Jeremy Carter had run ins with the law, where he was arrested for theft, drug possession and substance abuse. Doctors revealed his heart stopped, leading some to wonder if his death was drug related. Grandson of Jimmy Carter dies in Georgia

December 22, 2015 Last Updated at 00:57 IST - Jeremy Carter, the grandson of former President Jimmy Carter, has died near Atlanta. He was 28. The cause of death was not yet known and the case was under investigation today, Fayette County Coroner C.J. Mowell Jr. Told The Associated Press. The state medical examiner's office is assisting.

Jimmy Carter announced the death yesterday to the congregation of his hometown church in Plains, Georgia, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Carter told parishioners his grandson hadn't been feeling well Saturday and went to take a nap at his family's home in Peachtree City before he died, the newspaper reported. Mowell said he was notified of the death early Sunday. Jeremy Carter is the son of Annette and Jeff Carter, who is Jimmy Carter's youngest son.

In 2005, Jeremy Carter, then 18, was sentenced to 30 days of house arrest, three years of probation and ordered to undergo drug counseling following his arrest in a Peachtree City home break-in. Police said he was caught inside the home of a former friend taking a video game console.

Authorities found less than an ounce of marijuana in a plastic bag in his shoe and smelled alcohol on his breath, The Associated Press reported at the time. Carter had originally been charged with burglary, which could have resulted in a prison sentence, but that was reduced to a misdemeanor theft charge as the result of a plea agreement, the AP reported...

The Evidence Against Nick Gordon In Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death Is Substantial But Will It Be Enough For An Indictment

Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina Brown

The initial autopsy performed on Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 22-year-old daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, found no obvious signs of foul play in her death. However, the manner in which she died would not have any obvious signs of foul play (drowning). The completion of the inquest awaits results of toxicology tests performed 6-months after her death, which will provide an inaccurate reading not reflecting what truly happened to her the day of her injury.

Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who physically abused her on a regular basis and controlled her with cocaine, ecstasy pills, heroin and marijuana, is being investigated in connection with her death, as she was found face down in her bathtub unresponsive after a fight between the two. The couple's drug dealer, Max Lomas, saw Gordon cleaning up blood from the house shortly before Brown was found unresponsive in the bathtub. Brown's family and friends have come forward stating Gordon would beat her to the point he had punched out two of her teeth and dragged her up a flight of stairs by her hair.

Brown's body had signs of bruising on the face and neck that her family publicly demanded an explanation from Gordon for, but none was forthcoming. Ironically, 3-years prior, her mother's body also had bruising on it that the coroner could not explain, after she had drowned her in bath tub and was found face down (the coroner, like most medical professionals, cannot explain why Houston was found face down rather than face up in the tub, as that is odd for a bath tub drowning). Gordon was present when both women died in each incident and falsely claims he tried to revive both of them using CPR, when a medical examiner (in Houston's case) and separately Lomas (in Brown's case) dispute his account in both cases. This all looks very strange and suspicious.

Beverly Hills Coroner States Nick Gordon Is Lying About Giving Whitney Houston CPR

Nick Gordon, his mother Michelle and Dr. Phil

The Beverly Hills coroner who received the body of the late legendary singer, Whitney Houston, after she drowned from a drug overdose in a hotel bathtub, is disputing claims her unofficially adopted son, Nick Gordon, gave her CPR in an effort to save her life.

Gordon's mother made the claim on the "Dr. Phil Show" stating, "When Whitney was found, he administered CPR to her and called me as he was standing in front of her saying, 'Mom, why couldn't I do it? I couldn't get air into her lungs.'"

However, the Beverly Hills coroner stated, "As far as I know, the bodyguard and the personal assistant pulled Whitney out of the bathtub, but they did not perform CPR. They called downstairs telling them to call 911 and Beverly Hills Police Department was on-scene in less than five minutes."

Bobbi Kristina Brown

Gordon is also claiming he gave CPR to Houston's daughter, his girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown, after finding her face down and unresponsive in her bathtub, after a drug overdose. The two had been fighting that morning and Gordon cleaned up blood before the police and paramedics arrived. The couple's drug dealer, Max Lomas, disputes Gordon's claim, stating he was the one who called 911 and gave Bobbi Kristina CPR.

