R&B singer, Chris Brown, is in trouble again. Brown’s drug use, which the Judiciary Report has written about as flaring up again, has resulted in the singer engaging in acts of violence. He has been sued by his manager, Mike G, for assault. Mike G was hired to help Brown rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna domestic violence case. For a while, it worked, but things have hit another downward spiral, this time worse than ever. 

TMZ reported, “Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER.” Brown’s tour manager, Nancy Ghosh, who worked with Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber and Kanye West, stated last Friday that she quit, as the singer threatened to beat her. Ghosh ran off the tour bus in fear after Brown threatened to beat her up like he did his manager Mike G. TMZ stated, “Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced ‘what he did to Mike G’... and threatened to do the same to her.” 

TMZ also reported, “We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening.” In a separate recent incident, Brown forcefully stomped on a man’s head in Cannes, France, in an incident caught on video. Brown’s bodyguards held the man down while the singer stomped on his head, which could have killed him. 

Once again, Brown needs rehab. As his violent behavior has dramatically escalated, Brown needs to be placed under a conservatorship for his safety and that of the public. This cannot continue. It will not end well. The narcotics Brown is taking, coupled with the influence of lawbreaking friends in his entourage, is bringing out violent schizophrenia. 

I’m sorry to have to state this, but he cannot be around his daughter if this continues, as people who are bipolar and schizophrenic that are also high on drugs, have flown into rages, unintentionally hurting family and friends, while in that erratic state. His family needs to reassess the situation, as does the court, before something terrible happens.

Mike G claims he was hired in 2012 not only to change Brown's image but to get him out of debt and off drugs. 

Mike G says he did well by Chris, who had a resurgence in popularity. Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER. The lawsuit claims Brown, rather than being remorseful, began mocking Mike G on social media and bragging to friends about the beating. Mike G says Brown had the audacity to tell people working on his tour, if they got out of line he'd beat them just like he beat Mike G. 

Mike G says Brown's rage was drug-fueled and the suit mention concern for retaliation from Brown's "gang member friends." Mike G's attorney, Patty Glaser, tells TMZ, "We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy." 11:00 AM PT: Chris just responded to the lawsuit in an Instagram video, claiming he fired Mike G for stealing money from him. Mike G's lawyer says that's not true and they will be adding a defamation claim to the lawsuit.

6/27/2016 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Chris Brown allegedly cornered a female tour manager and went on a threatening, drug-fueled tirade so intense, she jumped off the tour bus and quit on the spot. Sources connected to Chris' tour tell us the incident went down May 23 during Chris' European tour. Nancy Ghosh -- who's worked with the likes of J Lo, Kanye West and Justin Bieber -- claims Brown cursed her out in a dispute over her employment terms. 

The day after the incident she fired off an email to Brown's team ... in which she explained she felt unsafe because Chris has been "irrational and high on drugs." Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced "what he did to Mike G" ... and threatened to do the same to her. TMZ broke the story ... Chris' ex-manager, Mike G, sued him for an alleged beatdown. Ghosh said she refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety. We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening. We've reached out to Chris' camp ... so far no word back.

$10,000,000 Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Against Nick Gordon For Drugging And Drowning Whitney Houston’s Only Child Bobbi Kristina Brown

Court appointed conservator, Bedilia C. Hargrove, has filed a $10,000,000 wrongful death lawsuit against Nick Gordon, the ex-boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston. Hargrove states in her lawsuit Gordon gave Brown , “A toxic cocktail” of drugs, beat her, dragged her up the stairs and placed her facedown in her bathtub. A trash can was also found in the tub by Brown’s feet. Bobbi Kristina's tooth had been knocked loose by Gordon.

Gordon accused Bobbi Kristina of cheating on him. However, he was the one cheating on her all the time. The Judiciary Report was informed the relationship was ending, they were screaming at each other and he couldn't take it (that she wanted the relationship over). Bobbi Kristina was trying to end the abusive relationship, Gordon became enraged and beat her worse than ever before.

Drug dealer, Max Lomas and his girlfriend Danyela, were present while Brown was dying in the bathtub. Lomas stated Gordon cleaned up blood throughout the house, after viciously attacking frail Bobbi Kristina, for understandably trying to leave him. Hargrove stated in legal documents that after Gordon left Brown to die in her bathtub, he went to Lomas's girlfriend, Danyela, who was also a friend of Bobbi Kristina, put his head on her feet and stated, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

This supports what the Judiciary Report has stated all along - Gordon was abusing Bobbi Kristina and had a hand in her death. He robbed her of her life at age 22 and should be made to answer for it in a court of law. Bobbi Kristina had a right to leave him. She was so in love with him and gave Nick Gordon everything. This is how he chose to repay her.

