R&B singer, Chris Brown, is in trouble again. Brown’s drug use, which the Judiciary Report has written about as flaring up again, has resulted in the singer engaging in acts of violence. He has been sued by his manager, Mike G, for assault. Mike G was hired to help Brown rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna domestic violence case. For a while, it worked, but things have hit another downward spiral, this time worse than ever. 

TMZ reported, “Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER.” Brown’s tour manager, Nancy Ghosh, who worked with Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber and Kanye West, stated last Friday that she quit, as the singer threatened to beat her. Ghosh ran off the tour bus in fear after Brown threatened to beat her up like he did his manager Mike G. TMZ stated, “Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced ‘what he did to Mike G’... and threatened to do the same to her.” 

TMZ also reported, “We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening.” In a separate recent incident, Brown forcefully stomped on a man’s head in Cannes, France, in an incident caught on video. Brown’s bodyguards held the man down while the singer stomped on his head, which could have killed him. 

Once again, Brown needs rehab. As his violent behavior has dramatically escalated, Brown needs to be placed under a conservatorship for his safety and that of the public. This cannot continue. It will not end well. The narcotics Brown is taking, coupled with the influence of lawbreaking friends in his entourage, is bringing out violent schizophrenia. 

I’m sorry to have to state this, but he cannot be around his daughter if this continues, as people who are bipolar and schizophrenic that are also high on drugs, have flown into rages, unintentionally hurting family and friends, while in that erratic state. His family needs to reassess the situation, as does the court, before something terrible happens.

6/23/2016 9:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Chris Brown has more legal woes ... the guy he hired to rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna beating is now suing Chris for allegedly doing the same to him. Mike G claims he was hired in 2012 not only to change Brown's image but to get him out of debt and off drugs. 

Mike G says he did well by Chris, who had a resurgence in popularity. Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER. The lawsuit claims Brown, rather than being remorseful, began mocking Mike G on social media and bragging to friends about the beating. Mike G says Brown had the audacity to tell people working on his tour, if they got out of line he'd beat them just like he beat Mike G. 

Mike G says Brown's rage was drug-fueled and the suit mention concern for retaliation from Brown's "gang member friends." Mike G's attorney, Patty Glaser, tells TMZ, "We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy." 11:00 AM PT: Chris just responded to the lawsuit in an Instagram video, claiming he fired Mike G for stealing money from him. Mike G's lawyer says that's not true and they will be adding a defamation claim to the lawsuit.

Sources connected to Chris' tour tell us the incident went down May 23 during Chris' European tour. Nancy Ghosh -- who's worked with the likes of J Lo, Kanye West and Justin Bieber -- claims Brown cursed her out in a dispute over her employment terms. 

The day after the incident she fired off an email to Brown's team ... in which she explained she felt unsafe because Chris has been "irrational and high on drugs." Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced "what he did to Mike G" ... and threatened to do the same to her. TMZ broke the story ... Chris' ex-manager, Mike G, sued him for an alleged beatdown. Ghosh said she refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety. We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening. We've reached out to Chris' camp ... so far no word back.

Chris Brown In Another Social Networking Fight Threatens To Beat Producer

Chris Brown is going through another bipolar disorder outburst on social networking. This coupled with the fact he is heavily using drugs and drinking again, whilst not taking his medicine as instructed, is compounding an already bad situation. Brown is currently facing several lawsuits for assault, his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, still has not come back to him and his fans overwhelmingly rejected the prices of all the items in his new fashionline that was unveiled this week. Brown's current album "Royalty" has also stalled at 300,000 copies in America.

Today, Brown began ranting against singer/music producer Kevin McCall on the social networking website Instagram. McCall is signed to Chris Brown's CBE (Chris Brown Entertainment) subsidiary record label company. Sony Music is CBE's parent label. Brown has signed artists who have met with moderate success.

McCall has been arguing with Brown to let him out of his contract, which would permit him to leave the label. Brown became angry at the whole incident hit social networking via his and McCall's accounts. Brown invoked the Bloods Piru gang he joined for protection from select people in the entertainment industry. Brown threatened to kill McCall, via telling him to Google his home address and show up for violence.

