Alcee Hastings: oh no she didn't just file a complaint against me!

Trouble prone Miami politician and former judge, Alcee Hastings, who is no stranger to allegations of impropriety, is the subject of a congressional probe, for sexually harassing a member of his staff, Winsome Packer. She filed a complaint against him that is being investigated (Alcee, have you been chasing that woman around her desk!). Hastings is the third Democrat to get caught up in a sex scandal over the past few weeks (why are Democrats so horny).

It seems like since I was a kid Alcee Hastings has been in some controversy or the other. He was impeached by Congress for bribery in the 1980s. Homeboy was paid a $150,000 by two brothers, Frank and Thomas Romano, who were trying to stay out of prison on racketeering charges, as they had stolen $1,000,000.

Anthony Weiner was at the center of a media storm over his habit of texting lewd pictures to women on social networking sites. Mark Cusack was also caught with an aide in a compromising situation. The Democrats clearly need to lay off the Viagra, because it is getting them into trouble. Meanwhile, Republicans are too busy gleefully trying to plan a parade route through Washington after the 2012 elections.

A former head of the Secret Service, Lewis C. Merletti, slammed the FBI, stating during the impeachment case of former President, Bill Clinton, they engaged in an "abuse of power" and leaned on them to, "Give us the president."

The FBI has always abused the authority they have been invested with, violating the Constitution and U.S. Code on a regular basis. I've broken stories on the FBI, due to the corruption and abusiveness I have witnessed them engaged in firsthand and the damage it does to innocent people.

F.B.I. Accused of Abuse of Power in Clinton Case

Published: December 18, 2009 - WASHINGTON — A former director of the Secret Service said Friday that the F.B.I. had engaged in an “abuse of power” by trying to pressure him to “give us the president” during the investigation of President Bill Clinton’s interactions with Monica Lewinsky a decade ago.

The official, Lewis C. Merletti, who headed the former president’s protective detail and later became the agency’s director, said in an interview that the Federal Bureau of Investigation had grilled him just days before Mr. Clinton left office in a last-ditch effort to prove that his agents had covered up and even facilitated extramarital flings.

Mr. Merletti said that the F.B.I. alleged that he and Mr. Clinton had concocted this deal: in exchange for Mr. Merletti’s stonewalling questions about Ms. Lewinsky, Mr. Clinton would not only appoint him director of the Secret Service but would also provide him women for sexual encounters.

“They said to me, ‘You’re the last person who can give us the president, and you’re going to give him to us,’ ” Mr. Merletti recalled. He called it “disgraceful” and said of the F.B.I., “They became involved in a political game, and in the end they tarnished themselves beyond belief.”...

The U.S. House of Representatives has impeached federal judge, Samuel Kent, as he was convicted of sexually assaulting two women that worked in the courthouse he maintained chambers.

Upon the jury reaching a guilty verdict, Kent irresponsibly blamed alcoholism for all his problems. His rulings often contained sarcasm, nastiness, arrogance, bullying and insults, all violations of the Judicial Canons, governing federal judges.

The House was forced to impeach him, when he did not resign, in a bid to collect over $174,000 per year in salary, which judges are guaranteed for life, unless they are removed under certain circumstances. He forced Congress' hand and they called his bluff.

The U.S. judiciary still has federal judges on the bench, operating in criminal violation of the law, accepting cash and stock bribes, to rule in favor of criminals.

It is apart of the reason the U.S. economic crisis has reached such unprecedented levels, as some judges, deliberately failed to bring wealthy criminals to justice, who have been running running ponzi schemes, scams and financial frauds, in cases brought before them, that they accepted bribes to corrupt. Said conduct is destroying America.

House impeaches federal judge from Texas

Jun 19 03:31 PM US/Eastern - WASHINGTON (AP) - The House has impeached a federal judge from Texas for lying about the sexual assaults of two women. It was the House's first impeachment vote since it brought charges against President Bill Clinton in 1998.

The vote Friday sets up a trial in the Senate on the impeachment charges against U.S. District Judge Samuel Kent.

Kent entered a federal prison in Massachusetts Monday to serve a 33-month sentence for lying about sexually assaulting two female employees.

Kent is refusing to resign until next year so he can draw his $174,000 a year salary while in prison. If he is convicted of the impeachment charges in the Senate, he will be forced out of office and his pay will be cut off.

House committee sends judge's impeachment to House

Dick DeGuerin, Kent's attorney, sent a letter to the committee late Tuesday saying the women's testimony was "greatly exaggerated and flatly false." He denied allegations that Kent had used racial slurs against African Americans, saying Kent has been given many awards by the NAACP.
