Crazy Stalker Arrested For Targeting Fox News Host And Her Brother

33-year-old stalker, Charles Moreland, has been targeting Townhall.com journalist and Fox News commentator, Catherine “Katie” Pavlich, whom he is in love with, resulting in the FBI indicting him on criminal charges, such as cyberstalking. Previously, Morelanad was jailed for cyberstalking and making threats against U.S. congressional senator, Harry Reid. 

Moreland, sent Palvich a barrage of unwanted and threatening emails at the online address posted on her website articles. Such email addresses are meant for public feedback, which includes compliments, constructive criticism or requests regarding what people would like to see on a website. Said email addresses are not meant for threats and abuse. Writers don't mind emails that criticize their writing and written opinions. You can even tell a writer via email that their work stinks or is biased. However, when it crosses the line into threats, that's when it becomes illegal.

Moreland used fake names and various email addresses to submit a multitude of harassing, threatening and abusive items to Palvich, in conduct psychologists attribute to stalkers. Moreland took his conduct even further in sending threatening and crazy items to Palvich's brother on social networking. Papers in psychiatric journals by psychologists do state, stalkers often target the family members, spouses and or love interests of their victims. It is a crazy means of indirect contact with a victim they are stalking and getting no response from, leading to greater restlessness. However, it is unwise to respond to a stalker.

Moreland became so obsessed with Palvich, everything she or her brother posted online, he crazily misinterpreted it as something directed to and written about him. Moreland made statements that reveal he is in love with pretty Palvich and wanted to marry her. Many people have crushes on public figures, post comments to that effect on social networking and even send fan email. That's no crime. However, once again, Moreland veered into completely illegal territory in sending threatening items via email, where Palvich and her brother began to reasonably fear for their safety.

Moreland was jailed and given court orders not to use a computer, laptop, tablet or any other device to cyberstalk and harass people. However, the minute he got out of jail in the Reid case, he began targeting Palvich to greater degrees, sending more and more threatening emails. This case further alarmingly proves many stalkers cannot be rehabilitated. It is a serious mental disorder that not even shock therapy can fix. 

Stalkers are not harmless. Many of them engage in criminal violence against innocent people. Their minds are gone, believing they own and or are in a romantic relationship with their victim, who wants nothing to do with them. The justice system needs to take a hard line with stalkers. Too many of them have killed innocent people. Stalkers belong behind bars indefinitely or in a mental institution to protect the public.

FBI Probing Stalking Of Fox Commentator

Suspect was convicted for death threats against Sen. Harry Reid
 

MAY 19--The Oklahoma man convicted of threatening to kill U.S. Senator Harry Reid is now the target of an FBI investigation into his alleged online stalking of a prominent conservative journalist and frequent Fox News Channel contributor, court records show. According to an FBI affidavit, Charles Moreland, 33, has spent most of the last year harassing Catherine “Katie” Pavlich, a Townhall.com editor. Pavlich, 27, has received more than 250 e-mails from Moreland, a barrage that left the journalist “in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury,” federal agents allege. 

Moreland, a Tulsa resident, pleaded guilty in January 2015 to sending Reid messages stating that the politician was a “dead man.” One e-mail warned Reid that if he did not resign his Senate seat he and his family members would “face stern, harsh, unimaginable consequences.” In another message, Moreland wrote that if the Democratic power “opens his mouth again, we will take action against him and his family immediately.” 

In a misdemeanor plea deal, Moreland was sentenced to a month in jail and five months of home detention. He was also placed on probation for a year. Beginning last May, investigators charge, Moreland inundated Pavlich with creepy and menacing e-mails. While claiming in one e-mail, “I am not going to harm anyone,” Moreland stated in a later communication, “If I come to DC you will ignore me and say you have no idea who I am.” 

Upon receiving some of Moreland’s initial e-mails, Pavlich told a colleague that, “I think this guy…is a serious harm to himself and possibly a legitimate stalker of me.” Pavlich, identified as “CP” in the FBI affidavit, did not respond to TSG e-mails seeking comment about the federal probe. 

In other e-mails, Moreland appeared infatuated with Pavlich, asking, “When are you going to seduce me?” and “Does that mean you are going to kill me if I don’t marry you?” When Pavlich solicited reader questions in advance of an interview with Carly Fiorina, Moreland wrote, “Ask her if she thinks I should marry you.” 