Rather than stating the phrase, "I'm gonna put the fear of God in you" Brown changed it to, "I'm gonna put the fear of the devil in you." Brown belittled McCall for being a churchgoing Christian, contrasting it with his life as a member of the deadly Bloods Piru. Brown's fans immediately became alarmed and begged him to stop making threats, lest he ends up arrested. Brown then deleted the post. However, some people saved copies of it and posted it on other sites.

What is this world coming to! 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee was shot to death in a Chicago, Illinois alleyway, in a violent gang rivalry that has reached horrible levels. The innocent 4th grader had just finished playing basketball in a local park and was on his way to his grandmother's house. A rival gang member of his dad, Pierre Stokes, lured Tyshawn into an alleyway and shot him to death in an act of premeditated, cold-blooded murder.

The Chicago Tribune has revealed a rival gang blamed Tyshawn's dad Stokes for two murders and the gun related wounding of a gang member's mother. Ironically, Stokes is not cooperating with police. Stokes stated of police, "They're more worried about me. Why are you worried about me, not the killer? I'm not the killer. Worry about the killer." Stokes further stated, "To be honest, I feel bad. I feel like it's my fault.

McCarthy says 9-year-old boy targeted, lured into alley and executed

Chicago police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said Thursday that 9-year-old Tyshawn Lee was targeted because of his father's gang ties, lured into a South Side alley Monday afternoon and executed. Speaking at the scene of Tyshawn's killing, McCarthy called the slaying "probably the most abhorrent, cowardly, unfathomable crime" he had seen in his 35 years in law enforcement.

McCarthy said police believe Tyshawn was killed because of his father's gang ties and a recent series of shootings between factions. He said the father, Pierre Stokes, is not cooperating. In an interview Tuesday night with the Tribune, Stokes denied anyone would have a motive to kill him, but if someone did, there was no reason to take it out on his son because he's out in the neighborhood all the time. Chief Keef's Rapper Capo And A 1-Year-Old Baby Killed In Chicago (Video)

A member of rapper Chief Keef's GBE/Glo Gang rapping collective, Capo, real name Marvin Carr, was shot and killed in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday July 11, 2015. Capo was murdered in an act of gang violence. His last moments were caught on mobile phone video, as he lay dying on the ground.

The suspects also killed a 13-month-old baby in attempting to flee. Toddler, Dillan Harris, sat in his stroller with his mother standing by, while waiting for the bus and was run over by the killers. Harris' horrified mother stated after the hit and run, "When I looked up they were just there. I tried my best to save my baby. I knew he was gone. I never imagined this would happen. My son gone so soon."

The baby was found face down in the fetal position after being struck and killed by the speeding car as the killers made their getaway. 21-year-old gang member Antoine Watkins has been arrested and charged with murder, attempting to evade arrest, driving without a license and driving without insurance.

It is regrettable he chose a life of drugs, promiscuity, violence and being involved in gang activity, as it robbed him of a future, in claiming his life at an early age. Chief Keef, real name Keith Cozart, has been under police investigation for the past few years, as the suspect in a gang murder he bragged about on social networking. Keef later deleted the item from Instagram and Twitter.

Crack cocaine addicted rapper and drug dealer, Bobby Shmurda, 22, appeared sad and tearful as he was perp walked with members of his GS9 crew in New York. The indie rapper, who shot to fame this past summer, is up on a litany of criminal charges, ranging from murder to drug dealing in New York and Miami. The rapper signed to embattled Sony, when his hit song "Hot Ni**a" became an internet sensation, but he soon fell shortly after.

Police in New York are maintaining Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, headed up the GS9 crew, which they state is not a music collective, but a violent, drug dealing street gang. Police caught Shmurda and members of GS9 using what they state is code word, on wiretaps. Unless someone snitches, it will be difficult for the prosecution to convince a jury Shmurda and his crew were using code words that represented guns and murder. They can simply label it street slang. 

