Walmart Settles Lawsuit Filed By Comedian Tracy Morgan Over Deadly Accident

Giant retailer Walmart has settled a lawsuit filed by comedian Tracy Morgan, after one of their company's drivers slammed a large truck into the entertainer's van on a New Jersey road. As stated on the Judiciary Report last year, a settlement is the prudent course of action in this case (Tracy Morgan Responds To The Outrageous Claims Of Walmart's Attorneys Who Blame Him For His Injuries In Fatal Crash). It is the right thing to do in light of what transpired.

Walmart released a statement about the settlement, "Our thoughts continue to go out to everyone that was involved in the accident. While we know there is nothing that can change what happened, Walmart has been committed to doing what's right to help ensure the well-being of all of those who were impacted by the accident." Morgan also released a statement on the settlement, "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."

Two Secret Service Agents Crash Vehicle On White House Premises In The Latest Scandal To Hit The Agency Under The Obama Administration

The Los Angeles Times is reporting two Secret Service agents engaged in misconduct and crashed a government vehicle on White House premises. The two high ranking agents crashed into a barrier and have been reassigned, in what is the latest scandal to hit the Obama Administration.

This latest scandal occurred after President Obama appointed Joseph Clancy the new Secret Service Director, due to the number of scandals that hit the beleaguered agency. Secret Service agents engaged in misconduct such as patronizing prostitutes, negligently allowing a knife carrying intruder to make it all the way into the White House and being on call while bullets hits the front of the national residence on separate occasions, while the president's daughters were in the property.

7:45 PM March 11, 2015 - Nicole Mainor, a spokesman for the Secret Service, confirmed that the agency was aware of allegations of misconduct involving two employees on March 4. Secret Service Director Joseph Clancy directed that the investigation be turned over to the Inspector General's Office of the Department of Homeland Security, which houses the Secret Service. Clancy pledged full cooperation.

The two employees involved have been reassigned to non-supervisory, non-operational assignments, a Secret Service official said. Obama is aware of the allegations and supports the decision to turn the investigation over to Homeland Security, said an administration official, requesting anonymity to discuss the personnel matter.

"Debris, Bodies Found in Search for Missing AirAsia Flight 8501"  

Search and rescue teams have located the wreckage from AirAsia's flight 8501 that was traveling from Indonesia to Singapore. The wreckage and three bodies of deceased passengers were found in the Java Sea. The airplane is believed to largely be intact. The emergency door was found floating in the sea, indicating someone may have tried to exit the aircraft to avoid the incoming onslaught of waves. 

The pilot of flight 8501 requested permission from air traffic controllers to deviate from his established flight plan, due to bad weather, but was denied. The plane went missing not long after. The plane was possibly struck by lightning, destabilizing its computer systems and components. Experts have stated there is technology present on planes to assist in navigating lightning storms, but some pilots do not know how to operate it. 

The families and friends of the deceased collapsed in tears and grief when being told the sad news at the airport. Tony Fernandes, the CEO of AsiaAir stated, "My heart is filled with sadness for all the families involved in QZ 8501. On behalf of AirAsia my condolences to all. Words cannot express how sorry I am."

Another Airline Crash In Malaysia Puts The Public On Edge (Video)

Air Asia's Flight 8501 from Indonesia to Singapore, has vanished in Malaysia. The missing flight, an Airbus A320, carried 162 people, 17 of which were children. The aircraft deviated from its flight course 40 minutes after take off, citing inclement weather. This marks the third commercial airliner this year to lose all its passengers in Malaysia. Flight 370, went missing, with all 239 people on board presumed dead and Flight 17, suffered from a terrorist attack when it was shot down whilst flying over the Ukraine.

Comedian/actor, Tracy Morgan, has responded to outrageous claims by attorneys representing retail giant, Walmart, laying blame on him for the serious, life threatening injuries he sustained in a fatal crash caused by one of their overworked, speeding drivers. The Walmart driver slammed into the star's limo bus, after he was on the road for 24-hours without sleep. 

Morgan stated in response to Walmart's lawyer's claims, "I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back."