Moreland, the FBI affidavit notes, even monitored an Instagram account maintained by Pavlich’s brother. When Pavlich’s sibling uploaded video of himself shooting at a Tulsa gun range, Moreland interpreted the clip as a direct threat. “I have no interest in harming you or anyone you care about. I honestly do not,” Moreland wrote to Pavlich in a September 2015 e-mail. “However, if you have interest in harming me, please make sure you follow through on the implied.” 

Moreland’s e-mails to Pavlich stopped after he was arrested in November for violating terms of his probation. He was cited for failing to disclose his use of a tablet and laptop that were capable of accessing the Internet. Additionally, court records show, Moreland sent “threatening” e-mails to the White House, Hillary Clinton, and other public officials. The Clinton e-mail, forwarded to the Secret Service by the campaign’s correspondence director, prompted agents to confront Moreland about his unhinged communications...

35-year-old Florida woman, Ashley Olsen, was repeatedly stalked while temporarily living in Florence, Italy, then raped and strangled to death. During pretty Olsen's stay in Florence, she posted items on Instgram stating she was being stalked in Italy on a regular basis by a strange man. Olsen referred to the stalking as “weird” and “creepy.” Indeed.

Olsen's last Instagram post regarding the unwelcome stalking stated, "I have a #stalker “#stalkeralert
#creeperintheback #creeperpic #weirds--t #scoutthebeagle." Prior to that Olsen posted a message on Instagram about her stalker, who followed her around the city while she did such things as shopping and walking her dog, "'#f***off' and '#creeper.'"

Ashley Olsen's boyfriend at the time of her death Federico Fiorentini. Based on items Olsen posted on Instagram, the couple was having problems in their relationship and she was about to break-up with him again.

Days after the last Instagram post on the matter, Olsen was discovered naked and dead in her apartment. Olsen's Italian boyfriend, Federico Fiorentini, made the discovery. Reports indicate there was no sign of a break-in to her apartment and her dog was "not distressed" in what "may indicate that the person who killed Ashley Olsen in Florence was known to her and the dog."

Police in Italy are going over CCTV security camera footage in places Olsen visited with the hope of spotting the stalker she complained of and obtaining clues regarding her death. Police fear a repeat of the Meredith Kercher case, regarding a student visiting Italy from Britain, who was murdered, resulting in a big trial.

Stalking is a serious crime. It is not acceptable human behavior. Anyone engaging in stalking is mentally ill. To become so obsessed with another that one follows them or has them followed by a private investigator, day in and day out, insanely wanting to be apprised of all their movements, denotes mental illness in a person that is a danger to society.

Psychiatrists and psychologists define stalking as a mental disorder. The dictionary defines stalking as, "The act or an instance of stalking, or harassing another in an aggressive, often threatening and illegal manner." The psychology dictionary defines stalking as, "The repeated pattern of following and observing a person in an obsessional ay. Stalking is an intrusive and harassing act."

Stalking can be direct or indirect. Some stalkers follow their victims around. While other stalkers engage third parties such as private investigators, thugs or people in their employ, to stalk their victim (often approaching the victim at some point during the unwanted stalking campaign). The sick crime of gang stalking is an emerging crime in America, recognized by federal law enforcement in the United States. Gang stalking involves what the title indicates, a group of people conspiratorially stalking, threatening and harassing others under a sick, perverse pack mentality, with the intent of inflicting harm on the victim.

1/11/2016 11:18pm EST - American woman, Ashley Olsen, was found murdered in Florence, Italy on Saturday at her apartment. Authorities are examining CCTV footage and waiting for results of the autopsy. Toxicology reports may take longer, however...

Ashley Olsen's body was discovered in her flat in the city's center. According to the report, the 35-year-old woman was found naked and appeared to have been strangled. There weren't signs of a struggle or intrusion into the home. Olsen's pet Beagle was inside the apartment with her body, but didn't seem distressed. This may indicate that the person who killed Ashley Olsen in Florence was known to her and the dog. Police did offer up some information prior to the autopsy by saying that bruises were found on Olsen's neck...

Authorities also said the body was found by Olsen's boyfriend – Federico Fiorentini – an Italian artist who went to the flat with the landlord after he became worried over not hearing from her in three days following an argument they had... CNN reports that no one is being excluded in the death investigation of Ashley Olsen in Florence, according to prosecutor Giuseppe Creazzo. Even though Olsen's boyfriend has an alibi that checks out with testimony from other witnesses, Creazzo insists that “no one has been excluded” and “no track has been excluded” in this mysterious case.