As stated previously on the site, the Judiciary Report does not believe Gordon's story. The site was the first to break the news that Gordon was physically abusing Bobbi Kristina. The site also disputes Gordon's claim of performing CPR for on Bobbi Kristina for 15 minutes (Discrepancies In Nick Gordon’s Story Regarding The Events Surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Hospitalization).

Coroner Disputes Claims That Nick Gordon Performed CPR on Whitney Houston

10:30 AM PDT, March 09, 2015 - ET now has some background information on the recent bombshell claim that Nick Gordon administered CPR to the late Whitney Houston when she was found unconscious at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in L.A. on Feb. 11, 2012.

Gordon's mother Michelle made the claim during Dr. Phil's intense sit-down with the 25-year-old Gordon, which airs Wednesday, March 11.

"When Whitney was found, he administered CPR to her and called me as he was standing in front of her saying, 'Mom, why couldn't I do it? I couldn't get air into her lungs,'" she said about her son's traumatic experience.

However, according to the Coroner Investigator that handled Whitney's case, no such information was relayed to her. Typically the investigating personnel asks questions to find out of how long the person was down and what life saving efforts were attempted.

"As far as I know, the bodyguard and the personal assistant pulled Whitney out of the bathtub, but they did not perform CPR," the Coroner Investigator told ET in a statement when asked if she was aware of any CPR attempt by any person present in the hotel room at the time. "They called downstairs telling them to call 911 and Beverly Hills Police Department was on-scene in less than five minutes."

A source close to Bobby Brown also tells ET that they'd never heard of Gordon performing CPR on Houston, and "do not believe this story at all."

In a new preview of Dr. Phil's sit-down with Gordon, the troubled partner of Bobbi Kristina is clearly distraught as Dr. Phil and his mother stage an intervention. According to the show's press release, he "battles drug and alcohol addiction."

"I hate Bobby Brown," he also says...

Bobbi Kristina Brown's Boyfriend Nick Gordon To Appear On Dr. Phil Show

Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina

TMZ is reporting, Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of comatose Bobbi Kristina Brown, is set to spill his girlfriend's secrets on the Dr. Phil Show. Based on industry records, people are often financially compensated for appearances on television talk shows. Gordon has been living the high life off the Houston estate and is desperate for cash now that he has been financially cut off and evicted from Bobbi Kristina's luxury townhome.

In the weeks leading up to Bobbi Kristina overdosing and drowning in her bathtub, she had a number of fights with Gordon, who was abusing and using her over the $20,000,000 fortune her mother, Whitney Houston, left behind. Gordon had punched, kicked and slapped Bobbi Kristina on different occasions. On the morning of her injury, according to the couple's drug dealer, Max Lomas, Gordon cleaned up blood before paramedics arrived.

Gordon had threatened and harassed Bobbi Kristina's aunt, Pat Houston, who is the executor of Whitney's will, demanding a greater allowance for the couple. Gordon also posted threatening items on social networking aimed at Houston, replete with images of his guns. In another incident, Gordon beat up members of the Houston family.

Dr. Phil should ask Gordon about his drug use, acts of domestic violence against Bobbi Kristina, threats of violence against Pat Houston, physically  fighting members of the Houston family and inconsiderate insults against his girlfriend's father, Bobby Brown, at what is the lowest, saddest point of the singer's life.

Dr. Phil should also ask Gordon about his lavish spending of Bobbi Kristina's money, bragging about an expensive Lamborghini on social networking and showing off other expensive items when he has no means of financial support other that his girlfriend he was abusing and cheating on.

In closing, Dr. Phil should also ask Gordon why he claims on social networking that he did CPR on Bobbi Kristina for "15 minutes" when the standard of care and medical emergency response time in Alpharetta, Georgia is not slow. Please explain this time gap. What was going on in that house while Bobbi Kristina was medically unresponsive. The couple's drug dealer is insisting he did CPR on Bobbi Kristina, not Gordon. Why all these discrepancies.

Discrepancies In Nick Gordon’s Story Regarding The Events Surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Hospitalization

Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina

Nick Gordon’s story regarding what transpired that led to Bobbi Kristina Brown being hospitalized due to a drug overdose and drowning, has so many discrepancies. Gordon claims he performed “CPR for 15 minutes” on Bobbi Kristina. However, the couple lived in an affluent area of Atlanta suburb Alpharetta, where it does not take ambulance “15 minutes” to arrive. The couple's drug dealer, Max Lomas, disputes Gordon's claims, stating he called the police and gave Bobbi Kristina CPR. Lomas telling informed police Gordon cleaned up blood at the crime scene before authorities arrived.

