The FTC has announced they are opening an investigation into Google for antitrust behavior. The FTC believes Google is operating as a monopoly and wants to probe if the tech giant needs to be broken up, for violating the nation's corporate laws.

A week ago, an article was published on the Politico website, about a new Google advertising program that was said to be offered to President Obama before anyone else, which would not only advertise his reelection campaign, but harvest personal information, such as consumers and readers email addresses, among other things. Watchdog groups are calling for an investigation into the relationship between President Barack Obama and the internet search engine company Google and said claims are legitimate. Email evidence was uncovered regarding the relationship. A number of websites and bloggers have publicly complained, their websites have been removed from Google search engine results, for authoring and publishing articles critical of President Obama, in spite of the fact the First Amendment of the Constitution, guarantees free speech and free press, without fear of retribution.

The fact of the matter is, President Obama, can be quite vindictive, vengeful and petty, which is the mark of a small man. Mainstream newspaper the Boston Herald, is further proof of this fact, as they were punished and penalized by the White House, for allowing other presidential candidates column inches and daring to seek answers from President Obama on the difficult and relevant questions concerning the country. The Boston Herald wrote of the President's inappropriate blacklisting:

"Obama swimming in shallow end of pool. Was it something I said, Barry? Or should I say, Hussein? So the Herald can’t be in the White House pool because we’re not in the White House tank? Nixon would be proud. Imagine if George Bush had tried to set up his own personal 'Enemies List.' All we asked was to be in the press pool. But nooooo. Because the Obama worshipers object to the front-page placement of an op-ed piece by Mitt Romney...In case you missed it, the White House yesterday banned the Herald from the 'pool' reporting list to cover the Messiah’s latest trip to Boston. Obama’s press office had to protect the Boston Globe, which once prided itself on being at odds with the Powers That Be. If the Globe’s current reporters were dogs, they would be described with one of two words. 'Spayed' or 'neutered.' And I just thought of a third word — 'lapdogs.'"

In another revealing incident, the White House contacted a newspaper and demanded an item critical of First Lady Michelle Obama be removed. According to the Daily Caller, "A local California paper in Pleasanton, California was contacted in April by the White House and asked to remove a passage that presented an unflattering description of the first lady. The paper complied, then tipped off The Daily Caller."

It is very alarming that the President and his wife are this trivial and superficial. Instead of tending to massive unemployment and the skyrocketing deficit, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, are obsessing over their unflattering press clippings, attempting to rewrite history and cherry pick what the entire press writes about them in a free country.

Sadly, Obama has lost his way and the plot - and the public knows it. President Obama is showing himself to be a fraud, not upholding the Constitution or U.S. Code, which bars administrations from interfering in the press. To unlawfully impede the publishing of articles, is to erode and potentially destroy the income of writers.

Who are you to be leaning on and harassing people for lawfully speaking their minds and voicing their opinions in print. You're supposed to be creating jobs as President, not trying to destroy them and people's livelihoods in the process. No wonder unemployment is so high - Obama simply does not care and is preoccupied with other egotistical things.

I for one can attest, there is an un-kosher relationship between Obama and Google, as I received an email from said company this week, regarding my articles in Google News (which were removed - yes, they are still trying to destroy my income). I can attest, President Obama and co., dislike the concept of free press and they are well out of order over this conduct.

It should be noted, seeking to remove articles from search engines is futile in suppressing free speech, as many websites receive massive traffic from referrals - regular readers forwarding article links to others, by email, IM, message boards and feedback sections.

This is commonly known as word of mouth and there is no way for Google or any other search engine to remove that. There are bloggers and writers, who are not listed in Google News or Google Blogs, yet their websites have millions of regular readers, who log-on often to read the latest updates.

Drudge Report and other prominent bloggers are proof of this fact. This week it was reported, Drudge refers more news traffic to other websites, than Facebook, a site of 500,000,0000 users, whose CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, Obama recently schmoozed for favorable coverage.