Having been one of the stars of the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" Jenner is not used to low ratings. Even as "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" continues to decline in the ratings due to the overexposure of its stars and their poor decisions, the show still pulls bigger viewership numbers than "I Am Cait."

Americans and global audiences simply are not relating to or aspiring to the life "Caitlyn" is leading. Most deem the transgender lifestyle an alternative one and not something they aspire to in their own personal lives. People (audiences) are finding it very difficult to understand or accept it. I've watched a few episodes of "I Am Cait" and I do not recommend it. The show is strange, sad and depressing. Jenner is confused, bawling all the time, appears wracked with guilt, embarrassed and unhappy. That combination does not make for good TV, as the phrase goes.

Jenner looks like a giraffe in heels. Jenner does not look like a woman. He looks like a man wearing women’s clothes. Some believe he is doing this for money and fame ($5,000,000). One thing is for certain, it is damaging and destroying him. He looks like a man with regrets.

Bruce Jenner's new reality show about his transgender life "I Am Cait" has flopped in the ratings. The show was watched by approximately 2,700,000 which is considered low for its genre and the level of promotion it received. The former Olympian, who had plastic surgery in an effort to look like a woman,  has been the subject of controversy. Medical doctors and scientist do not recommend gender reassignment surgery. Psychologists refer to it as a mental disorder, as it is "biologically impossible" to change one's sex.

21-year-old gay man, Rick Jones, filed a false report with police in Utah, stating he was viciously beaten and a homophobic slur carved into his arm with a knife. After investigation, police discovered Jones made up the entire thing. When interviewed by police regarding the inconsistencies in his claims that did not match up with the actual evidence, Jones confessed he lied about being beaten and an attacker carving a homophobic slur in his arm. Jones carved the homophobic slur into his arm and beat himself in the head and and on the face.

Jones had also spray painted a slur on his family's home and set it on fire with a molotov cocktail and lied to police stating a homophobic person, who beat him up and carved the gay slur into his arm with a knife, also desecrated and set his home ablaze. Jones is now facing potential charges over filing a false police report and wasting the authorities time that could have been better devoted to investigating real crimes.

The purported attacks began with a beating at his family's pizza business in April that left Jones with head and facial bruising. Five days later, the family's home was found spray-painted with a homophobic slur. On June 10, a rock and a molotov cocktail were thrown through the window of the home. That same day, the business was spray-painted, broken into and robbed of $1,000. Jones told KSL-TV earlier this month he believed he was targeted because he is gay.

26-year-old Amanda Bynes had another outburst on Twitter last week, but this time it went farther than ever, as she accused her dad of incest. Bynes logged off then get back on the internet to tweet her dad did not molest her and the "microchip" in her brain made her say those things. 

Bynes tweeted, "My dad was verbally and physically abuse to me as a child," she wrote. "He called me ugly as a child and then asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and i did not know how to respond and I said no and then I was forced to live with my dad which was a total nightmare." Bynes previously accused a New York police officer of sexually assaulting her, which he and those present during an incident at her condo vehemently deny.

Bynes then flew into Los Angeles, where her driver, on her parents orders, tricked her into believing he was transporting her to a lawyer's office. In actuality, the driver was transporting her to the mental ward that is the Las Encinas Hospital, where she has been on a 5150 psychiatric hold. 

This marks the second time the actress's parents, Lynn and Rick Bynes, have placed her under a psychiatric hold, but it is needed. Last year, despite her mother's claims, the Judiciary Report stated Bynes mental illness is beyond bipolar and actually schizophrenia. As stated in the column previously, Bynes is in Kabbalah and the sick sect have destroyed her mind in a bid at getting to her money.

Ironically, Kabbalah member, Sam Lufti, who helped Kabbalah corral and damage singer Britney Spears, is now in Bynes' life. He is encouraging her to sue her parents, which is not a good idea. Bynes needn't have any dealings with or listen to Lufti, who is a greedy opportunist that used to drug up Britney Spears to control and manipulate her. 

Sadly, Bynes mind is gone and it must be devastating for her parents. There is currently no cure for schizophrenia. It is a permanent mental state, where psychiatric drugs are used to keep patients from hurting themselves and others.

Carey, who is very distressed by the collapse of her 6-year marriage and the fact her voice is going, has been drinking to forget her sorrows. Carey has been known to smoke weed as well. Sometimes bad things happen in life, but getting drunk and high is not the answer. It's one thing to have a drink, but getting drunk damages the body and mind. Carey needs to admit to herself she and her family need help to get through this crisis, lest something terrible happens in a moment of insanity.