Walmart's attorneys are really pushing it in trying to state a seatbelt could have spared Morgan injury in the above posted limo bus their 18-wheeler smashed up 

Walmart's attorneys have made this case that much worse in the court of public opinion, by blaming Morgan for not wearing a seatbelt. However, anyone who has seen the wrecked and crumpled limo bus, that was slammed into by the massive 18-wheeler truck, should have the common sense to deduce a seatbelt would not have prevented injury to the occupants of the practically crushed vehicle. The limo bus was so smashed and knocked over onto its side, all occupants sustained some form of damage and one of Morgan's friends died.

Word of advice to Walmart, get new lawyers. No reasonable set of jurors will feel sorry for anyone but Morgan and his fellow passengers once they see what your driver did to his limo bus. Not to mention, the anger they will feel when reading your lawyers blamed Morgan for the whole thing, rather than accepting responsibility for a criminally negligent, exhausted driver, who was arrested by police for reckless driving.

Justin Bieber Arrested In Canada With Selena Gomez Present Triggering A Probation Investigation That Could Send Him To Jail

20-year-old singer Justin Bieber was again arrested in his native Canada. This time for dangerous driving and assault. Previously, the singer was arrested in Toronto for assaulting a limo driver. This week Bieber was arrested in Ontario near his dad's home for crashing into, then fighting with a paparazzo. Bieber was driving an ATV with girlfriend Selena Gomez on the back, when it collided with a minivan of paparazzi. An altercation ensued and Bieber was arrested. 

Previously, Bieber attacked a paparazzo in Los Angeles that wouldn’t move from in front of his car. Gomez was also present during that incident. It resulted in a lawsuit being filed against the star in Miami and an embarrassing deposition hitting the internet. The singer is currently on probation stemming from a Los Angeles trespassing and vandalism case. 

Bieber was also arrested this year in Miami for drag racing and DUI and pled no contest. As apart of the terms of the plea deal, Bieber donated $50,000 to a charity. In pending litigation, famed attorney Gloria Allred, has been retained by a man and a woman, regarding Bieber allegedly assaulting them in two separate incidents. Allred just snitched on the Biebs to his probation officer in Los Angeles.

Justin needs to behave. He's pretty and jail will not be easy for a pretty boy, who looks like a cuddly girl with luxurious flippy hair. They'll turn Justin into Justina behind bars. Justin, your butt isn't ready for that.

Top earning boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has been having a tough time of late. After a restful month in Miami with his family, which he tweeted about on Twitter, the boxer ventured out to Los Angeles. First Mayweather was snubbed by ex-fiancée, Shantel Jackson, whom he waved at in a Los Angeles night club. Mayweather, who was in the club with his new girlfriend that his ex-fiancée has hated for over a year, masseuse, Doralie Medina, tried to make a peace offering in waiving and saying hi to Jackson, but she blanked him.

Jackson has been struggling after selling two cars and a luxury purse Mayweather bought for her while they were together. Jackson then purchased a less expensive car, while using the rest of the money to live in Los Angeles, in trying to make it as an actress. Jackson aborted Mayweather's unborn twin babies, lying to him that he stressed her out and caused a miscarriage, when in actuality she didn't want to gain weight with pregnancy, because she believed it would ruin her chances as an actress. The only thing standing in Jackson's way regarding becoming a successful actress is her profound lack of acting ability.

It's ironic, she didn't love Mayweather and was using him for his money, which is something no one deserves to have done to them, now life is giving her back the negativity and treachery she inflicted on others.

Mayweather's trip to Los Angeles continued to get worse, as singer and reality star, Tiny, who is a longtime friend and married to rapper, TI, snubbed the boxer on the red carpet as he tried to say hello to her as well. Tiny's husband, TI, had attacked Mayweather in Las Vegas, over her spending time with him and his Money Team. Both Mayweather and Tiny denied anything inappropriate happened.

It is believed TI has issued threats over Mayweather, which may have led to Tiny keeping her distance from the boxer on the red carpet. TI needs to have a seat. He brags that he knows thugs, but guess what, so does Mayweather. He needs to call a truce and stop challenging Mayweather over the rapper's neglectful, unfaithful conduct towards his wife.

Mayweather's rough weekend was rounded out by news his children had met in a car accident while he was presenting at the BET Awards. Mayweather's friend, singer Justin Bieber, went to pick them up after the crash and brought the kids to their dad.

TMZ Retracts Claim Paul Walker Burned To Death

Yesterday's Judiciary Report column contained an article regarding TMZ claiming "Fast And Furious" actor Paul Walker burning to death in a fiery car crash, while being driven by his financial adviser Roger Rodas (Coroner Tells TMZ Actor Paul Walker Burned To Death After Car Crash).