Police state a man was killed by GS9 and that's serious. He is believed to be a rival gang member. The Judiciary Report does not support murder. If GS9 is responsible for someone's death, they indeed need to be held responsible. As people we must respect human life.

These allegations regarding criminal activity should come as no surprise to Shmurda's fans. He raps about drug dealing and murder on his songs, which sends a negative message. One should endeavor to leave a life of crime behind and not espouse it as something good for street cred, because it is destructive and a surefire way to end up dead or in prison. If you think it is good promoting murder and drugs there is something wrong with your mindset, your way of thinking and you need to change. 

Celebrities must be mindful of their audience and not promote murder and or drug dealing in their work, interviews or on social networking, as it sets a bad example and is not a positive reflection on them. People will think the worst of you for it, not say it to your face, but act accordingly. It will cost you work and money. Not to mention, catch the eye of the government.

Shmurda and his crew need to face the must, so to speak and use this as a learning experience. Leave that negative, unlawful lifestyle alone. Live your lives the right way. Make something positive out of your lives. Make a positive contribution to society.  The opposite is unenviable and can cost you more than you are willing to pay.

This year's most popular rapper, Bobby Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, has been arrested by the New York Police Department (NYPD) in a drug sting. Shmurda was arrested outside a recording studio in Manhattan, with two illegal guns in his possession and a small quantity of crack cocaine. 15 members of Shmurda's entourage and gang, were arrested as well, in reference to attempted murder, assault, narcotics and weapons possession charges. The indictment alleges Shmurda is apart of a gang responsible for shootings in New York, in connection with drug trafficking turf wars.

This past summer, as his hit "Hot Ni**a" began spreading around the internet, Shmurda was arrested on a weapons charge in June. In October, when his debut song had become the top track of the year among internet audiences worldwide, Shmurda was arrested for smoking marijuana in New York.

Shmurda, who signed to Sony Music, receiving a hefty financial advance against future royalties, recently complained of being ripped off by music industry promoters in not being paid for concerts. Chief Keef, who is based in Chicago, has also had a number of run-ins with the law, regarding gang violence and drugs.

Artists have to be smart when they decide to become entertainers. When the spotlight turns to you as an urban artist, so does police attention, especially if you are outspoken or have a criminal record. To espouse violence, drug use or narcotics trafficking in one's lyrics is a sure way to invite the wrong type of attention and send a negative message to impressionable audiences.

On Saturday, August 23, 2014, R&B singer, Chris Brown, held a pre-VMA party at Los Angeles' 1Oak night club on the Sunset Strip. Many stars were in attendance, such as singer Justin Bieber, model Jessica White, rapper The Game and former music mogul, Marion "Suge" Knight.

The Game and Suge Knight are members of the Bloods street gang, who are under constant surveillance by the FBI and ATF. Brown also went to a faction of the Bloods gang for protection, after the music industry cult the Kabbalah Center, who bills themselves "The Illuminati" began threatening and harassing him (see: Madonna and Jay-Z). Rihanna got him involved with Kabbalah and it has turned into a nightmare for him (and others).

A shooting broke out on the set of the forthcoming NWA biopic "Straight Outta Compton." Jeremy Meeks, the blue-eyed black inmate, who took social networking by storm this month when his mug shot went viral, retained the services of an entertainment manager with the hope of capitalizing on his new found online fame. It was thought he could make money with the assistance of a manager, via tell all stories, interviews and licensing deals from jail.

Meeks says he was a member of the Northside Crips in California and has left the illegal group, even though said allegiances are usually for life. According to TMZ, Meeks' new manager has been receiving death threats via harassing telephone calls regarding her representation of the pretty boy.

If only Meeks had applied himself when he was a free man, he could have become a model making tens of thousands of dollars per month and pursued other opportunities as well. When he gets out of jail, here's hoping he gets on the right path and stays out of trouble. To all who are thinking about pursuing a life of crime, I implore you not to do so. Chief Keef Sentenced To 20 Days In Jail On Marijuana Probation Violation

Chicago teen rapper Chief Keef has been hit with 20 days in jail on a probation violation, as he tested positive for pot. Keef, real name Keith Cozart, aged 17, failed a random drug test, stemming from a speeding ticket arrest. Keef's rap sheet is about as long as his rap lyric sheet, but the rapper doesn't seem concerned about the latest incident.

