Jeremy Meeks, the blue-eyed black inmate, who took social networking by storm this month when his mug shot went viral, retained the services of an entertainment manager with the hope of capitalizing on his new found online fame. It was thought he could make money with the assistance of a manager, via tell all stories, interviews and licensing deals from jail.

However, their plan has already encountered trouble, due to his gang ties. Meeks says he was a member of the Northside Crips in California and has left the illegal group, even though said allegiances are usually for life. According to TMZ, Meeks' new manager has been receiving death threats via harassing telephone calls regarding her representation of the pretty boy.

If only Meeks had applied himself when he was a free man, he could have become a model making tens of thousands of dollars per month and pursued other opportunities as well. When he gets out of jail, here's hoping he gets on the right path and stays out of trouble. To all who are thinking about pursuing a life of crime, I implore you not to do so. It's a fast life that leads to trouble. Stay on the straight and narrow. Look for lawful, gainful employment and keep trying to become a legitimate success the right way.

Convicted felony Jeremy Meeks, who is currently behind bars in Stockton, California, caused quite a stir online, as his mug shot received over 20,000 likes. The blue-eyed black inmate, who served 9-years in prison on arms charges, was arrested again on new gun charges, which stemmed from an FBI investigation. Meeks was rounded up in an FBI raid. As the phrase goes, "Pretty is as pretty does."

Women have been swooning over Meeks photo online, particularly his blue eyes, but it is for superficial, vain reasons. I think every eye color, blue to brown and everything in between is beautiful, none better than the other, but not everyone shares that view. I've heard women state they'd like to have a man's baby solely based on his looks (and not his character). Some women and men pick mates based on eye, hair and skin color - not because of love, then end up disappointed when subsequent children do not inherit said look. 

The way genetics works is unless you have those features yourself and or carry those specific genes, regarding one of your not too distant ancestors having those physical traits, any subsequent child will not have blonde or red hair and or blue eyes. Therefore, marry for love, not superficial reasons, so no matter what happens your marriage will be based on the right thing and has a greater chance of succeeding.

Women labeling Meeks their #FelonCrushFriday on Twitter and talking about how "hot" he is reveals why so many women fall for the wrong type of men, who end up breaking their hearts. Meeks is a badboy, who has made poor choices that brought those who care about him pain, as he's spent most of his adult life in prison. People need to think their choices through. Immediate gratification can result in a lifetime of regret. Avoid peer pressure and do what is right.

In response to the newfound attention Meeks stated, "I just visited my wife and she said that I blew up all over Facebook. Well I appreciate that but I just want them to know that this is really not me. I’m not some kingpin." There are a number of crimes one can be arrested for, but clearly a change is needed in Meeks' life, as he did not learn his lesson from the first time he was imprisoned and is unreformed. 

Meeks mother, Katherine Angier, stated he is "a working man" with "no gang affiliations" and "is so sweet." Parents err in coddling their children, overlooking and excusing unethical behavior, which over time becomes a pattern. Call it what it is and take a hardline with your offspring to get the message through that they are not to re-offend.

I'm sure growing up Meeks was taught he is special solely based on his unusual looks of being black and blue eyed and as a result felt entitled, shunning the need to achieve anything based on merit and hard work (I'm not saying all black blue-eyed people are like this, as my great-grandmother was a half Irish black woman with blue eyes and stick straight hair and never got into trouble with the law). 

Angier's son is a convicted felon, who did a significant amount of time behind bars. Tough love is needed. In general, people should encourage their children to live off their intellect and not their looks. Teach them that no one owes them anything in life and the only way they will be truly successful is hard work. Every other shortcut leads to a dead end. Build character in your children, not vanity.

Many in society have fallen afoul of the law. However, they deserve another chance in society (provided they are reformed). In those situations, the key is to become a reformed person, who forsakes a life of crime. Meeks still has not learned that lesson, as he is in prison once again. Make it worse, he has a wife and child, who have to do without him being around, while he sits behind bars. Here's hoping Meeks learns from the errors of his ways and does not re-offend. Start to make a positive contribution to society.

Two New Mexico inmates not only sought to kidnap and strangle 18-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, they wanted to castrate him as well. Each no-no would go for $2,500. The plot was uncovered by police, as one of the men was about to go free from prison and make the criminal attempt in New York.