Three normal, healthy young stars became severely mentally ill, disheveled, depressed and dangerously close to going over the edge.

Spears and Bynes were involuntarily committed to psych wards of hospitals to treat schizophrenia they developed under the sick, mind numbing teachings of Kabbalah, to prevent them from killing themselves or others. Both women are under psychiatric care indefinitely. Lohan has been branded mentally ill by many. She has been in and out of court and jail, while displaying erratic behavior bearing all the signs of mental illness.

In order to control members, they are exposed to satanic rituals, trances and subtle forms of brainwashing utilized by such cults as Jonestown (People's Temple Agricultural Project), David Koresh's Branch Davidians, Charles Manson's the Family and the Heaven's Gate sect. Much like the aforementioned cults, some Kabbalah members have taken their lives or brutally murdered people in high profile incidents that made the news.

Kabbalah members prominently use and display symbols of the occult, such as pentagrams, the Eye of Horus and the Baphomet in their projects and try to influence impressionable audiences with them. They are not well. They are prone to rage and acts of violence. Stay away from them.

It all traces back to Kabbalah's sick philosophy it operates under, via trying to bring out mental illness in people. They call it "Inducing Schizophrenia" a process where they create terrible, harassing situations in people's lives to make them mentally snap.

Negative conditions promoting mental breakdowns they induce are achieved via non-stop disturbing telephone calls, emails and texts, bullying, mental abuse, physical abuse, threats about one's family/love life/job/career, in tandem with illegal wiretapping, hacking and stalking to bully people into believing they know their every move (to simulate paranoia).
This is done to bring about a state of mental illness, where they attempt to push victims over the edge through a series of negative and detrimental situations they create, with the hope they will break and go crazy, clearing the way to exploitation and robbing them of their assets and labor, whilst in this vulnerable mental state. It has worked on dozens of people and resulted in murders and suicides when victims snap.

Let this be a warning to the public to avoid Kabbalah and all Kabbalah Centers, as they are sick, will try to take all you have and destroy your life. What they are teaching people is very mentally unsound. They want your money, property and the opportunity to exploit you in any way they can, to support its leaders, deranged pop singer, Madonna, as well as the equally greedy Berg family, who all live in lavish Beverly Hills mansions, on donated funds that were supposed to help the sick and the poor in America and Africa. Do not give them your money or property via donations. The funds will not go where they state. Hence the criminal investigations against them.

In closing, please logically ask yourself, what kind of sick sect can take once vibrant, coherent, bright, mentally sound women like Spears, Bynes and Lohan and turn them into raving maniacs, who are legally branded a danger to themselves and the public by courts of law and medical professionals.

Report: Cop Killer Christopher Dorner Killed In Shoot Out And Cabin Fire

 

ABC News is reporting, fired Los Angeles Police Department officer and U.S. Navy reservist, Christopher Dorner, has been killed in a shoot out with police, during an intense, expensive manhunt. Before Dorner's death, he released a mentally ill manifesto, praising a number of Hollywood stars, whilst threatening to kill LAPD police officers and their families.

Days prior to his death, Dorner shot and killed a police officer. Dorner is also accused of attempted murder regarding three additional police officers. When police closed in on him today, he shot and killed and second police officer. It is believed Dorner was killed today during the aforementioned shoot out with police, after barricading himself in a cabin in the city of Big Bear, California. The cabin burst into flames and it is being stated Dorner's charred body has been recovered. However, a positive ID has not been made on the body. An announcement is expected shortly.

According to reports, the family of faux singer, Rihanna, want her to marry R&B crooner, Chris Brown, the man who was arrested for beating her in 2009, after she started hitting him. To most people this sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

However, Rihanna is determined to get Brown and her family, whose lavish lifestyle she underwrites via copyright infringement, clearly will say anything to keep the money coming their way. The fact of the matter is these two could have another massive fight as they did in 2009 and next time in a rage, Brown may not be able to stop choking her, resulting in death.

Based on an article containing a quote from a friend of the late Adam Lanza, the 20-year-old who shot and killed his mother, Nancy Lanza, 20 children and 6 adults in Newtown, Connecticut, he was into the Goth movement, which is a branch of Satanism.

Ironcially, Jared Lee Loughner, the shooter in the Arizona mass killing, which claimed several lives, was also into the Goth movement. As were the shooters in the Columbine school killings. The music, films, books, imagery and practices  associated with Goth is full of darkness and depressed. To an already unstable mind, the mix equals disaster. There's definitely a link there.    