The Judiciary Report disputed this claim, as the light weight, low riding, aerodynamic Porsche Carrera GT crashed into a light pole and tree going in excess of 100MPH, which ignited the gas tank, triggering a fire and explosion. Today, TMZ retracted their story regarding Walker burning alive and to death as well as the item stating the actor was seen flailing after the accident (see article below).

I'm a fan of the Porsche's aesthetic design (Boxster, Carrera, among others). I've also seen them up close and can tell you the obvious, it's not a heavy duty, military styled rugged vehicle like the Hummer. Therefore, a lightweight Porsche crashing into a solid, heavyweight object such as a light pole, whilst going at a high rate of speed, would inevitably result in catastrophic injuries to the human body (organ damage, profound blood loss, death). The impact was so terrible in the Walker tragedy, it split the Porsche in half (diagonally). The Judiciary Report is of the belief the men died instantly and did not feel the effects of the fire.

Furthermore, the gasoline based fire and explosion that ensued for several minutes consumed skin, flesh and did further damage to organs. How could they conclusively come up with an accurate profile of death in terms of consciousness after impact and feeling the effects of burning to death...

Paul Walker Death Image in Burning Porsche Video is NOT Paul 

12/5/2013 11:06 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Paul Walker did NOT make a final desperate attempt to escape the burning wreckage -- and the image seen in video shot right after the crash is definitely NOT Paul ... TMZ has learned.

There had been rampant speculation and buzz on the Internet that a shadowy figure seen around 23 seconds into the video of the burning Porsche Carrera GT ... was Walker trying to get out of the vehicle, but sources connected to the investigation now say it just isn't so ... for several reasons.

First, the sources tell us that, based on photographs of the wreckage ... Paul's body was pinned in an area of the car that makes it clear he couldn't have been flailing outside the vehicle. Also ...we're told that based on the injuries he suffered, Paul died within a nanosecond of impact, and therefore it's impossible for the image in the video to be him.

It's not clear how long after impact the video starts, but clearly more than a nanosecond. As for what the image really is -- we're told law enforcement has watched the video, and based on evidence from the crash site ... it appears to be a part of the car's roof burning.

Coroner Tells TMZ Actor Paul Walker Burned To Death After Car Crash (Video)

The TMZ website is stating the Los Angeles coroner's office informed them "Fast And Furious" actor Paul Walker, burned to death after the initial car crash that claimed his life last week at the age of 40. TMZ stated Walker died of "trauma" and "burn injuries" but the driver of the Porsche GT, Roger Rodas, did not.

The question is how can they tell, as Walker and Rodas were both burned beyond recognition, requiring dental records for a positive ID, after the car burst into flames and exploded. How burned was the skin and internal organs that someone came to the conclusion the passenger burned to death, but the driver did not. It's like trying to guess the cause of death after a cremation, as the car was a raging inferno for several minutes before firefighters arrived and put out the blaze.

Video surveillance tapes shot from a distance reveals debris and a thick black plume of smoke rising in the air at the crash site. Shortly after, it is stated an explosion occurred, where the smoke becomes even thicker and darker. The car may have been on fire then exploded.

Without video proof, how do they know Walker didn't die on impact, as the car was speeding, going in excess of 100 miles per hour, then crashed into a light pole and tree. There is talk of a video tape where Walker is allegedly seen flailing before the car explodes. However, how do they know it was not an involuntary reflex that sometimes occurs right after death. It's a terrible thing to tell his family that he burned alive for a time before dying in an explosion, especially with no concrete proof (video tape showing the crash, then explosion).

Unless there exists clear cut video proof regarding the tragic accident (not a video obscured by buildings) to speculate and hypothesize in this manner, supposing something so gruesome, isn't fair to Walker's grieving family and friends. It's downright cruel.

Paul Walker Burning Porsche Video May Show Escape Attempt 

 

12/4/2013 6:08 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF - A close examination of the video showing the Paul Walker's Porsche engulfed in flames reveals a shadowy image appearing to flail. There is now a swirl of speculation that the image, seen roughly 23 seconds into the clip, is Paul attempting to escape the death trap.

Law enforcement sources who participated in the investigation tell TMZ ... there is strong evidence that Paul and Roger Rodas never got out of their seats, but when pressed they would not conclusively say that Paul didn't attempt an escape.