However, Drudge accomplished this feat without being listed in Google News or Google Blogs. Guess Obama kissed up to the wrong people. It's always funny when a politician kisses up to the wrong individuals, because at the end of the day, they should not be schmoozing anyone, as it lowers their office.

Furthermore, such juvenile, petty, vindictive and corrupt conduct, in suppressing free speech, has no place in an administration or a free democracy. It is un-American and un-Western. When you as a head of state, pull strings in seeking to suppress the press, you lose credibility and all moral ground as a politician in the world. Politicians that engage in such conduct are labeled by the voting public, hypocrites not fit to lead.

One cannot privately punish the press for seeking and speaking the truth, then publicly stand up and condemn other world governments, such as those representing China, Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Libya, proclaiming they should have a free and democratic society, when you are behaving in a manner contrary to those proclamations. You must first practice what you preach, then you can lecture others on the virtues of democracy and a free society.

Madonna.com Hackers Hacked Into Google Adsense Account Wiping Out Thousands Of Dollars In Ad Revenues

Last week, on Monday, March 21, 2011, I discovered that Madonna’s hackers at the internet company Digilink, who work for Madonna.com, had criminally hacked into my Google AdSense website advertising account and removed from the approved URL list, two of my top earning websites that receive the most traffic, The Judiciary Report and www. AishaMusic.blogspot.com. My sites are read by millions of people.

As indicated and verified by my Google AdSense account figures, millions of ads appeared on my websites that Google collected tens of thousands of dollars for in profit, but I did not get paid for them, due to the malicious hack by Madonna's hackers, in conduct that constitutes serious federal felonies.

Madonna's hackers exploited a hole in Google AdSense's security, in criminally hacking into the account, illegally changing the settings, banning my sites from my account. This means, all the ads ran, millions upon millions of them, but I did not get paid for any of them on the Judiciary Report and www. AishaMusic.blogspot.com.

I contacted Google by email about the incident and they acknowledged what transpired. However, it remains to be seen whether I will be paid the several thousands dollars owed to me, due to the hole in their system Madonna’s hacker criminally exploited. Google, a multi-billion dollar corporation, already made tens of thousands of dollars on ads they ran on my sites 24 hours a day since 2008.

The hole the aforementioned hackers exploited in Google's security, is no email notification was sent to me regarding the illegal changes Madonna’s hacker made to my AdSense account, which facilitated the crimes.

For example, with a web hosting account, whenever a change is made, an email is sent to the site owner to confirm or deny whether they made the change in question. This is the standard and it helps to catch fraudulent activity.

However, Google has no such policy with AdSense, so any changes made, legally or illegally, can go undetected for a very long time without an account holder knowing, until they log into their Google AdSense account and go through the pages. Most website owners do not do that everyday. However, most site owners read their emails everyday.

I upheld my end of the bargain in prominently running the ads, but now I have been damaged through someone else's deliberate criminal deeds that are no fault of my own. Why would I run millions of anyone’s commercial ads on my sites for free. It's called advertising, which usually denotes payment.

In the past few days that the problem has been fixed at Google, my ad revenues have gone up 100%, as the Judiciary Report and www. AishaMusic.blogspot.com are finally being counted for payment, rather than illegally configured to run millions of ads per month without payment.

This is more proof that I have lost thousands of dollars, due to the commissioned hacking by Madonna and Kabbalah. I kept wondering how websites with far less readers than mine were making more money from Google ads. It just didn't make sense or add up. Now I know why.

This felonious and reprehensible misconduct occurred in criminal violation of U.S. and international law, costing me money at a time I have been physically ill, still recovering from the effects of a brain hemorrhage and a nerve damage right leg that occurred during an angiogram surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.

Not to mention, the only reason I had the brain hemorrhage in the first place was due to Madonna and her cult's misconduct, such as stalking (Chris Brown Showed Up In My Neighborhood), harassment, abuse and assault (Madonna Escalates Criminal Conduct). I regularly use ad revenues from my sites to visit doctors, buy medication, pay hosting, domain and copyright fees, regarding my intellectual property catalog, in addition to taking care of a few other bills.