It is evident by his speech that Gordon thinks he is Whitney Houston's son and entitled to her estate just as much as Bobbi Kristina had been during her life. Gordon repeatedly and aggressively approached the executor of Houston's estate, Pat Houston, under this misguided and erroneous premise. Gordon threatened to kill Pat Houston, but did it in a subtle way that created issues in obtaining a restraining order. The Houston family is afraid of Gordon, who has a gun collection and short temper.

Women need to be careful how they leave an abusive relationship, as it can result in violence and of a deadly nature. Seek the assistance of the police and the courts to remove the abusive party from your residence. Change your locks immediately and avoid your aggressor.

Bedelia Hargrove, the conservator for Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is the daughter of the late legendary singer, Whitney Houston, successfully completed process service yesterday on the $10,000,000 lawsuit she filed against Nick Gordon. Bobbi Kristina remains in hospice after a domestic violence incident perpetrated by Nick Gordon, which included a beating and near fatal drowning, occurred at her Atlanta, Georgia home.
 
Hargrove's lawsuit paints a serious and convincing narrative of the terrible emotional and physical abuse Bobbi Kristina endured at Gordon's hands. The lawsuit seeks to make him pay in court for not only beating her, but stealing her money as well, left in a trust fund by her mother. While some have asked why Gordon was sued for $10,000,000, when he does not have that much money in cash or assets, it is for a reason.

The conservatorship seeks to recoup all the money and assets Gordon took from Bobbi Kristina, as well as obtain a whopping judgment to ensure any tell-alls, present and future, which are unquestionably lecherously based in profiting off their relationship, would go to her estate. Garnishments can be placed on bank accounts and wages to satisfy the court judgment. Here's hoping the conservatorship prevails in court.

Hargrove was able to prove Gordon stole at least $11,000 from her bank account, but during the time they were together, he bullied her into giving him well over that amount. A complete inventory needs to be taken of Houston's home to assess if any of Houston or Brown's belongings are missing, such as jewelry or memorabilia that could sell for significant sums online or at auction.

Bobbi Kristina could have had a good life with another man, someone who would have loved her, not beaten her and did his best to keep her away from drugs and alcohol. When you have a good influence in your life it can make a big difference, because that person will try to help you become your best. However, if you have an opportunist in your life, telling you everything you do is right (even when it's not), demanding and spending your money, fuelling your vices and abusing you, something terrible is bound to come out of it.

Men and women need to recognize the signs of when they are being used by people pretending to love them for what they can get out of them. Someone who loves you will not sit by and just allow you to destroy yourself when they can do something to halt your decline. People do that for others they love all the time. People also need to recognize the signs of being in an abusive relationship.

Atlanta motorist, Russell Eckerman, has sued Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston, for $750,000 over a car accident. 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina is dying in a hospice and her conservator has been made aware of the lawsuit. Eckerman has been hospitalized since January 2015, due to Bobbi Kristina's car accidentally colliding with his vehicle on a Marietta, Georgia road. A report on the WENN website indicates Bobbi Kristina, "Lost control of her Jeep, which subsequently swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with his Ford Taurus." Eckerman's medical bills are quite high.

Bobbi Kristina walked away from the accident unscathed. However, Eckerman sustained skull fractures and a fractured spine. Eckerman was placed into a medically induced coma that he was later brought out of, but is no longer able to speak. Ironically, 3-days after the accident, Bobbi Kristina Brown was a victim of domestic violence at the hands of boyfriend, Nick Gordon. Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unresponsive in her bathtub. She was rushed to hospital and placed in a medically induced coma as well. Recently, Bobbi Kristina Brown was transferred to a hospice to peacefully pass away.

The Medical Reason For Chris Brown's Angry Outbursts In The Wake Of The Karrueche Tran Stalking And Shouting Incident Where Police Were Called

Under court ordered rehab, R&B singer Chris Brown underwent a psychiatric evaluation and diagnosed with bipolar disorder last year (he developed bipolar disorder at the Kabbalah Center, which is a Hollywood cult that harasses, abuses and brainwashes its members). It is apart of the court record, regarding documents submitted to Judge James Brandlin and Brown's former probation officer. Now that Brown has completed probation, there is no longer any court supervision or any order compelling him to seek medical help for his mental illness.

This past Thursday, Brown lashed out during a manic episode and began aggressively and angrily stalking and shouting at ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who dumped him for fathering a child during their relationship. He even forced his way into her vehicle, then showed up at her home hours later loudly yelling and knocking on the door to the point the neighbors called police. Since breaking up with Brown, Tran has been avoiding him for the past 3-months, which has upset and enraged him on different occasions.

November 6, 2014 Psychiatric Times article on "7 Steps To Prevent And Manage Violence In Bipolar Disorder Patients" has a picture that is similar to the position Brown is crouched in above in a subsequent photo he posted a day ago, eerily symbolic of the rollercoaster of emotions and feelings bipolar patients go through.  