20-days in jail is not much of a sentence and with overcrowding Keef will be out in no time. However, as Keef approaches 18, arrests will become more serious, as he will be charged as an adult if he does not stay out of trouble. Police in Chicago already have him off for having repeatedly shot at a cop during a getaway. Keef is also the prime suspect in the murder of a rival gang member, drawing attention to himself via items he posted on social networking about the murder, which were later deleted.

The show "Celebrity Crime Files" on TV One, recently explored a new theory regarding the murders of rappers the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur, who were gunned down in separate incidents. For years it has been stated in print and on film that Nation of Islam member Amir Mohamed, in conjunction with Los Angles Police Department officer, David Mack, a known, corrupt associate of former Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight, who signed Tupac to a record deal, had B.I.G. murdered. Mack went to prison for armed robbery.

"Celebrity Crime Files" going on an investigation conducted by LAPD officer Greg Kading, now claims the South Side Compton Crips murdered B.I.G. over an uncollected debt. Kading stated he had a sit-down with one of the gang's leaders, Keithy D, who stated he was present when both Tupac and B.I.G. were murdered six months apart, in Las Vegas and New York respectively.

A woman named Theresa Swan also informed Kading that she is raising Knight's child and that he is the one who commissioned B.I.G.'s murder in retaliation for Tupac's death, though there is no published proof the former had anything to do with the latter's murder. Swan stated she visited Knight in prison after Tupac's murder and he instructed her to contact a gang member named Pucci, who would handle the hit on B.I.G.

Previously, a bodyguard for Diddy, CEO of Badboy Entertainment, the record label B.I.G. was signed to as a recording artist, shot and killed Knight's bodyguard during an altercation outside of an Atlanta, Georgia night club. Knight read a lot into the incident and had it in for Diddy ever since. Knight also demanded the address of Diddy's mother, Janice Coombs, allegedly beating an industry executive for the information.

At the end of the day, some believe Knight was behind Tupac's murder, as the rapper was about to leave Death Row Records, over unpaid royalties totaling $20,000,000. Knight refused to pay Tupac all that was owed and it created significant tension and arguments.

After his murder, the rapper's mother, Afeni Shakur sued Death Row Records to obtain the back royalties her son unsuccessfully fought for during his life. She settled for a fraction of what was owed, as Death Row's assets were seized by the government and others. Knight also despised Diddy and his label, deeming them rivals. This made B.I.G., Badboy's most profitable star, a prime target.

Last night TV One aired a documentary styled special on the murder of Louisiana rapper, Magnolia Shorty (real name: Renetta Yemika Lowe-Bridgewater). Shorty who was shot and killed in New Orleans. Shorty was apart of the apart of the Cash Money collective. She'd released a number of explicit singles that became popular in the South.

She parted ways with Cash Money and was murdered shortly after in what has been a strange and grisly killing. After leaving the Magnolia projects, where she grew up with rappers Lil Wayne, Manny Fresh and Baby, she got married to a man named Carl Bridgewater and moved to the suburban Georgetown apartments in New Orleans, but trouble followed her there. Where the Magnolia projects suffered daily shootings, the Georgetown apartments is safe.

Shorty had taken an ex-con under her wings, who asked her to teach him all about the music industry. She complied in trying to help an aspiring artist. One afternoon in 2010, while driving home with him in her vehicle, two cars blocked Shorty's car in the front of the Georgetown apartment complex.

The occupants of the other vehicles rushed out the cars and opened fire. They unleashed a terrible hail of bullets on Shorty's vehicle, even standing on top of the car and firing through the sunroof to make sure the duo were dead. As stated above, Shorty was shot 26 times. She was pronounced dead on the scene at the young age of 28. Ironically, Shorty's husband Bridgewater was murdered one year later.