Bieber needs to thank the police for foiling the plot before it got off the ground, as that would have been painful, traumatic and horrible. On a related note, Bieber's high notes would have soared to new heights had the police not stepped in (kidding).

Obama In Trouble With Fellow Democrats As Inmate Scores Almost As Many Votes As He Does

The next story is a real dozy and one that should alarm President Barack Obama. According to ABC News, in the southern state of West Virginia, "More than 40 percent of Democrats voting chose to cast their ballot for Keith Russell Judd, an inmate at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution in Beaumont, Texas, where he’s doing time for extortion and threats made at the University of New Mexico in 1999."

The article goes on to state, "Judd scored 42.28 percent of the vote — or 49,490 votes — compared with President Obama with 57.72 percent, or 67,562, according to unofficial state results."

What did Judd do to get on the ballot, you ask? According to the Associated Press, he paid the "$2,500 fee" and filed "a form known as a notarized certification of announcement."

You just can't make stuff like this up. However, President Obama is probably wishing you could, because it reveals his popularity has plummeted to the point that even an inmate and one with a mullet might I add, received that many votes against him in a primary.

What will this mean for Obama in the November presidential elections. Is the predicted landslide loss on the way (rhetorical). What happens when Obama has to run against the presumed Republican nominee for president, Mitt Romney, who is the former Governor of Massachusetts and a wealthy businessman, with um, no criminal record.

Obama should have reduced the deficit and raised taxes on the rich, this would have created surpluses and more money to create jobs and pay for education, among other things. Then he wouldn't be in this predicament now, with six months to go until the next election and a bad economy to show for it. The Judiciary Report kept harping on these things for a reason from the moment Obama took office. The continued deteriorated state of the economy proves why.

Side Bar: I would cry if someone with a mullet, mohawk or frohawk (afro mohawk) nearly beat me in a political race. Life just wouldn't seem fair (LOL).

"Austin Powers" actor, Joseph Hyungmin Son, 40, is being accused of murdering his cellmate in a California prison, only weeks after arriving at the Central Valley facility, to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole, for brutal acts of torture and kidnap. He is under investigation once again for criminal offenses.

Hyungmin Son, who was convicted of detaining and torturing a woman, has been named as the prime suspect in the death of his 50-year-old cellmate, who was serving two years in prison for being a sex offender. Hyungmin Son's story is another reminder of the pitfalls of pursuing fame and disregarding peoples' rights. One must be wise and make appropriate, lawful choices, lest things take a turn for the worse.

A sadistic, cruel, evil, vile judge, Sharon Keller also know as "Sharon Killer" deliberately closed the court, because she knew lawyers for a man on death row, with hours to live, were trying to file a last minute appeal, to save his life.

There were computer glitches barring the the appeal and when they rushed to the court to file, she instructed the courthouse be closed. Michael Richard was executed 3 hours later, when there were judges present in the court that could have received the appeal.

Sharon Keller is now facing a civil trial that aims to revoke her judgeship. Plainly put, Keller should be facing fraud and negligent homicide charges, for depriving Michael Richard of his constitutional rights, in deeds that cost him his life. She tried to play god with this man's life and should answer for her actions in a court of law.

Furthermore, there have been a significant number of cases, where DNA evidence later acquitted the wrongfully accused. She had no business depriving him of the opportunity to do so, which is a legal right. Her conduct was thoroughly egregious.

Hasty judges quick to close out cases are always the worst and by far the most incompetent. Judges who quickly toss cases commit criminal fraud. A smart, astute, fair-minded judge, is willing to pore over a case and ascertain the true facts.

Richards was executed hours after Judge Keller allegedly closed the court. A judge in Texas has gone on trial accused of refusing to let lawyers for a convicted murderer on death row to lodge a last-minute appeal.

Sharon Keller is charged with professional misconduct. The prisoner, Michael Wayne Richard, was put to death hours after she allegedly shut the court, despite being told an appeal was imminent.

Half of all executions in the US last year were in Texas and Judge Keller has earned the nickname Sharon Killer.

She is known for her tough stance on the death penalty...Their efforts were delayed by computer glitches and when they phoned the court to request extra time, they say they were told court closes at 5pm.

Richard was put to death some three hours later. Now his lawyers claim Judge Keller deliberately ordered the courthouse to close at 5pm, knowing a last-minute appeal was imminent...

State prosecutors have charged Judge Keller with five counts of professional misconduct. They say her actions cast "public discredit" on the judiciary...
