to victims.

Just a week before the shooting, on October 18, 2012 in the Judiciary Report article, Music Promoter That Killed Jamaican Musician Captain Barkey And His Girlfriend In New York Kills Himself In Miami, the site wrote regarding restraining orders, "In many cases, restraining orders fail victims, as stalkers are criminally minded, mentally ill, irrational and have no respect for the law. Police often do little about stalking cases, which needs to change, via new legislation in America, issuing greater legal penalties to offenders."

Congress needs to come up with strong anti-stalking legislation on a federal level (applying to the entire country) rather than individual laws in effect that often vary by state. Some uniformity is needed. Once a person makes a specific threat or begins to stalk another, it should be grounds for incarceration. Victims should not have to wait until stalkers, who are often violent, violate the restraining order to have police step in - and even then, current legislation is not enough to make an impact.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, the issuance of a properly issued restraining order should automatically equate to jail time. Some stalkers would think twice before engaging in said illegal activity if they knew a restraining order could be filed that meant one strike and you are out, not two or three (to paraphrase baseball lingo).

To the violent stalker it would meant the threat posed to the victim's safety would be neutralized for a time, with the hope that said duration would be long enough for a mental evaluation and medication for the offender. Too many innocent men and women have died terrible deaths or been severely injured as a result of stalkers gone wild, for the government not to do more about this growing problem.

FBI Failed To Detain Neo Nazi They Had On Their Radar Who Went On To Kill Many At A Sikh Temple

Wade Michael Page

News has surfaced indicating, neo-nazi murderer, Wade Michael Page, who killed several people at a Sikh temple, was on the racist FBI's radar, but they ignored the threat he posed. Page is a white supremacist that performed in a nazi music group called End Apathy. He had been encouraging other white Supremacists to rise up in violence, catching the eye of authorities.

However, even in the face of such hate speech and incitement to violence, the FBI looked the other way and allowed Page to remain free. Then the unthinkable happened. The FBI is constantly being slammed for this terrible criminal negligence, which has resulted in many preventable deaths.

Corrupt FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Bloomberg reported, "Previous attacks on members of the Sikh community across the country led more than 90 members of Congress to send a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and Robert Mueller, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in April. The lawmakers said the 'hate-motivated attacks' were a 'growing concern' and urged the FBI and the Justice Department to monitor those incidents as hate crimes."

To hear the full speech click: http://www.youtube.com

U.S. President Barack Obama, went to the U.S. state of Wisconsin, to promote his economic message, which was featured in the State of the Union address this week. However, many financial analysts and economists have been pointing out, Mr. Obama's plans for innovation in America will cost a lot of money the nation simply cannot spare during an unprecedented financial crisis. The main goal at this time should be cost reduction and recovery, not expansion.

Billboard: Impeach Obama

Obama: hold on now!

A Wisconsin company has paid thousands of dollars to erect a billboard, calling for the impeachment of U.S. President, Barack Obama. The billboard complains of Obama's alleged failure to help small businesses in America.

The U.S. business sector is in a bad way, leaving many disgruntled at financial freefall initiated by the Bush Administration, through careless, wanton choices. Team Obama has been trying to fix the nation's financial woes, but thus far has been unable to, due to massive overspending and inadequate taxation.

Billboard on U.S. Highway 41 in Oshkosh calls for impeachment of President Barack Obama

February 15, 2010 - A company represented by a Menasha lawyer has rented a billboard calling for President Barack Obama's impeachment.

The billboard on U.S. Highway 41, between the U.S. Highway 45 and Jackson Street interchanges, reads “Impeach Obama.” The tagline adds: “America's small businesses are failing; help us spread the message.”

It was paid for by an unnamed company represented by Tom Wroblewski. In a memo to the media Monday, Wroblewski said the company’s sentiment is that Washington politics are bad for small businesses. He says despite the billboard's language, he's not suggesting Obama committed an impeachable offense...

The billboard will remain up for at least six months, at a cost of $1,000 per month.

A majority of members of the House of Representatives is required to impeach a president. If such a majority is obtained, the Senate then carries out a tribunal based on the charges. A move to convict the president and remove him or her from office would require the support of more than two-thirds of the Senate.

Woman Glues Man's Penis To His Stomach

Therese Ziemann

A cheating husband in the American state of Wisconsin, was set up and punished by his wife and three women he had affairs with, for not telling any of them about his unfaithful conduct.

(Left to right) Wendy Sewell, Tracy Hood-Davis and Michelle Belliveau

They ganged up on him and glued his penis to his stomach. Hahaha! I mean, that was wrong, very wrong! Seriously, violence is not necessary (even if it was funny). The women were arrested and sentenced to one year of probation. I have a question. Exactly how did he unglue himself. Really, scientifically speaking...(still laughing).

Four women who took revenge on cheating lover using a tube of glue walk free from court

Last updated at 2:54 PM on 03rd February 2010 - A mother tied up her cheating lover and glued his genitals to his stomach, a court heard.

Therese Ziemann then summoned two of Donessa Davis's other lovers and his wife, Tracy Hood-Davis, by text message before verbally abusing him.

The 48-year-old claimed she and the three other women only wanted to confront the lothario about his cheating ways. Her decision to grab the bottle of nail glue from her makeup bag was 'a stupid spur-of-the-minute decision,' she said...

Ziemann, Michelle Belliveau, 43, Wendy Sewell, 44 and 31-year-old Hood-Davis were all sentenced yesterday to one year probation plus community service for their roles in the revenge plot.

She told police she slapped the man in the face, cut off his underwear and used the glue to attach his penis to his stomach...