On June 14, 2013 police had a break in the case. They arrested 20 members of the 3MGs gang on charges of dealing drugs, arms and committing ten murders. It was discovered a member of the gang was heard bragging about murdering Magnolia Shorty. No charges have been brought and the case is still open.

 

On the internet the case is a point of speculation. The fact her husband was killed a year later cast some questions in what happened to Shorty was somehow related to him or if he was killed out of revenge. Some believe her murder was a gang hit,  as the police lead suggests.

Others online believe she was killed by someone within Cash Money, a label she had just left as what is known as an "Illuminati blood sacrifice" (Kabbalah). Cash Money and Young Money are apart of the Hollywood Illuminati and the public knows it with some online wondering out loud if they had something to do with it. However, these are only allegations.

There have been other murders in the entertainment industry where aspiring stars and established celebrities were caught talking about "Illuminati blood sacrifices" to get in good with a particular Hollywood set involved with the occult. Adding to the rumors is the fact a number of top stars have died in noticeable numbers under strange circumstances.

Singer Sean Kingston has come to the defense of his friend crooner Chris Brown stating, the latter’s well publicized fight with vocalist Frank Ocean, was not his fault. Kingston states Frank Ocean was in the studio with gang members and they picked the fight with Brown who was trying to make peace. Kingston stated he viewed studio video which reveals Ocean was at fault.

Ironically, Ocean’s cousin has sued Brown for financial damages over the fight. Kingston could be called as a witness on Brown's behalf or the above posted video used in court by the singer's counsel, regarding the lawsuit by Ocean's cousin.

B2K Singer Raz B Is On Life Support And In Danger Of Death

Former B2K boyband member, Raz B, is on life support in China, slipping in and out of a coma, after a bottle fight in a club. A man smashed Raz B in the face with a bottle, which damaged his lips. Raz-B was operated on to repair the hole in his lip, but fell into a coma the next day.

The singer has experienced a rough few years, after accusing former producer/manager Chris Stokes of molesting him and fellow bandmates when they were in their mid-teens, after they sprang to fame with B2K in 2001. Raz-B secretly recorded a phone conversation with Stokes, where the implication is there he admitted molesting him. Raz-B's story was corroborated by another former child star who also publicly alleged Chris Stokes molested him, Quindon Tarver.

Shortly after Raz B's revelations, it was alleged online that the singer was threatened by a Los Angeles street gang, on behalf of Stokes, who is displeased with his comments. Raz-B began spending time in China as a music performer, to get away from the chaos his life had become in Hollywood, due to the Stokes allegations.

NFL Star Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail In Murder Case Being Investigated In A Second Killing (Video)

Former New England Patriots football star, Aaron Hernandez, has been denied bail in the murder of associate, Lloyd Odin. Today, during a televised hearing, Hernandez was denied bail and remanded into custody. His case is expected to go to trial in approximately one year.

Hernandez was also sued this month for shooting a man in the face, creating serious, permanent injuries. It is also being reported in the mainstream press, Hernandez is being investigated in connection with a second murder, but police refused to release any details on the case.

The $40,000,000 footballer was dropped from the Patriots upon being arrested yesterday. It is tragic that people have died and another man terribly injured. It is also regrettable that a man, said to be a former gang member, was granted the opportunity to live his dream playing football, was handsomely rewarded, but chose to continue along a troubled path.  

Hernandez had become engaged to the mother of his baby with plans for a wedding. Today she cried in court as he was led away. It is only a matter of time before the realization of the fact their lives and that of their child, will never be the same. If Hernandez is convicted of the aforementioned crimes, he will likely spend the rest of his natural life in prison.

The Judiciary Report has maintained for years that when one becomes famous, one should leave certain negative friends and influences behind, if one hopes to stay on the straight and narrow (even if you're not famous, get the negativity out of your life). No one wants a spectacular fall from grace, but make no mistake, with poor decisions it will happen. Here's hoping Hernandez seeks redemption and God's forgiveness.