In spite of the fact I am physically ill, I'm not lazy, never have been and thus, I have consistently been trying to work through this ordeal and this is what that nasty animal Madonna and her equally depraved Kabbalah cult did, in their ongoing theft and harassment campaign they have been waging against me, when I did nothing to them. I have never done anything to these people.

Hacking And Copyright Infringement

Madwoman Madonna, well known for illegally stealing hundreds of copyrights from various people, logged onto the internet one day, found out about me and my Copyrighted Catalog and paid members of the Madonna.com website staff to hack into my computers and criminally copy the aforementioned Copyrighted Catalog. Two computer companies confirmed the hacks in writing, after doing diagnostic tests on my computers.

The next thing I knew, preexisting copyrights, registered in Washington, DC for years, started getting infringed by Madonna and her Hollywood cronies, who have greatly enriched themselves at my expense.

A reputable, connected lawyer that inquired in Hollywood anonymously, informed me that he was told that Madonna has been illegally taking orders for preexisting, copyrighted items from my Copyrighted Catalog, which she has a criminally made copy of thanks to her hackers, as mentioned above.

Madonna has been illegally collecting payment on the stolen copyrights, being offered by her at deeply discounted prices, in exchange for the reduced fees and placing her products in other productions of popular artists and films, to keep her name out there, as her career has faded. She is behaving like she is in the mafia. The woman is vile.

I want you to grasp what this all means. In 2011, modern times, where slavery has been abolished, I am expected to work for free, with no wages, like I'm some slave and it has a very ugly and nasty connotation to it. What kind of look is that trying to defraud people out of their wages.

You get the vibe from Madonna that she thinks black people are slaves. This criminal move regarding my AdSense account was meant to diminish the income I do have, after Madonna and co. illegally stole my Copyrighted Catalog and greatly enriched themselves with ill-gotten gains from it. Their conduct is universally unlawful and un-American. She is a disgraceful, jealous, covetous, hateful psychotic, going around harming innocent people in violation of the law.

Now I ask you, my readers, how was this criminal misconduct commissioned by Madonna lawful, right, appropriate, decent or fair? It is completely illegal. It constitutes conspiracy, racketeering, hacking, computer abuse and fraud.

I don't even go to her website and look how far they have gone regarding me. Those savages saw it fit to break the law in illegally hacking into a Google Adsense account and criminally changing the data, in acts of sabotage that caused more than $500 in damage, which is the benchmark for a felony.

No wonder the economy is in the state it is in. Hardworking people peacefully try to earn a living and the corrupt FBI allows thieves and fraudsters to run loose robbing others and wreaking havoc.

Google News And Google Blogs

There is another peculiar thing I have notice, regarding Google and my websites. I was accepted into Google News, for which I have written confirmation that was sent by email. Google Blogs also accepted my website www.AishaMusic.blogspot.com as well.

However, my articles are regularly being removed from the search engines in both Google News and Google Blogs, which is censorship. Other pop culture blogs in my genre, such as Perez Hilton, Bossip, Pop Sugar and Just Jared, have ALL their articles included in Google News and Google Blogs.

I have repeatedly tested this and found 90% of my articles have been censored, removed from Google News and Google Blogs, though I was accepted into the program, my posts are truthful and contain no objectionable or illegal content.

Think about it, you have Perez Hilton drawing sperm, profanity and crude sexual items on people's faces and all his articles are in Google News and Google Blogs. I run a clean website and I get hit with censorship fit for a communist country. I feel like I'm being discriminated against.

I do believe certain parties in Hollywood are behind what has transpired in this un-American and unconstitutional censorship move to suppress free speech and free press and it's not a good look. Furthermore, you are hitting at the heart of Google by rendering their search results inaccurate for many people all over the world. That's a cardinal flaw and defect for any search engine.

As stated previously in the article, I contacted Google about the missing ad revenues and they did acknowledge the problem in a reply email. I responded to their email and I am awaiting their answer regarding what they intend to do. It is my hope they will do the right thing, negating the need for further action.