A photo posted to Brown's Instagram page yesterday reminded me of a picture from a psychiatric article on manic episodes people suffering from bipolar disorder experience. His case is textbook. There are signs of schizophrenia as well. It is clear the chemical reactions in Brown's brain that have gone awry due to the disorder are driving his misbehavior the public has witnessed.

He is ill and needs help. It is time for his family to step in and make sure he gets the help he needs, because as stated previously in the column, Brown is not regularly taking his medication on his own. I was informed Brown does not think he needs the bipolar medicine, but he is dangerously mistaken in this regard. He needs it to regulate the chemical activity in his brain lest he hurts himself and or others. Brown needs to be put on a proper medical regimen where he is legally required to take his medicine and under supervision.

R&B singer, Bobby Brown, has been granted joint guardianship over his 22-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is in a persistent vegetative state. Bobbi Kristina is the only daughter of the late singing legend, Whitney Houston, who died under similar circumstances from cardiac arrest, after being found face down in a bathtub with drugs in her system (overdose).

Brown has been granted joint guardianship with former sister-in-law, Pat Houston, who is the executor of Houston's estate. The court has also appointed a conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, who is an independent lawyer. It is regrettable a conservatorship was not established prior to Bobbi Kristina's tragic overdose, after abuse at the hands of live-in boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who is a violent psychotic. It is sad that it has come to this. What a loss of a life that held so much promise, now rendered to a vegetative state. Drugs are terrible. So are abusive relationships.

Celebrity News May. 8, 2015 AT 5:20PM - Bobby Brown and Pat Houston have been appointed co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown, a statement from their attorneys confirmed to Us Weekly on Thursday, May 7. The decision comes after the late Whitney Houston’s ex-husband and sister-in-law spent the day in court.

“We are delighted to inform the public that the court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown (‘Krissi’). Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi’s care and medical needs,” reads a statement issued by David Long-Daniels, Counsel for Pat Houston and Cissy Houston, and Christopher Brown, Counsel for Bobby Brown.

According to the statement, the court has also appointed attorney Bedelia Hargrove as the conservator for Krissi. "Ms. Hargrove is responsible for Krissi’s assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims,” the statement explains. According to Hargrove’s law firm’s site, she “specializes in fiduciary litigation, probate and estate administration, estate planning, personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as general civil litigation.“

“Both parties are delighted with the court’s decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care. We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter,” the statement concluded...

Police in London were placed in the very difficult position of accepting a rape complaint by beautiful 23-year-old university student, Eleanor de Freitas, who was suffering from bipolar disorder. She accused 35-year-old millionaire and London financier, Alexander Economou, 35, of rape. Economou maintained his innocence throughout the investigation. He also brought what is known as a private prosecution, paying 200,000 British pounds for lawyers to independently investigate the case to prove his innocence. 

Economou's investigation turned up serious evidence indicating de Freitas had lied about being raped. It turns out the two had dated. Hours after de Freitas stated to police she was raped, subpoenaed store security surveillance tapes from sex toy shop Ann Summers, revealed the couple laughing, kissing and shopping for erotic items. She did not look uncomfortable or like she was there against her will. Mr. Economou paid for the sexually explicit items de Freitas selected from the store, using his bank card. This was not the profile of a rape victim, interacting with her alleged rapist. They looked like a couple buying sex toys.

Mr. Economou had broken off the relationship when he discovered de Freitas was an escort and naked masseuse, using fake names and giving men, both married and single, naked massages and possibly sex. As a result, de Freitas vindictively filed a rape complaint with the police. She was spending loads of cash in London's high end department store Harrods. Economou contended de Freitas was selling sex for cash and using the proceeds to buy expensive items at Harrods, while working for an average wage at a local store. 

Economou subpoenaed store security surveillance tapes from Harrods revealing de Freitas spending thousands of pounds, well beyond her wages. He stated de Freitas' parents were in the dark regarding her double life as an escort and naked masseuse, as well as her extravagant purchases. Economou also presented incriminating text messages that revealed de Freitas was not truthful in her allegations of being raped.

The evidence Economou's investigation unearthed was so serious, the Metropolitan police took over the investigation and charged her with filing a false police report alleging rape. She began turning up for court hearings wearing a burka, though she is not Muslim. She was also seen sitting on the floor of a food shop throwing crisps (potato chips) at people. Her aversion to needles meant she could not take the therapeutic drug lithium, which is administered to bipolar patients. Regular blood tests are needed to monitor the levels of the drug in the patient's system.

Sadly, three days before the criminal trial, de Freitas killed herself. Her mother discovered her lifeless body with a suicide note at the family's home in Fulham, a town in London. de Freitas was terrified her double life as an escort and naked masseuse, along with the store security tapes and incriminating text messages, would bring shame upon her family.