Three days ago, the Judiciary Report published the article Be Careful Of The Company You Keep. Yesterday, an example of it has surfaced of it regarding Miami rapper Rick Ross, as it is being reported on other websites that he is being threatened with death by the Gangster Disciples street gang.

Ross befriended and started hanging with the dangerous gang for the alleged lure of living on the edge and looking trendy, but they have now turned on him, demanding money from the rapper or they will kill him. The friendship he sought for street credibility, because he thought it would make him look cool and hard, has now become a serious liability endangering his life and career.

Ross, fearing for his life, has now reportedly employed former U.S. military seals for protection at a cost of $50,000 per week. That’s $2,400,000, over what he thought was a friendship, but has turned out to be a game too rich for his blood - LITERALLY.

As stated on the Judiciary Report a couple years ago, one of my long time friends went to school with, knows him and lives in the same area Ross did in Miami up until a few short years ago. As I'd reported previously, she informed me that he was not the thug he is portraying in his adopted image, which isn't even his own. In fact, as stated by another blog, he was a corrections officer.

Ross is one of a group of people in the entertainment and sports industries aligning himself with dangerous people, proclaiming themselves to be the Illuminati. A famous man in his mid-twenties, who reads this website according to site stats, was one of the people I was thinking of when I authored the aforementioned article.  He too has been hanging out with a dangerous set of people (not the Gangster Disciples street gang, but two people in the music industry, who live in New York and are steeped in serious financial fraud and violent, criminal behavior).

In fact, a wannabe star in the circle of friends of the famous man in his mid-twenties flared up at the article I wrote. How’s this for irony, the wannabe star, who flared up in an outburst over the article, wasn’t even who I was referring to, but it is very telling that he thought it was him. That says to me the wannabe star is exploiting his famous friend and doing things he should not be.

I can’t name names right now (I will in the future though) but someone I know well, who is very connected in law enforcement and political circles told me, the famous individual has become friends with dangerous criminals and is in danger of his name appearing in a very damaging criminal investigation.

However, the wannabe star in the famous person’s circle of friends read the article and assumed I meant him and had the outburst. I was trying to save his friend from a.) being attacked by the set of dangerous people he is hanging out with, who are under surveillance by the government and b.) help him avoid his name landing in the criminal investigation into his dangerous friends, because once something like that goes public, careers are destroyed by association.

And in closing, unlike you, I don't want anything from your famous friend, who is picking up the tab so you can pretend you're a baller. I'm a Christian. That stuff don't mean nothing to me. Besides, growing up in the circles I did, my role models have been prime ministers and music legends you couldn't hold a candle to, so don't flatter yourself.

This terrible trend of violence against women has got to stop. It is not funny or cute. Chicago gang member Lil Reese, who has been signed to a record deal with Def Jam and Interscope (the latter is the distributor for Glory Boys Entertainment), is the subject of a viral video that exposes the rapper as a woman beater. Lil Reese is seen attacking and brutally beating a young woman. As the unprovoked attack escalates, he begins stomping on her head, in conduct that is positively criminal.

Reese has since apologized on Twitter, after initially trying to excuse his conduct, which is very troubling, "'Everybdy makes mistakes. I was out of charcter & ive grown sense then Dont judge me for my past i can admit my wrongs and I apologize.#3hunna.” Reese originally stated, "'The haters tryna see a mf Dwn lol Dey gotta b broke and bored wanna upload sum s--- from years ago damnn we winnin it’s 2 late...#3hunna.'”

 It's ironic that he can't see that based on the violent video, he is the hater. The Chicago Sun Times also reported regarding Lil Reese, "He was harshly criticized last month when a Tweet on his account mocked the Englewood slaying of rival rapper Joseph 'Lil JoJo' Coleman, 18."

Def Jam and Interscope have become two of the sewers of the music industry, signing thieving, profane, vicious people to record deals, who have no business being on television or radio with that mindset. Their impact on the public, especially pop culture, is repulsive and regrettable, but as long as the label makes money, they simply do not care. It's a sad indictment of the music industry and Hollywood by extension, where these artists inevitable end up and are embraced for not listening to their conscience and routinely doing the unthinkable.