Our sources say ... investigators are confident Roger absolutely didn't move -- but they would not definitely say that about Paul. One source says it appears both men were trapped in their seats and therefore did not attempt an escape, but the key word is "appears."

We're told law enforcement is looking at the video now. We broke the story ... the L.A. County Coroner's Office says Paul died from both trauma from the crash AND burn injuries, which insinuates the actor survived the initial impact and the fire was partially responsible for his death.

Paul Walker Crash Cause Of Death Revealed Trauma and Burn Injuries 

 

12/4/2013 12:20 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF - Paul Walker died from the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries sustained from the Nov. 30 car crash ... this according to the L.A. County Coroner's Office. Translation -- Paul did not die from the impact of the crash alone. He burned to death after the Porsche GT crashed into a tree and a pole and exploded into flames.

The man who was driving the Porsche GT, Roger Rodas, died from multiple traumatic injuries suffered upon impact. Burning was not listed as a factor in his death. The coroner says toxicology results for both men will be available in 6 to 8 weeks. The Medical Examiner says both deaths have been ruled as an accident. Sources in the coroner's office tell us ... both men were positively ID'd by using dental records.

Walker and Rodas were killed Saturday in Santa Clarita, CA when the Porsche GT they were in veered off the road, slammed into a pole and exploded in flames. The cause of that crash is still under investigation. Paul was 40. Rodas was 38.

Fast And Furious Star Paul Walker Dies In Fiery Car Crash But TMZ Posted The Story Two Days Before It Happened

Stunningly handsome "Fast And Furious" star Paul Walker has died in a tragic, fiery car crash. The good looking actor has been a staple in the "Fast And Furious" film franchise since its inception in 2001. Walker was a passenger in the Porsche Carrera GT of friend and financial advisor, Roger Rodas, a former race car driver.

The two were attending a fundraising event hosted by Walker's non-profit charity organization Reach Out Worldwide. Rodas, who was behind the wheel, took Walker for a joyride in his Porsche. The car careened out of control and crashed into a light pole and tree, presumably killing them instantly. Authorities have confirmed speed was a factor in the crash. Figure eight and donut patterns were observed on the road at the site of the crash.

From start to finish the impact phase of the accident was a fireball. A motorist in another vehicle, who saw the car wrapped around a tree, after having knocked over a light pole due to the crash, stated to other drivers, "Drive away. It's going to blow up." A female motorist in another vehicle called 911 emergency services and stated as a loud bang is heard, "The car is in half. Yes there is someone in there."

Jim Thorp, a man who had met Walker earlier at the event stated, "A man and his wife. They saw it happen. They have it on video tape. They thought it was a film being made. They didn't know it was Paul or Roger. They had no clue. They just saw a very nice car get in an accident and then blow-up."

There are reports Rodas' 8-year-old son bravely, but sadly unsuccessfully tried to rescue his father from the mangled car. Onlookers tried to out the blaze with fire extinguishers, but were unable to do so. When firefighters arrived they were able to put out the blaze. However, Walker and Rodas were pronounced dead on the scene. Their bodies were burned beyond recognition, requiring the coroner's office to request dental records of the two men to make a positive identification.

Look at the bottom article link and summary, it says "2 days ago" meaning it was published two days prior to November 30, 2013, the date of the deadly car accident that claimed Walker's life. TMZ has some explaining to do. TMZ has since deleted it from their site.

Ironically, TMZ's archives contained an article about Walker's death two days before it happened, which led to many publicly asking what is going on. One of two things happened. In the past, TMZ has engaged in article backdating to claim scoops and may have backdated it too far.

It was a pleasant surprise to leave home for the day only to see Walker behind the wheel of a car driving by, while being directed and filmed by director John Singleton. Putting money, albeit TV movie money, in the hands of a drug addict like Lohan is not a good idea. The funds will be and have been used very irresponsibly. She could have killed someone in the aforementioned car accident. Lindsay's next foolish move? Appearing nude in the film "The Canyons."

Lohan totaled the Porsche, running into the back of an 18-wheeler truck, while speeding down Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, California.

Lohan keeps proving she hasn't changed one bit, yet a director has risked his production by including her in the role of the late actress, Elizabeth Taylor, for a Lifetime biopic on the star. She is also in the running for a soft-core pornographic film, which is pathetic.

