Problems Have Arisen That Need To Be Addressed Lest The Worst Happens

This is a follow up to the February 22, 2012 Judiciary Report article "National Enquirer Publishes Whitney Houston Coffin And Death Photos." In the article the Judiciary Report stated, "The tabloid is reporting she was buried in $500,000 worth of jewelry, which I hope is not true, as it will attract human vultures to her grave and the lawful liquidation of said baubles could better serve the living, such as her child. Houston's estate is currently up in the air and will face extensive legal wrangling to extract all that is owed to her family and creditors...Hopefully her grave will remain undisturbed."
Two days later, on February 24, 2012, Drudge Report ran the Daily Star headline "Grave Robbers" regarding Houston. The newspaper in London printed, "WHITNEY Houston has her own 24-hour armed bodyguard to protect her jewellery-filled gold coffin from grave robbers. Fears that ghouls will plunder her resting place were triggered after it was revealed she was buried wearing up to £300,000 of jewels and designer clothes."

Whitney Houston gravesite in New Jersey
Regrettably, if Whitney Houston's resting place is to remain undisturbed for a long period of time, she will have to be exhumed, thanks to the National Enquirer tabloid newspaper. Due to the fact they obtained a photo of Houston in her coffin, where the tabloid states she is allegedly wearing $500,000 in jewelry, as shown in the photo above, they have callously made her a massive target for grave robbers and jewel thieves all over the world, who can make an easy score for a few hours work, resorting to bribery if necessary. The fact that the jewelry belonged to Houston can make it even more valuable to a creepy collector on the black market, willing to do a discreet transaction.
Sadly, greed and not conscience will takeover in attempts to dig up the late star to steal the jewels they allege she was buried wearing. The cost of guarding her grave with round the clock security, will easily and quickly surpass the value of the jewels as well. If the family leaves her grave as it stands, it will not remain undisturbed, as someone will find a way to steal the jewelry and maybe even substitute them with fakes. Even if the Houston family states the story is a lie, people will still try. This means her grave will be disturbed.

The Houston estate can exhume her body and that of her late dad, who she is buried next to and move them into a secure New Jersey mausoleum. They need to so something, as they need to avoid the trauma of having someone defile and disturb their loved one's grave. She should not be buried with anything of financial value. Remove the temptation from grave robbers and others thieves.
Furthermore, when hearing about stories regarding theft, my dad sometimes says in reference to wealth, "You can't take it with you." Therefore, burying Houston in jewelry is in vain. The estate really should sue the National Enquirer for the damage the tabloid has caused. They did not have to print that tidbit about the jewelry, whether it is true or not. They had the morbid shock value they desired with the casket picture alone. They should have thought their actions through regarding the jewelry blurb and the serious trauma it could create for the family.

Whitney Grave Robbers
24th February 2012 - WHITNEY Houston has her own 24-hour armed bodyguard to protect her jewellery-filled gold coffin from grave robbers. Fears that ghouls will plunder her resting place were triggered after it was revealed she was buried wearing up to £300,000 of jewels and designer clothes.
The singer, who died a fortnight ago in her LA hotel room after a drugs and booze binge, lies in a gold-lined coffin worth tens of thousands of pounds. She is draped in a purple gown and also wears a diamond brooch and earrings and a pair of glittering gold slippers. But the treasure-filled casket has caused alarm among the star’s family and friends. And now minders have been ordered to watch over her grave-side at Fairview Cemetery in Newark, New Jersey.
A source said last night: “There is a very genuine fear that her coffin will be targeted by grave robbers. “It would be hard for them to actually dig her casket up, but that won’t stop psychotic fans or people who think it could make them money. “The fact she was buried with such valuable jewellery is just an invitation to sickos.
“It’s ironic that Whitney, who was most famous for The Bodyguard movie when she was alive, has to have bodyguards even in death.” Armed security men around Whitney’s final resting place have already turned away busloads of fans who have made “pilgrimages” to her grave...

The Numbers Speak For Themselves

Whitney Houston
Many are wondering about reports of Whitney Houston dying broke, as stories surfaced weeks before her death with said claims. Each of Houston's tours in her hay day, tied in with merchandising deals, would pull in $30,000,000 to $40,000,000. Her record sales and increased royalty rate should have netted her at least $125,000,000 for 170,000,000 albums and singles sold. Her work in the film industry brought in additional millions. She was one of the highest paid black stars in entertainment history.
She should have accumulated a $250,000,000 fortune. In terms of real estate, in her lifetime, Houston bought $15,000,000 in properties in Mendham, New Jersey, a $2,000,000 condo in Miami, a $1,500,000 home in Atlanta and a $5,000,000 home in Los Angeles. In the early 1990s, when a $2,000,000 Atlanta mansion belonging to Houston's ex-husband, Bobby Brown, went into foreclosure, she paid to save the property.
Taxes, upkeep and staff on the aforementioned homes had to have cost her at least 8 figures over the years. Then, there's security costs that had to run into the millions over her 25-year career. Figure in another $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 for luxury cars over the years and a few million more for clothes and jewelry.

Houston and her husband had a serious drug habit during their marriage, which on average in celebrity circles could cost upwards of $1,000 per person per day, $2,000 per day for the couple, that's roughly $56,000 per month, $672,000 per year and $9,048,000 over 14 years of marriage. Houston and Brown remained on drugs after their divorce, racking up more drug tabs. They had each entered rehab again in recent years.
Houston also reportedly gave her daughter a $5,000 per month allowance. The family took many expensive vacations, traveled by private jet and spent lavishly on shopping sprees over the years. Still, with all the aforementioned expenditures, even after taxes, Houston should not have been broke, but something was wrong, as her properties were going into foreclosure and being sold in fire sales.
Houston had a lot of people in her life after her money and assets. At one point, they even duped her ailing father/manager, in attempts at fleecing the family. I can't help but think different people may have been stealing her money, as there were industry fights over her cash and all her earnings should not have been gone. Her daughter will be provided for via posthumous sales of Houston's music, but Bobbi Kristina Brown may be fleeced as well, regarding the parasites at Sony Music and other intermediaries.