Her suicide note read, "I know how selfish it is, but I really feel there’s no way out. If I were to lose the case, I know that I would have brought huge shame to the family. It is entirely my fault for what has happened, and there are many other events that make me make this decision." However, there was a way out in facing the music, as nothing is worth taking your life over. She likely would not have faced jail, due to her preexisting mental illness diagnosis. For women who are not mentally ill and lie about rape, jail sentences are also not significant in length.

Sometimes mentally ill people lie and state they have been harmed, when no such offense occurred. It makes it difficult for families, mental health authorities, police and the courts to discern who is telling the truth in such situations. It also damages the names and reputations of others. Economou had a right to clear his name. It is regrettable that things unfolded in this manner for de Freitas.

de Freitas was a very pretty girl, with a lot going for herself. She was mentally ill and had nothing to be ashamed of in that. She needed help to overcome her problems. With the proper medication and continuous counseling, she could have led a full and normal life, free from trouble, escorting and all forms of self-inflicted exploitation. 

This is one of the reasons why it is important for patients to take their medicine. For those suffering from mental illness, who will not take their medicine, a conservatorship is in order to protect the patient and the public. There are many lessons to be learned from de Freitas story, with the hope it does not happen in another situation again.

Star magazine is alleging pop tart Britney Spears is being "beat up" by her boyfriend/manager, Jason Trawick. The magazine has released an audio recording to its website, reportedly of Spears, speaking of the physical abuse.

There was a court hearing this week to determine if she is now mentally sound and able to handle her own affairs and it was deemed she is not.

It's just as well, as Spears has a laundry list of significant mental problems, being controlled by a host of sedative and anti-psychotic pharmaceutical drugs, negatively impacting her kidneys and liver.

However, her parents decided to have her medicated to control the schizophrenia that threatens her life and that of her children, not to mention, endangered public safety each time she hit the road...or something on it.

Based on reports, drug addicted actress, Lindsay Lohan, is angry regarding her parents seeking to enact a conservatorship over her troubled life and financial affairs. It is being stated, she will fight it, as she sits in rehab at the Betty Ford Clinic in California.

Lohan has made a boatload of very poor decisions in her life that she is responsible for in every measure. Until she owns up to her misconduct, she will continue to act like a irresponsible child and absolve herself of all blame, even when she damages others.

Lohan's parents have also shown themselves to be irresponsible in how they have raised their children. They have exploited their daughter's youth and sexuality to make a very comfortable life for themselves.

Her most recent film project "Inferno" is a pornographic retelling of the life of former porn star, turned Christian, Linda Lovelace. The role needlessly calls for nudity and pornography, yet the Lohans are pushing Lindsay to star in this disgraceful film.

Lovelace most likely would not want her story told in this manner and via a very destructive, unrepentant, cult crazy actress that will only bring negativity to a life that was changed by the grace of God.

Spears would wander around with unwashed, unkempt, matted hair, stained, ill fitting clothes, spotty skin and poorly applied make-up, which made her the butt of jokes on just about every pop culture blog in existence, some of which she regularly reads.

Spears even made mention of the negative public comments, in an interview with "Today Show" host Matt Lauer. As a result of the criticism about her appearance, she publicly and privately pursued a number of men to boost her deflated ego, in a bid to reassure herself. However, she overdid it.

Flores also stated in his lawsuit, Spears viciously abused her small children, Sean and Jayden. He alleges, she fed them seafood they are allergic to and barred anyone from giving them medical assistance, when they began vomiting. He recalled an incident, where Spears angrily beat her 2-year-old son with a belt.

Do remember, this is the same Spears that drank alcohol and smoked while pregnant and nearly dropped her baby on the hard New York concrete in clear sight of photographers. She constantly drove with her children unsecured and exposed them to wild tirades and mental breakdowns, which saw her committed to mental hospitals.

Spears has been so promiscuous, she began having sex with a paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib, who she had just met on the streets of Los Angeles. Yet, in the face of said facts, she wants the world to believe she would never sexually harass a bodyguard, when she repeatedly went after man after man, in public, like a sexual predator.

If her dad, Jamie Spears, hadn't forced her into an involuntary conservatorship, at age 25, which are for mentally incapacitated people or those who are minors, under 18 and unable to make proper decisions, she would have died from the psychotic things she was engaging in.

TMZ revealed, Spears is on several anti-psychotic medications along with anti-depressants. This is being done to control her schizophrenia, as a form of sedation. Doctors don't dole out psych meds, especially in the aforementioned quantities, for people that don't need them, nor do they admit individuals to psychiatric hospitals, in her case, twice, unless there is reason. Spears clearly met the criteria.

The truth needs to come out regarding her behavior, especially in relation to her children. There has been talk of Spears wanting the conservatorship she in currently under to end, which can't be good news for her children. If she stops taking her medication, she will revert to her old depraved conduct and could fatally harm them.