You know how the Judiciary Report constantly calls Lindsay Lohan a train wreck, well the latter part, wreck, is more fitting than ever. Last week, Lohan crashed a rented Porsche into the back of an 18-wheeler truck in Santa Monica, California and was rushed to the hospital, as she was bleeding and sustained bruises.

Her assistant, who was a passenger in the car, suffered the same. According to reports, Lohan tried to bribe the driver of the 18-wheeler, via a friend, to keep quiet about the incident and take the blame. However, the truck driver blabbed and blamed her. 

So, to keep you up to speed, Lohan has crashed into hedges, hit a baby stroller with a toddler in it, ran over the foot of a man she pulled out of a vehicle to go on a sick car chase through Los Angeles pursuing her terrified assistant that quit her job and has now smashed into the back of an enormous 18-wheeler of all things. 18-wheeler trucks are pretty hard to miss, because they can carry about as much drugs as Lindsay has snorted.

James says the Escalade driver and Lindsay's assistant put on a full court press: "Him and the guy took me across the street and told me this was some kind of famous person and they didn't want to be in the media. But I'd already called 911 because they were trying to get away from the scene. But they packed a bag and then the limousine driver told me, 'Don't mention the bag to the cops.'"

James says he couldn't have cut Lindsay off because he was already in the right lane when the accident occurred. James previously told us Lindsay's people tried to bribe him at the scene of the accident in an effort to keep him quiet about the whole thing.

U.S. Government Loses $320,000,000 Hypersonic Jet In The Pacific Ocean

The U.S. government lost an expensive $320,000,000 hypersonic jet, after it malfunctioned and crashed into the pacific ocean, within minutes of launching. After 8-years of research the project ended in a failure, but as such is the research world. Not everything works on the first try.

Maybe next time you guys need to quietly test the components first, or even a scaled down version of it, to make sure it actually works, rather than drawing attention to $320,000,000 in taxpayer money careening into the ocean.

Ryan Dunn Consumed 11 Alcoholic Drinks Before Fatal DUI Crash

It has been revealed, 34-year-old MTV "Jackas*" co-star, Ryan Dunn, famous for his crazy stunts and antics, had consumed a total of 11 alcoholic drinks at a Pennsylvania bar, before getting behind the wheel of his Porsche and fatally crashing into a tree. "Jackas*" stars Kabbalah schizophrenic, Steve-O, who was committed to a psychiatric war last year.

Local police called Dunn's crash the worst accident they have ever seen. It is estimated, Dunn, was recklessly speeding at 130-140MPH, when his vehicle abruptly flew off the road, broke through a guard rail, smashed into a tree, then burst into flames, in the preventable tragedy.

Dunn drank an enormous amount of alcohol at Barnaby's bar in Pennsylvania, before hitting the road and fatally crashing. It is also being reported he bought drinks for everyone in the bar (Photo Credit: Splash).

The daredevil's final stunt cost him his life and that of 30-year-old Iraq veteran and Navy Seal, Zachary Hartwell. There is currently no word, whether Hartwell's family will file suit against the estate of Dunn, for what is clearly wrongful death.

There is talk of a lawsuit against Porsche, which is unfair. Any car Dunn hopped into would have ended in tragedy, as it was not mechanical failure, but human negligence and recklessness. Dunn should not have been drinking and driving and the bar should have cut off his supply of liquor long before he hit 11 drinks.

34-year-old "Jacka*s" star, Ryan Dunn, died in a fiery car crash, while under the influence of alcohol, when his Porsche sped off the road and slammed into a tree, exploding in flames shortly after. Dunn was driving in excess of 110 miles per hour before the fatal crash. Up to one hour prior to his death, Dunn was drinking and had consumed six alcoholic beverages at a local bar in Pennsylvania. Dunn's passenger, a U.S. Navy Seal named, Zachary Hartwell, 30, also died in the blaze. Hartwell had served in Iraq multiple times.

Dunn's Porsche after the accident is a sad reminder of the ills of drinking and driving

Dunn is being slammed in the press and online by members of the public, for drunk driving. As stated on the Judiciary Report a few years ago, it is not a matter of celebrities not being able to afford a driver or a taxi cab, they like to be seen in their luxury cars and after a night of drinking that is a terrible idea. To die in one’s thirties is a tragedy and waste of life, especially in a manner that was so preventable.