Newspapers have also been pointing out, Lanza played many violent video games at home, which have been linked to killings committed by troubled minds. However, it should be noted, many video game users do not kill or injure others.

Lanza's brother initially stated he was "somewhat autistic" but was it a professional diagnosis done by a doctor or his opinion, as autism sufferers are generally not prone to mass murder. Autism is a developmental disability, not mental illness. It would appear he was mentally ill, not mentally disabled, as Lanza was a honor roll student. If he had a mental disability, he was very high level. Once again, the "survivalist" beliefs his mother exposed him to must have done more damage to his already deteriorated mental state.

Authorities are searching for motive in the case, but have been unsuccessful in establishing one, as Lanza was a loner, as was his mother and any evidence on his computer has been destroyed, with police stating he smashed the hard drive to pieces.

Hopefully the Lanza family's internet service provider will be able to give them access to his internet history and accounts online, as by law, said information is supposed to be stored for 2-years (and emails deleted from one's inbox, are also supposed to be stored on servers  for the 2-year period).

More information has been released on the Sandy Hook shooter, Adam Lanza, regarding his psyche before he shot and killed 20 kids and 7 adults in Connecticut. 20-year-old Adam and his mother Nancy Lanza, were in need of mental health services. It was revealed Nancy Lanza was stock piling weapons, food and other supplies, having a doomsday view of the world, believing it was about to end due to economic collapse. She instilled these fears in her already mentally ill son, who was in need of institutionalization.

When people get into such a state, they no longer think rationally. Lanza, shot his mother in the head several times, while she lay in bed. He then went to Sandy Hook Elementary and shot 20 children and 6 adults, before turning the gun on himself when authorities stormed the building.

In Lanza’s crazed mental state, he may have irrationally believed he was saving the children and his mom from the end of the world (especially with all the December 21, 2012 doomsday prophecies going around based on the Mayan calendar). You’d be surprised at the things people sometimes believe, as wrong and dangerous as it may be.

You see it in tragic situations where a family is facing financial or social problems, leading someone within the unit to wrongly believe the answer is to kill everyone and it will reunite them in the next life problem free. It is a tremendous waste of life, all due to mental instability. When mental clarity goes, a mind is susceptible to entertaining strange and sometimes dangerous thoughts.

If true, said behavior is very wrong. As it was not self-defense, under the law, that is not permissible, as there are better ways to deal with financial and contractual disputes. The question remains, why didn’t Lufti call the police and report her for the alleged assault.

Spears’ mother has pushed her daughter into questionable things in the entertainment industry and is partly responsible for her demise. Parents should not encourage their children in unethical behavior and be more vocal when they observe their offspring falling in with the wrong people. To be a pushy stage mom, yet sit idly by when the so-called powers that be in the industry send one's child down a detrimental path, all in the name of money, is a sign of poor parenting.

Lufti has brought out Spears' dirty laundry in court, embarrassing the pop tart and her family.

There have been claims of anti-Semitism by the Spears family as well. During the time Lufti was in her life, both he and the singer engaged in illegal, questionable behavior that reached very low depths of human behavior. They are both in the wrong on a number of things and it is ironic that it is being played out in court.

In an interesting, yet deceitful twist. Yesterday, after the Judiciary Report published the article "Britney Spears In Danger Of Another Mental Breakdown Now That Justin Timberlake Has Married Jessica Biel" TMZ published a post stating Spears' lawyer is blaming pop star and ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake for her mental breakdown, which is a load of rubbish. Spears cheated on Timberlake and he dumped her.

However, the erosion of her mental state did not begin until Spears joined Kabbalah at Madonna's instance and they began criminally spying on and trying to control her in every single way they could, in bids at "inducing schizophrenia" which they successfully did, via brainwashing and messing with her head.

She went insane from that.

Kabbalah also blackmailed Spears using the contents of the hidden camera and among other things, including phone hacking (Rupert Murdoch is a member of the cult) and computer hacking they commissioned, when they completely and utterly spied on her in every technologically possible way. There was even an incident regarding Kabbalah hacking into the security/surveillance system at Spears' home.

Now Spears is mentally insane to the point she is permanently under a conservative and on several heavy duty medications a day, to help her not harm herself, her children or anyone else, as she previously did and was twice committed to a psychiatric ward for doing.

Furthermore, it's those same degenerates in Kabbalah that encouraged Spears to cheat on Timberlake in the first place, because as a cult, like other cults, they believe in promiscuity and using people for sex. They use it as a form of control over others.