Gordon claims Bobbi Kristina's father, singer, Bobbi Brown, is after her inheritance, from the late Whitney Houston, who is his ex-wife. However, Gordon has been living in the lap of luxury with Bobbi Kristina, blowing through her inheritance money. Gordon bragged about driving a Lamborghini. He has also wrecked one of Bobbi  Kristina's cars, a BMW, paid for with her inheritance money. Gordon threatened the executor of Houston's will, Pat Houston, demanding a greater allowance for the couple, when the late singer made no provisions for him in her will.

Gordon also lived with Bobbi Kristina in a luxury townhouse in the Ellard subdivision of Atlanta suburb, Alpharetta. Two years ago, Bobbi Kristina's grandmother, legendary Gospel singer, Cissy Houston, tried to evict Gordon from the property, but her efforts proved unsuccessful. It led Gordon to believe he could file a restraining order to stop police from obtaining surveillance video of the townhouse, while investigating him in connection with Bobbi Kristina's overdose and drowning.

Bobbi Kristina remains on life support, after being found submersed in a bathtub for over 10 minutes, which is the threshold doctors use to determine recovery. As it stands, no patient has recovered after 10 minutes of water submersion.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Drug Dealer Says He Is The One Who Revived Her And Called 911 Not Her Boyfriend Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon

Drug dealer Max Lomas, who was arrested three weeks ago with a saleable amount of narcotics and drug processing and measuring paraphernalia, was present in the home of Bobbi Kristina Brown, when paramedics arrived to transport her to the hospital after a drug overdose and drowning in her bathtub. The 21-year-old woman, who is the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, is currently on life support and is brain dead.

Lomas disputes reports by Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina, who was raised as her brother for over a decade, was the one who found and revived her (Bobbi Kristina‘s father, singer Bobby Brown, is also disputing claims by Nick Gordon and his daughter, that they were married).

Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon

Lomas stated through his attorney Philip A. Holloway, regarding Bobbi Kristina's condition when he found her, "She appeared to be lifeless at that point in time. He pulled her out and he was the one who called 911 and initiated the medical process." She was indeed lifeless. Paramedics reported when they arrived Bobbi Kristina had no heartbeat and was not breathing. Bobbi Kristina was underwater for several minutes. Hence brain death occurring, after the drugs stopped her poor little heart in the bathtub.

The question is, how and why did Lomas enter the bathroom where Bobbi Kristina lay naked, face down in the tub. He’s not her husband or boyfriend. What prompted Lomas to enter Bobbi Kristina’s bathroom while she bathed. Why did he feel this was okay. This story has more to it than meets the eye.

Max Lomas

Bobbi Kristina, much like her mother, overdosed in a bathtub, in incidents that occurred three years apart, with their bodies somehow turning over and ending up face down in the water. Many are questioning how they were both found face down, as no one takes a bath in that manner. Both mother and daughter had a habit of taking hot baths individually whilst under the influence of illegal drugs, prescription drugs and alcohol, for elevated levels of relaxation, which is very dangerous.

Usher's Son Nearly Drowns At His Home And Is Placed In ICU (Videos)

Usher Raymond IV, the 5-year-old son of singer Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond, nearly died today from drowning, after he jumped into his dad's pool, while in the care of his aunt, attempting to retrieve a toy that had become lodged in the drain.

The boy became involuntarily attached to the drain, prompting his aunt and a housekeeper to jump into the pool in an attempt at freeing him from the powerful suction of the system. They were unsuccessful at freeing him and screamed for help from two men working in the house. The men also jumped into the pool and were able to free him.

CPR was performed at the house, until paramedics arrived and transported the child to a local Atlanta, Georgia hospital. Raymond IV, also known as "Cinco" was placed in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit). It is not currently known if there will be long term brain damage from being submerged under water for minutes, especially on the developing brain of a child, who was deprived of oxygen during the mishap in the pool.

This is the second tragedy to strike Usher and his ex-wife Tameka. Last year, Tameka's 11-year-old son Kile died in an accident on Lake Lanier as he was struck in the head by a jet ski, while floating on a pontoon. He was placed on life support with doctors determining there existed no brain activity. He was removed from life support weeks after the tragedy.