Last week, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, a known racist, went into the U.S. Congress and spewed enough hypocrisy to fill the room in manure.

He sounded the alarm regarding hacking, which saw California company, Google, hacked in China, with proprietary data, such as copyrighted source code and trade secrets, illegally copied from the search giant's private servers and stolen, then corrupted (damaging and or destroying the originals held by the true owner), allegedly by hackers in the Far East, attempting to rob and drive them out of their nation and its marketplace.

It's amazing that when Madonna and co. in Hollywood did the very same thing to me, which you were informed of via a formal written complaint, the domestically and internationally illegal conduct was fine by you, Mr. Mueller, as it facilitated the criminal theft of copyrights worth billions. However, now that it has been done to the FBI's partners at Google, you have a problem with it (Google gives the FBI personal data of users upon request). That's called barefaced hypocrisy and an ugly double standard.

Side Bar: For over a month, the Judiciary Report's articles were de-listed (removed to stop people from reading it in popular search results) from Google News and Google Blogs, at someone's request, due to the lawful, truthful exposés I wrote against certain people in Hollywood and entities such as the FBI, getting a lot of attention.

Too bad for the requester that the site gets the majority of its hits based on word of mouth and reader referrals. But thanks for accepting me into Google News and Google Blogs, then discriminating against me, to appease criminals violating my rights in Hollywood ect...

Why open it as a blog service available to anyone, then censor people that did not violate your terms of service. Isn't it the same thing you complain the Chinese government is now doing to Google via censorship.

FBI Director: Hackers Have Corrupted Valuable Data

Mar 4, 2010 8:40 pm - Hackers breaking into businesses and government agencies with targeted attacks have not only stolen intellectual property, in some cases they have corrupted data too, the head of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation said Thursday.

The United States has been under assault from these targeted spear-phishing attacks for years, but they received mainstream attention in January, when Google admitted that it had been hit and threatened to pull its business out of China -- the presumed source of the attack -- as a result.

FBI Director Robert Mueller called these attacks a threat to the nation's security on Thursday, speaking at the RSA Conference in San Francisco. "Just one breach is all they need in order to open the floodgates," he said, speaking about the hackers behind these intrusions. "We have seen not only a loss of data, but also a corruption of that data." ...

"If hackers made subtle, undetected changes to your code, they could have a permanent window into everything you do," Mueller said. "Some in industry have likened this to death by 1,000 cuts. We are bleeding data, intellectual property, information, source code, bit by bit, and in some cases terabyte by terabyte."

Researchers investigating the Google attack -- thought to have affected at least 100 companies including Intel, Adobe and Symantec -- say that prime targets of the hackers were the source code management systems used by software developers to build code...

In some cases, hackers moved valuable intellectual property overseas using their victim's wide area networks, and then moved the data from branch offices to outside servers via the Internet, researchers say...

World Governments Accuse Google Of Copyright Infringement

The Chinese, German and French governments have correctly accused Google of copyright infringement, in scanning 10,000,000 books, by authors all over the world, without permission.

Google's book scanning endeavor, has prompted legal action in numerous world courts, as they did not obtain the consent of copyright holders before embarking on this endeavor.

The U.S. Government, by way of the Copyright Office/Library Of Congress, has also denounced Google's book scanning project, stating it took away the rights of copyright holders.

The Judiciary Report agrees that the corporate behemoth, Google, should have obtained the permission of copyright holders, before undertaking this massive project. It unintentionally sent the signal that copyright infringement is okay, when it is not.

Many books now appear on the internet for free and pop up in regular searches on numerous topics and celebrities, eliminating the need to purchase the actual book.

This hurts writers all over the globe, who are not being compensated for their copyrighted works. The proposed Google settlement is too small and accurate records of how many times each scanned book was viewed should be provided to gauge the full extent of the financial damage.

The Judiciary Report is all for progress and technological advancement, believing scanning is a great step forward, but within the scope of the law. Obtain permission first.

Side Bar: Speaking of Google News. Someone removed the Judiciary Report from Google News weeks ago, after it had been accepted in the program with a few news articles from the site beginning to appear in search results in Google News.

Apparently, a certain crazy pop tart, Madonna, was angry the site received additional coverage and in her usual misconduct, violated the Civil Rights Act once again, in having it removed from Google News. Madonna's staff at Digilink pulled a similar stunt with the site's WordPress blog, which was later reinstated - a site Madonna's hackers at Digilink have been tampering with, to obscure the page's text.

China authors say Google violated copyrights

Thu Oct 22, 2009 6:06pm EDT, Saturday, 10 Oct 2009 11:09am EDT - SHANGHAI (Reuters) - A group representing authors in China has accused Google of violating copyrights with its digital library, a claim that Google denies by saying the service complies with international law.

Many major publishers and authors have taken up lawsuits against Google for its digitization of their works, accusing Google of copyright infringement. Google has already digitized 10 million books.

The China Written Works Copyright Society (CWWCS) believes Google scanned thousands of books, by over 500 Chinese authors, into its digital library without their permission or compensation, said spokesman Chen Qirong.

"Whether you are a small company or big company you still need to respect the copyright of the authors," Chen said...

Google, French publishers face off in court

Thu Sep 24, 2009 1:59pm EDT - PARIS (Reuters) - Major publishers accused Google Thursday of "brutally" exploiting France's literary heritage as they launched a court challenge to the Internet giant's drive to scan digital copies of books and put extracts online.

Publishing house La Martiniere, the French Publishers' Association and authors' group SGDL asked a Paris court to fine Google 15 million euros ($22.09 million) and 100,000 euros for each day it continues to violate copyright by digitizing their books.

The trial caps a three-year challenge to what publishers say is the web giant's 2005 plan to create a massive online library without prior approval.

"It's an anarchic way of brutally stockpiling French heritage," Yann Colin, the publishers' lawyer, told the court.

"Digitizing is reproduction," he added. "Once it is digitized, you can't undo it."...

Germany criticizes Google for copyright infringement

Sat Oct 10, 2009 11:20am EDT - BERLIN (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Saturday criticized the efforts of Google Inc to build a massive digital library, saying the Internet should not be exempt from copyright laws.

In her weekly video podcast, before Tuesday's opening of the Frankfurt Book Fair, Merkel appealed for more international cooperation on copyright protection and said her government opposed Google's drive to scan libraries full of books.

"The German government has a clear position: copyrights have to be protected in the Internet," Merkel said, adding there are "considerable dangers" for copyright protection in the Internet.

"That's why we reject the scanning in of books without any copyright protection -- like Google is doing. The government places a lot of weight on this position on copyrights to protect writers in Germany."

Google has already digitized 10 million books.

Merkel, who will open the world's largest book fair in Germany's financial capital, said there was a need to discuss the issue in greater detail in international institutions...

Top US copyright cop opposes Google book deal

SAN FRANCISCO — The nation's top copyright official has joined the mounting opposition to a class-action settlement that would give Google Inc. the digital rights to millions of out-of-print books.

Her objections cast further doubt on whether the agreement will be allowed by a federal court, even as Google offered a concession Thursday aimed at smoothing the way for approval.

Parts of the settlement are "fundamentally at odds with the law," Marybeth Peters, head of the U.S. Copyright Office, testified in a House Judiciary Committee hearing Thursday that was webcast. She also expressed concerns that the settlement would undermine Congress' ability to govern copyrights and could have "serious international implications" for books published outside the United States...

"The so-called settlement would create mechanisms by which Google could continue to scan with impunity, well into the future, and to our great surprise, create yet additional commercial products without the prior consent of rights holders," Peters wrote in a more comprehensive written statement submitted to the Judiciary Committee...

The open-ended nature of the settlement is "tantamount to creating a private compulsory license," Peters wrote, something she believes could circumvent the authority of Congress.
